Delicious food, fast service, great overall. There is a funny story that happened to me. I ordered a mutton biryani and some chicken gravy. It is possible that the waiter heard it wrong. He brought me chicken biryani. I didn't notice at first but when I started eating the mutton piece, it felt like chicken. And I was like, ye toh chicken jaisa lag raha hai 😂 until I realized they mixed up my order. However, I informed the waiter, he was ready to completely change the order. Since I had eaten half of the biryani, I just asked him if he could just get me a mutton piece. He did so and that too without charge. Great service.

The golden potato, soft, tender piece of mutton, light, fragrant rice with the right amount of Ghee and oil, the light feeling of authentic Kolkata biryani mesmerized me as always. Having their biriyani is always a pleasure ❤️ We ordered a plate of chicken seekh kebab, 2 plates of special mutton biriyani and a plate of salad for 4 people. It was already more than enough.

We went to the first floor of the restaurant, this floor was very elegantly decorated and also had AC. But, we had to wait for very long for getting a table. We tried their: • Chicken Malai Kebab (priced at Rs 399) • Chicken Garlic Kebab (priced at Rs 344) • Chicken Achari Kebab (priced at Rs 344) • Mutton Biryani (priced at Rs 369) • Masala Kulcha (priced at Rs 130) • Chicken Kassa (priced at Rs 274) • Cold Drink (priced at Rs 60) Except the Chicken Achari Kebab the rest of the kabebs were really blant in taste. The rest of the food items were good in taste.

Thinking of mughlai dishes near Park Circus area, yes Arsalan is the Name of the restaurant. Their speciality are 1. Biryani 2. Kebab 3. Chicken Tikka butter Masada 4. Tandoori roti 5. Mutton Rogan Josh Note : they don't serve beef. This chain of restaurant is around 20 years old, started in 2002 and have created a name in mughlai dishes. They have many branches in and around kolkata. A must try restaurant if u are fond of mughlai dishes.

Very beautiful place and the ambience is awesome. The quality and quantity of food is just remarkable. Must visit this place with your friends and families. You'll definitely loved this place.

Arsalan is a trusted name when it comes to mughal and tandoori cuisine. We had dinner at the OG Park Circus branch, in their newly decorated second floor. The ambiance is really nice, with a big TV to enjoy the ongoing WC. Coming to the food, we had Chicken Haryali and Arsalan Kebabs for starters. The Arsalan Kebab is fantastic with a creamy layer like Rashomalai! For mains, we had biryani, Naan, Chicken Tandoori Butter Masala, Mutton Pasanda, and Rogan Josh. All the dishes were delicious and well cooked! Yet another foodilicious night, had a great time with good food!

Arsalan is King of Mughalai foods in Kolkata, During the Festive season you have to wait for long hours. Best to have Mutton special Briyani.. Mutton Rara and Malai kebab. The list is not over, the price is moderate to high maintaining the quality. Good to visit with family and friends... nothing to complain about. The hospitality by their staff is superb 🫶

Once on my flight back to Delhi , my sister had given us Biryani for food as it was dinner time , Biryani was full of flavor and with huge chunks of mutton, afterwards I came to know it came from Arsalan, so this time I went to their Park Cricus outlet for lunch , had ordered mutton stew , mutton biryani and khamiri roti firani .Mutton stew was delicious with whole lot of boneless chunks and Firani was absolutely delightful and their signature Biryani had same flavour full fluffy rice and a huge chunk of juicy and soft mutton pice plus potato also. Food and experience I shall cherish forever.

Best in Town for Biriyani and Kabab Lovers. Just lip smaking taste and flavours. Variety of option with one of the most finest experience.

Right from my childhood till now this place has maintained their standard so nicely. The taste and quality of the food is just amazing like previous times. Yes the price is a bit on the higher side but I feel that's totally worth it! My all time favorite is their 1. Mutton Biryani - 335/- 2. Mutton Stew (4pcs) - 270/- 3. Chicken Arsalan Kebab (6pcs) - 475/-

This is the first time I went to Arsalan and I must say What a Taste! I had the best naan and butter chicken there and their hospitality was commendable. Would highly recommend this place.

Highly recommended🔥❤️ Went yesterday around 2pm. Both ac and non ac section was packed with people. Had to wait for 25mins to get a seat for 2 people in the ac section. But it was worth it. Best mutton biriyani in Kolkata and this outlet of Arsalan is much better than other outlets in the city. The special mutton biriyani was delicious with two big chunks of mutton pieces. We also ordered mutton stew which is their signature item and half plate tandoori chicken which was super juicy and fresh. The salad at 60rs or 70rs i guess was best as per the quality and quantity. We also tried their firni which was just perfect as it was not too sweet :) Will visit again soon :)

Dear Team, Today( 25th June 2017) I at 13.39 pm in the afternoon, I gave order for a parcel at Arsalan ParkCircus outlet for two food items. 1. Chicken Biriyani Special quantity -1 price Rs. 280 2. Dum Ghost Handi (Mutton) quantity-1 price Rs.225 My total bill amount summed up to Rs. 505 and Bill no was 101.The items got delivered by the delivery counter packed well. At the time of taking the delivery, I didn't check the items opening the containers and took the parcel to my home. I stay at Chandannagar which is around 2 hours distance from the restaurant. After reaching home when I opened both the containers to check whether everything is proper inside, It was found that instead of MUTTON DUM GHOST HANDI, THE RESTAURANT HAS GIVEN PANEER BUTTER MASALA inside the container. Paneer butter masala price is fixed at Rs.145 whereas I have paid Rs.225 for Mutton Dum Ghost Handi. This is an extreme case of carelessness shown by Arsalan Staff while packing the order. I request the team to verify this issue and return back my extra money which I have paid for Mutton Dum Ghost Handi. I have the original bill of the food items. If not solved I'll be visiting tomorrow again to speak with your manager there. Thanks and Regards, Samujjal Deb Roy.

