Our visit to this pub was a nice one. The food, music, drinks and ambience were great. They have high stools as well as couches in place which lend an element of cosiness to the place. Plus it's quite fun to enjoy their happy hours whether you go with your friends or your partner.

Gave this place a visit almost after five years during the happy hours. The interiors have changed so much. Ordered two old monks with coke. Bill was around 360. Their choice of english R&b and club music is damn good as well.

Great pub to visit. They have happy hours everyday from 4 to 7 and still the drinks are reasonably priced. The staff is great and friendly. You might have to just stand and sip on your drinks in case it is too crowded. They could add a few more vegetarian options for food in my opinion. Watch out for the witty messages placed across the place.

Fish n chips were worth the money. A little bit of seasoning would have been appreciated. Otherwise, it was good.

Good place to chill, nice foods and cocktails. However, it's a tad costly. The cost for two is approximately 2,000 above if you take alcohol. But if you are feeling fancy and want to get the rustic vibe of a pub, this is your place.

I have been here multiple times over the past few years, mostly during their happy hours, which is 1:1 over the full drinks menu. I love that they make really boozy cocktails, decently priced with enough choices. I enjoy the appetizers a lot. Good service, good music, good chill vibes. I have been there with friends and also just by myself. In both scenarios, it had been a comfortable experience. I hope it continues to be so.

Loved the food and the drinks!! Happy hour offer should be a little more flexible and not just the BOGO on same drinks. Otherwise, loved it. One of my favourite places in town. My experience here has always been very good. The food is good. So is the service. The staffs are very courteous. You can surely drop in to have the very good time. My favourite beer place in the city. I drop in at the place almost every weekend without getting tired. The music n everything is very nice. Would highly recommend this place.

The place is great for hangouts with friends. The interior decoration of irish house is fantastic with some dg vibes inside . And their taste of the food quality is good . They served many types of cocktails shots . The place is so good for chilling with some beer and food. Their food is very tasty and delicious.

So, according to this rude to the power infinity pub, The Bartender is always Right (Rule No. 1) and if Bartender is wrong, see Rule No. 1. <br/>Thereafter when I requested them to play a song of my choice (Pink Floyd/Amber Run), I was informed by senior Management, "We don't tell you what to drink, so You (as in the customer) don't tell us What Music to Play. This is the rudest place I have been to. I won't unless my dear friend was working here. And I never would, ever again. They didn't even have Irish Coffee, after being Irish House themselves. Baat karte hain.

Irish House is the all famous pub chain all over the country, and its no different for the one I am reviewing here. The place is an absolute joy to visit in terms of its excellent ambiance, lively atmosphere, live music and screening, good music, and ofcourse its all famous cocktails. <br/>There is no other place who makes better cocktails in Kolkata and this is no secret. The amazing happy hour offers makes Irish home for a chill afternoon. <br/>Constructive Criticism - It is really small and can get really cramped up during peak hours. <br/>Talking about the food here, nobody really goes to Irish for the food, and food here is only serves as munchies alongside all the alcohol. However you still expect the food to be decent, which I am afraid Irish doesn't meet on most occasion. <br/>Slight improvement on the food would enhance the whole experience. <br/><br/>Must try.<br/>- Trash Can<br/>- Long Island Ice tea <br/>- Moscow Mule <br/>- Citric Spinner.

My every weekend spot 😍 Totally in love with the place. Starting from the ambience,crowd , food, dj, staffs everything is superb. I really like their drinks collection. My every weekend spot to chill with friends.

A huge door to welcome you and when you enter its the wooden aura that stun you😍. The cubicles are very private and has a sitting arrangement of 6-8 People comfortably. The walls have good quotes and bar section is amazing, the drinks have great arrangement. I ordered the 3 meal course , so they served one after the other , the lasagne was fulfulling , creamy and 😄💋😍😍cheesy . For starters i chose the calzone , mushroom . The dessert was a pudding ( sweet and salty). If you want to celebrate then this is your place. Overall rating -5/5 for everything and bill was affordable 😬😊 and worth the whole experience. Heard so much about this place and its drinks, it was about time that I had gone there. One of the most interesting things about this place was the menu card and the way it is designed. There are vivid pictures of every dish that you can order. It makes you really want to have every item on the menu. Very clever way to make the customer order for more I must say. <br/><br/>Would have loved if it was a bit more spacious maybe and more table options for 2-3 people. But overall it was a very good experience. Although a bit pricey but its definitely worth coming here often.

