The place is located near fillers at southern Avenue. The place is on the 1st floor. Right from the entrance the place has an aura of itself. Subtle interiors with calm and cool lighting which is soothing to the eye. Coming to the place: Just as you enter the place you will be bit by the cuteness bug. The place has a unique travel themed interior. Small planes, bikes and bicycles hanging from the ceiling. Red letter boxes and telephone booths on the wall. A separate section with 3 bean bags was nice and cozy. The place is divided into 2 sections: For hookah lovers and only food lovers. We sat at the hookah section and it was a nice place to be in. Coming to what we ordered: 1) kiwi + spring water shisha - the shisha was extremely well made. Did not choke even once. 2) nachos and carrot hummus - the hummus and dips tasted really well but sadly the nachos were not home made but ready made cornitos. 3) spaghetti alio olio - tasted well but could have been better. More vegetables should have been tossed and should have had more flavour. 4) peach ice tea, fresh lime soda and cranberry mojito - all 3 were well made. The portion size can be improved too. I felt it was a bit less. The staff was very courteous and always around to help. Were really well mannered. Overall the experience was fantastic. The food, drinks and shisha were good. Its a must visit place. The owner too was friendly. Pocket pinch for the above we ordered was ₹1430. Which is quite reasonable. All views above are suggestions and not complaints 😬

This is an awesome new place in town. A must try for all the vegetarian foodies in town. Has an excellent ambience with quirky and modern decor and fast and nice service and the food is also too great. The best part it is not at all expensive.

This place is located opposite jhale jhole ambole. It's in the 1st floor, but the decor starts right from the entrance on the street. It has a very premium feel with its travel & tourism theme. The seating arrangement is very comfortable and there is a small section with bean bags where you can chat as much as you want. The hookah section is enclosed in another area. Coming to the food, we ordered chicken lollipop, chicken four topping pizza, Barbeque chicken pizza and Chicken Stroganoff. The lollipop were 6 pieces , tasted excellent but I found it to be a bit smaller in size compared to the prize. The pizza was a medium size (10"), contained ample of chicken & mozzarella and was delicious. I found the four topping to be better than Barbecue. The chicken Stroganoff was also made with fresh ingredients and the taste was also good. This place is good for friendly hangouts where you need to have long chats.

This is a lovely place to spend your evening with friends. They serve hookah and lip smacking food. It have always amazed me with its food. Last time when we visited I ordered for pasta in red sauce and it was so yummy that I need to call the chef and thanked him for this delicious dish. If you are not willing to pay much then coupons are available in nearby app.😀 Enjoy your weekend here with friends.

Good food and nice ambience describe this cosy place. A place to visit with your family and friends alike. Quite spacious with seperate well defined areas. Food being equally tasty with decent portions for the amount charged. Smiling staff is another positive of this place. I felt the drinks were not of the same standard as food. Overall a 5 star exp

We were in search for a cafe in the Purna Das road area and found this newly opened cafe. After entering, this cafe stole our heart. It is a BEAUTIFULLY decorated cafe with a theme of travel. From wall painting to lights, all are made with utmost perfection, keeping the travel theme in mind. The place is quite spacious, spreading over three rooms. The owner welcomed us and guided our visit to all the parts of this place. We could feel her passion to make this place a perfect one. Coming to food, we selected Greek salad, sauted mushroom, Bombay cheese sandwich along with coffee and tea. The salad was made of fresh ingredients with feta cheese and tasted quite well. Sauted mushroom was also prepared well. We also loved the Bombay cheese sandwich. As told by the ever-smiling waiter, both the coffee and tea tasted like home-made ones, which went perfectly well. Together, we had a nice time at this lovely cafe. We wish the place a long run.

Glad to have Kolkata's first travel cafe. When I visited, it was still a veg cafe. Haven't tried the non veg dishes. Food was ordinary, nothing special. Staff was less but courteous.

Good food and ambience Good food and ambience are the two things that define this cosy place. A place to visit with your friends or family alike. Quite spacious with seperate well define areas. Food being equally tasty with decent portions for the amount charged. Smiling staff is another positive in this place. I felt the drinks was not at the same standard as food. Dishes ordered : mushroom soup, 4 topping pizza, sizzler, pasta and a drink

As mentioned in the ratings I simply loved the place. Especially for a person who loves to travel this place is worth of every penny. The ambience, the food & brevarages all are too good. Service is better & staffs are friendly too. Posted my review in zomato since I have already 10 reviews in this month it would be published later. But again....Thumbs up to the owner & the staffs there. Not only going to hop in again but going to recomend this place to friends. Cheers!!

This place is really good to visit with your friend gangs and family too.. Quiet spacious with separate area for private party and hookah, rest area is just for chiiling and chit chat and the decor is just super easy and simple yet impressive and catchy. This place has done full justice with the food for the amount charged.👍 It serves with good quality, quantity and tasty food.

The interiors are really interesting. Plus Corn Cheese Jalapeno Poppers is a must try. And Maggi Pizza too, who doesn't want two favourites in one? <3 All the best. <3

even though the interiors are really funky, I thought that the food was overpriced as per quality. We ordered the Indian platter as starters. There were chicken lollipops, chicken nuggets and fish fingers. I thought the taste was strictly okayish. For the main course, we ordered the Indian main course platter and chicken stroganoff. The Indian main platter had jeera rice, paneer makhni and dal makhni. These were good! However, the chicken stroganoff was the main star! I loved it😍

But the staff needs to be quicker. The food took ages to arrive! We had to almost run to the theater afterwards in order to catch a film! We had sat at the restaurant for around 1.5 hrs. The service should be prompter. All in all, an okayish experience.

