It’s a good quite place. The food tasted fresh. The cook on the meats were good. We didn’t have to complain about anything. Remember the pork you order is going to be 90% fat and 10% meat. So be aware of that. Me and my partner dont hate it so it was okay - if you’re someone who does, dont order them

The place is tucked away right in front of a by-lane, so I had difficulties noticing it at first. You go up a small lift (or a narrow flight of stairs), and you reach the restaurant. The place was quiet on Saturday afternoon. We ordered bacon-wrapped chicken, gin, and a variety of main course items. Most were good, but a few of the steaks were medium-rare. We weren't asked how well done we would like the steaks to be. Service was quite slow, and they were confused about our Eazydiner booking. I had to go up to the manager and get it clarified. The pocket pinch was slightly on the higher side, but bearable. The happy hour promo was nice, and so was the Eazydiner discount.

Really amazing place. They have happy hours on weekdays where you can get 1:1 drink offers. Tried the bcon wrapped chicken. It was too good. The bacon was really really tasty. Much better than other places I've tried it from. The lasagna was also very nice. And the steak too was good. Ambience is romantic and you can sit near the windows. Hospitality is also good. Do recommend you visit here.

The Steak Factory is located on the Sarat Bose Road, about 100m from Rashbehari Avenue. The nearest metro station is Kalighat (850m). Parking is also available outside. It's in the 3rd floor of the building, lift is available. Coming to the ambience, it's pretty good with the music on. The lights and aesthetics are on point. We went on a Saturday afternoon and the place was nearly empty at that point of time. Usually it's crowded in the evening. We ordered Bacon wrapped chicken, Beef Burger, Chicken Sizzler, Lamb Rib Cage, Fried chicken wings, The Factory Special Steak, Beef Steak with grills and Caldera Craft Beer. The meats were all very tasty, portion wise sufficient and well cooked. Meats were supported by friench fries, bacons and stuffed potato etc. The manager was very good and prompt with the orders. The pocket pinch was really good as we good Easy Diner's discounts. The Steak Factory is surely one of the places to visit with friends or loved ones.

We had namely 3 items: Bacon wrapped chicken (yummm!), Pot Roasted Mutton(probably Lamb), Chicken Sizzler alongside the drinks: Virgin Mojito, Blue Lagoon

I've been a regular at this place since 2021, and you'll spot me here almost every other weekend. It's no secret how incredibly delicious the food is. This spot has truly won my taste buds over!

Amazing place and amazing food. Just mouth watering. The food is made with extra care and is such delicious that you would want to visit this place again and again. Total worth the money. The staff is extremely well behaved and warm.

There are limited chances to have steak here in Kolkata. But the Steak Factory offers great opportunities to enjoy good steaks with good draft beers. Staffs are friendly and foods are great.

An absolutely amazing experience! We visited there on my birthday and I couldn't be happier with the service and atmosphere here. We were seated in the 'screen room' on the rooftop space which has the comfiest couches, and a big screen to chill and have a great time (much Cine Cafe vibes, if I may say so). I loved the food and drinks which were prepared to perfection. Everything tasted delicious and the staff was very hospitable. I'd highly recommend everyone to visit this place with their loved ones!

Me and my girlfriend visited this place after much agony with finding parking space. It was a weekend so understandably it was busy, we sat at the ac section, it was cosy and nice, The first starter was crispy fried chicken which was double fried so wasn't as per my taste and I found it too oily. However the lemon iced tea was one of the best I had in the city, then we had a peri peri chicken steak and a tenderloin steak. Which was really really good. Overall a solid 4.5/5.

The quality and quantity of the food was worth the price. The staff were cooperative. I personally loved their different types of dishes which had very uncommon names and taste as well. We have tried their in-house special dishes and those were mouth watering. I will visit this one again. Have fun.

One of the best restaurants in Kolkata. The ambience is just a amazing, the place has a nice vibe to it and the staff is also very polite. Usually it’s nit very busy and you can easily get a seat without any reservation.

Hands down one of the best places in the city for continental meat dishes. Bar menu is as diverse as the food menu. I would not recommend their desserts though. The restaurant is on the 3rd floor. Very spacious with cozy seating arrangement. Lighting is decent. There's a screen for LCD projector (you can book this place for private parties). Staff are well behaved.

It is a nice restore. There is a rooftop, but this summer you definitely can't use it in the afternoon, they have an ac place also, but this is not so big so only three tables can be there. In the afternoon from 12-6/7 there is a happy hour going on hard drinks and cocktails. Try a cosmopolitan cocktail, this is really good.

