Review Jaipur To Kolkata - Kolkata (Calcutta)

Raman Krishnan
Reasonably neat and clean place. Good food. However on the expensive side. Polite staff. Someone wrote about free wifi but no one informed me at the restaurant. They do have a plug point at each table. Probably for plugging your mobile charger.

The food at this place is good but the sitting arrangement is nt very good... It's a little inconvenient to sit while having food ....
Daljit Singh

Good vegetarian food at an affordable price

Loved it's gravy. Better than others in park street in terms of price and quality. only drawback being slow delivery. we ordered main course with starters to make worth time. Any given day I preferred J2K over any other restaurants for my cravings for good food. the owners and waiters were too good to be true. wish it to open soon once again.
Rishav Drolia
very poor and rotten
food any restaurant has ever delivered.
Jaipur to Kolkata is a vegetarian restaurant...the ambiance is good it can accommodate many people it covers quite a big area...the food is good but according to me it is expensive...because it costed us 600 bucks per head...we ordered paneer, dal makhani, rice and a starter dish...so for veg food i had to pay 600 rs in this amount excluding tax...but no doubt the food is good
Ashok Jain
I went with 3 of my friends. We had hara bhara kebab as starter it was too good and delicious. The food is awesome and quality and taste are also good. Liked the restaurant and would like to visit again ...
Komal Goenka
The food was really good except for Pineapple Raita. We order the Corn Paneer sabzi and Veg Jhalfrezi along with Naan and Tandoori Rotis. All the breads were crisp and perfectly cooked.
One point less for the service, since it was extremely slow. The restaurant was pretty crowded on the ID holiday and yet, serving food took more than 20 mins. That apart, they did not offer us to sit and wait in the reserved area even though no guest was there at the moment.

This one is a veg restaurant in elgin road area...located in harish mukherjee road near balwant singh eating house... I visited there with my whole family...they provided us a seperate dinning room..bt there AC was not working properly .. we ordered a lot of food... All the food were ok...but prices are comparatively in accordance to there ambience ,food, service..
Manjula Moorthy
Now what do I say about a restaurant which makes me go there time and time again.. Awesome food..specifying any item is actually being biased because I'm in love with everything I ordered there...Just go and have anything is my suggestion
Vivek Gupta
Menu - just serves the veg menu ..!
Service- 3.5/5
Ambience - 4/5
Staff competency - 3.5/5
Must try - there are few items to try out there all are the veg ones but dal makani and panner items are the best ..!! 💯💯💯
Pocket pinch- ₹ 1000 for 2 persons ..!
Positives - as its open in the late night as well so its very pleasent to get so good restro at that hour of night .. and foods are also fine ..!!
Area of improvement - its a good place to visit overall ..!!

Worst place ever experienced.Very small place for someone to eat peacefully.Very much conjusted. Specific room system is worse and the way they serve is worst.
They delay in making and serving the foods and I suggest that the quality of food is very bad.
I would suggest you to come here only of you have a lot of patience because they test your patience to a very high extent.
Please I suggest if you dont want to ruin your day don't at all come here please.
It seems mostly to be a self service restraunt ,because everything you want ,you have to go to them not once but twice . A road side dhaba will be better.
DON'T AT ALL COME HERE
Suruchi Bhawsinghka
Went for dinner with family and kids. The ambience is solemn and gives u a feel of a journey of a train. Food is average nothing exceptional. They have set up screen for all couch potatoes. Overall they should improve on the menu.A bit of variety on mocktails to b specific.
Jigar Avalani
Very bad experience..... filled with mosquitoes.... Very unhygienic place...broken utensils n what not... food is worth executive oil......basically had a very bad experience... Suggest u not to visit this place...
Surabhi Periwal
It was one of those days when you're so tired, you think "I'd eat at any place I lay my eyes on next!".. And here I was.. On a trip from Kolkata to Jaipur..
The inside was just above average.. Tending to boring.
Now.. One would think that the place would only serve North Indian cuisine.. But they have a spreading menu with Italian, Continental.. Food for all.. 😃
And.. How it happens when you make more than you can handle.. Most of the food was average. There was a nice Indian Bread Basket with Pudina Naan.. Good different🙋
Okay experience!