I visited this place a few weeks ago. This cafe is the only travel themed cafe in Kolkata and they serve some amazing Italian and Mexican cuisine. The Cafe is beautifully decorated and can accommodate nearly 60 guests at a time. The staffs here were really very polite and the service was excellent. We ordered 1. Chicken Four Topping Pizza, 2. Chocolate Mud Pie and 3. Chocolate Mug cake
The pizza was topped with four different types of meat i.e. chicken salami, chicken sausages, BBQ chicken and Peri Peri chicken. It was delicious and cheesy. The desserts were amazing too.
Vihaan Sachdev
Awful service, staff isn’t interested in serving and refuses to accept reviews. Had to ask for a feedback form to address my issues. Ambience is mixed, an attempt to show a travel-bug theme which pertains only to their wallpaper.
A must NOT try.

Purna Das Road, replete with café and restaurants comes up with a new place with every blink of an eye. This place has been there for quite a while and ultimately dropped by on a rainy evening with a school friend who preferred to have vegetarian dishes in a new place.
We ordered some starters and that was it. Stuffed mushrooms, crispy baby corn and salt n pepper corn together with a coke and virgin mojito and later a brownie. Food is ordinary. The stuffed mushrooms were pretty good though. They could not provide the ice cream with the brownie and it was quite disappointing. They tried to compensate with oodles of chocolate sauce which was too sweet.
Would recommend to better their food preparations as it's not so cheap either. Decoration is quite quirky and gives off a feel good effect. The staff is really attentive and sincerely apologised for the lack of ice cream and as it was a sunday evening they found the nearby shops closed. Hope they upgrade their quality and quantity to attract foodies in such a café infested area.

I would suggest you guys to carefully order anything you want to have in this restraunt and ask the price of the thing your ordering thrice from the waiter before your ordering it they have given a few wrong prices on Zomato so just don't get driven away by the false price the price for Brownie with ice cream is what will drive you at first but the real price is 118 as far as I remember I don't know why dose this restraunt still charge service tax !

Visited last Saturday afternoon. It is spacious and the decoration is amazing . They play good music but it is too loud when we complained they reduced the volume though.
The staff were polite and friendly and the service was prompt.
The food was up to the mark but not something too special.
Loved the ambiance . This is a must visit if you are a group of friends looking for pocket friendly food and want to hangout for a long time (we were there for a little more than 3hours)
Priyanka Agarwal
Looking at zomato reviews I had gone to this place and it looked good only untill and unless we started to order. The waiter denied us all the starters and said there is only non veg. We being vegetarians had only pasta and Italian sizzler as the option to eat. When asking why is it so the waiter says due to some technical issues but I could see Mexican sizzler being served. I was so disappointed that I had to ask him what options they had and he gave only 2-3 choices. Is this how you get 4 rating on zomato or how you treat the customers? On saying that due to shortage of options I would leave he said yes do so. I am highly disappointed at such an unprofessional behaviour of the waiter. He did not even put an inch of an effort to stop us from leaving showing too much of arrogance and showing that the restaurant as a whole does not care about customer satisfaction. I am so so so unhappy at the way we were treated.
I would recommend this place to no one at all.

Best pizza topping ever 😍 I love their starters as well. The staffs are so friendly. The decoration is so innovative especially the world map on the wall. A must go.

This is a small place near Hindustan Park, n we ended up there hungry n extremely tired. The place has one cute corner with four bean bags, n such nicely decorated.. That i loved it! We ordered four toppings pizza, cheese fondue and orange crusher. All tasted great!
Nandani Sikaria
The place is quite pretty and attractive. But, only a one time visit cafe.
Food was average. The portion of food is really small as compared to the prices.
And the taste was just fine. Not too good.

My wife and I decided to visit this place on the Eid evening.
This place is located few blocks away from the Azad hind dhaba on purna das road leading towards golpark.
It's located on the 1st floor of a building. When we visited it was empty.
It's a large place, with ample seating arrangement and different rooms, one room is for the hookah bar, rest are non smoking areas. The seating arrangement is also very plush and comfortable.
Seated, we ordered a dry red pepper chicken and
Mexican chicken nachos and a cold coffee for the wifey.
The service was fast and attendants were very polite.
1st came in the nachos n the cold coffee.
The Mexican nachos, as the name suggests is simple nachos topped with chicken slices tossed in a Mexican sauce , beans and bellpepper and decorated with cheese, served with a tangy tomato dip. The dish was fine , subtle taste of the nachos went well with the Mexican sauce and the tomato dip.
The red pepper chicken was however a let down. The chicken pieces were deep fried , rather than stir fry which made it a bit chewy and the pepper content was a bit more which made it fiery.
The cold coffee was usual, nice.

We availed a Zomato gold offer so one of our dish was free.

It cost us around 400bux.

PS: it's a decent cafe with well mannered attendants , good ambience & decent food.

Pujasree Chatterjee Barman Roy

Nice place with cosy ambience. Polite and courteous staff behaviour. We took smoked chicken salad, which was good in taste and wai wai bhel which was chat-pata and tasty. They have lovely decor.

