It's an amazing place to hangout. Great ambience with good music. Ordered Beer, Vodka, Lemon and coriander chicken and dry chilli fish .. Staffs are very polite. They take constant feedback for service and food. They interact with customers and provide brilliant service. Food tastes awesome. Food quality and quantity is perfect. It's bit expensive.

This is a great place to visit if you're in the mood to grab a beer,with some nice tasty food. One of my fav in Kolkata The ambience is great,the crowd is usually nice,during the weekends. For food,we had ordered 4 seasons pizza - it was nice and had four different pizza slices in the pizza Amritsari aloo ki bhatti ( if I'm not wrong w the name) And elvis Presley chicken and it was delicious! It was so tasty. We had also tasted beer and took hookah as well. Hospitality was top notch,the staff tried to keep checking on us,help us with anything that we needed. It was a good decision to finally visit Grid,wil look forward to visiting it soon.

When you enter to this gastropub you already get the hit inside - now that’s the vibe I was looking for. Multiple seating arrangements are made from top to bottom divide into different sections, DJ plays those bumpy hardcore music which will engage to groove it, Service was very prompt & I took their suggestions to order our starters & drinks. You can have crafted beer with a hookah. Place is really pricey but you get what you pay.

No doubt, aura of the place worth visiting. However, something u can’t miss are the drinks. Food seeks little improvement. Staff understands the guests palate and recommends accordingly. Place offers tasters of beers - try that. Overall abundance of politeness, lovely ambience and perfect service.

This is one of the best microbreweries in Kolkata..All time favourite..They have a wide variety of brewed beer and each tastes pretty good.. Food is also good in taste with decent presentation..The ambiance and music is amazing. The place is well maintained with very good service.. Clean and hygienic..

The moment I entered this place I fell in love with the ambiance. They have this theme of an under construction building and the waiters are drssed as workers. The washroom is also not a simple one, its desinged inside a container which is kind a funcky. 🍗Food🍟 - Yes this place is bit costly, but trust me they serve great food, you won't be disappointed. We ordered chakhna platter and a non veg platter and it was superb. 🍸Drinks🍻 - For work I live in Pune where I have been into lot of breweries as I'm into crafted beer. And I have been searching for a good one in my hometown, Kolkata, but was always disappointed. But my search was finally over as I found The Grid. I could find the taste I have been searching for. We had apple cider, stout and American blonde. And everything was very perfect about them. I would highly recommend this place if you are into crafted beer. 👳Service - is best. The reason I'm saying so is because this place is generally very crowded, and still the staff were able to take care of their guests very efficiently. You don't have to keep calling for someone to take your order, they are always there. Once they got your order the things came in pretty fast. I simply loved it. The crowd and the music were loud. Their music really deserves a compliment. 👌👍Conclusion - Words really can't express what I experienced their. Although this was my first visit to this place, and I can't wait to come back to this place again. 4 star instead of 5 only because I feel the price was too high unnecessarily.

One of the biggest and bestest microbreweries in Kolkata. Pretty and clean as well as staffs are friendly. Coming to the food and drinks part Babycorn was okayish and Crispy Chicken was too spicy so before ordering one should instruct them according to their spice tolerance. Mud Pie was heavenly. Drinks were good too and one can taste all the samples and choose according to their taste buds. I like Hefeweizen and Caldera,Whiskey sour was good too but the cinnamon stick was bit too much Overall a great experience nd the prices are on the higher side Approx cost of two-3000 INR

Was searching for breweries in Kolkata and this place caught our attention. Went for dinner & drinks and we were not disappointed. They had a variety of craft beers. All of them were really good. Did enjoy their stout and the hefeweizen. The food we ordered was freshly cooked and did taste good. What was mind blowing was the dessert. We ordered the "Chocolate Montecarlo" and fell I love with it. The staff were courteous and helpful; however, as soon as the place got near to full, the service became slow. We had to wait almost half an hour for the dessert. The ambience is superb and definitely upscale. They have a variety of sitting arrangements at different levels to cater to groups of different sizes. The prices are a bit on higher side but considering the ambience, freshly brewed beer, army of service staff; it is well justified. Overall, we did enjoy our evening at The Grid.

This place is situated in Topsia Area, which is very busy area. Coming to the place, The Grid, the ambiance is superb. Loud music gives you dancing vibes. Food is okay. Bit pocket pinch. Famous for the beer. Sitting area is huge. Can book a place for private party. Overall good. Recommend.

The place is a bit loud with music, but a lovely bar to have a variety of crafted beers. A very lively pub to hangout with friends and families. Good food from every cuisine.

