Went for their unlimited momo festival. They had total 14 types of momo and with mutton soup. All momos tasted very well, especially the chicken cheese momo. They also provided 6 different kind of sauces for the momos.

This place turns into my favourite one after having food. It is located at Sarat Bose Road near about sishu mangal hospital. It was my first visit and I must say "wow" to this place. I am actually in my diet. And was thinking about what to take and what will be Healthy for me. Then Mr. Tanmay Roy ( owner) suggested to try their special dishes. Which is not so rich and not will be bad for my diet. He also told they made stakes using olive oils. I was impressed after serving and having. We took 1) Murgh cheese kebab (grilled marinated pieces of chicken stuffed with cheese) [costs Rs 350] 2) Wok street style pan fried chilli fish ( tossed in five spice sauce with assorted pepper) [costs Rs 320] 3) Chickem steak ( accompanied with parsley buttered rice veggies fries and chocie of sauce) [costs Rs 300] 4) Sliced fish with green vegetables ( sliced fish stir fried tossed with fresh seasonal green veggies) [costs Rs 350] Food was marvellous. Each and every dish we took healthy and tasty. We were doubting about the fish dishes but it was so tender and yummy. Chicken and fish were so fresh and juicy. Moreover we are really impressed with their behaviour and service. Food suggestions was so perfect. I want to thank Tanmay da for such a lovely experience. Though the place is a lil bit of congested but ambiance was so good. There was a charging point beside each & every table. Food 9/10 Ambiance 7/10 Service 10/10

The Staff is extremely courteous. Although, the place is too cramped up..... The price of the Food is reasonable and the quantity of the food is equally good. It might not taste so good to you once you've had momos from WOW Momo or other Chinese Food Chains

A quaint restaurant right in the heart of Sarat Bose Road, and as soon as you enter the place, it gives out a happy vibe with it’s beautiful decor. Loved the hanging lamp shades and the graffiti wall. Even though the space is a bit small but the furniture and the lighting gives out a feeling of warmth. Now coming to the food, the menu is elaborate with lots to choose from both Indian/Tandoor and Chinese delicacies. We ordered crispy chicken tossed in a sauce (forgot the name) and pan fried chilli fish for starters. The chicken was very tasty but the fish was even better. Fresh Kolkata bekti. It’s soft and just melts in your mouth and the spices and sauces was blended so well. Then for the main course we opted for Schezwan meifoon, chicken burnt garlic fried rice, chicken in wine and celery sauce and lastly chicken in sriracha sauce. Have to say, each of the item had distinctive flavours and was so well prepared. Plus the amount was also very decent. The owner is a very hospitable person and most of the time comes up to you to help you order the best selling dishes at the restaurant. You can even customise it according to your taste as in if you want something to be less or more spicy, the chef delivers to you exactly the way you want it. Overall, a lovely experience and I will definitely visit often. Cheers!

Was searching for some place with Chinese food and came across this small joint. This place is located diagonally opposite to Shishu Mangal hospital on Sarat Bose road.
The interior is very nicely decorated.
Ordered chicken 65(out of menu) which was not quite like chicken 65 but tasted wonderful, drums of wok street which was good. In the mains we ordered burnt garlic rice, Cantonese noodles, chicken in siracha sauce. All was equally good.
In short loved this place.

That's all folks, until next time. :)
Sanchari Chakraborty
Oh what a wonderful host and such a gastronomic palate! Loved everything about this place. It's quaint and cozy and serves the right quantity with an exceptional quality. If not anything else, one must visit this place for their exquisite Surmai sui mai.

Yesterday , We visited at wolf of wok Street . We ordered Thai Chicken Noodles , Schazwan chicken Noodles and Mixed Fried Noodles.... Thai chicken is too good for us.. it is not original thai noodles but it's test is too good. And Mixed fried gravy noodle is also good . If you go wolf of wok Street then u have to try Thai Noodles. It is price Worthy. Poulami Thakur

Went there for bestfriend's birthday treat. The golden fried prawns were exceptionally good so were the chicken and rice preparations. Definitely visiting again.

