Amazing quick service I must say during the rush hours of Durga Puja! The staff are very well behaved, and the food menu is huge! Don't forget to try the desserts!

One of the best places to visit if you crave a proper American cuisine. Ranging from the juicy lamb burgers to the delicious mocktails and ribs, the experience is one of a kind. Although the Acropolis outlet is preferred by me for its atmosphere, this outlet was good too

The food is quite luscious and the ambience is nice. What I didn't like was about the staff who was catering our table. He showed absolute discourteous attitude. They need to be more professional and hospitable.

ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE FOOD. And the drinks too. The Tuesday offer is outstanding. The food and drinks are great enough for me to happily pay for it. Loved the lbit. Absolutely. Wanted more and more. It's soul and stomach filling. Portion size is also absolutely adequate. Highly recommended. Service is also very helpful and nice.

Family friendly atmosphere... A bit crowded on weekends.. although seating arrangement is huge. The pizza tastes average, but sizzlers and desserts are delicious.

giving this place a solid 5/5 rating due to the following important (according to me) reasons: ✅ very clean and hygienic place given that it can often be teeming with people ✅ staffs are all wearing masks, maintaining distance while taking your order and are very polite ✅ food portions are absolutely perfect and not too greasy which is ideal for a good 'cheat meal' day 😁 ✅ price is not too much on a higher side and should be affordable enough if you are someone who doesn't dine out often note: happy hour starts from 3:30pm on weekdays edit: went there on 31st December. waited in a long queue even at 9PM 😂 but definitely food tasted good as I had 1-2 years ago.

Visited here last week and one of the most attractive aspect is their ambience. The staffs were very friendly and the food was served within a very less time. But from the price point of view,the quantity could've been more. We ordered a grilled chicken platter and Chipotle chicken Flatbread. Rating : 4/5 and 5/5.

Probably the best chillis outlet in the city. Ample space , bar counter. The waiters are cordial and they dont charge service charge!!. The food is always top notch best thing is the constant quality they maintain. Wings, burgers , rice bowls are must try. My favourite - lemonades!!!

If you love American and Mexican food youll love this place. Now they are not adding service tax anymore that's great I think.

Very good option in Kolkata for continental food. Ambiance is good as well with music. Food options are quite large with drinks as well. Price is on a tad bit higher side, but the quantity is good for most of the items. Must try : Pork pepperoni pizza, rosted prawn pasta, chicken wings etc. Sometimes in weekend it gets really crowded and the service quality decreases.

Well this is not the first time I am visiting the Chili's, have always been their regular customer. Yesterday we tried 2 items from their new set of menu. One was the Chili Lime Shrimp rice bowl and Jumbo Prawns in Butter garlic sauce. The Rice bowl was quite tasty with a mix of freshly grilled prawns,rice,sauted veggies,salads along with a green chutney. The Butter garlic prawns were however Soul satisfying. Served with garlic bread , the garlic sauce was delicious with a subtle sour taste and the prawns were so fresh. Looking forward to try their other new items!!!

Very few places in Kolkata can make a good Mexican food and Chili's is one of them. Both their Fajita and Quesadilla are too good. Located in a very happening place- 2nd floor of south city mall. From outside it looks small but actually they have quite big place inside. Service is nice, food is excellent, and no loud music which is a big plus for me, you can enjoy your company or the food. Overall five star.

Chilli's is one of my favourite places. Whenever I can't decide where to go ,pay a visit to chilli's 😂. Awesome place,nice crowd, cooperative waiters, above all great food. The worst steak plater I have ever had in my life. Too overcook, chewy meat, mashed potatoes and vegetable are overdone, even the brown sauce is beyond tasteless too much rosemary herb on top. <br/><br/>But the classic chicken grilled cheese nachos were pretty good. This dish finally save the our lunch.

Experienced some excellent delicacies from here with amazing tastes , perfect ambience and budget.. the total food bill was ₹2300+GST(for 2 people) and everything tasted so awesome from the welcoming drink to the desert.. highly recommend ✅👍

After being locked up in home for 7months,went out with friends after 7months and Chilli's was the best choice...we had grilled Basa in blackened sauce,chicken dipper ,onion rings and molten Chocolate lava cake with diet coke.. hospitality, sitting arrangements,staff and decoration everything is to the point..<br/>Talking about cons:<br/>1.they were not using disposable plates and glass which should be must in this pandemic<br/>2.onion rings were too soggy...<br/>Food serving, portions everything was good ...overall good experience<br/>

I visited here on last Saturday. Service was really bad no one wants to listen i ask for spoon and they took 10 mins to give. I order food and got soo cold which was tasted very bad i had horrible experience in chillis though i like chillis very much and i keep visting QUEST mall and they have nice staff and they care about the customer i m writing it here cos at that time i didnt got any manager to share this so plss look after this issue.