It's a fantastic area to hang out. Excellent ambiance and music. Everything is happening right now. A perfect marriage of beautiful surroundings and delectable food and drinks. One of the best pubs I've ever been to. It was extremely spacious, and the atmosphere was carefully thought out. The spectators were really present. It contains a smoking and non-smoking area. Can socialise with both friends and family. Overall, a fantastic experience, however the rates are quite steep.

This is a gem of a club. An apt combination of stunning ambience and delicious food and drinks. It is usually crowded so would definitely recommend reservations but post 8:00 PM it is first come first serve. The brewed beer are top notch here. Food and drinks are expensive but worth it. Smoking is allowed upstairs. Service could be a bit quick. Valet parking is available here.

It's my second time visit. It's one of my favorite breweries in Kolkata. In terms of food ,they serve a wide range. Love the overall ambience and service.

The place is happening straight away...a bit congested though & the choice of beats were a bit okayish... wish the DJ explored some more...maybe I missed out something better which is available on other days... anyway, it's good to groove & have a quality time with friends & gang...the food is decent enough...

Beautiful and lively place. It attracts a trendy and well mannered crowd. They have 6 varieties of their craft beer and after testing we chose on ecstasy which had the right taste to our taste buds. There's an apple cider flavour and a coffee flavour too which must be tried the next time. Ordered lemon and coriander chicken which was splendid. Well cooked and not spicy. Decent quantity. Next we had a Jamaican chicken pizza. It had 8 slices and tasty. We couldn't finish the food and we brought back few of the pizza slices. The service is good, can improve the promptness. Probably because we were in the smoking section, that the service was slightly delayed. Music was semi old English classics, the hits of early 2000s from the likes of red hot chilli peppers, maroon 5, etc. It was a mix of both rock and house party music. The boys otherwise do a good job, speak Hindi English and Bengali fluently. Cater flawlessly and the manager allots you a good table as per your liking. We went on a Sunday night and the brewery was full. Good team work, guys. Keep it up.

An awesome experience. Honestly the way they were adhering to the sanitization protocols during these tough times should have gained them an additional star. Loved the food specially the desserts. And the beer is to die for guys. Apple cider ❤️. My recommendation go for the non veg platter and choose your beer. You will definitely love it. Pricing is a bit on the higher side bit it's well worth it. Plus it's one of the few resturants who are not charging service charges.( That speaks oodles of their confidence in their service) P.S. they have valet parking and i hear they might even drive you home if you are too sloshed( so no drinking and driving people). Will definitely visit again. And keep it up guys.

And especially the non veg platter was just remarkable ...Ur PR manager Mrs.Abhipsha Bhattacharya was also very helpful in getting us a good place ..just one complain after repeated requests I never got a hookah for more than an Hour because ur service boys said there's no base available...

Pathetic Service , Runny liquid FROZEN margarita. When complained.. they brought the same thing with some ice . Nice music. People who came after us got tables and we were kept waiting. The Grid is an amazing place for both Family and Friends. If you wish to freshen up your mood after a tiring week this is definitely the place for you. Ambience is very good. The staffs are always ready at your service....

Certainly a better / bigger place that thinks about both smokers and non - smokers alike. The house DJ is excellent. The alcohol content in cocktails is "honest" and that's a big plus. Food is good but priced a bit high. All in all - a very good experience !!

1st of all the attitude of the Miss (Sushmita)attending on the reception needs to change. There is absolutely no courtesy, she is as rude as anyone can be. It seems like we are being given a favour by allowing us to enter. Secondly about the dining experience, we were 5 people and we were allotted a table in the smoking on the level up inside. The area was so congested and crowded obviously with smokers that it was tough to breathe and sit. However due to unavailability of any alternative we were bound to sit there and continue. Unfortunately there was no ac working plus there was no air purifier installed to make the area little comfortable. After several requests the ac was switched on which helped a little. We decided to dine in with GRID because we were given a feedback that this a place to go in Covid time where there is no compromise on safety sanity social distancing etc. However i am sorry to say that we made a bad choice.

I went to this place multiple times. Always i had one problem that is to find a place to sit. Its very difficult to stand and wait in a crowd. They once didn’t allow me without my group which was absolutely unacceptable. Not very great experience. I liked their beer and pizza. Need to limit the entry.

This place is just awesome. The warm and grid themed decor with dim light will take you in a different mind set. They have a bar section with long array of options. The foods quality were superb too. It's a perfect place for quality time. They have different layer to be seated. If you want privacy that is also possible. Have been here quite a number of times. Food is good, love their belgian beer. I usually drop by for hookah in the evening, because later in the night it gets pretty stuffy. Lady at the door, profiling, is really rude and always speaks with an attitude for no reason.