It's located diagonally opposite to the Elgin rd Sardar ji Dhaba . The good news a pure vegetarian restaurant . The decor of the place is simmilar to that of Palace on wheels . The sitting arrangements of the place are very scattered. The place promises to serve Rajasthani dishes but most were not available when we asked for them . The staff is rude and the lack of experiance clearly reflects.
Now to the food , I would suggest people to only have there Indian food . Rest is just made up in any manner they wish to . The quality of the food id ok . The place in total is highly expensive. I wont suggest anyone to go here unless they are short of destination.
Sanjukta Majumdar
Ambience is good. The decoration is also good. The continental dishes are really good to taste.Bakery dishes are also good such as cinnamon Danish as well as the pasta and sandwiches.

A perfect place for dining with family.... The ambience is awsm and surely a must visit place with family... And talking abt food it is delicious :)
Tej Makol
It's a pure vegetarian restaurant with the palace on wheels kind of theme, the food was tasty but overall expensive. As per the name thought it to be a Rajasthani restaurant however they serve all kinds of vegetarian food.
Prerana Parakh
Nice ambiance. Interior, decoration and paintings are mixture of Bengal n Rajasthan. Food quality was ok. Over priced.
Attendeds were in hurry to wrap up before finishing meal. They were continuously checking whether we finished our meal or not and how long we will take time. It was so uncomfortable to eat somewhere, where someone continuously checking how long u will take time to eat or how much u r left with. Thats pathetic.
I dont think i will visit again to this place.
Rajib Bhattacharjee
It was the name that caught my attention. So today my better half and myself decided to give it a try. The staff were nice and polite. Ambience was good. The décor, I think was based on the " palace on wheels". I wanted to have Rajasthani food. But almost all of the menu card contained continental, Chinese and Punjabi cuisine. Finally I find the page with Rajasthani cuisine. With a little bit of help from the staff we decided to go with missi roti, jaipuri gatti & masala bati. I liked the gatti but my wife didn't like any of the items. We hated bati d most. We are not sure whether we disliked the bati itself or the preparation in the Restro was bad. I guess Rajasthani cuisine is an acquired taste.
Palak Jain (To Food With Love)
Located near Balwant Singh dhaba in Bhowanipore this place offers Multicuisine choices. I found the name a little bit of a misnomer as this is offering Chinese and Italian dishes also.

We went in for lunch. The place was deserted. The staff was all inside doing their own thing. We had to repeatedly get up and call them. It was quite irritating.

We ordered crispy chilli Baby corn
Pan fried noodles
Paneer tikka

If the service and staff behavior could be ignored the food was decent. But I wasn't happy with my experience overall. The food did compensate, but considering pricing one would expect much better service.
Khushboo Shah
Pathetic place to visit
We had to wait for 2.5 hrs after that 1 hr wait for food.
The food served was stale and gutte ka sabzi was like eating some kind of sour pebble
Don't visit ever
Over hyped by bhawanipur gujjus
Nikita
Had a great experience when it had just opened. But went today and it was s total disaster. Bad service and food was equally not worth a penny.
Sofas were torn. Total disastrous experience

This place proved to be time well spent...great place to visit with both family and friends...the food is good and the ambience has a calm feel to it...the place wasn't expensive either... service was nice too, though I didn't get that train-like vibe this place was aiming for...other than that it's a really decent place... surely going to visit again
Hemal Bhayani
Horrible experience

Dnt go neithr recommend anyone to go.

Rather stand outside the restaurant and stop other guests to enter.

Frm entry to exit- Terrible.

No water in d washroom. It was stinking like public toilet. They have kept a jug at wash basin to wash hands.