Very bad service I must say.
Don’t even know how to read kots
They have sent a wrong order and when contacted the person I charge in the restaurant they said they can’t change as I stay very far.
Highly disgusting and irresponsible.
In the menu they have mentioned about prawn chips but nothing came.
Highly recommend that nobody should go or even order from this place...
Bishista Das
The non-veg combo didn't had prawn chips as it was written in the menu , the chicken gravy's taste was not good . We also ordered lamb steak combo which was not good at all .
Sohini Samanta
Ordered the chicken lemon coriander soup and the non veg wok bowls. The food was piping hot and very delicious with sufficient quantity. The soup especially was packed very well as there was no spillage. Highly recommended!!

A very cute place. Yummy food. Awesome Gupshup. Must try the mouth-watering pan-fried chilli fish for starters..the taste was awesome. Their ginger beer-battered prawns were as delectable as the name sounds. And the mixed schezwan meifoon is bound to nail it too.. keep wok-wok-ing, guys!
Ahana Sengupta
Went there for their momo festival.. The location is a bit interior.. Ambience was quite cool. Momos were also pretty good.. Moreover it was a pleasant experience

First time went to this place, a small cozy with fabulous food. One must try their seafood soup and ginger beer battered prawn. Great work guys!!!

The review is based on the experience of our only order so far; two items - chicken fried rice - a very average dish. Taste - no match for Silli Chillies or Mandarin; Helpings - Again a very poor “third”. Chicken in black bean sauce - a very badly prepared item, emitting a truly “fishy” smell - literally & figuratively. Wish they taste the same dish from Silli Chillies. A very avoidable place.
P. S. - I specifically told them that MSG is a strict no-no, could that be the major reason for the “taste”.

I went to Wolf of Wok Street during the Kolkata Momo Festival. I must say, it is a superbly budget friendly place. Specifically, i love it when there are no hidden taxes and charges apart from the initial offering. Although the offer was priced at ₹275, I was quite positive to expect a 2x price hike during billing due to XYZ taxes. But to my surprise, ₹275 was actually the full amount. That's it. It is a really small place with very few seats. Ideally you should book seats before visiting the place as it is too small.

The ambience is pretty good and cosy. The food overall were average. Went there for the unlimited momo festival. Of the momos, the steamed and the fried ones were the best. Staff is courteous and responsive. Rajarshi Das (gannets.on.a.foodhunt)

Madhurya took me to this little joint near Deshapriya Park to be a part of their Momo Festival and I have to say, I was a tad bit underwhelmed. The space was a bit too cramped and the momos, although pretty good felt like they could taste a bit better. The pricing and the service was spot on, and I do hope the management really takes the space crunch issue into consideration. Hope to be back soon!

Went to have momos in their unlimited momos festival!Had a blast .Eat all you can and they were yummy!!!! Recommended .Loved the food and the Ambience.

Situated in sarat bose road this Chinese joint was in my bucket list..The place is pretty small, can accommodate 20 people approx at a given time..
We ordered for chicken fried rice and chicken in Thai red curry. The rice was standard nothing exceptional and the chicken dish had a strong smell of lemongrass and was Spicy.. overall a visit is recommended if you're planning to try a new Chinese place..

If you’re a lover of Chinese food, this food joint is a rite of passage. The enormous menu features regional cooking of Shanghai, Szechuan and Thai and there’s plenty worth trying. Their signature dish (Ginger beer battered Prawn) happens to be a flawless rendition.

Ordered Cantonese chicken gravy noodles today. Texture, test, flavours were wonderful. Just one thing I need to mention that the cabbage in the gravy was extra which was not properly combined the food. Cabbage need to be less in the gravy otherwise it will ruin all the flavors from the noodles.
Avijit Dutta
Had food delivered at my work. The combo meal of rice and chilli paneer was ok. However the crispy chicken tasted saltless and not so crispy. Expected a mini salad with the chicken. Anyways satisfying and value for money

Ordered online some crispy chicken wok street style, and drums of heaven street style, for some casual evening snacks, during the durga pujas, and I must say was amazed with the delivery speed and taste of the food even during such rush! Looking forward to visit this place and try out their menu.
Sikha Chatterjee
all noodle and paneer chilli was mixed up in a single container and delivered due to which we could not consume the food, since the noodle was no more hakka but became chilli gravy. very poor behaviour of restaurant people as well.
Subrata Roychoudhury
Inspite of being blessed with quite a few good chinese restaurants in my locality I decided to try out a new one. I was impressed with the rating of WOWS and placed an online order for a chicken gravy noodles and hot garlic chicken. The delivery was very prompt but little did I realise what was to follow.. The chicken gravy noodles was devoid of any salt and the hot garlic chicken was loaded with gunpowder. One bitebrought tears in my eyes..

