My recent visit to CC2 McDonald's left me pleasantly surprised and satisfied with the overall experience. First of all their service quality is poor . And the food is obviously great.. It is too tasty and delicious. But there is a much crowdy lack of space. U can enjoy it

McDonald's is a well known name to all the food lovers, so there's nothing much to say about it. This outlet of McD is located on the ground floor of City Centre 2 in Newtown. It us quite spacious and can accomodate quite a number of foodies. Recently they have introduced food ordering machine points where you can yourself choose all the available food options alongwith toppings and place order yourself using card or upi payment. Waiting time for food arrival is normal and the food is quite good at this outlet. Burgers and floaters are my all time fav here and its a must try. Overall its a nice McD outlet located at a good location of Newtown ✌🏻✌🏻

For the first time i tried MacDonald's food. I've ordered chiken nuggets, one king size burger, & a mirinda and cold coffe. The burger was awsome but i dont like the taare of chicken nugget. Their service is very good.

This place is great and I am truly amaze with the level of customer services offered by the staff in City Centre (NewTown) McDonald's especially one of the Manager by the name Ms. Shoumi. While my son was tired resting in this McD after having to walk a long day trip in the city, she somehow notice us as "Tourist", came over to entertain my son with some cute little McDonald's paper toy while at the same time ensuring all our foods are properly delivered. I see a great definition of amazing hospitality in Kolkata and people around here is very approachable. Well done McDonald's @ City Centre !

No doubt that I love McD.. but the service time is very slow. They should work on the service timing. After shouting and asking for a refund, I got my order served by the manager himself and that also after waiting for 57 minutes. The wait time for food is too much. But the good thing always takes time right...so no worries, I hope they will work on that .. The food I have nothing to say... You all already know. But I love the self service order thingy... It's cool. ,👍🏻

The burger we had ordered was good though a little bit pricey. Taste was good but there was a lot of crowd and no place to sit. The waiting time in the outlet is quite high .

One of the popular food chain restaurant that is still operating its business since 2006 in India. Though most of the outlets are permanently close till date. This one located in the city center 2 near Taz Hotel which is one of the good one across whole India. The branch is really spacious and most important thing its offers you to order by yourselves from the computerized system which has been setup near the entrance. The interior is beautiful and flexible to walk and hangout. Their masala tea and mac chicken is one of the best one.

This outlet have a large sitting area. One can order at the counter or self order at the kiosks. Waiting tome was nearly 20 mins. Food was good. This outlet also have a small area which you can book for small parties..

Good taste. But should've share the receipt so that the server don't have to shout repeatedly to ask the customers to receive the order. I've ordered the Big Mac and the coca-cola obviously. The burger was ok, not filled with extra sauce. The taste of beverage was super. And lastly ordered the Black Forest - Mcflurry. It was also good as the summer hits you hard. The place doesn't have a washroom inside. So if you want to use one, you have to use the common washroom of the premise and it's a long walk. The place is large enough to hold 100+ people altogether. Good place for corporate meeting or get together.

It was nice. Now you can order your food from a machine. So it's great for an introvert, I guess.