At this high price range, one expect flair of services & luxurious dining experience.

But sorry to say, we are highly disappointed.

There is a big list of complains than the items in the menu.

No napkin on table, No salt pepper bottles, No soya sauce in d sauce tray, waiters are reluctant to take orders, very inefficient staff, water glasses are not washed properly, plates are not properly cleaned. Very un-hygienic. At this price point, little bit of cleanliness is expected. Even road side dhabas offer better cleanliness and service than this. They take order and forget to serve till you remind them other time.

The basic starter Paneer Tikka was not available.
Every restaurant serve raita with biryani. But here u have to order raita separately.

The food is mediocre. Neither anything special in taste nor any attractive presentation. In Manchow soup, there was no soya sauce added. It was looking like a sweet corn soup. In the breads that we ordered, they served only half portion. & when argued, they said they will not charge for breads, but was there in the bill.
The crockery they use is also below average. Even the water was not warm in d finger bowl.

The service is very very poor.

We felt the huge money we spent here is wasted.
A decent restaurant with okay food quality. Went there on Sunday night.. Had to wait 45 mins to get a table. Another family had to wait more than one and a half hours and when they enquired how come others are getting a table, the manager could only say sorry. It created a scene and the manager couldn't do anything to resolve it.
Anyways coming to the food, Ordered paneer tikka and was disappointed with the quality straight away. No choice in mocktails. Ordered north indian main course. The food quality was decent nothing extra ordinary.. A lot of better options for vegetarians in this price range..

As guest we follow the written norms for any place we choose to dine and its been tested and known that many fail to keep their promise. A sudden family dinner planned and I visited this place at 11:00 pm. Considering the location for this outlet, such a time is meant for closed board to be hanging outside but the way they greeted us was impeccable. Hats off to the team. Its a veg spread, so that does excite me, we went for Paneer Paratha, and others. Paneer paratha finds a special mention, as i am bowled the amazing taste. Jaipur to Kolkata is a must try and the veg tastes really good. cheers !!
Vasundhara Sharma
Situated on Harish Mukherjee road, this vegan restaurant was last on my list since I am a hardcore chicken lover.but went there yesterday. We had ordered for paneer tikka, paneer malai kofta butter naan shahi paneer. The tikka was simply awesome soft n juicy with a mild flavour..the naan was good along with the shahi paneer.Bt what made me disappointed was the paneer malai kofta.it had a sour taste.may be it was stale and had a certain smell..
Apart fro this the overall experience was good. The décor is worth mentioning.

Amazing place.. great food.. authentic ambience.. truly vegis delight.. best features of the food is that it's healthy to your stomach & value for money..
Jwalant Monani
Visited for the first time and found the ambiance to be quiet and soothing. Food was excellent and service even better. Tried north Indian dishes along with baby corn as a starter and found it to be delicious. Definitely worth a visit. Though prices were a bit on the higher side but food and service was worth the money.
Hardik Parekh
Designed at an odd location, one wouldn't expect much out of a place. But this restaurant puts all such notions to rest.
It is known for its North Indian but I decided to try other items on the menu for a change. Much to my surprise, the taste was perfect excepting the use of oil which was a bit too much.
The idea here is to make you feel like you're travelling in a train from Jaipur.
Hoping for better experiences. Dropping again! Cheers. 🙌

P.S. Authentic Pizza lovers avoid ordering Pizza here with such expectations.

Ahh... Another kid in town..
But this is a giant..
Awesome food with great hospitality.
Simply loved the food..
Must visit for veggie lovers!

Ambience : Separate cabin kind of structure for your own dining room experience, a little renovation is needed for those damps else it's absolutely fine!
Food : 10 on 10
No other word, grades speak better!
Cost : Most considerable part- Highly effective on pocket, very economical, value for money stuff!
Staff : Very helpful and courageous !

A must try!

