It's an amazing place to have breakfast or snacks.. I have been having their hing kacuri for years now, it tastes the same, you should enjoy the kachuri with the chatnee. They do have other snacks, i really loved their dahi vada as well. Must try.
Sanjay J Kamath
A fair bengali breakfast and snack shop. The hing Kachori is Good with aloo dum. And also try the Mishtidoi and the rasgulla is out of the world. The other items were pretty okay. There is hardly space to stand. You'll have to eat out and no parking around. It's a busy street
Shankhadeep Ghosh
Food was amazing. Quality was also good too. We had too many items & forgot to click photos. Loved the Papri Chaat- Kalakand Mishti-Rabri-DahiVada. Must visit place if you're nearby. !

This place has become a breakfast favourite for me and my friends. The days we crave jalebi and samosas in the morning, we know exactly where to head. The Hing Kachori (poori served with aloo hing subzi) is awesome. The samosa, crushed and mashed, served with dahi and chutney is amazing. The dhokla served with chutney is great. The club kachori is delicate and goes well with the chutney/dahi it is served with. The best part for me is the Jalebi. Pair it with Samosa or Kachori and you have got a drool worthy combination. Request them to prepare the Jalebi fresh if you visit this place early in the morning. Nothing better than fresh jalebi, piping hot and dripping with chashni, straight out of the cauldron. *drool drops on the phone*😂 One star deducted for the ambience. It is literally at corner and there is no seating at all. Plus there might be traffic congestion right nearby, which kind of takes away the fun of eating such an awesome food. Highly recommended place.

Now its an AC outlet. Well-known for its Kachuri with sweet chatni and snacks. Now you can have Dahi vada, dhokla and Idly Vada also. They have just started their winter special menu featuring nalen gurer sandesh, Kadaisuti Kachuri, Gobi singara, Gajar ka halwa etc. Lassi and misti doi is equally good.
kuntal mukhopadhyay
Nice. Hing kochuri cost 50 , and lassi 50. Taste good.
Ranit Bose
Tasty Sweet's. Price is okay. Size of the rasgulla is smaller than the price charged.
Gautam Banerjee
Nice place for a quick tasty bite. Good simple but tasty menu. A little expensive but awesome food. Must try their hing kachori, luchi chola dal, amriti jilipi. The menu has variety for young and old. Well it is a little costly but considering the quality of food it is worth every paisa.
Siddhartha Sen
Showstopper item is hing kachuri.. the size is huge and the sabji along side the kachuri has a balanced taste of spices..yes its costlier compared to many but certainly worth the price.. have not tasted the sweetmaeats today, but quite a few of them appeared gigantic in size..service was somewhat lackadaisical
Sattyaki Chakrobarty
Budget friendly sweet shop near ballygunge. Must try hing er kochuri, singara, rossogolla and lassi. Quality and hygine parameters are well maintained. Bike and car parking available here.
Monideepa Chandra
The place is pure nostalgia..I used to visit this place with my dad since my childhood days..Over the years they're serving and surprisingly that taste has not been changed ...Now also if you go early morning you will get to see people eating kachuri sabji or ordering for parcel..My personal favorite is hing er kachuri with cholar daal and sweet lassi
reddy harish kannapu
The ambience is not great but the food they serve is amazing, and prices are also very cheap.. Don't miss their kachori sabji, and of course , rosogulla goes without saying..
Somnath Bhattacharya
Awesome food joint. U ll fall in love with the chai bhand or kullad. Hing kachori and radhaballabi is jst mouth watering...
Ritasish Bhattacharjee
Only the brand name remains, the standard has dropped highly that too for such a price bracket for normal breakfast. But for pointers, perhaps the nostalgia counts more than the taste and price
रुबेन सेनगुप्ता
Over priced , pathetic food. Rude behaviour of the staffs.
Sunny Gupta
Sweets, Tea, Samosas, Radhaballabi are available of good quality but little bit Costly.

Tasty Corner is a memory of my childhood and school days. It was the place for a break or a snack-time. As time went by, the quality and taste of food improved and I go there often with my friends to cherish the old memories. In a sentence...Tasty Corner rockzzz as always !! :-) :-)
Anirban Sharma
Tasty corner. I still remember the 1st time I visited this awesome food center. I wished to taste the famous Radhaballavi, but ended up having most of the sweets. Now I consider the radhaballavi is the benchmark for snacks available in Kolkata. Keep it up spreading the taste in every corner. :)
Debdoot Ray Chaudhuri
Tasty Corner is famous for its Hing Kachoris. They provide hot and good quality kochuris.I have had a number of items from this shop a number of times<br/>-Hing Kachori with alur dom<br/>-Radha Ballavi with alur dom<br/>-Paneer Cutlet<br/>-Capsicum Cutlet<br/>-Singara<br/>-Phool gobi singara<br/>-Idli<br/>-Dhokla<br/>-Lassi<br/>-Tea<br/>-Vegetable chop<br/>All the items they sell are of excellent quality and taste. But the kachoris, paneer cutlet and lassi deserve a special mention. They were just awesome and happened to be my favourite.<br/>