The place is indeed great. The food is delicious. But the price ratio with the food is not upto the mark. The chicken starter combo is my favourite. Also the thin crust pizza is a must try.

On my Last Bday Nov 19, I decided to visit my favorite food joint with my mom .. I love their food , quality, a portion of the food. So i ordered my Favorites-<br/><br/>1. Chicken Nacho's (5/5)- Me n my mom can't resist ourselves from ordering it.. Its cheesy and crisp taste along with sour jalapeno just makes us feel good.<br/><br/>2. Wings (5/5)- Portion was good.. creamy, juicy Chicken wings were excellent.<br/><br/>3. Acho crust Fish (3.5/5)- we chose basa instead of salmon,as I don't like it much.. Fish fillet was huge we both couldn't finish it. after having those starters... But the main reason for the loss of appetite was that Fish was very very soft, n soggy, fish was fresh though. But the cooking style n some particular Indian spice smell was so dominant, all those were killing our appetite.<br/>4. Fudge Brownie and Vanilla Ice cream (5/5) - We thought of ordering this but that fish taste made us unable to eat anything further. Though suddenly they came up with this dessert as a complimentary Bday treat item. But as we were not feeling well they also packed it for us even that ice cream...It was So sweet of them but when they started singing it's a bit awkward for me.. <br/>Chili's Staffs are always very friendly n cheerful.. <br/>Hope in future also they will keep up their quality and quantity in this reasonable price rate..

We went to #chillis south city today evening the evening was so awesome with bright moonlit sky, friends, laughter and really great food that was served by chillis and yes after 5 and half months I drink vodka with pineapple syrup with freshly cuttted pineapple which was made by the in house bartender and was so awesome I had 3 .we had a full basa fish so enormous in size that atleast 3 people needed to finish it off and in my dessert I have that chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream on top which was full of gooey molted chocolate inside . Heaven!!!

Such a great & dandy place to eat out. Must say, sanitization was proper. Well, there was a little problem downloading the E-menu. It was not clearly visible.Nvm Zomato menu is still same, one can try otherwise. Coming to food, we ordered Non-veg triple Dipper(it's kinda famous) , Chicken Wings , Cottage Cheese Quesadillas , grilled chicken platter. Mocktails were very soothing.<br/>All dishes were delightful but i found chicken platter was somehow below average. Otherwise Prompt Courteous Service. Hope to visit again.

Today we visited this outlet after the lock down. We tried the tripple dipper and chicken fajita. Also took their famous strawberry soda which was pretty good. Taste was as usual good and chicken was properly marinated and cooked. Items were less spicy hence kids wont have problem having the same. Overall good experience.

Pasta was really bad. Not worth the money. Only pasta and white sauce and they charged 200 for it. I can make better pasta at home

Me and my friend went there today. The ambience was great. We ordered Santa fe salad with crispy chicken crisper. It was really delicious. We also ordered one black coffee and one coffee with cappuccino. Foods were awesome. Looking forward to visit this place again.

The staff did not give full information during their suggestions and add-ons, resulting in an overpriced dining experience. On top of a huge service charge, they pushed for a generous tip while paying by card. All in all disappointed by the experience.

Just a worst place, i went there to dine but such bad staffs and extremely bad pizza. The pizza bread was smelling . We asked for extra cheese but I don't think it is called extra cheese even Dominos is better. Our server was Suman bdw. We had to wait a long for ordering the food even. They were busy talking between themselves n literally no attention for the guest . However , he waa attending only one table and that's our after that also this is the service of chilli's omg. We didn't had the main course there after that . I went to celebrate my birthday yesterday n this is what I had to face. Never going to visit again n ll not recommend to my friends n family as well.<br/>Even the manager did came to the table or even ask about the matter.<br/>Please look into the matter team<br/>Not going to visit the place if this is the service.

Well, I do have a mixed opinion about this place. Amid this covid scenario, Chili's is doing great to maintain the hygiene and is properly sanitizing the place. Full marks on that. Disappointing news for drinkers....no alcohol at the moment. Food and portions were undoubtedly good. Texas style chicken wings are a must order. Ordered bacon and cheese steak with seasonal veggies and rice. The bacon was crisp and was to my liking. Rice was flavorful. Was disappointed with the steak. It was too well done. The meat was bland in the middle. Chicken crispers were a treat to have. The corn on the cob alongside was a good accompaniment. Good place to visit.

If American food is right up your alley, this is the place to visit. I cannot emphasize on how delicate and juicy the ribs are. The burger is big enough for two people and very filling. The meat patty inside does justice to it's name and accompanied by a French fry trench. The price may be a bit on the higher side, but it is totally worth splurging on.