P.S I had corn capsicum paneer masala, I must say, I never had such a wonderful sabji before!
A bowl licking one!
Dhruvpoddar01
Ordered the food online via swiggy
Location: can't help you with the location as ordered the food.
Quality-4- They serve good quality of food. As the name reads "Jaipur to Kolkata" their food is rich in dry fruits.
Quantity-4- Their food quantity is fine. 4 masala kulchas accompanied with a dal and two sabziz is sufficient for 4 to 5 people.
Pricing-3- Their food is slightly overpriced. We had a bill of 1700 for 4 of us. In my point of view it could have been below 1400.
Service- Can't tell you anything as ordered the food.
Appearance-- can't tell you anything as ordered the food online.
Hospitality-- same as the above.
Amit Pal
Ordered food from this restaurant via swiggy. They serve very good quality veg food. Ordered masala kulchas, veg kofta, jaipuri mix veg and jaipuri aloo chutneywala. though they have incorporated jaipur in the names of the items but I found them very much similar to punjabi style food but still loved all the items as im a fan of punjabi food. It is not as costly as other pure veg restaurants and delivery was also quick. overall had a good experience.
Amish Mehta
Good food and Good Ambiance but no relation to the name as i had expected. As the Name suggest i had expected there would be food connected with Jaipur. Anyways the Chinese and North Indian food was good. the staff is courteous but they lack behind in Mocktails and Desserts. Also they dont have ice to add in the soft drinks.
Ruchika Garg Goenka
Sunday night, we and few friends of Vineet went there for dinner with high expectations since heard a lot from people about food and ambience. First thing which was bothering me was that if we will get authentic Rajasthani food only there since name was like that. But then, north Indian, Chinese, continental all were served. But nothing up to the mark..

Let me start from soups n starters... We ordered manchow soup which was not tasty at all. It coloured white as if we have ordered sweet corn soup. For starters we had paneer tikka n wontons.. Panner was not properly grilled.. But luckily, Wontons were nice..
Main course, vegetables were OK. Rice m breads were also OK..
Overall a one time try out place with average ambience n food.
Annada
It got a pretty cozy ambience. A nice place to hang around with family. It's a vegetarian restaurant with quite decent and authentic Rajasthani food at affordable rates. We had, paneer tikka for the starters. The main course consisted of paneer butter masala, Rajasthani mixed sabzi, naan and masala kulcha. The taste was pretty good for the given rates. The decor on the walls is interesting here :D
Dipika Jajodia
The New kid in the block and in the vicinity of the Dhaba giants like Balwant singh eating house, Sharma, Guptas etc, it surely has a promising competition with its vegetarian counterparts. On a sunday afternoon, I decided to visit this place with my family.

Navigation:
Just move straight from Balwant singh eating house towards kalighat and on the left side of the road, just a few metres away, you would find this Blue coloured gate with a pic of Hawa Mahal.

Ambience: Since it was a post lunch time, the place was almost empty with only a family of 12 occupying the largest table. The restaurant is divided into separate partitions with different capacity. The place is cozy and the seating arrangements are comfortable. Nicely lit and spacious, this place is a typical family restaurant. The paintings of Rajasthani culture adorn the walls in the restaurant.

Food: The majority of the options were North Indian keeping in mind the theme of the place. You will also find Mexican and Chinese options along with the usual North Indian dishes. We ordered a white sauce penne pasta, a kadai Paneer, Paneer lababdaar, daal makhani and Cheese Butter naan.
The quantity is inadequate as a dish is just suffice for two and you won't be full. The taste was average and the kadai paneer was less spicy than what the dish should actually taste like. The Pasta was well prepared with good amount of mayonnaise, herbs, vegetables and lentils. I would recommend the same.

Service and feedback : Courteous and polite Staff members. Speed of service is average since time took to serve was a bit more; the restaurant was almost empty. So a slow service can be expected on usual peak days.