I tried club kachori, peas kachori and rava idly. The taste was okay but the prices are too much.
PS
Tried their club kachuri. It tasted good, but a little bit overpriced.
Avirup Dey
We are regular visitors of this snacks bar. It is on Mandeville gardens. It has a variety of huge snacks. Every food item is of good quality. It has no sitting arrangements.

I went here during Durga Puja and got to taste the amazing Loochi Aalu Dum, Kachori, And different types of sweets. The food is so amazing and more than that everyone managing this place does it really efficiently.
Mr.Foodie_Official
Recently visited this place located at ballygaunj, Ordered club kachori with dal, tea. Though the tea was good, the club kachori was not too crunchy. The dal was average.  will visit again to try their sweets next week.

Great place for snacking. But over the years, they have compromised quality, a little bit.

I had ordered dahi vada. It wasn't as per my taste because it had raisins and nuts in them which tasted funky with the curd. Also the bhujiya that was provided with the snack was of very poor quality and didn't taste good.
Abhishek Sengupta
I ordered the Keshari special tea here for Rs 140 and I couldn't believe my eyes in what I received. The tea wasn't even sufficient for one individual. I had tea at top restaurants and even in some 5 star restaurants as well never received such small quantity at such an absurd price. You know what's even more funny that it was a large tea. So I wonder what the small would've looked like? If the large isn't sufficient enough for 1 individual what's the quantity of the small portion? They should atleast mention the ml quantity on the menu and stop cheating the customers. I still can't figure out how that little tea cost rs 140. Absolutely bizarre. Never ordering from here ever again.
Nidhi Sharma
I have ordered allo paratha and I found two pieces of paratha in it. it shows how careless these people are they just know how to make money and don't think about consumer and food safety.
Somopriyo Basu
Situated near the south point school, this place have a big fan following. It's very busy through out the day. The kochori, luchi & phulkopi samosa are something which will make you come back to this place again & again.
Sonia De
the food was tasty
Sam Waris
Poor quality products with an absurd price tag for the quality. I ordered some tea and they charged me INR 140.00 for a very small amount, totally not worth it, the cheese sandwich was bland and soggy plus the deep fried filled capsicum was old and not fresh. I highly recommend people DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RESTAURANT.<br/>
Shree Basu
It was a veg day and nothing better than luchi aloor dom comes in your mind for it.<br/><br/>I ordered<br/>-Luchi (8 piece)<br/>-Aloor dom (1 plate)<br/><br/>The delivery was superfast and the food was fresh and hot.The behaviour of the restaurant and the delivery boy was very polite and patientful. The packaging was great and they gave chutney and salad with it as complimentary. The food was also very delicious and enough for 2 people.
Reeta Jain
I ordered Ras Malai today and have a very bad experience. They delivered only one piece for 80 Rs. This is so disappointing to me,will never order again.
Laila Chakraborty
Had ordered Radhaballavi with aloo dum, it was really tasty. The accompanying chilli pickle was mouth watering and heavenly. The aloo dum was a bit oily. I would recommend this delicacy and rate it 4/5.
Margherita
A legend that is losing its touch. The lingering taste of khasta kachori is that of oil, sadly. The phoolgobi samosa was too spicy. Luchi aloo dum, not a fan. Only the imarti was proper fun.
Sonia De
Very tasty food
Blooming Sampreeta
Hinger kochuri. It's a great place for quick bites and tiffin. Tea and lassi is also very famous. It's just at the bending road of fern road.
Vinita More
Ordered for a Dahi Vada. Have had club Kachori, radhavallabhi etc from here and they were delicious. The 3 points is for that. The Dahi Vada was absolutely stale. Had to discard it. Hope they maintain their quality.
Chirantan Ghosh
Overhyped and overpriced...1 piece aloo parantha costs 70 bucks..what the hell man..this is how u do business in kolkata..making a brand like an apple is superb but u should consider your quality aspects as well.<br/>
Sujit Roy
foods are costly compared to size and quality. I shall recommend not to buy sweets from tasty corner. ordered items may not available. overall not good<br/>
Ritwik Basu
I ordered Misti Doi from This place. The taste is very Sour and quality is not at all up to the mark. Very much dissatisfied with the product.
Soumi Mukherjee
portion size is too little according to cost.
Abhishek Banerjee
Ordered misti doi. Not so tasty and much costly. Cheap good quality available in local shops. It charges premium for having prime locations.<br/><br/>
Sonu Singh
food is tasty. But for somedays I am following that u r putting more red chilli in aloo sabzi which is not good for health. Please instruct Ur chef.<br/>
Suparna Das ( Ultimate Foodie)
Tried only tea though..loved the shop, the 'bhar' of the tea...<br/>And it was 👌<br/>Will visit again soon for sure to try the other yummy items available there..
Ashish Jha
It should be named Kachra Corner because of the kind of food it has been offering. The Kachori becomes as tight as a stone within few minutes and thus uneatable. It is now not even 5% of what it used to be earlier..