Recently visited this place. Ambiance was awesome<br/>Interior is very classy. Large number of crowd in one place. Different types of crowd was there family crowd and also student crowd.<br/>Staffs are very courteous. Also aware of entire menu. Suggest us some good food which are very tasty.<br/>I saw many people complain about staffs behavior but I didn't find anything wrong.<br/>One group of people was misbehaving with a staff but that guy manage entire incident in a polite manner.<br/>Music was also good. Great Place to Hang out with friends

Had visited this place on a Feb Sunday and still found it relatively empty at around 1pm. I guess the Happy hours pull the crowds post 4pm. The staff is very courteous. Their food and beverages simply blew us away! My hubby & I ordered the Elder Twist and the Nutty Irishman cocktails. We absolutely loved them! And then their food! We were so impressed by the Spicy garlic shrimps that we ordered a repeat. If you love your 'shrooms, do try their Loaded Mushy Buttons, the spinach fillings are deliciously spiced! The British fish fight, their take on the classic fish n chips, was good too. Do try their Cheese burst bulbs with your drinks. The classic Cheese burger just hit the right notes with its juicy and perfectly seasoned tenderloin patty, not your typical burger joint patties. The portions are good for two and leave you satisfied. We wanted to try so much more off their menu but were full! Kudos to their chefs and bartenders! It was our anniversary and they made our day with their perfect dishes! Will come back to try their supper menu. Glad that we found this great classy place. Definitely recommended!

Went in during happy hours. Ended up staying till late. Irish coffee was good. The sweet potato fries were okay. The dips offered were pretty nice. So much so that people kept on licking just the sauce and even asked for refills.<br/>The music is nice. On a weekday it was pretty dead, but the dj kept an upbeat vibe.<br/>Afterall, Irish house is a great place. To be enjoyed with some good company.<br/>My company wasnt really boring and could manage a dance step or two. So all in all some good company, a good hangout.

i visited on 8th january i.e., yesterday but your staff behaviour was worst and they blaming us for bad behaviour, you know what i’m filing FIR in police station bcoz ur store managers pushed us out by assaulting us and told us to kick us out when we will visit next time you know what i’m gonna sue the hell out of you guys even though i’m regular there.

Been a few times to this place earlier and think it’s a pretty good place to go and have some drinks while chilling with friends. The prices of the drinks are not too much either and have good deals on happy hours too. They have good ranges on their menu for both food and drinks and have some good cocktail selection menus too. 🍸<br/><br/>Overall quite chill and will always be keen to grab some drinks in Irish! ☘️ 🤙🏽

I would like to tell everyone that there is a manager named Sirsendu Kumar Pal, who has a pathetic attitude and is very arrogant with women. I would like to convey this to each and every lady going out there because his behavior is extremely inappropriate.

These people have no idea how to manage. Too many people,too little space.and yet they allowed entry. We tried talking to a waiter regarding seats and he just ignored us. Had to leave after 10 minutes

A perfect place to drink away ur evening and hang out with good ol' buddies..<br/>A warm welcome from the courteous staff on a Sunday evening, where they have happy hours even on Sunday elevated my mood..<br/>The ambience gives u a classic castle like feel where all the Irishmen can drink away and celebrate their victory..<br/>The wall posters are too engaging..<br/>We took their Lager and i absolutely loved it..smooth and cold..this beer is my new favourite..<br/>Accompanied by chicken popcorn..crisp and spicy..the perfect companion i guess.<br/><br/>The rum with lime and coke was another add on for us..and it soothed our soul..<br/>The two faced chicken skewers where perfectly cooked..the sausage was extremely well cooked garnished in a spicy drizzle and so was the other white sauce which made the dish droolworthy..<br/>The classic thin crust sweet corn and capsicum pizza was amazing..the veggies were perfect match to the crispy crunch crust of the pizza..<br/>Though this place may burn a hole in your pocket..i say its a must visit to enjoy life..<br/>And yes..please arrive early on happy hours, otherwise u will not be seated..crowd alert!!