However you might want to visit this place once at least if you are bored of other nearby restaurants. The place surely needs a bit of improvement in the taste.
Archit Ganeriwal
Nice place to visit with family or even friends.. food quality and service is excellent.. the place is conviniently located.. so its overall a good place for eating out..
Pooja Shah
Quick n friendly service..
Fresh food.
Good place to have Chinese n north Indian... Decent ambience... The quality of the food was good!
Would surely visit again...
Niraj Agarwal
Food takes time cos every thing is prepared fresh. Best place to have north indian. Ambience is decent. No quality compromises on food. Must visit for lip smacking experience
Pritesh Patel
The ambiance is good and the food was was also good.Odered paneer hariyali tikka and spring roll, both were good.
Main course: corn capsicum was tasty but shahi paneer was not as expected, and veg grating was great. Overall a satisfying hotel.
Abhishek Jain
Place is decent and food is 6 on 10.. but be mentally prepared to wait atleast 45 mins for food to be served after the order has been placed.. especially on weekends..

Saw 2-3 families very upset with the quality of service on 26-June-2016
Thacker.mayank
Worst experience of my life....had gone there today 26/6/16 to celebrate my mom's birthday...and trust me whoever is reading this....DO NOT EVER GO HERE.....the service was bad to the power infinity.....we ultimately had to get up only after having starters after cancelling the order for main course....it was more than 45 mins and still no items were served.....pl pls pls avoid going to this place...the problem here is also the price...guess a fine dining restaurant also doesn't charge so much....shit place !!!!!
Here I am forced to give 1 star cause the review without giving a star rating...it doesn't deserve any star at all
Shagun Bachhawat
They serve great food . You may try anything from the menu, taste is really good. 3 cheers for one of the owners Sahil who has been putting in so much effort since the start of this place from serving to making sure everyone is comfortable. Homely ambience 👍

Located on harish mukherjee road, this place as named has interiors that looks like small compartments of a train. There are small intricate details like the window with the curtains, the different rooms shaped like bogies . You'd love the interiors and the place looks posh. Also has a kids room, which is a unique concept in Kolkata. Kudos for the wifi.

There is place for improvement in their service. The waiting time is too long due to the shortage of space. A lot of customers then run to the other restaurants nearby. Serving is also tardy and waiters need to be trained. I left my jacket in the restaurant and the owner came running to return it back. Thank you sir :D .A very hospitable man who took criticism in the right spirit.

Coming to the food, the restaurant serves south Indian, north Indian, chinese , continental. I saw a lot of breakfast options like crossiant, hash browns, doughnuts , toasts and waffles, muffins which is a welcome change for early risers. The fact that it had no special dishes from Jaipur or Kolkata was disappointing. The only typical Bengali dish I found was radhaballabi and the jaipuri papad sabzi.
You can try
Jaipuri papad sabzi - The fine flavours melted in your mouth and the crunchy papad balanced it just well.
Masala kulcha - stuffed so well, soft and a delight.
Pasta- If you can't decide on what to order just order the pasta, tastes just fine
Hakka noodles - The regular noodles, nothing special.
You can also try panchmela dal , any of the soups and the Mexican pizza.
Would not recommend the crispy chilli babycorn, paneer reshmi tikka .
The pricing though is on the high side compared to the restaurants nearby. The quality and the ambience is a thumbs up. Unique new dishes need to be added on to the menu, service needs to improve.

Kaonkekalan47
Awesm delicious food with royal decoration like old houses. one of my best restaurnt nd much better thn others hotel nd restaurnts on harish mukherjee road
Pooja Agarwal
Located in hazra road, well lit place and easy to locate. It is made in the concept of a train of different classes. 1st class biggie, 2nd class etc . Good decor and ambience .