Yesterday went there with my best friend. She and I had a great time. We didn’t go for hookah but sat in the bean bags area and it was so comfy. Not many people were there and so we had our me time. We ordered tandoori chicken salad and wai wai bhel. Salad was really tasty. Bhel was good but it was too spicy for us. Then they changed it and then it tasted good. It costed Rs 379/- We enjoyed that place and wish to visit again soon :)

It is a good place if you are looking for a place to chill on your Sundays with good music and some amazing food , my personal favourite was chicken four topping pizza
Kunaljit Dutta
Visited this place earlier but the pizza was not available at that time.. so decided to order online from zomato.. tried their four toppings veg pizza.. The toppings were quite good in proportion.. The pizza was really good in size with 8 big slices.. can be easily shared between 3 people.. generous amount of cheese... thin crispy crust...👍👌

The negative point here is it was served really cold.. so the taste was bland.. It became quite chewy.. i don't know who is at fault for this the restaurant or zomato.. plz do look after this.. pizza tastes best when served hot.. but it felt like it was prepared a long ago.. 😑

Okay. I visited this place without knowing anything about it, just because my friends wanted to visit. But when i reached there, i totally fall in love with the place. The decoration of this restaurant is beautiful. Ull get to see really something new over there. The orange beanbags wala part of this restaurant is my favorite. It has a nice, vibrant, beautiful decor. From walls to chair to table to beanbags, every thing was like they are breathing!

Now food, i had an awesome salad over there, and Chicken salami pizza. Both the dishes were superb in taste. The pizza was mouth watering, the pizza crust was so thin, and the toppings were yum yum.

Pocket pinch was reasonable. Neither that much high, nor that much cheap.

I loved this place! 😊

While surfing for a calm place i found this place nd plus having zomato gold too buy 1 get 1 food.
Location: prompt if u are familiar with the locality
Ambience: Mindblowing they utilise the space in 4 small section. Calm place with so much quirky design ideas.
Music: nice collection of music. Its happn like that i dnt wana to leave the place😋
Service: staff are friendly
Food: we ordered chicken Stroganoff nd chicken salad. Both are good in taste nd quantity
Kaushik
The place is in Hindustan park at first floor of a building. It is spacious and divided in different sections keeping in mind the need of different customwrs, one small section with bean bag and books, one with board games one for a little private sitting and 2 for hookah lovers although i feel because of these different sections there is a little less tables in each section, but the ambiance of the place is really nice. Each section has it's own unique touch to the ambiance.
The staff are friendly, i personally didn't eat much but everyone praised the food especially the Italian sizzler.
Keep up the good work 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

This review is solely about chicken thukpa that I ordered from this cafe. If you guys love Tibetan food and get tempted seeing thukpa on the menu, PLEASE do not fall into this trap.

Let's start with the quantity. A 189rupees priced thukpa bowl with tax 212rupees was served in the smallest bowl possible. It wouldn't even fit a full glass of water. Other renowned restaurants would have offered 3/4th more quantity of what was offered here.

Now let's come to the taste. It was exactly what a 15rupees knor cuppa soup tastes like. The noodles used was Maggi that also half of a 5rupees packet.

I could literally count how many tiny chicken pieces I had. I don't even want to mention anything about the omlet in this so called thukpa.

It wasn't even thukpa. Wow.

This is the first Travel themed cafe in the city of Joy and its ambience and decor have a feel of the same. There is world map engraved on the walls S soon as u enter. The staffs were very courteous and attended to ur needs. Coming to food we ordered:
Green Lemon soda: It was apple flavoured and refreshing.
Paan Shake: This is a must! I have never tasted this flavour better than this. It was heavy, tasty and refreshing! Highly recommended.
BBQ Chicken Wings: The amount was adequate and taste also lived upto the expectation.
Mexican Sizzler: Maybe we didn't like it coz we r not big fan of Mexican cuisine and gave a try.
Italian Sizzler: It is quite different from the usual ones we have. Here, it had white sauce noodles with Red sauce Pasta, served with garlic bread. This is again highly recommended. It's also very filling and worth d price.
For the latter two, u might find it to be available in the veg menu, but they add Chicken and customise to our taste.
A must visit cafe for a foodie and also a calm n relaxing place to enjoy both in solitude and with friends!

Was willing to visit this place for a long time & finally we did, which was a sort of a sudden plan !
Upon entering,we were impressed with the travel-themed decorations, which was vibrant & all-so attractive at the same time, with even the furnitures made to match the overall look of the place, it'll definetly impress you. There was a beautiful wall portraying the World Map in a really artistic way which is bound to grab your attention. The whole cafe is like a huge flat, with many rooms, each room having seating arrangements, catering to the number of people you come along with..