Well this place was on my bucket list for a long time and finally I visited here yesterday! We wanted to visit during Happy Hours time and hence entered at around 6 P.M. it was extremely crowded and we had to wait for 10-15 minutes to get a seat. The interior decoration of the pub is excellent, with wooden walls, writings inscribed on it, pictures on the walls with funny and meaningful quotes, totally makes it a 90's cover pub.<br/><br/>Coming straight to food and drinks - We had ordered The Irish Fish and Chips and draught beer along with it, the fish batter fry was excellent and French Fries served with it, mayonnaise and another dip too. The fry was crispy and the fillet of the fish was soft and fresh. We had also ordered Draught Beer along with it.<br/>Then we ordered Beer Can Roast Chicken. The chicken was amazing in taste served with potato wedges, broccoli, carrot and other veggies. It was an authentic continental dish and the chicken leg and breast was extremely soft, juicy and succulent. Lastly we ordered Brownie with Ice Cream and Chocolate sauce in desert. The brownie was large in size and tasted delicious, with lots of cashew and raisins in it. It was s treat to the tummy! Extremely satisfied with all the food items served and the quality.<br/><br/>Service was good and prompt, the staff had helped us getting a seat in the beginning. Food ordered was served pretty quickly and never took too long!<br/><br/>This place is totally for party freaks in town with loud music and their choice of music is pretty good as well. The dim lights will add to the mood.<br/><br/>Eagerly waiting for my next visit out here!

Had the Weekday Lunch Offer. Good combination of items, all in normal quantity unlike many other restaurants having offers.<br/>The service was fast, but they never served water until I asked for the same at the end of the meal.<br/>Had the following:<br/>1) Virgin Mojito - not the best I had, the zing was missing, tasted like lightly flavoured soda<br/>2) Moroccan Chicken Skewers - medium spicy, wonderful balance of flavours, very tasty<br/>3) Crispy Chicken Parmagiana - slightly crispy chicken fillets with a side of creamy mashed potatoes, good to taste<br/>4) Dual Chocolate Torte - not overly sweet, soft and creamy, loved it

The Irish House at Quest Mall is a nice joint to hang out with friends. Food is decent and service is great.

A lit place to hang out with your friends they also have smoking area. We fully enjoyed the food and the ambience.

We hit on the Happy hours(4 to7 pm)..crowd was less but there service was very slow,...staffs were not attentive at all... And the worst part was they switch off the lights after 5pm...we requested repeatedly to put the light on but they don't....aise kaise chalega yaar??? We can't take a single selfie together....worst experience ever

simply an awesome place to hang out with friends and have a great time. one of the few places that have a smoking room inside the property and you don't have to step out.<br/>LIIT is the must-try items. Angry Bird and tipsy paprika are really good.

Went here on Saptami for lunch . My friends told me that the beer they serve is really good but we found that they do not serve draught or craft beer. Overall the ambience was really good and the staff was very well behaved and courteous!!<br/><br/>Also the food we ordered was indeed amazing! We had ordered headless chicken platter which was more than enough for two people and we couldn't finish it. The chicken breast prices were a delight to the tongue indeed! Also we ordered the prawn skewers . The coating was a bit thick but the quality was real good.<br/><br/>The martini was quite refreshing. We also ordered two bottles of beer.<br/><br/>It's a nice place for hangouts with friends and spending some time.

It basically hits the list, the staffs are very well behaved, the food we ordered was extremely delicious.The best pub I have come across I must say. It's a must visit and I would encourage everyone to go there.

The decor is indeed amazing and Instagram friendly but the service of the staffs are not fast. The food according to the money charged is okayish. The crowd on weekdays seems to be less compared to weekends like anywhere else.

