Great place for a quick peace time in the busiest of days.
The barista was nice to me. Helped me download the ccd app and saved me 50 bucks. Explained all the perks and goodies i could have, if i used the app. Carried the food to my table as well. May be its the standard here, but i am simply not used to the polite service so naturally am a little more elated than usual. On top of all of this, the black coffee and paneer sandwich were delightful.

Already evrybody know about the service and ambient..the best part for this one is ...inspite of being on one of the busiest street of kolkata its very calm and the staffs are very prompt and soft spoken ...no one hurries you with your stat over here...really recommend this one..

It was a good place to have a free time in any part of the day , quiet place ,not much noise , one can go and enjoy their quality time there , latte was also fine , but I wouldn't recommend sundaes of the place, overall a good place to visit

Good cozy place... Quick service... Efficient staff..... Took a grilled chicken cheese sandwich, with crunchy frappe.... It was as always truly yummmmmmilicious..... Moreover, started unexpectedly raining.... So the coffee became more tastier..... A good quick visit......

Cozy and welcoming place at times you do find uncouth customers shouting and the poor CCD staff can do little because we the customers some if us are rude to them ,I had to mention this because as customers we should also be cordial and behave as human beings with workers .Park st and rawdin st are great atmosphere the salt lake CCD was bad experience horribly behaved people out there though staff was good .CCD is a great place to go alone or with friends love it.

A good place to hangout with your family and friends. Staff are helpful and experienced. Foods are served with proper etiquette. Serving time is a bit more compared to other CCDs.

This rapidly increasing cafe chain in India is definitely a must-go especially for people who love to spend their time over a coffee. Reasonably priced items but not cheap. Often stays crowded at peak hours. Friendly staff. Most places has no WiFi.

I don't intend to dwell much on the review of this particular CCD outlet... Particularly because it wasn't the best of experiences for me...<br/>We ordered a classic non veg combo which constituted a non veg sub and cappucino. The sub was bland in taste to be very true and the cappuccino lacked the hit of freshly brewed coffee. The only thing we liked was the devil's own which stole our hearts. The cream topping the shake was the best part of the drink... During my college days, I used to walk by this outlet promising to myself that one day I would visit this place. Later on, I had the fortune to check out all the outlets except this one. Yesterday I finally set my foot inside this one, too. <br/>The menus have changed quite a lot. I ordered plum pudding cappuccino and chilly cheese toastizza. Plum pudding cappuccino tasted wonderful. I loved it. Toastizza tasted as usual. The staff are good. Parking space difficult to get. Price .....those who are regular in ccd know how much it can be.

Not a place if you want to spend some quiet time. A bit messy. the service is fine. The theatre road outlet is much better than this which is just a 5 minutes walk from this one. So I'd prefer to visit the other one next time.

Well there is not much to say about the CCDs and this one is no difference in terms of food as well. On my visit ordered for Smoked chicken sandwich along with a devil own. I really liked the Devil's own which has adequate amount of ingredients added in and suited my palate but the sandwich could have been a little better lacked cheesiness but their service was really nice and impressed me quite well.

Well there isn't much to write about ccds but this outlet has always been special because of their service. The ambiance is pretty much the same and usual (boring maybe) but the service here is incredibly good!<br/>Ordered for a cold cocoa latte, hazelnut cappuccino and chilli cheese toasteeza.<br/><br/>The latte was good and well made and the chilli cheese toast is aa usual good. <br/>They have introduced new items on them menu like veg wrap, biriyani and tawa pizzas but I went for my usual order.<br/><br/>Overall, good for a cuppa and Adda!<br/>

As usual, like other ccd outlets, this is also good and the food is enjoyable but i have to give them one thing, they can make a really mean devil's own...my favourite beverage to have at any ccd. If u r nearby and want a quick bite, pop into this place and order for a devils own, u will not be disappointed..

Normal CCD so food and beverages quality was as per its standard. However, staff is a serious let down, more so the one taking the order, only recommending the most expensive items on the menu, and billing add ons, making them sound like a part of the ordered food, only to tell you later they are additionally chargeable. No one minds paying extra for more, but this attitude to just bill as much as you can was a serious let down for me.

Ccd outlets are always formal and has official gesture. I have been with my girlfriend, i like the place. Its has good space, music always makes the mood better. Good place to sit and no doubt about the environment.

Good ambience - welcome change from the usual CCD decor. Thumbs up for its location - very close to several colleges amd coaching centres, making it an ideal hang out zone. As for the coffee, we ordered a Devils Own and an Irish coffee, both not quite good, latter being served just luke warm! Would recommend it only if someone isn't exactly looking to enjoy a cup of steaming coffee, but instead needs a comfortable place to hang out with friends.

Nothing much to say here i guess. Fantastic place for coffee, shakes and sandwiches and desserts ofcourse. This newly opened outlet however needs a mention in terms of decor and staff. Very nicely done woodwork and extremely well spaced out. Very courteous staff who greeted warmly with a smile on both entry and exit. Must haves are the chocolate fantasy, chocolate crunchy frappe and the spinach and corn sandwich.
