Review Kfc - Kolkata (Calcutta)

We went there during the Christmas Eve and even though there was a crowd,the staff still managed to take orders, clean tables and handle queries. For our order, there were no more chicken wings so they had to replace it with a choco lava cake and mayo dip. The food was excellent and it was fresh. A washroom is available.

Chizza was in there menu only, they couldn't serve it. Chicken peri peri was better than the chicken wings. Quite a bit spacious and well organized. Good for friend groups and also for families. No waiting.

While I do like most of their products, the service isn’t the best. On multiple occasions, I’ve had to wait long for my orders, even though the restaurant has been empty. Most items are spicy so specify if you don’t want spice. Also they charge for everything that they ‘offer’ you like dips etc so be careful

I recently visited KFC Park Street Kolkata, and overall, it was a good experience. The ambiance was well decorated and clean, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The food was absolutely awesome; I enjoyed every bite! However, I have to mention that the service was a bit lacking. The lady who was taking our order seemed a bit lazy and slow in her approach, which was a bit disappointing. Nonetheless, the delicious food and the lovely ambiance made up for it. I would recommend this KFC for its great food and atmosphere, but I hope they can improve their service in the future.

The Park Street branch of KFC : The workers are novice and cannot handle any situation, nor give proper solution to the customers. But the food quality is really great, that hot and crispy chicken pieces, the seasoning and everything is great about the food. Upto the standards of KFC.

Always a big time fan of KFC. At a time pass there, went for some work so thought to have fun with my near by friend. Good place Spacious Not much crowded I found first time in KFC. Might be because of weekday noon But had fun

It was really awesome experience after a long walking on Park Street. Me, wife and son ware so hungry. We found all time favourite KFC. Very charming welcoming from the counter impressed us immediately. FF with popcorn & cheese was really testy. Chicken always good. Nice sitting arrangement ground and 1st floor. My son of 8 years old was so happy. Many KFC around the world I have visited but this one very cozy but liked very much & will come again.

Certainly not one of the most visited places in Park Street! Staffs are good.. Interior decor and ambience is nothing extraordinary except for the wall art by the staircase.. Food quality is decent. AC needs maintenance because the upper stairs floor was full of water because water was dripping from the ACs.

KFC is definitely 'Finger licking good'. Went to the Park Street outlet and tried their Hot wings, Chicken Popcorn & Chicken Strips. My personal favourites are Chicken Popcorn & the strips. Love their dips too.Though a bit pricey,but the taste is very good.

This place is moderately crowded and the place is a bit small but well can accomodate about 50 people (not individual). The delivery is just instant. All the covid protocols are maintained. The meal packs are just value for money. The Ultimate Savings Bucket at about ₹700 is just perfect for 3 people and can even make up for 4. The Super 4s Bucket and the Super 6s Bucket provide enough for 2 at about ₹600 and for 3 at about ₹850. The Special Virjin Mojito is must for all. It costed ₹240 each (when I visited).

It's a good place to chill with friends nd family nd njy some good fried chicken nd burgers. I njyed the buger with extra mayo nd French fries with soft drinks.

The ambiance is amazing. The staff is extremely courteous. The place is spacious enough to throw parties. The food is fresh and tastes amazing. During this pandemic they are maintaining extra hygiene standards. The service is really prompt. Kudos to the entire team . Loved the experience of having food here . tried the kfc recipe invention challenge @kfcindia running in Instagram.

Great hanging place around park street, nice ambience and cool staffs. Many pubs and bars are there round the corner. McDonald's are difficult to find in there. So thanks to KFC being so close to our eyes.

Very good experience

Never ever had this type of experience with KFC till date. The chicken used in the Hot wings was stale with a smell that is unbearable. The batter and the chicken used in Hot & Crispy was not completely cooked. Food is something that once you lost taste,u will never look back at it unless in urgency. <br/>KFC u just lost a loyal customer. I will never forget the smell of the staled chicken.

Like they all say.. it's Finger Licking Good!. Kfc never fails to satisfy my hunger. Food is just amazing 😍🤤.

KFC! who doesn't love cases chicken.... <br/>small child teenagers or elders no one can say no to KFC chicken.... <br/>There is no words for me to describe about this outlet as we know it is a international brand and they serve the best fried chicken which is unremarkable so I regularly visit cases different outlets and trust me every time they serve the same food in each and every outlet. ..

The very first KFC outlet in Kolkata that I have been to and still the best hangout place in Park Street. Just off Mother Teresa Sarani, this outlet is literally huge. Thus the crowd gets catered really fast, unlike other outlets. The quality is totally as expected from KFC. Love it!

The Food Was Very Very Bad & Tasteless...They Re-Fried The Chicken & Delivered To Us Instead Of Cooking Then

KFC Park Street really needs to undergo proper Quality Check. The chicken does not taste right. I'hv got sick twice from this joint and had stopped having KFC for 3yrs. Today I ordered KFC thinking that they might have improved their service... but i am highly disappointed seeing nothing has changed. Plz stop providing bad QUALITY chicken. No preparation can taste good without fresh ingredients.