Expected much more from this place.
The food was average, less gravy and taste was bland but the quantity was worth the money! The Packing was good.
Pooja Agarwal
Packaging was good.
Quantity was also worth the money.
I had ordered for Manchurian combo instead received paneer combo.
Also the taste was average, and bland.
Lack of gravy and taste.

Staff was courteous. Food was tasty. We had thai rice , chicken in hot garlic sauce and spicy chicken fry in starter. But during occasions like puja and diwali they must take care of the infrastructure like AC (one wasnt rumning) and felt they have shortage of staff as some services were delayed. Overall very good food. Thai rice recommended.

I visited this place yesterday with Sanchari Chakraborty and immediately fell in love with their menu. Firstly, all the staff attending us and especially the manager/owner was extremely helpful and well behaved. The Sui Mai was brilliant and tasted authentic. The mixed fried rice was beautiful, the lamb was soft and tender and so was the fish. The quantity was pretty wholesome too! I would definitely recommend this place for every foodie out there.

Chinese food is amazing from this place and quality and the quantity is amazing.
We tried array of dishes from Fish, Prawn and Mushroom and Chicken the entire platter tasted amazing.
From Devil Fish, Crispy chilly babycorn, Chilli Mushroom, Chicken Sezwan Noodles, Mixed Fried Rice all of them were commendable and worth a special mention.

I and one of my frnd went in for a casual evening snacking without having much hope for any hi-fi dining being such a small eatery. But they did prove us wrong with two amazing dishes. Chicken Snitzel , an Australian fried chicken dish, humble panko coated with sweet chilli and mayo dip was just too good. Tender, perfectly cooked chicken inside a thin crust. We ordered Chicken Steamed Momos after that. I requested them to toast the base of the momos because I like my momos that way. They did exactly so and I was delighted with the taste. With a very vibrant yellow decor , Wolf Of Wok Street has impressed my taste buds!

Today ordered Chicken coriander burnt garlic fried rice and chicken tossed lime leaf in Thai seeet chilli sauce.

Quality and quantity both wise great. Pocket friendly. Delivery was fast. Taste of food was great and the combo of burnt garlic fried rice with the sweet chilli sauce worked quite well.

Overall, I had a great lunch. Recommended. 👍

Expected a lot more from this place to be honest.
First things first, we ordered a Mixed Coriander and Burnt Garlic Fried Rice and a Siracha Chicken.
I specifically asked the restaurant staff whether the mixed fried rice contained squid or not, to which he said yes it did. Unfortunately, we couldn't find any squid in our fried rice. It consisted of prawns, chicken and egg. Also, there was no burnt garlic flavour in the rice. I could see coriander leaves but absolutely no garlic flavour.
The chicken in siracha sauce was not bad. The sauce tasted quite different. What I would like more would be, if the chicken pieces would have some kind of coating. Chicken meat from the breast portion normally is not very soft, hence the coating helps in maintaining the softness to some extent.
Coming to the last dish, we ordered chicken steamed momos. The chicken filling in the momo was stale.
We immediately informed the staff and they served us a fresh plate afterwards.
Overall not a very pleasing experience. The quantity is quite less for all the dishes.
Also, they do not have a wash basin. I think all dine in places should have a wash basin or keep a hand sanitizer on every table.
Last evening we have tried the awesomeness of the food of Wolf of the wok street. Lemon coriander chicken soup was awesome and the Wok toasted Pan friend Chilli Chicken was also very tasty. Love the overall food & ambience. Staffs are also very much familiar.