Coming to food,
Crispy chilli babycorn - good and a little sweet
Paneer reshmi- just normal nothing that surprises u with flavors.
Dal makhnai is generally which restaurants generally do not go wrong
I loved the mixed veggie sabzi
Well overall normal food. A little on the sweeter side .
Good experience.
The service needs to be upgraded and food needs to be served by waiters without being asked.
Overall nice variety on the menu.
Kushal Shah
Worst! food ever I tasted not satisfied at all. Quality was not proper as per it's price.. not comfortable at all..behavior of Staff was not proper..it's mine first and last time..
Preeti Abhani
Awesome food! We ordered crispy chilli babycorn, American corn pepper salt for starters, both were good. We also ordered chilli garlic noodles which lacked salt, but otherwise was fine. And we absolutely loved the main course. Kashmiri aloo dum and paneer butter masala. Finger living tasty. The gravy was so rich and so awesome. Dal makhani was good. Do go for the cheese naan! Overall, good food and good ambience. Must visit.
Shravan
The food was okay could have been way better in many different aspects ..the main thing that irritated me was that we were given the small box seating for 4 but there was hardly any place to serve the food he would just keep pushing my chair ...they have WiFi which is a great thumbs up the food could do a bit more improvement
Dhaval Shah
Ambience is very nice.I loved the food though the service was slow nd place is awesome. One must go nd enjoy .Staff is gud nd well mannered.Go nd hv a munch once.
Mahesh
Pathetic service!!!! food quality horrible!! the food at they have served is cold instead of hot!!! even fresh lime served to us was just unbearble to drink!!! overall staff behaviour and the knowledge of food they posses is zero!!!
Uttam Minz
Located conveniently on Harish Mukherjee Road with minimal visibility....U can easily give it a miss...But if you Stop by..then its... Pure Veg...Pure Bliss...All Carnivores...Leaf can also give u the KICK a lean fillet gives...u just need to check in a right place as I did today. My plate with Missi Roti...Panchmela Dal...Kadhi Pakora...Gatte ki Sabji and Masala Papad....to top it all Churma in dessert was Veg at its best...All I can say is....Heavenly...Loved every bite I took....
Pallavi Bachhawat
Good food. Nice ambience. But a weak point is had to wait 1 & a half hourr outside. But loved the food n decor😁
Would recommend to people for sure.
Nikhil Jalan
good place to have quality food with ur friends and family .personally liked each and every item which was served to us and the service was also gud would surely recommend to my friends and others
Ananya Murarka
A really good place. Ambience is really good. The service was upto the mark. Food is quite good. Baby corn and panner tikka are a must try! A must try!
ANANT SANGANERIA
A good place for all the North Indian food lovers. The Cheese Naan is a must try if you love cheese. It was full of cheese. Tasted yummy. Paneer Tikka Masala was also good. However the quality of Spring Rolls and Baby corn wasn't up to the mark. Not a place for people who love Chinese.
Overall a good ambience with friendly waitors.
Radha Agarwal
Awesome food.. Great ambiance.. Liked everything we ordered... Service n staff was good too.. In short had good experience.. Will love to visit again :)
Shreyansh Ajmera
Visited the place on Friday evening.. located near balwant singh and desi cuisine.... Food is average compared to price... Also problem of flies is a big concern.... second being a new place they have to beef up their service....
Nikunj Damani
"Jaipur to Kolkata" name sounds exciting.. The food journey was also good.. We ordered Chinese, North Indian, Italian.. All were good.. Prompt service ..

1 suggestion: u should have a calling bell system.. Coz in some of their private area or cabin one needs to go out of the sitting area and call the waiters.. Otherwise everything was superb