Located just opposite to Peter Cat. KFC is something which needs no description about their food quality. <br/><br/>This outlet is quite spacious than the most ones. They're maintaining social distancing pretty well. Each table got a label with the distance sticker and they allow only 2people to sit in a table no matter the big the table is. So that distance is maintained properly. <br/>Coming to the food I've tried, <br/>Family meal box which will cost your around 700-750 rupees but it's worth the money. You'll definitely need two people to finish this. <br/>In this meal, you'll get <br/>Two coke<br/>Two cookies<br/>One rice bowl <br/>5 pieces of chicken wings <br/>French Fries<br/> And I've brought another rice bowl extra. <br/><br/>Definitely something that can fill you well. And trust me when I'm saying this cause I eat a lot. <br/>Do hop in and try out their family meal box. <br/>Happy eating.

Horrible experience at one of the most revered food chains in Kolkata and elsewhere. Called for a Zinger Burger Meal and a 4 pieces of Crispy Chicken. <br/>The bread for the burger was stale and had become hard. It is heart-wrenching to see KFC resorting to such tactics and endangering the lives of consumers at this vital juncture. <br/>The chicken in the burger was the size of a chicken strip and not a chicken breast which you associate with a Zinger Burger. Day light robbery! <br/>Needless to mention that the Crispy Chicken pieces were evidently stale and not even of standard size. KFC Kolkata should stop advertising the huge pieces of chicken on display at their store when they can’t offer what is promised.<br/>The fries were not present and were conveniently replaced with 3 Vegetable strips! <br/>I am quite devastated. If you can’t trust a global enterprise in these difficult times, it’s better to eat in.

Sale food served . Very terrible . Cannot expect from a big and loved brand like kfc

The lettuce leaves were missing kn the zinger burger which I was looking forward for. The grilled smoky chicken was a little burnt. There was no ketchup provided with an order od above 1000 rupees. The chicken popcorn was a large one but i guess a medium pack was offered. Disappointed with you KFC!! After this lockdown I was looking forward to the food but ny expectations were turned down with that burnt grilled smoky chicken!! Hurt!! 😭<br/>

Kfc always satisfy the cravings for chicken.Chickens are always fresh and juicy.Chicken wings and chicken popcorns will always remain my favorite.Staffs are good.Dinning place is quite large and spacious.

The food quality has become so worse that there is no difference between street food and kfc ... in this lockdown period they are supplying stale buns n stale chicken by frying it again ... i would suggested all of u not to waste money in buy KFC CHICKEN

Online order few days back was prepared from stale poultry. Midway theouhh the chicken wings noticed the foul smell. Whatever little I couod eat resulted in stomach upset. Maybe the Covid-19 scare has disrputed their supply chain and storage but compromising on quality and putting the innocent customers' health at risk is unacceptable.

Don't buy hots wings very bad smelling......

I have ordered a spcl bucket rs 666 yesterday .... it was nt good . It was smelling so badly .we couldn't eat those wings ... not satisfied ...

Recently ordered from zomato and never expected this kind of service from kfc.. small wings pieces were giving instead of crispy chicken pieces and the taste was worst than ever, i don't know what happend to them..

KFC is my always favorite option... Recently visited this place for friends birthday treat... We took many items like rice bowls, chicken burger, fried chicken, wings, double down, loaded fries & some Pepsi... Rice bowls are totally waste of money... Other items are good... Specially burger, loaded fries and fried chicken... Service is good... Ambience is bright and cool

Been here quite a few times and most of the times the buns were not soft and the rest is what you can expect from kfc the chocolate crushers are all time favorite and very refreshing

I went there in 31st December, i tried there Super Charger Box. It was awesome, this outlet is so big to serve there customer. Environment is also good to spend time with friends and family.

Just like any other KFC, this branch of KFC also serves some lipsmacking chicken dishes. I went in to try out the Zinger meal and I loved it.

Famous for its chicken. Super juicy and not very spicy. Affordable price range. You can definitely go for it. I ordered Chicken burger with coke and hot and crispy chicken. Very hygienic and clean environment.

The chicken was really Tasty and delicious ... I didn't like the crowd, so the sitting was not comfortable.<br/>However all over it was average.

Recently I ordered food from this outlet of KFC and I had a wonderful experience. I ordered the 4plus4 which had 4 hot and crispy chicken and 4 boneless chicken strips at a price of 380 only. I also had the chicken zinger burger which is an absolute delight to have. Overall very satisfied. ❤

KFC is one of the best restaurant for chicken lovers as they are having a great bucket of meals provider. Tried Bucket of crispy chicken, bone less strips, corn chicken and rice and much moreeee. I love KFC much more than Mc.Donalds but yet its too expensive also in compare to Mc.Donalds. Also, this place was newly renovated the place. Awesome ambience, lively music and fast service. Good place to hang out with friends and family.

It's not as spacious as that of Hatibagan outlet and diamond plaza ones. The service was a delayed one, overall a so so experience from kfc.

It’s been a long time since KFC came in Kolkata and it has been serving it’s customers so really crispy chicken burgers. The thing which can improve is the value for money.. otherwise the food is good. I love the chicken popcorn and the Zinger burgers. It’s the place to go for small hunger pangs.

Quantity was less all i can say.. m alwys a fan of Kfc and visited their other branches bt never had this kind of issues.