Located 5-10 walking towards lake gardens, from rashbihari Avenue and Sarat Bose road crossing. A very party like ambiance with indoor sitting and only one small and cosy balcony space is available. As the name says, this place is famous for its steak serving. Taste is great and worth the price. They serve alcohol and also have happy hours. And pegs are available at reasonable price.

go to place to have amazing steaks. we had Assorted Meat Fritters, and Pork steak. very good food. and budget friendly too. it's on the 3rd floor of the building, couldn't find any board outside which was a bit of work to find.

Our 3rd time here was a charm...they never fail to impress..it may not be the most sought after haunt in the city but that kinda works well for us...ambience is lit.. comfortable to lounge in..music is groovy..but the star here is the food.. steaks are done to perfection..pork chops were divine ,fish florentine was droolworthy..chicken parmesan could have been better..but the bloodymary, sangria,pinacolada,and mojitos were a lesson in cocktail making..none of the ingredients were compromised.. evenings spent here are always worth remembering.<br/>

I love the quality of food, but one thing i don't like is the quantity. The quantity of food is nit worthy the prices. Other than that, staff members are very polite and very friendly. The ambience was very nice there. There special dish of then tastes really special in mouth. The cherry on the top is The brownie with vanilla ice cream. Overall experience is ok.

Chelo kebab was below average. Some street food shops use better quality rice than what they used in it. Meat was tasteless for most parts. The caramel pudding could be as well be mistaken for a ball made of sugar.

Best thing one could do is avoid this place. The steak is not edible. We returned the two portions that we ordered. Also please do not fall for the staff trying to oversell certain items on the menu. Definitely not worth a visit and when it comes to the food they need a lesson.

Not the best steak place in town.

We had ordered a French onion soup . What was served was far from what it should be. Few slices of onion (which were crunchy) in a watery broth and no cheese on top.<br/><br/>Tenderloin was specifically asked to be made medium rare. It was served well done. The replacement steak was in a weird shape of cut . Definitely not a tenderloin. Looked like a rump steak. Also the replacement steak was rare and too chewy.<br/><br/>Chicken stroganoff for some reason had potato peels in the dish. Staff didn't really have an answer as to why that would happen<br/><br/>Grilled fish was not fully grilled. It was fried first and then might have been thrown on a grill for the sear marks.

Okay i visited here today. So I'll straightway write about the food... I ordered Fried pork belly for starters and Tenderloin steak for main course. The pork was really really tasty amd quality was real good. It kinda uplifted our expectations which didn't take much longer to get shattered as soon as the main course arrived. The steak was so rubbery that u kinda have to struggle through it with that big knife ! And the taste wasn't atall at par with the price. It was just too much saucy.<br/>Though it was still manageable, to top it all off was the staff n their service. There was like one guy handling everything and he had a lot in his plate and was naturally messing things up and he was also rude.<br/>I'd recommend this place to please upgrade their service and staffs. And also to improve their quality of steaks. People want it fresh, hot and tasty.

I was there last evening with 4 members of my family all of us have fallen very sick due to food poisoning after consuming the infected, stale, horrible meat that they served this place should be immediately closed down by the authorities as this is a potential place for serious health hazard for public

We went there on Christmas evening. We asked if Sizzler was available. They said yes but for a table you have to wait. We waited for 45 mins for a table. After table allotment the behavior of the manager was awful. He told we have very dishes left. If you want you can have otherwise you may leave. When we wanted to order sizzler he told the oven is malfunctioning and we dont have any fish dishes left. You have to only take chicken steak or leave. At 9o'clock in the evening it is so surprising for a restaurant to go empty and moreover they wasted our valuable time. Even the waiter was behaving like a fool. He was taking orders which they won't be able to serve and then returning to the customer and asking them to order chicken steak. Very disappointed experience from such high rated restaurant!

I was longing for having Steak and started browsing for the best steak cooking restaurant in kolkata and I found The Steak Factory. I can blindly tell you that I was at the right place.. The steak was very tasty, apetizing, hygienic. The portion size was quiet enough for one, the meat was tender, soft and wellcoocked . The restaurant was spick and span, hygienic and well maintained. Their service just impressed me. They are polite, humble, knowledgeable, caring and professional. The ambiance was awesome, soothing, and refreshing. I ordered virgin mojito and chocolate fudge cake and they are awesome. I really love this place and recommend others for checking out.