The waiters were very attentive, making us sit according to our answer of not needing any hookah(they have a separate hookah place).Very corteous & up for any service you ask for.
Coming to the food,we ordered -

1)Barbeque Chicken Pizza - Nicely presented, with just the apt amount of toppings(though the chicken quantity could've been a bit more), it was a pretty good serving.Though there is definetly room for improvement, with respect to it's overall taste. (4/5)

2)Grilled Chicken with Saffron Rice - Looked absolutely delicious, the chicken coated with the yellowish-green sauce, along with the rice & veggies looked fabulous & tasted brilliant too.(but initially the chicken was undercooked & tasted raw, after telling them, they did gave us another one which was somewhat better though still not completely okay)..Yet I would recommend it. (4.5/5)

3)Chocolate Brownie with Ice-Cream - This was a very delicious dish, with the chocolate Brownie tasting wonderful and the presentation taken care of extremely well.. Though I feel its a bit overpriced, yet it was the best dish we had there.. (4.5/5)

Overall, the place has an extremely positive feel to it, with some good music, brought lighting & a very joyful decor.Yes,the food could be improved to some extent, but considering all the aspects, this joint will definetly make you visit it again & again, probably cause of the sheer colourful visual treat & a very happy vibe to it.Do give it a try. :)

This is a new hidden gem in kolkata with cute decor and ambience with finger licking good food.We ordered calamari pizza, lemon butter chicken and lemon iced tea.All the dishes were a treat to our tummies. And with zomato gold membership it was a blessing to our pocket.😊Will visit again.

Lets start with the food first...we have ordered bar b que chicken pizza..it was really nice...it contains 8pcs...the base was thin nd it tastes good..the second item was indian style chicken sayat...it was 6pcs...and it also tasted good...it was not atall spicy so its a good item for those who dont like spicy food...the decoration of this cafe was really good...and nice seating arrangment....so i really liked this place and most important the prices of the items are worthy...

This is a travel themed eatery in Hindustan Park near the Wise Owl. The ambience is brilliant and everything, right from the walls to the lights, is well thought of. They have a separate area for hookah. Staff was very polite and courteous. The music consisted of popular English songs on loop but it was too loud initially till we had to ask them to turn it down.
Coming to the food, we ordered a spinach and corn sandwich and Chicken Stroganoff.
The sandwich was a bit too bland and the bread seemed stale. The fries accompanied with the sandwich tasted bad as well. They seemed to be a little over cooked.
The stroganoff, however, tasted great. The rice had the right blend of spices and herbs. The chicken and the white sauce was cooked to perfection.

It’s a great place for people wanting to give a birthday treat to a big group of friends.
Komal
A nice cute place in Hindustan park divided in 4 rooms/sections according to the seating area preferability. We tried Mexican sizzlers and a 4 topping pizza. The Mexican rice was extremely spicy. However, the staff were courteous enough to replace it and also got us a complimentary ice cream. The pizza I must say was tasted really good. It was both cheesy and light and the toppings melted in the mouth with each bite. A nice place to chill and read along with good bites.

Just EWWW... 👎👎👎👎...never ever go there😡... though the decoration is good, but the food is soooooo bad...all cheesy... and no taste... They even charged EXTRA 7% SERVICE CHARGE..!And yes, extremely slow service...Our bill was around 769..only the pineapple punch was good, rest all 👎...
• chicken stroganoff - 1/5
• grilled chicken with saffron rice- 1.5/5
• pineapple punch -4/5..

Visit this place on friendship day. The simple and classy ambience. Polite staff, yummy food. Especially banarasi pan smoothie. Something different. Really had a great evening. Must visit for those who want to sit and chat and want to enjoy tasty food.
Subhajit Das
Their service is really slow...bad choice of music for a family resturant.. Foods have smaller portions n it tastes really bad...and the chef doesn't know what non veg means....
Chandrayee Baidya
Nice place. Slow service and really mediocre food.
Nothing extraordinary to look forward to, bad music playing.
Beautifully designed place
Really less menu options.
Favorites: BBQ chicken wings
Rajesh Kothari
It's one of my favourite place.
Food is very delicious.
Ambience is amazing too.
This place also has board games.
Mexican sizzler - Mexican rice with grilled vegetables, fried potato wedges and nachos.
Presentation needs to be improved and nachos weren't crispy.
Quatrrostogini pizza- pizza topped with 4 different types of pizza. It was amazing and very well baked.
Rohit Bucha
This has been one of those places when you can hangout, chill and have great food. Its been my second visit and it has kept me wanting for more. I recommend having the mushroom soup, stuffed mushroom and the dry chilly paneer. You will not regret it.
Ozair Ahmed
Great place to visit if u want yo chill out in peace
Great food I ordered nachos which even though not being on the menu was served
One disappointment poor service and takes a lot of time to bring the order
Subhadip Chatterjee
Located at Hindustan Park, this is a nice cafe which is bound to grab your attention from the very beginning with it's vibrant decor, bright light and an energetic ambience. The place has a couple of seating area and is ideal to spend some time with your friends and family. The food is good but we didn't find the Non Veg Nachos preparation to be great as it has plethora of tomatoes just enough to mar the taste. The Mocktail Safe Sex on the Beach is sip-worthy!! and perhaps one of the best drinking option out there. Service is bit slow and the pocket pinch is alright. Overall, an excellent place for spending good time alongwith loved ones....