Keep it up J2K team
Lakhani
It is located in Harish Mukherjee right after Balwant Singh dhaba..having a great competition from desi cuisine and Balwant Singh this place has earned itself good food title.
It's a small place, with sections created resembling palace on wheels decor. Decor is good. However, when it's bustling with people turns too noisy to hear anyone. Service is very slow. But after a long wait for food, the wait is totally completely worth!!
It's not very expensive and worth the money. I hope they are able to maintain the the quality of food. Soups, panner tikka, dal, Jaipuri sabji all very good.
Sujata Thaker
A new vegetarian restaurant on Harish Mukherjee Road, opposite Balwant Singh Dhaba. The name is Jaipur to Kolkata but the menu doesn't incorporate food items accordingly. Instead it's a mish-mash multicuisine, with the ubiquitous Chinese, continental, South Indian and North Indian on the menu.(don't know if all were available or simply there in the menu) We ordered North Indian items and two from the Chinese part. Of that one was a disaster...instead of stir fry veggies they served deep batter fried veggies doused in heavy soy sauce. (Yuck). The soups were reasonable, with one friend really liking the sweet and sour soup. But the tomato basil soup with croutons had no basil!(then y name it so...can just call it tomato soup!)The hariyali panir tikka was good.(but the chutney/dip served with it could have been more tangy)For the mains the Jaipur sabji was good as were the two dals....panchmela and dal makhani.(nothing extraordinary) The Indian breads too were good..garlic naan, methi naan and masala kulcha(slightly different from the run of the mill)The ambience is good, the decor interesting. They have done up small rooms with limited seating (probably replicating a train compartment) Also have a kind of children's room(or cafe, as told to me by a waiter),where small tables have ludo and there are sports pics on the wall. A good enough place, food being reasonably good.(but it's simply another multicuisine restaurant... Doesn't live up to its nomenclature Jaipur to Kolkata in the food department though it does somewhat in the decor.
Mayank.v.2005
The worst place to visit. ..PLEASE AVOID SUCH FILTHY PLACE. .food is shit n extreme bad. ..and be waiters are like goons n pada dada..as soon as u will come out of this place u will feel safe..NEVER EVER VISIT SUCH SHIT PLACE. .a lot better options are there nearby. .Please check n somewhere else to avoid mood offfffff
Gunjan Rathi
Its a nice place to gather. The atmosphere of the resturant is nice but my advice would be not to visit this restaurant. The quality of food is worst. Service is also good.
Meetu Bansal
Even though situated in a place already thriving with lot of competitive options (already famous vegetarian eateries..), Jaipur to Kolkata is here to stay and create a niche for itself.

Service is the main thing which every diner craves for and I give big thumbs up for the service that was offered.

We tried on a varied food items ranging from soups, starters, pizzas and some north Indian food and everything was yummy. Based on the name I was expecting some food of Rajasthani cuisine and Bengali cuisine but was informed by Mr Sahil Arora, that the same shall be introduced shortly.

Looking forward to go once again with friends, once the Rajasthani food is introduced. They make you feel completely at home.

One thing I liked the best was the Pizza... and for once I was completely lost in it...

With the gaining popularity, it seems, they shall soon have to invest in a bigger place though...
Smart Kapital
Extremely overpriced with just above average food quality. Its a new place and looking at the menu it seems they want to recover their investments within six months. There are much better veg joints in Kolkata with half the prices. Not recommended.
Abhishek Mittal
Awesome place I went with my family on New Year's Eve. The place had too much rush but still the service was amazing and the food was even very good. The menu was also very good one can have almost whatever he wants. A good place and a very reasonable one also.
Shrishti Sodhani
A nice food joint for family outings which has a purely veg menu.good ambience and beautiful interiors(like the interiors of a train coach).food was good but service is a bit slow.and the inner dining area was a bit stinky that needs to be improved.wide variety of dishes on menu but more specialities of Jaipur need to be included for the menu to be apt according to the theme of the restaurant.
We had ordered Mexican nachos, chilly Babycorn for starters, kadhai paneer, dal makhani, pindi Chana and paneer butter masala with butter naans and kulchas. All were perfectly cooked and tasted good.
Asterix1207
Hello can anyone explain why the place is called j2k. Nothing jaipurish in it. Paneer tikka ws bad, aloo kabab was bland. They ran short of lemonade glasses so they had just rinsed our stained water glasses and got the lemonade filled in it. Pls do something jaipurish about the menu as well as ambience.
Prakash Modi