Really good food in this new place at Sarat Bose Road.
Went there on a Wesnesday evening for dinner with family.
Tried their sea food soup, crispy chicken in wok style sauce.
Chicken steak in cillerian wine sauce, chicken steak in black bean sauce, chicken fried rice, lamb in honey chilli sauce.
Each and every item was excellent with very good portion.
Its a must try for all....
Also hospitality was very good.

Prawn salad bowl tasted amazing. I have also ordered their chicken salad bowl before and I loved it. it's a bowl full of happiness and health. Loaded with veggies and your choice of protein, this salad is great for a light lunch. Sufficient for one and pretty filling, this is a part of their regular zomato delivery menu now. Also the container is actually a bowl and not the regular flat containers that we get from delivery restaurants which makes me want to keep it since it looks nice. Kudos to zomato as well for timely delivery 👍

What does a wolf generally do?
It doesn’t hunt in packs and hunts only small animals such as mice, birds, or rabbits. Wolves do not hunt prey much larger than themselves.

But today I’ll be telling about the wolf of wok street. This wolf makes people have good and tasty oriental and sea food mainly..

Few days back me along with my friends, went to this place and had these good and tasty food.
The place is a bit small, but the variety of food that they serve is not at all small.

Now let me tell you what all we had that day...

¶ sea food soup ¶ - as appetizer we had this tasty soup that was so yummy that I wanted to have another bowl of this. I mean in one bowl I had shrimp, squid, fish and obviously the floating egg white

¶ fried momo ¶ - then we had fried veg and non-veg momo that was served with grated cheese

¶ fish finger ¶ - after a long time I've had such crispy and crunchy fish finger. And having it hot with the dip of mayonnaise was just a pure sin

¶ beer batter prawn ¶ - this was golden fried prawn which was made with the beer batter. It was so juicy and crispy that initially I didn't believe that my bae beer was there as the main ingredient

¶ chicken schnitzel ¶ - this is one of the signature dishes of this place that was served with boiled veggies and a small bowl of herb rice

¶ veg mushroom noodles ¶ - i liked the taste of the noodles. It was a bit spicy. And the bell peppers made it so colorful

¶ mixed rice ¶ - it was mixed fried rice where I found chicken, fish, shrimp, squid and scrambled eggs having a party all together

Garlic chicken & schezwan chicken gave accompany while we were having the noodles and rice respectively.

All over it was such a nice experience and the decor obviously will catch your eye once you'll enter. Now don't need to read any more reviews, just go and have good food.

This was my 1st time here and i must say that I'm thoroughly impressed. Be it the ambience or the decor everything is so beautiful. Those wall hangings truely define a foodie soul.. Now lets discuss about the food.. Totally delicious.. We order manchow chicken soup, wok steet style chilli chicken , mushroom noodle (my add on was chicken) and pan fried fish. I must say they delivered excellent quality fish.. Very satisfied.. Price reasonable.. And their behaviour is very welcoming.. Make us feel very comfortable.. So a big fat 👍from me.. Thank you.. 😊😊

People of India are fighting with inflation from a long time, in today's time getting good quality stuff in a cheaper rate is just a day dream kinda thing! The same is applicable in restaurant business, in order to have some lipsmacking food you need to burn a whole in your pocket. But this myth has been eradicated by this place named 'Wolf of Wok Street' who are serving some delectable Chinese & Oriental Cuisine at a breathtaking price point.

Chinese & Oriental cuisine is characterised by their aromatic flavour, simple texture & subtle taste which makes them stand out from the rest.

Team Panchphoron along with its foodie members were invited to try some of their house special delicacies.
Our tastebuds were opened up by the following items:-

* Chicken in white garlic sauce: sliced pieces of chicken were cooked with veggies like bell peppers, onions, green chillies & spring onions. Tasted really subtle and the taste of garlic added a kick.

* Wolf of wok street Seafood soup: perfect soup for seafood lovers, it had the perfect portion of shrimps, squids & eggs. Maynot look so attractive but tasted really fresh.

