A friend planned a surprise birthday for me at this outlet. She got a cake and the staff were cordial enough to let us cut it. We had our kids along and ordered for a range of items starting from stuffed garlic sticks to Barbeque pizza as part of the meal for 4 options. The pizzas were fresh and we loved the veg option more than the non-veg pizza. Highly recommended since it's quite spacious and the kids enjoy it.

Got this amazing deal in Pizza Hut, i.e on Wednesdays you get 50% off on selected Pizzas. Cheesy Corn and American Non Veg Pizza was absolutely delight. The AC's could work a bit better but service was on point.

This pizza hut is actually "hidden" in the back side of city center 2, ground floor. You have to go beside the kfc.
This place is not very crowded, I always found couple of tables empty.
They allow to arrange b'day or any other parties here. Which is good if you are looking for such a place of arrangement. They will decorate part of restaurant with balloons and other things.
I even saw mini magic show is arranged inside the restaurant for a b'day party.
But this is also bad if you are just a restaurant guest when a party is going on, because of the chaos, and staffs are busy with the party guests.
Food quality very good as usual.
Just be patient with your orders, they make those fresh and it takes time.

We visited this place yesterday on insistence of one friend. Wanted to try our chicken wings. Initially I was not sure if it would be anywhere close to what KFC offers. But boy, I was just blown away by its sheer tenderness. It was so soft, juicy and just amazing. We also saw space cordoned, reserved and decorated for birthday party. Upon checking with them got to know that it only takes ₹1000 for the reservation and that includes the decoration as well. Pretty amazing, isn’t it? If you are a KFC lover, just try out the wings and I am sure you would make the switch to Pizzahut for Chicken wings if not for pizza. Bon appétit.

The pizza was good, the price was okey. Didn't have to wait long after placing the order. They also suggested a change to our order to give us a better deal. Only reason I deducted one star is because they failed to mention the changes in crust in their suggested order, which deviated from our original order a bit. I recommend making absolutely sure you know what you are getting if you accept their offer of changing your order.

I frequently visit this eatery especially with my office colleagues. During 2012-14 the place used to have heavy footfall, had to wait long to get a seat. But now during 2022-23 very less people are seen seated inside and most of the seating area remains closed.
Pizza quality is always great, but nowadays the ambience is not as good as it used to be. The air conditioning is also tuned down that causes discomfort sometimes!

Good quality post lockdown. I went for my birthday last night. But service was a bit slow due to shortage of staff. All safety measures available including no contact dining and contactless payment. I ordered personal smokey chicken pizza and spiced paneer pizza. Cost me 312 rupees total. Sufficient to satiate two hungry people. Even served us bottled water.

Went there just randomly on weekday....to our surprise we were the only customers. We ordered country special pizza, white sauce pasta and a cold drink. Coming to pasta, not all veggies were put as mentioned in the menu. We had to call the waiter to exchange it with added veggies pasta. Taste of pasta was not so good as should be of a brand. So I shall not recommend eating pasta in pizza hut.<br/>Coming to pizza, it was yummy, cheesy and baked properly. Staff was good.

Went there today in the evening time. We are not so much pizza lover but there were a huge crowd at all other restaurants at cc2 and fortunately pizza hut was the one who could provide us a seat.<br/><br/>We went there after noticing there every day value pizza offer with two small size pizza at rs.99/- each and in that picture both veg and non veg pizzas were shown( with green and red sign). But when after entering we wanted to ordere that one, they smartly said that offer was applicable only on veg pizzas. No NON-VEG pizzas are there under this offer. Even they were announcing this offer over speaker but no special mention of veg pizzas was there. I think this kind of tricks for making people fool are not expected from a reputed brand like this.<br/><br/>We have to order some thing else then and we ordered a sausage pizza and a Belgian choco shake. Both were good but after being fooled like this, it is really hard to appreciate their taste.<br/><br/>Ps. I had ordered a Veggie Feast and unlike most of my orders which are always satisfactory this particular one wasnt that great. Something was wrong with the dough it was too hard and chewy. The toppings were generous but the cheese was still not melting after reheating. Overall it was an okayish order. Have had way better experiences with pizza hut.

The city centre 2 outlet of pizza hut is below average. I found a single person who was taking order for all the tables and even servicing the food..the food was ok with the usual taste of the pizza hut and the ambience is quite well as there were hardly 2-3 tables occupied..

I've been to most of the Pizza Hut outlets in the city except for those in Uttarpara and Howrah. By far, the service here is the worst of all the places. Only one among many waiters understood that their service was not up to the mark and apologised profusely. The food isn't the issue here although many items listed on the menu weren't available unlike other Pizza Hut outlets. The pizza itself was fine but the beverages (to be precise the shakes and the mocktails) were rather diluted. I've certainly tasted better than what they offered. Coming back to the main problem, they hardly pay any attention to the customers. There were complains all around us from unsatisfied people still waiting for their food or bill or even their order to be taken. One of the servers had the brilliant idea of arguing with the customers which is a strict no-no in the hospitality industry. The basic requirements in a restaurant like napkins, plates and cutlery had to be asked for and not readily available at the table. It's an unfortunate situation in a reputed establishment like Pizza Hut and the management should definitely look into this as the problem is getting worse at this place.

Today I visited Pizza Hut of City Centre Rajarhat, for the 2nd time. When I visited almost 2 years ago, I remember I had a very tasty dish of pasta and a cheese stuffed crust pizza -Chicken Exotica. They were quite good_ especially the pasta. This time I ordered a Triple Chicken Treat, which had delicious chicken pieces.. undoubtedly. But otherwise the pizza didn't taste that good. Hope it was better.

A great place for family dining. Nice ambience and spacious sitting arrangement. Pizzas are so soft and cheesy. One can definitely satisfy their cravings here. This pizza joint serves quality pizzas with a good options to choose from the menu. Service was good and the pizza was served hot as promised. Pizzas from Pizza Hut has always been my favourite. The bread they provide is soft and the cheese always tasty. According to me the best topping they have is chicken pepperoni ♥️. The Pizza Hut has always been the viewer's 1st choice when it comes to pizza. I went with my partner here and have had the chicken exotica pizza. We took a takeaway delivery for the offer going on and had it in the CC2 complex. The ambience is very cosy and staffs were definitely well behaved. Coming to the pizza, it had a soft fur ball melt in the morning mouth feeling. Extremely delicious.