A good place to hangout with friends !!
Ambience-4 /5
Service-3 /5
Food—3.5/5
Cafe is on road so no diffculty in location
And it is cost effective !!
You can try once🤟🏼🤟🏼

So hearing about all the hype about this place we decided to give it a try and i was really disappointed. So we went there in the weekends and it wasn't crowded. Service was a bit slow. We ordered garlic bread, stuffed mushroom, red pepper chicken, mexican sizzler, n regular sisha. Interiors were too vibrant and music was damn loud. We wanted to order non veg sizzlers but it wasn't available at that moment. Food didn't impress anyone of us and it was just okayish. Just another overrated place.
Debalina Mukherjee
I prefer spciy. Hence had chilli garlic noodles, penne arabiatta in pastas and paan shake. Tastewise food ws really good. Quality was good. Quantity is less per plate. Value for money but they charged service tax in the bill, separately from GST. Once we asked why service tax after GST, they did not argue, they generated a new bill. So guys do check before paying.
Manish Agarwal
The place is conveniently located....hookah is avalable with a separate space alloted for it....we were a group of 3 and we ordered nachos, maggi pizza, Mediterranean platter, mug cake and brownie with vanilla icecream...wanted to order indian platter but it was not available...all the dishes were ok but special mention to the brownie...it was too good...the staff were courteous and respectful....overall nice place to hang out with friends...
Sankalita Satpathi
This is a youth friendly place. The place has a good list of songs. This cafe is located beside Tero Parbon and Saptapadi in Hindusthan Park, with room for hookah separately which is a saviour. We had basically fresh mocktails and a starter.
The decor is pretty. One wall has the world map drawn on it. The fish finger we ordered was good in portion and taste and the tartar sauce was really nice.
Just two cons: 1)The staff are helpful but need a bit more training.
2) Their card payment system was failing that day. A travel theme restaurant a few blocks from Nava Nalanda school in Purna Das Road. The walls are decorated with graphitis, world maps and quaint little objects like wheeled lights and running clocks. It's spacious and comfy with a variety of comfort food and hookah. We availed the Zomato gold offer and had 2 pizzas and 2 starters, mocktails and hookah. The starters - chicken lollipop and red pepper chicken are absolute delight and cooked to perfection with exact amount of spices and right balance of spicy and tangy. Coming to the pizzas, the barbecue chicken pizza came with nicely cooked barbecue toppings spread over a thin crust pizza along with olives. As for the 4 chicken toppings pizza, it's an absolute game if you're looking for a chicken extravaganza on your palate with 4 different ways of cooked pizza.
The pan flavoured hookah is good and so are watermelon mojito, green apple mojito and virgin mojito.
Worth a visit people.

This place was in our wishlist from a very long time. Finally today we went there and had one of the best pizza and cheesy garlic bread. The ambience and decor is just superb. Also friendly and very well behaved staff . I would definitely love to visit it again .

Pros-
1. well decorated interiors
2. dishes are tasty
3. Quantity of the served food is okay
Cons-
1. They charge extra 7% service charge above and over GST
2. Slightly understaffed. No one to serve us the watermelon mojito we ordered or fill the empty glasses
A perfect spot for Insta posts I suppose! A travel themed cafe with courteous stuffs! They have a separate hookah section and a dining section! Good for the non smokers!! We availed the Zomato gold here and got a pizza free!!

Hi friends..My Wanderboots is very welcoming place, brightly lit with nice decor and well painted walls..you feel good as you walk in..the people there were friendly too.. i was there with my son so didn't have the liberty to order too many dishes, we had the cheese garlic bread and Pesto pasta. Honestly nothing exceptional but was nice..we also ordered the margherita pizza which imo was a let down...i would have given this place a higher rating but for the pizza.
It looked a perfect place for youngsters to hangout... this place also has hookah...
This place is perfect for hangout. They serve amazing food with pocket pinch price. Interior is quite impressive. CHİCKEN FOUR TOPPING PIZZA

Honest Review :served with toppings of Chicken salamı, sausage, smoked and barbequed chicken and adequate amount of cheese.
Every bite of it treated the tastebud so perfectly with perfect combination of cheese and chicken salamı, sausages

It's a bright colourful place on the first floor on 49A Purna Das Road.
The place is divided into 4 sections:
A smoking (hookah) lounge
A casual dining area
A fine dining area
A bean bag seating area for a group of 4

Coming to the food (this place levies service charge):
We ordered Nachos, Mexican Sizzler, Kit-kat Shake and Ice-cream with Brownie

The Nachos were served with salsa, hummus and cheese dip. The nachos were disappointing as they were packaged doritos served with dips.

The Kit-kat Shake was superb. One could actually get the taste of Kit-kat with every sip and left a lasting taste on the buds.

Mexican sizzler was the best of the lot.
Well cooked Mexican rice with piquant flavours.
Hot grilled veggies marinated with mild spicy sauces. Cooked beans and hot crispy potato wedges gave a lip smacking taste to the sizzler.

Brownie with ice-cream was also good. Walnut brownie with a generous scoop of vanilla Ice-cream, with chocolate sauce on top.

The staff was courteous and the service was quick.

A feel good place with good interiors and good food ✌️
A really nice cafe in Hindusthan Park.. they have got.. I guess.. 5 different sections including separate zone for hookah.
Great food.
Great decor.
Well behaved staff.
What we had -
Four toppings pizza (amazing)
Cold coffee (super amazing.. just the way I asked it to be made)
Teen paan hookah (not enough expertise in this area though)
Overall.. I met my childhood friend here after a really long time & we had a really nice time.
Loved this place.
Easy on the pocket.
Totally recommending it for a visit.

Happy eating 😊

Tried chilly garlic noodles which was literally too good in taste though it was veg.Penne arrabiata pasta as suggested by a staff was lip smacking.
Paan shake was different in taste out of various mocktails which i tried across a number of restaurants. It is a must try which would leave a mouth refreshing feel after every sip u take.