The food was absolutely not upto the mark! I've been four times before & being satisfied with my previous experiences i decided to visit again! But i was heavily disappointed this time! We ordered medium rare steak! They served raw meat first, we send it back & they replaced it, but still the meat was very chewy to eat & the quality was also very poor! Didn't expect this from Chili's! I had steak earlier in 2018 from this restaurant & it tasted delicious! But this time it was horrible!

Best place for hangout

Great ambience with super awesome food but what makes it 3* is not the food, it is for the staff. When a bengali staff, trying hard with not so fluent English , and each time I tried to speak in my mother tongue, I have been replied in a foreign language , and even when , I told them to speak to me in bengali, they said its against their rules, they can't speak in bengali.<br/>How sad it was, there is no shame, speaking in our mother language 🖤

Food was great. Service was great by Gautam. We even celebrated our friend's birthday where every employee sang together and it was great. The ice cream-brownie they gave as birthday dessert was to die for

Chilli's serves classic Tex-Mex style food. Prices are on the higher side.<br/><br/>Try to visit during happy hours. We have tried multiple items from the menu. Chicken steak was awesome.<br/><br/>But Baby back Pork ribs were a total disaster, as the pork was not cooked properly and did not complement the BBQ sauce.

It used to be one of our favourite restaurants.For the food and the service...<br/>But today I was so disappointed that am forced to write this review. I went with my 6 yr old boy who is a foodie. We ordered salad and chicken wings.<br/>We were served water as soon as we sat down.<br/>Someone took our order.<br/>When food arrived, I realised that the salad leaves were bitter.<br/>I wanted to mention it to the waiter, but no one was around.<br/>I was feeling tired because of some health issues and wasn't in the mood for any kind of argument.<br/>So I let it pass.<br/>After all leaves are from nature, and could be bitter for some natural reason.<br/>My boy however took one spoonful and refused to eat the salad anymore. Saying it tastes bitter.<br/><br/>But what irked the most was ever since we sat down and were served a glass of water, ( a small glass in case of my boy) nobody came upto to fill the empty glasses.<br/>My boy was thirsty midmeal and I poured my water into his small glass, looked around for a waiter... In vain.<br/>In the 45 mins we were eating, we were basically served water once, when we arrived and forgotten.<br/>They didn't offer us water even when the plates were being cleared away and they noticed our glasses were empty, as restaurants normally do.<br/><br/>It's Monday lunch time.<br/>Restaurant wasn't very crowded, neither did they look shortstaffed.<br/>If I have to scream and shout for attention for a glass of water, I don't think I want to be in that restaurant anymore.<br/>Funnily Chilli's is one of those restaurants that charges a 10% service charge!!!<br/>For such sad service.

Every time I visit this place, I’m filled with joy and their hospitality and warm ambience makes every visit worth remembering. The portions are so very filling and the taste lingers on your tongue for the rest of the day. We ordered Triple Dipper which was fresh and crispy with mouthwatering homemade sauces, Chicken Cajun Pasta (an absolute favourite) and Grilled Chicken Tacos which stole the show along with a couple of drinks.<br/><br/>The service was extraordinary that had a profound impact on our evening; especially the server Sourav, he was extremely courteous. The place is indeed of high quality as goes its brand. Sometimes the mood of a place can make or break a dining experience but this Tex-Mex-American restaurant completely complimented its supreme quality of dishes. One of my favourites at such a pocket friendly budget.<br/><br/>Do make a visit to understand what the hype about this place is all about. You won’t regret.

I have visited this place twice now, still didn't get the hype behind this place.<br/>Though the decor and the service of this place is really good,the food was not able to mmet my expectations.<br/>We ordered-<br/>*Signature Wings (Rs 375) - 3.5/5<br/>*Chipotle Chicken Flatbread (half - Rs 295)-2.5/5<br/>*Chipotle Chicken Max Bowl (Rs 395) -4.5/5<br/>*Smoked Chicken & Crispy Jalapeno Fajita (Rs 525)-3.5/5<br/>*Brownie Sundae (Rs 295) - 4/5<br/>Out of all the dishes,the Max Bowl and the Brownie Sundae was the one that I really liked. But the other dishes tasted bland and spiceless. The flatbread had a hefty amount of chopped tomatoes and salt which tasted really bad.

Went there on 18th January for a lunch, the staffs were humble and will guide you properly. Ordered 5 cheese pizza, cheese garlic bread, santafe grilled chicken salad,red chilli bhetki and grilled herb steak..i give a 5 star specially to the steak salad and red chilli bhetki..full of flavours, portion enough for one person..loved the way they greet your kids with balloons,crayons and activity sheet. A big thumbs up.