Irish House Café, Ballygunje – based at 4th floor of Quest mall, is one of the most sought-after lounges of Kolkata and I visited the same with my best friend!<br/><br/>Ambience of the place is excellent, we enjoyed watching cricket on their giant screen while eating out their Hunter's Penne pasta and Sriracha Veggie Skewers.<br/><br/>The pasta tasted nice when sprinkled with oregano – but their skewers failed to impress, their service is top notch also!<br/><br/>They are generally full house and one needs to wait for long for getting a seat – prices are high but justified.<br/><br/>Quality and quantity served is decent, overall a fine experience!

I have been planning to go The Irish House for weeks. Finally the day came, and experience was awesome. I love each and every dish of their whichever i ordered.<br/>First we ordered chicken chees burst which is just as amazing as anyone can imagine ever. And for the cocktails Midget Marry (we get lucky as one + one on drinks in happy hours.<br/>For for the main course mac and cheese with smoked chicken and minsed up the which were equally mouth watering.<br/>But one thing missed was their dessert as we don't have that much of time.<br/>Now come to the service part- stuffs are very good by behavior and there is also a smoking zone for the people like us, and actually everything is great.<br/>One should go there.

They have changed the trash can thing from redbull to ocean, its so bad, we are not drinking it anymore, it is really bad, it would have been 5 stars from me as I'm a regular. Please change it

I have always seen that pubs in Kolkata are over hyped and over priced with very poor to bad service. This place seems to reaffirm that belief. The service staff is very very bad; they tend to forget your order and when you ask them after 15-20 minutes about the same, they feign surprise about and order placed. Pathetic...<br/><br/>The food taste is very very bad. I mean, Kolkata serves far tasty food on the streets and at 1/10th the price. <br/><br/>The reason I have given two stars is because of the decor and ambience with just about passes muster.<br/><br/>Oh another thing. This is probably the only place in India which still levies a 10% service charge + GST; on alcohol which is already over priced to cover the establishment charges.

The booze and the food and the music and the dance, all mix together too well to create a wonderul tone when you're here. In places like these, you hardly care about what you're munching compared what you're drinking and dancing to. But this place serves the best food in town along with your drinks, so the next time you're here, remember that this is more than pub in terms of the great food it serves.

The Irish House at the Quest Mall is perhaps one of the most happening places for the party animals of the town. The interior is quiet stand out with low lights. But, most of the times it remains crowded and one need to stand in queue for long. Space cramp is a major issue for such a celebrated pub of the town. Rest of the aspects are just ok.

So Irish House is very famous for there green bear but we were not that lucky to get it. Other liquors like pinnacolanda are also fine. In starters we've tried headless chicken starters, main course Irish House Burger and in dessert jar named chocolate riverband was really good. Only negative point was they've very limited options of food as most of itmes in menu was unavailable. Overall good. 👍

Chicken belfast was worst..the chicken was smelly...the pizza was really good..the ambience was also great

Not much spacey but has good ambience overall. It becomes crowded a little bit after 4pm when happy hour starts. All the finger food that we ordered were good. Prawn one was best among them. Irish Riverdance was huge and hell tasty. And the quantities and qualities were all satisfying.

A very nice and happening place this is.<br/><br/>Located in quest mall. A pub with a costlier side but you can use your Dineout coupons here. A good place to chill and hangout with your closed ones and good friends. Ordered a litre beer and a classic margarita. I loved the margarita although.

Had the old school fish and chips and a cocktail. And ht sizzling brownie can not deny it is one of the fish n chips I have had. Really an Irish dish...with a outstanding Irish atmosphere.