Hing kachuri nd alur dam tasted average. ..also tried their misti doi , jalebi, nd rasgulla ...a good place for having breakfast at pocket friendly price. ..
Debaleena Roy
A very good option for evening snacking..kachori,dal puri, paneer kachori of here are awesome.authentic types of sweets variety .. kesar tea is mediocre..
Souvik Barua
The food was good but it was way overpriced. I bought cheese sandwich and I got only 1 piece of cheese sandwich. That too the cheese didn't even melt a little bit. I am very disappointed with the food.
Toorban Ghosh
Yummy Radha Ballabi and Chai that they make. The Rajbhog bomb is a real treat with Gaja. All time favourite for kesar chai with kachori. A nice place for addaaa
Jeet Gupta
Ordered Breakfast yesterday and to be honest I won't say the preparations were amazing or very tasty but it's not that bad either. I had club kachori and Idli Sambar. The only disappointment I had is with their Sambar and Mint Coconut Chutney. The Sambar didn't had that tangy spicy punch and the Mint Coconut Chutney was bland.Apart from those The Idli was finely made it was soft and spungy and the Kachoris were good too. There are room for Improvements.
Ragini
However the taste of of rasagulla and Gulab jamun, i ordered, was very good and no complain about the quality but the disappointing point is they charged double for the same stuff on Zomato which is otherwise available on half price at their shop. They charged rs 20/- per piece for both the sweets which are available for rs 10/- at shop. 😏 my poor rating is for charges otherwise food is good.
Kalpesh Saha
It is definitely a good place for eating snacks but recently i didn't find it good enough. I bought kachori and sweets few days back but it wasn't as good as it was before.
Priyanka Pal Chowdhury
Actually went here after getting recommendation for kachuri. I tried lassi and kachori here and both were good. It's actually a sweetshop and you can find different types of sweets here, even gajar ka halwa and dhokla is also available. And also huge sized laddu was also available here. So in total it is a good place to eat farifuri.
Swarnadeep Ghosh
Going by its history this place has had its name in the kachori business for long however i am a little bit disappointed this time. It didn't do justice to the taste compared to the price. From a middle class point of view one would expect a plate of kachori would easily come under 50 bucks. But shelling out 100 bucks for 4 pieces and aloor daam does pinch the pocket. Sharma has the same taste and feel under 50. Maybe I'm being too judgemental but as a common man i didn't find it that special.
Tanmoyb313
left food with building guard without letting me know. wouldn't answer the phone when I tried calling multiple times to inquire where the food was. one container of food was spilled empty inside the carry bag.
Prit Sinha
awsome service
Debadrita Acharyya
One of my favourites since 2004 ! Basically a favourite of all my fellow Pointers since it's so close to the junior and high school! The kachauris are famous here, so much so that it won't need an introduction! The taste of the curry and chutney alongside hasn't changed even a fraction since a decade that I've been having it.. the Radhaballavi is fascinating! Tried the patol mishti this time( didn't disappoint) ! Rest there's a plethora of amazing sweets and vegetarian snacks available here and the quality has always been maintained so definitely a good and safe bet to try anything from here!
Mamata Das
Ordered a Club Kochuri n Jilipi just to check whether this Indian snacks joint has been able to retain its taste over the years since my days at South Point. Nope, I was left pleasantly surprised to see that not much has changed. Hats off to them for doing complete justice with the soft kachoris n aloor dom. One could smell the aroma of gota jeera, hing n masalas in the curry while the jilipis where so so sweet n crunchy. I just wished that they had not added so much needless orange color to the sweets. Tasty Corner still rocks !!
Tejaswini Gomes
Very disappointed with the breakfast very bad kachoris hard, not proper shaped, broken. The alu sabji very spicy oily .morning breakfast must be tasty healthy but it spoiled my day kachoris were pathetic kindly look in to the product.never recommend to any one<br/>
Badri Gupta
No complaints for quality of their items but the price is quite or very (you can say) steep otherwise you will not have any regret but the price??
Sounak Samanta(how_we_met_food)
Located near the South Point School this place sells snacks and sweets. The kachori here is amazing so is the sabzi they serve along with it. The sweets here are lip smacking be it the rosogolla, gulab jamun , kaju barfi. One should definitely visit this place specially during winter mornings and try their delicacies.
Srinjoy Nath
Located in Bullygunge area near South Point High School for the senior building. I have tried Kochuri and Amitti from this shop and after that I had tea. The price is quiet pocket friendly and the tasty is fantastic. The taste absolutely goes with the name of the shop TASTY CORNER. There are many types of other items available along with sweets of various kinds. #Sweet #Kochuri #Tea #Tasty
Debayan Chakrovorty
It been long time, I am having dhokla from this outlet. Their food is tasty....specially dhokla and club kachouri...try the kachouri with aloo dum.... rest everything is also good..<br/>
Binapani Singh
I oredred gulab jamun rasogula n lassi through by zomato..gulab jamun and rasogula was nice but too small in size.... and lassi was totally worst..
Roopkatha Gangopadhyay
I have been to this shop since childhood. But now i have to say quality is not as expected. And things are overpriced! Dissatisfied! 😣😣😣😣
Arpit Lohia
Looking forward for a takeaway early in the morning and the choice is not so healthy then I would recommend tasty corner for the best kachori sabzi and others like khasta kachori, Singhara etc. <br/><br/>Though it’s overly priced than the others but I would give a thumbs up because you don’t normally for an unhealthy breakfast every time. Tea is good too but again priced higher given the quantity. <br/><br/>A sad observation which is universal in similar joints is the existence of rodents running around. On the floor or on the structural and channels over and beside you. Scary!!! <br/><br/>It runs quite a lot because of the locational advantage.
Avik Ghosh
an excellent place. have been going there since the time of my school. the Doi bora is absolutely yum. must try. recommend all pointers to visit this gem.
Alokeparna Chakraborty
This place was my favourite hangout place as a child. Being a pointer, this place was a must drop in at least once in a week. Being a resident of Ballygunge, I still sometimes take away food from here. The Hing Kachuri and Aloor torkari, Radhaballavi, Aloo Dum has retained it's taste until now!! The best part of this place is, they always serve fresh and hot food!!! Price is to the higher side but the quality of food they serve justifies the price.
Anindya Saha
Extremely overpriced, there are many shops which provide much better products at 1/3rd of their price. My school was there, so there is emotion and nostalgia associated with it, but keeping aside those feelings, its dissapointing. Its an overhyped place and still running with that absurd price range because of the posh surroundings and strategic location and this shop knows very well how to utilize it.
Shinjini Sarkar
It was a joint i often visited during my school days!<br/>I loved the lassi the most! I still have those pots in my house😂 a nice place . Nice food.
Radha Agarwal
Size of karchori compare to price is very small
MANI Naha
You are selling at much higher price at tomato online than at your shop near south point. Samosa at your shop is 15 but in zomato menu is 20. Almost all items are higher priced. Why<br/><br/>
Vidhika Motwane
extremely bad quality food. have been eating from tasty corner since many years but just not the same like before. certainly never going to order again.
Manali Basu(the_foodaholic_bong_)
Today I visited this place almost after 5 years since I left my school. This place has always been my favourite since childhood.<br/><br/>Being an ex-pointer I have got some special memories attached with this place.<br/><br/>Coming to the food which they serve Kachori and sabzi is an all time favourite dish of mine. So, today also I had kachori and sabzi and the taste was all the same as it used to be. I also had samosa and Goja. But kachori and sabzi is the best of all I must say and I will highly recommend it to everyone.<br/><br/>So just drop in here anyday and grab a plate of Kachori and sabzi. You will surely fall in love with it.
Samridha Chowdhury
I just love this place since my childhood days, they are famous for their Radhavallabhi and Kachori. Though I would say the Mishti doi is also fantastic. I would say if u love fried street food and sweets this place is a must visit.
Srijani Sarkar
I ordered paneer sandwich but I got plain sandwich.Highly disappointing. They charged me 45rs and given me something else
Sahebali Salam
the delivery person are good
Xrinjoy Roy Chowdhury
First of all, being a Pointer, this place will remain very close to my heart till my last breath.... I am still a regular over there and yes everything is still the same, rather even more better... Best things do come with a good price but they do really serve the best within the acceptable pocket pinch... The Hing Kochuris, Radhaballavis & monster size sweets like sandesh etc. can easily make you complete your breakfast or lunch without the need to rush to any restro. Tasty Corner Zindabaad... !!!!