We have taken 2 chicken steaks and one kabab platter. One was the special one and the other was normal. We just loved it .The sauce of the stick was unbelievable good. Best steak

We went to try The Steak Factory at Southern Avenue. However, on reaching, the staff tells us it is closed in spite of it being open according to Zomato and many other apps. People visiting, be aware that the staff have open timings different from what the app tells you.

This place is a hidden gem for me. The bar menu is enough cheap that you don't need happy hours.The ambience is quite exuberant. The staffs are very attentive. We tried BBQ chicken wings(average in taste), french fries, fried bacon, Signeture, Bacardi white, smirnoff.

Went there on Saptami 2019 to have lunch. I had high hopes regarding this place for some time now and thankfully I did not get a booking at this place on our last anniversary because it was a disappointment. <br/><br/>The ambience was good. The waiter/staff was not courteous, did not not provide the menu nor the various table amenities that should be there. Eventually we had to ask for the mwnu, drinkable water and table tissues. The cleaniliness if the place was alao questionable. Anyways, we ordered fish and chips and chicken steak. As we were waiting, I saw a family that just left able and that was being cleaned up. The way the table was cleaned is totally not good. First of all, the table mats shoulbe be replaced for such a high price restaurant. Second, some spoons and forks that seemed not cleaned were put back on the table. By this time we were already served but our order was served on the wrong table, and when these wonderful ladies pointed it out we were asked if we had placed this order! <br/><br/>Anyways, coming to the food; Fish and Chips- dont go for it; it had a very very thick batter coating and was also strechy. Chicken steak: Passable. I have had better chicken steaks on other restaurants.<br/><br/>Regarding the bill: we were told that if we paid via card then we will be taxed 18% GST. After a long day since early morning puja pandal hoppig were both tired to put in an argument for anything and so just paid the bill in cash.<br/><br/>Overall experience was not good and disappointing.<br/>

Today me and my friend went there for Sasthi dinner. Steak is my favourite. So we thought in which place steak is it's name, should be awesome. But what I can say, very disappointed. Confused staff, no maintenance. Served main dosh before starter. Steak got cold.

The lamb steak was raw, the pork kebab had too much mustard, the waiter didn't know how to deal with customers, it was like he was shy or so. Cook food properly, and check somehow before serving.

I fell in love with this place with that first morsel of factory mixed grill.<br/><br/>Price to portion size is quite decent here which usually you do not get in restaurants of this type.<br/><br/>It's a small place. Nothing fancy but they do hit the bulls eye with taste. Many a places i have found that they concentrate in making it look chic but you find nothing interesting in terms of taste. Your taste buds get excited not by chic look of restaurants but food. And The Steak Factory has done really well in it.<br/><br/>My only minor complaint is that Sweet lime soda was not that great. One of the bestest among the best in Southern Avenue ambience view music crowd and food it makes it all. It's a good date place a perfect Saturday eve place to visit. Well coming back to the place food is good but will pinch your wallet too with its price food quality is worth it but not quantity.

I had ordered Barbeque Pork Ribs Steak from the The Steak Factory and I selected Mashed Potato and Herb Rice as sides (it is still visible in my app).<br/><br/>However, to my utter dismay I received a foil containing soggy french fries as sides!!!<br/><br/>I am surprised that no one from Zomato informed me about the change in the sides!<br/><br/>This is an example of terrible unprofessional handling of order!<br/><br/>I am extremely irritated and disappointed at the utter callousness of Zomato and the restaurant!<br/><br/>Why was I not informed about the change in my ordered items? If I was informed about the change, I would have cancelled the entire order.<br/><br/>Food is about personal preference and a disappointing service like this ruins the entire experience!<br/><br/>

This is the newly opened outlet which has the best ambience among all other outlets. The interior is spacious enough looking like any american cafe. The staff is cordial who guide you throughout to select the best dishes. It was a musical evening where the guy singing had a very engaging voice.<br/>For starters we ordered<br/>• Cajun fish fry - This was the star dish of the night. The fish was tender bursting with flavours. Definitely recommended.<br/>• Mozarella stuffed lamb meatballs - This was cheesy filled with meat. Good in taste.<br/>In the main course<br/>• Pork chops - This was served with boiled veggies and french fries. The sauce tasted heavenly and the meat pieces were soft containing mostly the fat part. Recommended.<br/>• Minced mutton sizzler - This had the same sides and was huge in portion served with loads of cheese. Very tasty.<br/>• Cheesy chicken hassel back - A whole chicken breast in which cheese and spinach is infused served with a tangy sauce along with mashed potato and tossed veggies tasted heavenly.