Arsalan is first preference from the very beginning cause my family and friends both love to visit this amazing restaurant. It's popular since I was born 😅 So obviously I want to go to Arsalan anyhow mean whether it's a party or my birthday or I wanna hangover. So thats it I want to recommend you all Arsalan. Ordered biriyani in lockdown and surprised by the still the authentic and amazing taste they maintain. Biriyani is awesome as always. Juicy succulent mutton & chicken pieces with heavenly aromatic biriyani!! Pure love 😍. Chicken chap is good too, but size of chicken in chap should be larger, a recommendation. Arsalan is the best!! ❤️❤️

Taste of food is marvelous, delicious whatever you say. Gravy of anything you chose will be too good. Some times ups & downs can happen. Few months ago they increased their price list which is noticeable as their taste of food.

We ordered tandoori food on a rainy evening a couple of days back. The food came cold in cardboard boxes without any foil wrapping. Two of the item were changed with other items. Unfortunately, we did not take pictures as it is a requirement to lodge the complaint. The experience was not worth.

When I was in college I went there with friends and also after that with family. For Every occasion when i visited here biriyani is a must order along with firni.

Arsalan biriyani has an seperate fanbase. I'm also a fan of Arsalan, specially of Park circus branch. Chicken biriyani is just awesome. Great portions. Well behaved staff. Chicken biriyani and mutton chap is great combo here.

I ordered 3 mutton biryani with 1 free firni. But that was not given.

Use to be my go-to place ..... Even from.time.it opened. .... Lately it's just regular tho crowd pull is huge ....nice place to pick up. .. a plate or more. ... Sitting isn't good also the closed arsalan under bridge gave rotten food once ....

I asked them for leg piece but they send me the piece with attached neck which hardly have any fleshy thing and found some mutton flesh strand which is totally unacceptable as i am allergic to mutton. I think they cook both in same pot. It seems like they packed many parcels before order for their convience as i received the order within 12 minuyes which is too early . Cant trust again .

The rice quality of all biriyanis are really good...they taste really good...But the point which i don't like about Arsalan's Biriyani is their size of pieces is not that much satisfactory.<br/>The firni tastes good af

As the name suggests, Arsalan is maybe the biggest Biriyani brand in Kolkata. The food is amazing & it did not disappoint when I ordered a few weeks back. The biriyani,mutton pieces & chicken kebab were superb. The covid situation has not dampened their quality as they keep their restaurant open for such delicious deliveries.

DONT EVER ORDER FROM ARSALAN. ordered from arsalan yesterday they sent me stale hard unchewable n dry reshmi kabab. When I called them with my complain they jus refused to change the dish n were even rude. DONE EVER ORDEE U CAN SEE IT IN THE PIC

Highly recommended for biriyani. The biriyani was not at all dry and was full of flavours. I also had chicken bharta and that was super tasty and in the end I had firni which was okish. <br/>So the overall experience is good 👍

I was at Calcutta last week and my house is very near to this restaurant. Biriyani and Chaap means Arsalan. Calcutta is the city to have some great Mughlai Cuisine. If you don't visit Arsalan, you'll miss out on great Muslim food.<br/>Some of the Must Try Dishes are : Mutton Biriyani, Mutton Chaap, Arsalan Special Kebab (boneless chicken coated with cheese), Chicken Chaap, Mutton Tikia, Laccha Paratha, Mutton Rogan Josh, Firni.<br/>Must visit place for great food.

Great joint for kebabs especially their reshmi kebab stands out.Other recommendations in this section will be mutton kakori and chicken tangri kebab.<br/>Never been a big fan of Arsalan's biriyani tohugh. Find it a tad bit spicy and too oily for Kolkata biriyani. Although the flavour components are nice.<br/>Do try out their mutton kalia. I have had it twice and the gravy is simply beautiful. <br/>In the dessert section, their firni is really nice. Very creamy and saffrony.

The best place to hit if you're in the mood for biryani or Mughlai in general!<br/>With superb hygiene, the quality offered is great too. Though a little tough on the wallet, it almost makes up for it with its pleasing of the appetite.

For a birthday treat we ordered egg Biryani which consists of two eggs potato and rice,One Chicken Reshmi Butter Masala and one Chicken Tikka Masala.Onr biryani was enough meal for 2 people.The Tikka masaka was just awesome and Reshmi Butter masala was average according to me.The meat was medium in portion and juicy,tender in taste.Food was good but the ambience was not up to the mark.The inner space of this place is a little bit small and the ambience was also very dark but the staff behaviour was great.

The most unique dish I have ever had is the chicken chaap. No words to express the flavourful bomb they serve. The briyani was also quite amazing.

On the taste side, mutton and chicken biryani had authentic bengali flavour. The juicy sweet soft potato just adds happiness to your meal. But a 3 start for the quantity and the ambiance. Also, no raita to a biryani??? How is that possible? Price on the expensive side with very leas quantity. Seating place is toooo conjusted.