No word for tasty corner specially for vegetables food lover .. food quality really best .. and all items are made with pure ghee . Really taste
Neelam
The Nolen Gur Sandesh was very stale and hard. Guess one should never order sweets online. These sweetshops should be visited by good inspectors regularly. Wish I could upload the photograph.<br/>
Priyanka Ghosh
Have been here a number of times since childhood as it's beside my school, South Point. Their lassis are to drool for and their kachori and radhaballabi are amazing. Ps: Don't forget to ask 'bout some extra chutney with kachoris.
Dipankar Sarkar
Tasty corner I will always remember for Hing kochuri, Radhaballavi with aloo dum. I found these two are the best dishes in this joint. Pocket friendly for school and college goers. :)
Anurag Chakrabortty
Situated at a perfect location adjacent to South Point School, this place serves all types of sweets but their snacks items such as Kachori Sabzi with mango chutney, Samosa are to die for. Try their masala chai and lassi which taste awesome. If you are a Pointer , I am sure you have would tasted these things by now.
Ritam Ganguly
Being an alumni of South Point High School, my first days as a child foodie were spent at Tasty Corner. More of a food joint than a sit and dine restaurant, it manages to dish out really tasty food. Their specialities include the famous Radha Ballavi, Kachoris, Big Rasgullas (aka Atoms) and their extremely famous Lassi.
Ramyani Saha
I had ordered two Paneer sandwiches for lunch and received two normal cheese sandwiches.. It was not up to the mark.. half a slice of cheese was inside the bread and the breads were not grilled also.. verry dissapointed with Tasty Corner as well as with Zomato.. I should have clicked pictures but forgot to do so.. However, I had paid for the Paneer sandwiches.. I don't think, I would ever place any further orders.
Abir Laskar
just ok
Parvez Alam
ras malai cost was too high and quality was too too low it was like if i wouldn't have eaten then within hour it wont be edible
Atri Nayak
30 years ago I got hooked to Tasty Corner. Their Hing Kachori and Samosa was something I grew up with. For about 15 years I had their samosas at least 5 times a week. Strategic location and hygienic food have helped them grow, but it's no more the same. In 30 years the samosa, kachori have become 40 times expensive with diminishing size and deteriorating taste.
Alisha Ray
This place is good for breakfast....I had Puri, mater aloo and idli, sambar, chutney it tastes awesome..the sweets were tasty and mouth watering..I had an awesome xprience...