Visited this place some time in May 2019.<br/><br/>Food : ordered tenderloin steak and pork chops. Taste was nothing overwhelming and in both the dishes meat was very hard.<br/><br/>Ambience : Apparently looks good but the moment I stepped in I got the stinking odour of raw meat all over the place. The tables were also not clean.<br/><br/>Service : Utter rubbish. Very slow in delivering the food. Also while payment they said that card machine is not working. No other mode of cash payment was also there.<br/><br/>Overall experience : Disappointing. Would never visit again.<br/><br/>

The food was delicious, and ambience was fine, okay for small groups.I had one chicken steak, kebabs nd virgin mojito. But the quantity served with the dish does not tally with the price. Overall it's a good place to hangout with friends.

A beautiful late lunch with perfectly prepared steaks.....i totally fell in love with the sides they served including the mildly caramelized onions......items:<br/><br/>- Veg Charcoal Steak (I chose cheese sauce): finely minced veggies lightly seasoning and crumb coated and fried doused in seasoned white sauce. The sides they serve are to die for!<br/>- Minced Mutton Steak<br/>- Cheese Garlic Bread to accompany the steaks.<br/>- Virgin Mojito - the perfect refresher to wash it all down!<br/><br/>Located in one of themany bylanes of Lake Place, it has a small space and very few tables. But service is moderately quick. Overall, a very good experience.

This place has such an amazing ambiance. Loved the food and the staff were super friendly. A must visit place for meat lovers. Had tenderloin which was so juicy and delicious. With smashed potatoes and boiled veggies. Still the taste of the sause lingers ❤️

We have been going to this place for th past 2 yrs but in the recent times the quality of food has dropped drastically. We ordered chicken cordon bleu and cheesy chicken with mushrooms and spinach filling. But when the food came the chicken cordonbleu was raw and undercooked with blocks of cheese which were yet to melt and tasted bland and awful. On the other hand the cheesy chicken lacked in its filling and there was no sign of mushroom. The sauce that was served tasted stale and also the mashed potato was not at all creamy infact it wasn't mashed properly. We were too dissatisfied and upset and this is the second time this happened with is. Seriously we are not going back to this food joint ever again.<br/>

Ambience , music, lighting was apt for a place like this. Although have been following steak factory since it was small lil outlet in new alipore. But abt the new outlet....as the name suggests....the chkn steak was perfect but the mashed potatoes tasted liked the aloo chokha no cream at all. I tried to order sumthin new.....like the margherita pizza which was taken ages to bake and when the pizza came ...it was undercooked. Simply put in words......my appetite was over ! Best thing about the dishes we ordered was the steak and the ballantine's drink. I seriously hope mr rohan chanda you take a look in this matter.

My burger patty was burnt, quite severely the first time and a good amount the second time after it was changed. Regardless it was one of the worst burgers I've ever had. I'm never going back to this place again. There was barely any flavor of chicken in the patty which was dominated by garlic and onion. I was left with a very bad taste in my mouth and couldn't finish the burger. Left hungry.

Great place for beer and beef steak👌. Place is bit costly, but the food quality is to die for. Every beef lover should go at least once. Also, beer is a bit costly, but ambiance is very nice and cozy.

We love steaks in general and we are game to try out different versions in restaurants. We’ve visited this place twice when we’ve been in town and we’ve liked the food. The ambiance is very pretty too and the service is excellent.

This is a small joint but has a nice rating. So, we thought to have a food experience here. As a starter, we ordered Bacon wrapped prawns which was super delicious. It made us very happy and we thought that we are at the right place. But it was too early to confirm that. In mains, we ordered Cheese tenderloin steak and pork chop. The pork chops could have been good but it had a prominent smell of camphor. It seemed the pork cut was not fresh. The worst item was the tenderloin steak. I made it clear that it should be medium rare. But the steak that came was too hard to eat. People with no training in these things should not keep these in their menu. I wasted my hard earned money, an evening over the worst steak I ever had. Two starts only for the Bacon Wrapped Prawns.<br/>Moreover, they claimed that we should only pay by cash.

I heard about this place long time ago from my friends, and then few days ago I went there and ordered Pork Chops and Lamb Lasagna. They're just awesome, as a foodie I suggest you to try these two items. They'll melt your heart for sure!!

I had read a review on Facebook praising this dish, so I was looking forward to it. Spaghetti was too dry, and so were the meatballs. Meatballs were tasteless, small, had very little meat and were not at all juicy. I paid 445 bucks for this dish (390 plus taxes and delivery fee) and never have I felt so cheated in my life. I just wrote this so that somebody doesn't order this and gets fooled. Other dishes may be good, I have no idea about them

This place is over-hyped. The portions are not great and cause the place is so small, it feels kinda claustrophobic. The food is not worth it and we have tried lots of different things on the menu.