If someone comes from outside Kolkata the first thing they see is Victoria memorial and the second is the GRID.<br/>Would highly recommend this place .

Though I don’t drink but heard about their beer a lot specially Caldera which is famous in all over the town. They’ve their Sunday brunch with a gala spread. Friendly atmosphere. There's not much to stay about a place where the manager acts like he owns the people. When people earning as much as the group of 10 would spend on dinner at night do not know how to communicate to their guests then there's no point in going to such a place.

The place has degraded to that of disgusting managers.  The managers are indecent and spoil the whole experience of the customer. They should be taught how to be courteous and polite to their customer. Indecent behavior from the male manager after repeatedly telling him to speak softly is unacceptable.

This is the best place to be in kolkatta!!! Do not miss it. Call for Sojib, the most courteous waiter!

I went alone to try one of their kebabs because I have heard many good compliments. And I was not disappointed because as soon as I tried, it was indeed one of the best. I had many visited a couple of times but I tasted their Kebabs. So if you are a lover of kebabs then Kakori and Dora kebabs are for you. And the service is exceptionally good. It gives you a warm feeling whenever you enter the restaurant.

A must visit place for all food and beer lovers, had an amazing experience of variety of flavors, along with the finest of beers, freshly brewed in the micro-brewery present in tge restaurant itself. They produce the finest beers and the cheesiest of dishes in Kolkata.<br/>What takes the heart out is the ambience here, the theme of an industrial space and the walls designed well with exposed bricks. The dungarees provided to the staffs out here is also something worth appraising, and also the friendly vibes the reach out us with.

Good food + Good ambiance + Good service.This line perfectly goes with The Grid. Starting with food, we had 'Kasundi Fish Fingers', 'Crispy Chicken', 'Punjabi Chilli Chicken', Crumb fish & Chips', 'Grid box for Non-Veg Chicken'. Every dish was too good in taste. Their beers are perfect addition to your taste list.The ambiance was good with good music and comfortable seating arrangement.We tried Hookah also, but somehow this one was not as expected.Still, a very good experience.

Everyone of us wanted to go to Grid as we heard about this latest place in town and the best. Finally ended us at 7 pm on a Saturday . Early because we wanted to get a table for 5.<br/><br/>Yes we got a table ..But only a table and no chairs. A standing table. When the two ladies with us pointed to tables which were vacant the management lady said they are not available and it's a managements decision.<br/><br/>It's a bit uneasy to oder food and have drinks while standing.<br/><br/>The beer - Fancy yes, they get you about 6 small shots for testing. We were 5 of us and only 1 small shot of each type of beer. We were wonder which one of us may taste as we don't share the small shot glasses.<br/><br/>Ok we told them to get a large pitcher or what they call a growler about 3.7 or something litres. The waiter said it's going to take time about 20 minutes to fill the so called growler and that we may not complain as he has already set the time for us.<br/><br/>We decided to order 1 glass each of the drink till the growler / pitcher arrives.<br/><br/>Apologies, just when the 500 ml glasses arrived we thought this is enough for us and tried to cancel the growler or the nearly 4 ltrs pitcher (between 4 people = 1 ltrs each ) withing say 5 mins and the waiter said they have started filling the growler. I didn't get that but they insisted that the growler needs to be filled with all the co2 and stuff (my head started birthing by this time )<br/><br/>Frankly my dear, I never spent so much time ordering drinks.<br/><br/>Everyone of us was tired of all the ordering and the headache for arranging a table.<br/><br/>My lady friend told me she needs to have 2 drinks to tolerate the loud music ...This explains.<br/><br/>GRID wanted one of us to keep a card with them..I assumed credit. I am not very comfortable having my credit card with someone else .<br/><br/>Ordered a non veg platter and chicken nachos for , the growler was expensive about 3700 INR each which had a lot of gas CO2 / froth. Difficult to pour without having too much froth. (Please let me know if otherwise)<br/><br/>Anyway since we could finish the nearly 4 ltrs beer early we ordered a pitcher of LIT about 2600 INR.<br/><br/>The place has 2 smoking areas, sheesha is a menace although we ordered just to experience. The place got crowded by 10 and it was a bit too much and we left paying a bill of 14000 INR.<br/><br/>Special mention, cigarettes loose are not allowed only sealed packets.<br/><br/>They did not play any bollywood music on the last weekend of 2019 and told me that they never play hindi. (Felt like they look down upon the hindi music lovers) I am a bit desi so are my friends.<br/>*They don't have a dance floor. Too crowded.<br/>Left grid and went to other place to party.<br/><br/>I am not going back to the grid again.<br/><br/>#lousyservice #grid