This place has its name all around town because of their eye-catching events and whooping deals. I decided to try them out finally after a long wait. To my surprise, they are really nice and helpful too!<br/>Coming to their ambience, I was a bit let down but I guess their amazing food made up for it.<br/>Coming to the food we tried quite some dishes and they were all equally tasty!<br/>1. Cheese Burst Chicken: These are totally recommended as they pair perfectly with drinks. The chicken within was flavourful and soft and of that cheesy pull! Comes along with fries and dips.<br/>2. Smoked Meat Spaghetti: This is the best creamy spaghetti I have tried in a pub before. The spaghetti was loaded with smoked ham salami and pepperoni.<br/>3. Their Special Crafted menu: This contained one starter, one main course, one side, one dessert and one mocktail. You can also upgrade it to Beer or Sangria by adding just Rs. 99 to it.<br/>4. Inverted Bird: Yet another Classic!<br/>5. Classic Daiquiri: This was my first time with this cocktail and I have found my spirit drink already!<br/>.<br/>The restaurant also let us use Zomato Gold and pay through dineout which made me save huge on my bill! Kudos to their service!

I had ordered Chicken Wings and Mac and Cheese. It was absolutely delicious. I have been to the Irish House Bangalore, I could feel the difference between the two branches as to the service. The service and ambience in Bangalore is much better but the food will have equal ranking in both the places.

We went to this place in the afternoon on a weekday, so there was no rush what so ever.<br/>But boy the attitude of the staff reminded me of AirIndia hostess. They were just not interested in attending us.<br/>Food was average, options were great but not the preparations.<br/>One silver lining, beer options were plentiful....

A pretty nice place to hangout in groups. The food will tickle your taste buds and there's ample vegetarian options. If you are going between 4-7 PM you can avail the 1 free on 1 on all drinks on all days. That makes it brilliant! Better reserve if you are going on weekends because being a popular destination, you will face some issues getting tables on a weekend evening. They helped getting us a five seater. Five of us hung out with plenty of drinks and ample food and our bill was well within budget.<br/>P.S. Beware of the Long Island Iced Tea of this place. They are tasty and you wanna have more but limit yourself to one or at most 2 of them. You won't be in your senses if you are chugging in more.<br/><br/>Special mention - The staff there is amazing! They are always attentive to your needs and helpful if you are in a sticky situation.

The ambience is just like a foreign pub, we ordered a burger and grilled chicken dish both of which were well made and tasty, and the Irish trash can drink is a must have!

Went there today on a Sunday afternoon, was bored with the Sunday basics of bhaat mangsho, so tried something healthier.<br/><br/>Had a Ghost Pepper Smoked Chicken Salad and a Beer Can Roast Chicken.<br/><br/>The salad was tangy and full of greens with slices of smoked chicken breast. The mixture of dressing was a bit too tangy in my opinion, but definitely gave a punch! Loved the crisp veggies along with the lentils. Well this salad can be a wholesome meal for one!<br/><br/>Beer can roast chicken was a treat, both to the eyes and the tongue. Not everyday you get to have this type of roast chicken in Kolkata. It was juicy succulent and flavorsome. Loved it completely! Also loved the grilled potato wedges along with it! This piece of delight will surely keep calling me back to The Irish House.

A moderate and disparate place will be enjoyed most with friends. Staffs are courteous and the service is also satisfactory. One of the best place to visit in weekends. Food was mouth watering and was upto the price.

The ambience made for a very authentic pub experience, though to our great disappointment, no Guiness was available and draught beer was out of stock. Had Bira and Hoegaarden White instead, along with various platters. Would have preferred to give a 4.5 rating, but since the choice is between 4 and 5, am opting for a 5 rating in view of the cheerful service and food quality.

One of the the classiest bar ambiences in Kolkata to enjoy.<br/>Occasionally there are gigs. The food was really good over there.<br/>They also got draught beer so if you enjoy that you git it.<br/>The food is a bit expensive but it tastes really good.

This place is really expensive and so I'd suggest you go during Happy Hours. However I love this place. The ambience is amazing. Perfect for a fun hangout or a date.

Third class place , only idiot staffs, such bad hospitality, manager doesn’t give a damn to anything. Tapan name staff is a big time illiterate. People shouldn’t go to this place. Highly not recommended to go here. Remember the TAPAN NAMED guy. Beware of these idiots.