Recently visited this shop with my daughter, ordered for Dhokla . The size was good but don't ask about the taste, extremely salty and not soft at all . Asked the the staff at the counter and was helped with a generous helping of a sweet chutney. Ultimately had to throw it to the bin because both of us couldn't have it. Tried some sweets it was also OK sort of nothing special. I was really surprised because this shop is so popular but its simply over-hyped . The prices are also not reasonable. The staff was was also very reluctant sort of. At least for Dhoklas the ones served by Saurashtra Nimki Bhandar at Southern Avenue & Sarat Bose Road crossing or at Haldirams or at Gupta Brothers at Chetla are far far better. Seems to be a place for quick snacks for students on the way back from school or while going to tutorials. Nothing special so no recomendations.
Avishek Ghosh
A very old shop serving quality food. Samosa, kachori and jalebi are by far the best sellers. Their lassi is also very good. Surely worth a try next time you are around.

It's a well known snacks corner in South Kolkata which is a hotspot for the students of South point school...I just love the kochuri they offer it really tastes great...the tea is also very good and so are the sweets...but it does come with a pinch on your pocket...
Sekhar Bhattacharya
darbesh quality is very poor. to remove the fungas, it is put in micro oven before despatch
Aditi Samanta
Food was good no doubt.
Aaisha Sabir
The dhokla was stale and I did not receive the rasgulla that I had ordered
Gulsan Kisku
Overpriced , ordered few things . Like paratha , aloo dum and kachori . While they were delivering the food became cold . And quality hence was different . According to the price the kachori were as small as they could be made .
Humaira Salim
The food was extremely oily with no spice or in better words oily and bland... Not worth the price they offer their food for... The quality is even not good at all
Diksha Agarwal
Very very bad food this time. We ordered idli sambar n vada sambar. Sambar was horrible. N no chutney with idli. We also ordered kharta kachori with aalu dahi chutney. NO AALU with it. It was given just separate. No chaat. Last time we ordered, they had made the chaat so nicely. Bt this time no aalu. Only dahi n chutney. Horrible this time.