One star deducted due to the service tax charged.Though it was deducted once pointed out before paying the bill.
This is the place where we used our Zomato Gold membership for the first time. It's located in the bylanes of Southern Avenue. The entrance was very attractive and provided pretty good background for my self portrait photos. The place is very cosy with really good interiors. I planned to seat on the bean bag chairs but the room was full so we had to seat on a different room. The ornate chairs were extremely comfortable. The staffs were very friendly and polite. The service was prompt.

Since we were not really hungry we ordered for only an appetizer and a dessert. ~•Indian Style Chicken Satay went well with the dips provided and was tasty. The meat was tender and well cooked but at times the generous amount of coriander seeds over the chicken pieces was a mood killer. The ~•My Wanderboots Special Mug Cake has to be the most luscious dessert I had in a long time. It made my heart happy that the dessert was large in portion. Definitely coming back to this place soon again.
If you're are looking for a place to catch up with your friends or partner with aesthetically pleasing decor and good food then this the place you should visit.

Located in the by-lanes near Hindustan Park, the cafe is situated in the 1st floor of building no. 49A.
The cafe has different area for hookah, family dining and a normal sitting area for cafe. We were seated in the normal sitting area. Decor was simple.
Now coming to the food, we ordered:
*Hunter Style Chicken in Red Sauce: 2pieces of medium sized Chicken Steak, served on a Spicy Masala Sauce, was served with French Fries and Veggies. The portion of veggies can be increased a bit, it was too less. But the taste was good. Recommended.
*Mixed Sauce Penne Pasta with Added Chicken, Priced at Rs338, I felt this was not worth the price, be it in quantity or taste wise, the exorbitant pricing of Pasta for 300+ was not at all justified. This one disappointed us.
*Kitkat Shake: Very generic, nothing great, served with a single piece of Kitkat, had better shakes at most other cafes.
The staffs were cordial, but a few of them had no knowledge about the menu and were confused.
We asked to swap the mashed potato in steak with french fries, and they readily did that, so that was a good thing.
They charge a 7% service charge, which when asked to remove was readily done by the server, so if you are not too amazed with the service you can ask them to remove that.
For me it was a one time visit, with so many cafes in the area, their pricing strategy surely disappointed me.
Went at 5 for a very late lunch. Very perky place. Liked the decor. Friendly staff. We ordered Pasta Arabietta and Stuffed grilled chicken. Both were very good, I wouldn't say excellent. The pasta was good although even when they charge for the chicken extra I thought the quantity of it was quite less. The stuffed chicken was good. We also ordered blueberry cheesecake, no use of cream cheese there, but it was really very good and I have never had cheese cake with ice cream. It was interesting. I would go again to try more.

Just a suggestion, it's a hookah bar where the theme is travel. They should keep more non vegetarian options, other wise foodies like us will get bored very easily.

We went recently here to have lunch at Wanderboots.
This place was in our wishlist since a long time.
We took a drink,pasta,steak and a dessert.

▪Wanderboots special Guava Punch-If you like spicy drink, this one is then highly recommended.Loved how the guava flavour and the spices went hand in hand in the drink.A perfect concoction to allure your taste buds on a mundane monsoon afternoon.Presentation is nice.

▪Basil Pesto Grilled Chicken Penne-Its been a long time I have had pasta in pesto sauce and decide to try it here. The pasta was cooked in lipsmacking pesto sauce, loaded with chicken and served with the usual garlic bread but in heart shape which was cute.Loved the Pasta.Recommended.

▪Grilled chicken in saffron sauce served with herb rice-Grilled chicken was amazing. Two pieces of chicken cooked in creamy saffron sauce.Loved the flavour of the chicken. The herb rice was a perfect match. The only thing I felt needed improvement was the presentation in this case as the gravy was running on the plate.Taste is great.

▪Blueberry Cheesecake with vanilla ice cream-They serve all the dessert with ice cream and that is totally amazing. The blueberry cheesecake was fresh and tasted great.

The prices are pretty reasonable and the portions are sufficient for two.
What I loved most is the ambience with quirky vintage decors, world map on wall and a seperate hookah room.
This place is full of aesthetic and indeed a hidden gem.
Zomato Gold is applicable on food here.
Staffs are well mannered and service is prompt.
Recommended.
-with Dr.Suvayan Saha
What a pretty place.. I went with a huge bunch of friends and it was a blast. The service was quick.
Amongst the drink we ordered, Virgin Mojito, flavoured Mojito, KitKat Shake, Oreo Shake, Banarasi Pan Shake. The drinks lived up to our expectation. The KitKat Shake and Oreo Shake were topped with KitKat and Oreo respectively. The Mojitos were refreshing.
We also ordered the Barbeque Chicken Pizza and the Four Toppings Pizza. They were thin crust ans overloaded with cheese, corn, olives. Tasted to perfection.
We also ordered two variants of Pasta. The grilled chicken Penne Alfredo and The basil Pesto sauce pasta with chicken salami. Both the pastas were served with breads. The white sauce was rich and creamy.
Then we ordered the Stuffed Chicken, Hunter Chicken in Red Sauce. The plating was impeccable. Served with rice, the stuffed chicken was cooked well and sumptuous. The other dish was pretty unique too.
We ended it up with the Indian platter and the Mexican Sizzler. The platter was sumptuous and consisted of Chicken Butter Masala, Dal Makhni, Jeera Rice and green salad. The sizzler had rice, fried potato wedge, boiled veggies and nachos. Pretty decent.
Also used our Zomato Gold and got a decent cut on the prices too.

