Review Quantum - Modern Indian Bistro, Alipore - Kolkata (Calcutta)

If I don't give them a five star then that would be injustice to them. Oh, what an amazing place. Where do I even start from? Amazing ambience. Food is reasonable and really good. The manager, Atanu Da is really warm and welcoming and the entire staff is really nice and very prompt with their service. Overall, loved the place. Been there twice and spent my new year there and we really had a good time. Thank you, Quantum Lounge. Very impressed. And and, it doesn't get that exposure. So please, guys, do give them a visit, you really won't regret it.

My thought towards veg cuisine has completely changed after having some items from The Quantum station . The have vast menus under suitable prices .. From here I tried Chinese bhel Smoked Makhani Pasta Bhuna onion makhani pulao Bharwanaa Dum aloo in exotic gravy Veg jhalfrezi All the items were amazing in teast. It was carring great portion size .all the flavours and texture was truly drooling. Their packaging services is also recommendable . They have taken all the safety procedure . It was amazing experience in veg cuisines with them ..!!

Extremely nice staff.They had all types of ambiance-quiet as well as music lounge.The staff made sure everything was according to our taste .They changed the dishes and drinks we didnt like.Music and lighting was apt.I had visited here with my family.The rate is a bit on the expensive side.They had small parking as well.We liked the bhatti ka murg a lot.The roti and garlic naan was made to perfection.Table booking is recommended.Overall good experience.

Good service. Quality of items are good. Clean and neat kitchen and dining room. Guests in lynq-cico hotel does breakfast here. Good taste. Fruit juice, coffee, tea are available and they are good. Sandwiches, cut fruits, milk and corn flakes are also there. Apart from this you south Indian breakfast is also there. Slight difficulty in entering this breakfast place. You find difficulty in find the entrance door.

It's a great place you can come with your friends or even for a date. The ambiance is just perfect for any event. Only one thing that I didn't like was it's drinks section where they don't give any happy hours and it's too pricy for medium budget people.

Everything else is absolutely fine, but this place deserves a visit for its unique pastas and dim sums.

Nice taste, big place, separate area for non-vegetarian eaters. If nearby do go for some nice North Indian food.

Great place with friendly staff. Not so busy. You can come here if u dont like crowd.

All the dishes I ordered just took away my heart amount is really great it is more than sufficient. Talk about pricing they have pocket friendly dishes and all the dishes were delicious. Foremost factor for now is packaging they got very hygienic way of boxing clean boxes and taped.

I celebrated my husband's birthday over there. The food ambience n arrangements were superb. The staffs were so warming we felt like home. Thank you so much guys for giving us such a warm welcome

A nice place to lounge with your friends. The food tastes great and they have hookah options too. The prices are little bit on the higher side. A pint of beer may cost you around ₹300-₹350. They also have a seperate dining area if you are planning for a family dinner.

I had a great experience here ...The food was so damn tasty and the quality of the food is also upto the mark ....No doubt ,the price is high...but you can avail offers from apps like Dine out ect. ..... once you go , it would be worth it. I celebrated my birthday party over there ....the music along with the ambiance lit up your mood .

The food is really good and service is amazing but I give it a 4 star because the music is very loud even on the low crowd days and it's not a good place for holding a convo. We requested them to turn down the music by a bit but they refused to. I mean it's a lounge so loud music is a feature but I wish they would regulate it according to the crowd at the time.

Ordered one Indian non veg combo. Steamed rice,chicken tikka kebab,yellow daal, aloo dum,chicken kasa, spicy salad,papad and gulab jamun served in distinct compartments. The gravy of aloo dum and chicken kasa were quite similar. Overall good.<br/>Nicely packaged.

I got to know about this place from zomato and I was really impressed with the good ambience and budget food. I made sure to visit the place this 25th and 31st both with my gang of friends.<br/>Now, Atanu da, thanks for the amazing service. Every single employee of the place are extremely welcoming and I am amazed with the prompt service.<br/>The food quality and taste surprised me to. With that kinda pricing, the food this place is serving is lip smacking. Was delighted to meet the chef too. Keep up with the amazing work.<br/>The crowd hanging out here are really standard and the liquor price is very pocket friendly. Strangely the hookah we took was good too. The four cheese pizza and every single item on the menu is worth it.<br/>I am definitely going back. No doubt.<br/>And yeah. Most important thing. Love the 'big bang theory', themed interior. Sheldon is really happy about it.

Good food. A bit of slow service but courteous and friendly staff. We took on veg and the chef's special tikka masala is a must to have. Black olives naan was not that great as expected. Rest everything was fine. Enjoyed!

We had a party at quantum a gathering of around 25-30 people. The service was superb, the food was very nice. They were very supportive. Thank you Bubai da and staff of Quantum

Very slow service and after waiting for 25 minutes, we got a soggy Darshan, the place has only one waiter. Taste of fried rice and noodles were fine but disappointed with the overall experience

Yesterday pasta in red sauce made by Chef Babu was awesome and it was well served by staff Mr Mandal. In background of instrumental music I enjoyed my dinner. It was again a lovely experience dining at quantum lounge. Keep it up.

The continental cuisine is very delicious specially pasta made under the supervision of chef Subho. Ambience is awesome. They make arrangements for candle light dinner every Sunday. Overall it's a gud restaurant for family and couples.

had a birthday party yesterday , experience was just wonderful. specially Mr ram ( manager ) and the chef Subho , and the staff called Mondal , number of staffs can be increased for more prompt service , food quality was too good , overall a good experience, special thanks to Mr ram .

The first lunch experience at the quantum was not at all satisfactory. The starters itself were so tasteless and disappointing that we didn’t feel like ordering the main course. Won’t recommend anybody .