* Fish fingers with chips: one of my personal favourite dish served, soft fish fillet coated with flaky breadcrumbs then deep fried until golden. It was crunchier outside & soft inside, a perfect balance for your tastebuds. Recommended!

* Chicken fried momo: steamed momo deep fried then topped with some grated cheese. The stuffing was also adequate.

* Chicken schnitzel: my second favourite in the table was this particular item. A schnitzel is meat, usually thinned by pounding with a meat tenderiser that is fried in some kind of oil or fat. The term is most commonly used to refer to meats coated with flour beaten eggs & breadcrumbs , and then fried. This one was coated with breadcrumbs and sliced in vertical pieces. Moreover the chicken was sided with sautéed veggies & herbed rice. Recommended!

* Beer battered prawn: jumbo prawn coated with beer batter then golden fried and served with tartar dip. Perfect starter for a rainy evening.

* Mushroom noodles: wok tossed noodles with veggies and the main ingredient that is mushrooms went rightly with the noodles. Portion was enough to serve two.

* Seafood rice: very light and subtle preparation, will go with any kind of gravy item. It was tossed with shrimps, squid & egg. Portion was huge can be shared amongst 3 heads.

>> Location: Sarat Bose Road (opp. Shishu Mangal Hospital)

>>Pocket Pinch: 500 INR for two (approx.)

The main USP of this place is the price point at which it is serving all the delicacies which will bring all kind of members from the society to taste their food.
The only con I found about this place is that it have severe shortage in floor space. The space crunch can be felt when more than 10 people accommodate there. It is advisable to take away the lovely food and enjoy it in home with the loved ones.

Till then you can't live a full life in an empty stomach!! 😇

P.S.: They even serve Indian cuisine as well.
Good for starting your lunch or dinner.

★Fish fingers with chips: Bhetki rolled in bread crumbs and pan fried. Next to our all time favorite Indian and Mughlai cuisine, stands tall with grace, the fresh, aromatic, flavorful and healthy Chinese food. A cuisine that is so versatile that we have actually come up with a completely different version of it, our desi Chinese. I think it’s the versatility of this cuisine that makes it so popular amongst us and hence, we have street vendors and vans, selling some lip smacking and spicy Chinese dishes. But what if you’re looking for some authentic Chinese food in a restaurant that boasts of good food and good ambiance? That’s when you can give a try at Wolf of Wok Street. Wolf of Wok Street is a new restaurant located on the Sarat Bose Road. Opposite of Ramakrishna Mission Seva Pratishthan to be exact. This small eatery serves both Chinese and Indian quick bites. The food here just tastes so good that it’s impossible to leave this place with an empty stomach. The best part is yet to come. The price here is just as reasonable as you need to motivate yourself to come give it a try once. If you were wondering how much, it’s 400 for two people. Yeah, you read it right. Apart from pocket friendly food, there are number of services that this place provides, like home delivery, free parking, free wifi and live sports screening. The place is also kids friendly. In case you were wondering, the Wolf of Wok Street does not provide alcohol. The Ambiance is also of no match. With bright yellow walls and red chairs, the ambiance is cheering and welcoming. Despite being a cosy 20-seater, the restaurant’s decor makes a strong impression. The vibrant colour scheme, the arched doorway and wall graffiti are modern with an energetic vibe. Adding cherry on the cake, the staff is also very courteous and humble. The staff meet you with smiling faces which are sure to cheer you up the moment you enter the eatery. We Team Panchphoron and Am2Pmfood are invited by Management of Wolf of Wok Street for try out their newly launched menu so the food start with ,

The Chicken with white garlic sauce was a perfect accompaniment to Egg Mushroom Noodles or even the Seafood Rice. Chicken Schnitzel, Beer Battered Prawns and Chicken Fried Momo would serve as the perfect appetizer or starter to kick off the evening.

Overall, it was quite a happy experience and we were quite taken aback with the quality and quantity of the food. The price quotient isn't much and hence won't make a big hole in your pocket. An ideal place to drop by, with friends and family.

#wolfofwokstreet #oriental #chinesefood #wok #whenstomachtickles #panchphoron #am2pmfood

Located in Sarat bose road, close to Sishu Mangal Hospital is this restaurant serving delicious food.
Really liked the quirky decor of this place.