This place is a nice one for a quick meal in a casual budget... The place is quite homey with lots of pictures and portraits.. Had chicken tetrazzinni here along with a chicken steak and both were utterly delicious.. Love to revisit again😁

This was my first visit to this joint.. A nice, dimlit and cozy place with good food.. We tried the mixed grill, mutton steak, mac and cheese, chicken steak, chello kebab and Cajun fish fry with fresh lime soda.. However the mixed grill, mac n cheese n fish were the best of the lot.. Mutton steak was too chewy n dry while the chello kebab was way too spicy.. The fresh lime tasted of old lemon as told by the tasters..<br/><br/>The service was pretty homely.. We were too engrossed in chatting away and left quite late but the servers never hurried us up.. They were really hospitable..<br/><br/>Overall a nice ambience with decent food at good prices.. It's a relatively tiny little place with good decor, courteous staff & value for money food. We ordered Chicken Steak & it was truly delicious, along with chicken steak we ordered 1 Spicy Chilli Pork in side dish & 2 Barbeque Pork Ribs. Now the thing about Barbeque Pork Ribs is that it's very delicious, very tender, soft pieces, everything is right but the quantity is a bit less compared to the price.<br/><br/>Overall, this is a good place to have quality food.

This place is located just near to the Menoka Cinema opposite the Rabindra Sarobar lake. Pretty small and a decent eatery. The steaks they sertare really nice and well presented. I tried out the spinach chicken steak which was perfectly cooked, tender and juicy. The mocktail are also nice

We visited this place during puja and it was packed up but they very soon arranged us a place.. We had chicken steak.. It was good.. the staffs are courteous.. ambience was good but the room in which we were made to sit was suffocating and the tables were not cleaned up properly. But overall a nice experience..

I went with my family. We ordered Fish n Chips, chicken steak with cheese and minced mutton steak. Service and staff behavior were very good. Decoration is also good. Good for couples and family. Think before giving orders as quantity is good.

One of the best places in the city to have your grills and barbeques, Steak Factory has been doing a pretty good job in serving you what they Excel at - Steaks. With an assortment of meats to choose from, customized as per your preference, the platter on offer is simply too good not to fall for. I have visited the Southern Avenue outlet a couple of times, once with friends and another time with family. On both the occasions, I was impressed by the courteous staff who seemed pretty knowledgeable about their dishes; the peppy music playing in the background and the decor adds to the Western feel. Portions are sufficient for one person and they all taste really good.

One of the best locations in kolkata to find the steak of your choice. The place is a bit small but the taste of the food compensates everything. The price is reasonable and the portion of the food served is enough for a person. The staffs are also very courteous.

It is undoubtedly one of the best place for steaks and continental cuisine. Though the place is very small, but the courteous staffs and the food make up for everything. I ordered a ham steak . What I got was a huge chunk of fat and I could barely find meat . And the meat was over cooked and hard.The sauce was over salted . It just wasted my evening. I just could not eat it .I would say not to order it as it's completely a waste of money

Just went for a casual lunch today afternoon. The concept is good but lack of perfection.<br/>The decor and ambience was pretty nice. As soon you enter you get to see nice American style photographs was hanging all over the wall.<br/><br/>We ordered for a portion of non veg Caesar Salad but after 5 minutes the server informed that was not available. So ordered for a portion of bacon wrapped cheese rolls. It was just bacon rolled and crumb fried and served with harrisa mayo. No cheese was there. The harrisa mayo taste weird, don't know why..?? After that we ordered a bacon wrapped tenderloin cheese burger. Expecting that will come along with some fries and coleslaw or any greens. The burger was not very eye appealing. The patty was dry and full of black pepper. There was no chedder in the burger. Only 2 thin slice of amul cheese (procced cheese). We confirmed with the server and explained that was mozzarella....!!!!! The bun for the burger was not soft, kinda crunchy from outside and ofcourse the burger didn't came with any coleslaw or greens....<br/><br/>1 star for the decor<br/>2 star for the pocket pinch<br/>3 star for filling our stomach<br/>4 star food came on time

Good food, great service, hygienic and lovely decor. Budget friendly as well. I went there for my birthday and I had a wonderful time. The only problem I found was that the chicken was very chewy, otherwise everything was wonderful.

A very tiny little place, food was okayish, preferably on the costlier side. Overall it was good. The question is will I visit it again? Probably not!