As far as cafes go, this is one of the good ones. With nice decor, and good food, it's a nice place to spend an evening with friends.
We ordered the smoked chicken salad, which I personally didn't like as much because of the sweet dressing. But my friend seemed to like it a lot.
The four topping chicken pizza was crispy with generous amounts of chicken and cheese. I'd recommend it as a must try !
The cheesecake wasn't available, which was a shame, but the mudpie was good.
All in all it was a good visit, and not too hard on the wallet.
They have a few classic games, which makes time spent there all the more enjoyable.
I would've given them a 3.5 but since Zomato doesn't have such an option, and I had fun, I'll give them a 4.

This place is a bit difficult to trace if youre following google maps. Located in Hindustan park, this cafe is a must visit for everyone.
The Ambience- The ambience is very cute. They have different sections ,colour coded accordingly. One great thing about the place was they had a sperate hookah smoking place.

The food- We had order:
1) Mac n Cheese Pasta with Chicken - This was slightly overpriced, and did not really did justice to the mac and cheese pasta. This was a plain White Sauce Pasta without the golden hue. The chicken add-ons had to be exclusively taken.
2)Virgin Mojito- The classic mint and lemon drink,an absolute delight for everyone in the heat. This tasted well.
3) Oreo Shake- This was also beautifully presented and also tasted quite well.
4) English Chicken and Chips- Absolutely mesmerised by the way it was served. The chips and chicken were crunchy and delicious.

The staff are really less in number, and had to continuously call them whenever we had to place our orders or wanted our bills.
They also added service charge. And be careful about it.
A must visit for everyone who is in a hunt of cute cafes.

It's a nice place, good music with good food. Unfortunately the day we went a lot of things we expected to have weren't available. I used Zomato gold membership here so I found it pretty affordable with respect to the portion size.

This place has got very good rating in zomato and hence I thought of visiting once. The decor is very simple and relaxing. We ordered for a mixed sauce pasta, Mexican rice with jacket potatoes and blueberry cheese cake. I loved the pasta because of the texture and the taste of it. The Mexican rice was good but I felt the potatoes could have been cooked a bit more. The blueberry cheese cake was the show stealer, it had the right amount of sweetness, cream and the flavour of blueberry and it was served with ice cream which was an add on. I just felt they need few more service personnel as the current ones were unable to serve when it is crowded and the food is getting served late. Overall I would recommend this small yet comfortable restaurant to all of you. Do try the blueberry cheese cake out here.

Having high hopes with 4.2 ratings, My Wanderboots totally disheartened me.

Cons:
1) Chicken in all the dishes were not fresh. Chewy & non-succulent. Totally tasteless
2) Their menu has false advertising. For Eg: Satay Chicken is posted as served with vegetables, but they didn't give any. When asked, they replied our menu has many mistakes Sir
3) Satay Chicken was not at all good. Perhaps one of the most bad dishes I have tasted
4) Lemon Butter Chicken again not at all good
5) Service is below average. It took very long to prepare the dishes. Also, you need to keep asking to change plates, fill the glass of water
5) At the time of billing, on top of 5% GST (SGST & CGST), they added an extra 7% Service Tax. When asked they replied Sir it's upto you. If you don't want to you can opt not to pay it. I refused & instantly they gave me a fresh bill, printed beforehand excluding the Service Tax of 7%.
I really didn't understand what that was all about.
6) Shikanji, Lime Soda costs a freaking 139 bucks

Pros:
The only good things were the Bar-B-Que Pizza (although it had a maximum of 6-8 Chicken pieces) & Blueberry Cheesecake.

Moral: Never visiting again.

Tea was bad and served without tag - so no way knowing what tea was served! Mojito wasn't served properly either - contained too many seeds and in a strange glass; even the ice wasn't okay. Didn't take a chance of ordering food

Was looking forward to go to this place because of it's unique name. But it's pretty much the same as any other cafe from inside. A good place to chill with friends and family. Different section for people who have hookah, but mostly it is casual dining. Coming to the food, something for which you should go.
I started with (1)cheese and jalapeno poppers and cheese garlic bread- Really yummy and cheesy.
(2) Mexican sizzler - really a good choice, must say.
(3) My Wanderboots special drink - A must try
(4) Blueberry fizz - refreshing and yummy.
As a Whole a very nice place, loved it, definitely going again.

Good joint! Food was good, ambience and staff friendly. Decor was offbeat and nice. Nachos were crispy, the cold coffee nice (even though too sweet for my taste), the puzzle was good (But the base needs to be a bit softer). Overall nice experience.

I went there in the afternoon. Since it is on the first floor, and google maps was messed up,it was a bit difficult for me to locate the place.
Friday afternoon, and the place was not really crowded.

The ambiance: I really loved the ambiance. It is really cute with colored themed sections and graffiti filled walls. It also has a separate smoking section, which I think is a great idea to have separate sections.(They serve hookah)
The walls have world map painted and Kolkata themed graffiti painted all over them.

The food: We ordered Mac & Cheese Pasta with chicken topping(they charge extra for it),the ,quantity was enough for 2 people, and for the beverages we ordered Virgin Mojito(my all time favorite) and Oreo Milkshake.
The beverages were really good, but the pasta could have been better.

The staff were friendly and catered our needs very well, the prices are nominal as well.
Everyone should definitely give this place a try.