For food we ordered
1) CHICKEN CORIANDER AND BURNT GARLIC RICE AND
2) WOK STREET STYLE LAMB.

Loved both of the dishes, both of the dishes were very well made and super tasty.
Quantity and quality both were good.
The rice which had a hint of burnt garlic went very well with the sweet and sour lamb.

Highly recommend these two dishes.
Debarpan Banerjee
Ordered food from here through Zomato.. The packaging of the foods were good.. But, the delivery was not done on time, as Zomato Valet was not available.. Now, coming on food.. Ordered 2 Indian non veg bowl, and 1 Chinese non
veg bowl.. The Indian bowl contained, pulao, chicken kasha 2pcs of medium size, masala papad and packet of achar.. The Chinese bowl contained fried rice, 2pcs of chicken manchurian, 2pcs of prawn papad and packets of ketchup.. The quality of the foods were good.. The quantity was enough for one person per bowl..

A quaint outlet on Sarat Bose Road .. They are pretty new in the Kolkata circuit but have done a pretty good job. Had ordered food online and the taste was up to the mark. The quantity was good given the price point. Cost for two would be roughly 400-500.. Recommended

Small but packed with surprises. Apart from the quality of the food, I would like to highlight the fact that services they are extending is something above par.

Visible kitchen which gives you a confidence about the food you are going to consume. Pan fried chilli fish is a must try and beer battered prawn is something I can have anytime served.

Overall, wonderful experience and appreciate the efforts being made by the staff to keep their guest happy.

Perfect for hanging out with friends and for casual dineout. Not very spacious but if you love food and only concerned about FOOD then you'll love the place. The quality of food is good. Its quantity is also up to the mark. Interior and wall paintings enhance the beauty of ambience even more.

Lovely food. Lovely ambience. Seafood soup and fish is a must try. The space is little small but the food quality and taste more than makes up for it. Will surely comeback to try the other menu items soon..

Even before you've stepped into the Wolf Of Wok Street, you will get a feel of how colourful the interior is! Wonderfully painted walls, red chairs, elegant lights on the walls, and the most important of all, good food!

There are not too many tables and it might feel a little cramped but the food and the courteous staff make up for that.

We were informed that they were seafood specialist, so we didn't take much time to go with Beer battered Prawn, Chili Crab, Grilled Fish with mushed peas. To get a taste of their Indian delicasies, we orded Cheese Chicken Kebabs.

Beer battered prawns were fried to perfection and served with two kinds of dips.
The crabs were to die for. The fiery spice went so well with the sweet crab meat!
The Grilled Fish which we were recommended by presumably the manager failed to impress.
We had to put an end to our meal with the Cheese Chicken Kebabs. Tender chunks of chicken, covered in cheese! Yet another excellent delicacy.

Overall, it was a great experience. Need to visit again ASAP and get another review going on their main course, which I believe must be as good as the appetizers.
Not every small things are actually small and Wolf of Wok Street is one the example of such. A small eating joint having capacity of 16 people to sit however the food they are serving is seriously good. The owner of the restaurant personally catered to us and did modification as per our taste and requirement. Kind of suggestions he was giving while taking the order is something like I personally wanted to give to them regarding the food preparation.

I am thoroughly impressed and would like to visit again for sure. A simple fried Wanton can be so tasty as well as not unhealthy to your stomach, I probably realized for the first time. Great going friends....!!

I went along with my family and it was a cozy friendly place to sit and have good time with fabulous dishes on plate. The Pan Fried Momo was just mouth licking and with homemade sauce it taste something out of the world. Apart from Momo, we tried Stir fried noodles and Wok Street Special Chicken in Chilli Sauce. Quantity is also such, that we could not finish what we ordered and had to bring some home.

You guys are doing a great job. Good luck!!!

There was no chicken in chicken fried rice.

Great place to take your friends as well as for a
family dinner. If you are looking for good food served
in portions that ill fill your stomach and mind then
this is the place for you in Ballygaunge. Well maintained and
easily accessible with enough parking space. Even
the Veg options were yummy enough for a hard core
non vegetarian like me.