This visit to Irish House was to celebrate a birthday. It was Monday and went for dinner so as expected there were very few people , only 4 to 5 tables were occupied. All of my favourite music were being played which set the mood for perfect dinner. Our order was : Spicy pork pita pockets , Portofino Grilled fish, Hunter's penne pasta with 2 beer and 1 Seven Island Iced Tea cocktail. Seven Island iced tea & Portofino Grilled fish both were suggested by the staff who first took the order. Though at first place I found him bit weird as he was so much in hurry to take order from us but after trying both food & drink I have no complaint anymore. Later on though some other staff took it over. Each & every item was delicious. Grilled fish was bit spicy, not for people who faint at sight or hint of chilli but it was superb. The sauce was amazing. Loved the pork pita pockets. Pasta was full of prawns, mushrooms and too yummy. So was the cocktail, it will give you just the right amount of high. The ambience would definitely be much better when the place is crowded but I enjoyed every bit of the evening spent there. Pocket pinch is also not that high. So overall it was a great dinning out.

I like the ambience of the place. Its a packed up place during the happy hours. Love their margeritas and martinis. I also like their finger food. A lively ambience with quirky decor is definitely a great place to booze. Do try out the chicken wings from their messy wings fest.

One of the best bars I've ever been too. But unlike most of them, this can be ACTUALLY classified as a "pub". I really love the place to the extent that I go there once a month.<br/><br/>It is a bit on the pricier side, but all the drinks and snacks are quality. I would highly recommend the Irish coffee (hint: it has alcohol)

After giving exams for almost two months we were absolutely exhausted and famished and to restart our food journey we chose this restaurant.. Located on the top floor of quest mall,it's a pretty spacious restaurant with live bar counter.The service was kinda slow and presentation was not very extraordinary...<br/><br/>In the frame-<br/>Cheese burst chicken-- Minced chicken stuffed with mozzarella cheese, then crumbed in panko and deep Fried. The flavours were perfectly balanced.<br/>HIGHLY RECOMMENDED<br/><br/>Sloppy pig out- Roasted pork pulled and drenched in barbeque sauce trapped in between two ultra soft buns.The pulled pork and cheese combo just goes heavenly. The super crispy and spicy garlic fried perfectly accompanies the burger.<br/><br/>Grilled sriracha chicken bowl- Grilled chicken brushed with super hot sriracha sauce and served with apple cider rice and grilled broccoli. The chicken was quite juicy and tender, but the apple cider rice doesn't go with Chicken well. The rice has a strong fruity flavour.<br/><br/>Summing up it's a pretty good one time visit for a casual meet up with friends...

Visited this place on a Sunday for lunch with a friend. It is located on the fifth floor of Quest Mall. The interior is quiet good. One can either choose to seat at the tables or on the high stools around the bar section. The staffs are polite and friendly. Coming to the food we tried:<br/><br/>🔹️Two face chicken skewers: This is a nice dish to start thr meal with. The chicken was perfectly cooked. Tasted good.<br/><br/>Price: Rs 375/-<br/>Taste: 4/5<br/><br/>🔹️Portofino Grilled Fish: The fish was well cooked. The mashed potato served with it tasted great. The ambience is nice and the music isn't really loud at all.. But the pizza had a very less amount of cheese. Their trio of shots is Amazing. Loved it. And the service is really nice. Would recommend everyone to visit the place once.

This place has a quite appealing ambience! We ordered Jamaican chicken wings and it was very delicious however the quantity was less. The place is pricy but worth a visit. Happy hours start at 4pm.

Well this is clearly not a place for good food. Visited the place for a quick brunch with my partner and ordered mac and cheese, cheese burst chicken and a peanut butter shake but was highly daunted with the quantity and taste. While the shake was good, rest of the items were not really over the top. To add to that, I had a really really tough time convincing the manager that I am a zomato gold user. Apparently they thought I am stealing somebody else’s account inspite of me holding a valid user id which matched my registered email id. The confusion mainly happened because my user name had 2 names, not to mention both the persons were present at the table. Eventually had to call the zomato gold help to get the issue sorted out. The staff was really polite though as well as the itneriors. So won’t call it to be a great experience.