When you will enter the cafe, you will see the map of the world painted on the wall. This is amazing. The choice of their music is also good. Now coming to the foods,we ordered-

●SMOKED CHICKEN SALAD: This salad had fresh vegetables including Lettuce, bell paper, jalapenos and pieces of smoked chicken. The combination was just delicious.I really liked this item.

●CHICKEN FOUR TOPPING PIZZA: This pizza was basically thin crust, and i liked it..The toppings of this pizza are salami chicken, chicken sausage, smoked and barbecued chicken. The pizza was very delicious. I would like to recommend this item specially for pizza lovers.

● BLUEBERRY CHEESE CAKE: I am not dessert lover. But this time was different, their blueberry flavoured cheese cake was just awesome. This cake had great combination with the vanilla icecream topped with chocolate sauce.

☆Service was too good. I will visit this place soon again.

Located in Purna Das road(a few seconds driving distance from Golpark Petrol Pump), this is a really nice cafe. It also has separate hookah section. We sat in the non smoking section. The chicken lollipop was really well prepared. The chicken satay was ok. The watermelon Mojito was also good. The best was the Alfredo Pasta with chicken. We didn't like the taste of the Arabiata pasta. All in all a good experience. The ambience and the staff are really good.

We were wanting to go to a new place and saw the ratings of this place and decided to try it out. However we were very disappointed. We ordered a variety of items - Mexican Caeser Salad, Mexican Sizzler, Mac n Cheese, Pesto Basil Pasta, Four Topping Pizza, Jalapeno Cheese Poppers , Chicken Egg Burger and Mushroom Burger and Cottage Cheese Quesadilla. We also ordered iced tea and cold coffee. Except for the Jalapeno Cheese Poppers and Mac n Cheese, nothing else was up to the mark. The flavour and freshness left much to be desired. The sun-dried tomato in the salad was spoilt.
Although the staff was courteous and attentive and we have no complaints there, the food left us very disappointed.

I have been to wanderboots more than 5 times and i find this place pretty homely and comfortable. I have been visiting since the time they started with only a few veg items. Recently they have introduced a non veg menu which is a big plus for carnivores like us! Located at Purnadas road, the entrance itself gives a very warm feeling. A pretty decent place to chill out with friends over hookah. The hookah has always been perfectly prepared and the flavors are good. Their orange or cranberry mohito is amazing. Food is average though i love their chicken quesadillas. They have board games like uno, ludo etc- so u can sit there for hours playing with ur friends and nibble titbits all along. the staff is friendly and prompt. The only thing that is weird is that they charge an extra 10% service charge, which on asking can be waived off with a fresh bill coz its optional. I would rate this place a 3.5/5

Location: This cafe is located on Southern Avenue, near Azad Hind dhaba. It'll be easier to access it from Hindustan Park. The cafe is located on 1st floor and there's an elevator. The entrance is easy to miss so be cautious.

Ambiance: This cafe is decorated beautifully with large wallpapers a vintage phone booth and a world map.
They have a smoking section and a non smoking section.

Behaviour: Staffs were helpful and polite. Didn't take much time in preparation.

Food: Ordered Caesar salad and guava delight. Both were tasted pretty good.

This nice little joint is good for hanging out with friends and well as spending time with someone special.
This place is located just 5 minutes from Golpark and had been on my bucket list for a long time.

Food(4/5): I had mixed reactions about the food. The Arabia pasta we ordered initially wasn't that great and the Maggi pizza was also okayish. But the Grilled chicken we ordered later was really good and so was the Stroganoff. The Indian platter that my friends ordered tasted okayish too. The desserts I felt were really good. Brownie with chocolate ice cream was above average and the blueberry cheesecake with vanilla was excellent too. The 2 Hookahs we ordered: Teen Paan Rose in ice base and Kiwi gum in milk base were decent. The latter was pretty strong and much better than the former. Overall extremely decent café food and hookah.

Ambience (4.5/5): The theme of the café was travelling around the world which was both appealling and attractive. The decor in the walls, the world map on the wall, the travelogues kept in the room of bean bags and the lighting were excellent. The place where you can seat on bean bags and chill with low and dim lights was really good. Also they have a separate place for hookah and it's almost a private party place for a group of 8-9 people which was great. Their music choice though, wasn't that good and that's perhaps the only minor issue with the ambience.

Service (3/5): This is the only weak link I found on my visit. The first dish we ordered was non veg pasta but were served with veg pasta which was a tad dissapointing. Also the waiter didn't know about the number of chicken pieces in a particular dish and also some general information about dishes or the Zomato gold offer. However, they served the water regularly and the coal change was also done efficiently. The dishes were served in more or less 20-25minutes which was okayish. So,overall decent but not excellent service, I would say.

Value for money (4/5): The Hookahs were around 350 with the base and they took 40 for the coal Change so it was okayish value for money. The pastas and pizza was slightly on the higher side for the quantity and quality. The grilled chicken and Stroganoff had good chicken pieces and generous amount of rice and hence, was good value for money. The Indian platter also was decent quantity and quality wise. The desserts were excellent value for money with their taste and the quantity was also pretty good (big scoops and generous amount of cheesecake/brownie).So, overall, really decent value for money.

Will surely visit this place again when I have enough bucks and good groups to chill out with.
Definitely recommended if you want to chill out with Hookah, nice ambience and standard café food at relatively pocket friendly prices (compared to other cafés).

With Syed Sohail Aneek Chakraborty