Wide variety is another highlight. It's a one stop for
all your favourite food.
☺☺

This is the second order in this week hoping that they won’t disappoint me like last time
This time they have disappointed me to a level of not ordering again.
I have ordered Chinese non veg bowl
Restaurant took 50 mins to prepare and delivery guy took 15 mins to deliver and yet the food is not even moderately hot.
The amount of time took to prepare and the quantity u have given doesn’t justify at all.
The quantity is less, there definitely should be a increase in food quantity
Chicken fried rice
Hot garlic chicken sauce
Ketchup and prawn papad should be given
I got veg pulav I guess or some rice with veggies. Literally there’s not a single piece of chicken in the bowl, I don’t know why it’s called chicken fried rice.
Hot garlic chicken sauce is good, chicken is little chewy but it would have been better if it’s served hot.
I wasn’t served prawn papad. U forgot to give prawn papad.
So instead of serving better this time, u just served.
Definitely not ordering anymore.
Thank you.

If you are running a hyperlocal on Zomato with your existing menu, please make sure you do not compromise on the consistency of the quantity. Not only chicken quantity of the non veg combi was less, but items were missing as well from the order.

I understand that the offer is tempting of rs 99 but it doesn't say that it will be of reduced quantity than the standard offering.

The chili chicken needs to be a little less sweet and more tender.

Good luck guys

This place is a hidden gem. Located at Sarat Bose road, just a few metres away from Deshapriya Park.
Ordered Onion Rings, Pan fried chicken momos and beer battered prawns with peas(a must try).
The staff was very friendly and made us feel like home. Now coming to the food,
the quality and quantity of the food was amazing and price is pretty reasonable as well. The batter fried prawns just melt in your mouth.
This restaurant is a must visit.

Pulao was very yummy.. And the chicken Tikka masala was also good, the pieces were juicy. Quantity could have been better but can't deduct a star for that... Good deal.

Disgusting experience. Horrendous food. Untrained waiter. Misguided by Zomato's review. Uncooked stuff. Major mismanagement. Even the KOT had to be filled by me. Uncooked meatball..

I have ordered chicken spicy schezwan noodles
That first bite took me to heaven, this is not for weak hearted ppl. The spice is going to make u run for water and tissue for nose run. But Bcuz I like spicy food I loved the dish. The taste of schezwan and spice blended perfectly but
3 things disappointed me
1) lots of veggies after a while I felt like I was having salad than noodles, i wanted to eat noodles not veggies, that to in a chicken spicy schezwan noodles
2) lots and lots of oil, plz reduce it. I don’t know if I have to mention that during placing the order
3) quantity is less maybe bcuz of the box size or bcuz of more veggies and less noodles
Rectify these minute things and u ll have 5 stars.
Let my stomach cool down and I will order this crazy food again.
Note:
The vinegar leaked, not sure whom to complain.

A great place for takeaway , has provided amazing north indian starters along with their chinese delicacies. Having been there twice , they have improvised over the first time I ordered. Hoping you to keep getting better 👍🏻

Awsome food with good quantity. They served original betki not bassa or any other sea fish. Quality not compromised. Nice cosy place to dine out.

I have tried the seafood soup and I really liked the taste.. I visited the place in the evening with my friend so was not able to try the main course.. will love to go back to try the main course..

I went with my wife & little kid in a rainy evening. The place is cozy, interior is vibrant. Food is real quality (particularly Bekti) & the taste is very special. You don't get the taste regularly in common & so called well known restaurants. The service is good but there is scope of improvement. Overall an experience to be cherished till I come back.

Very unconventional starter along with delicious main course. Enjoyed thoroughly. Quality of fish is found to be very good(Original Bhetki) .Will try again for sure.

The rating is given basis the overall experience including cost. It is a neat little place and quite colourful. The people were friendly. The food that we ordered, specifically the fish starter was delicious. We also ordered chicken malai kebab, half expecting it to be of inferior quality as it was a Chinese joint. To our pleasant surprise, the kebabs were really good!!! With generous portion sizes and very reasonable prices, the place is ready to rock.
Surjit Datta
Tried the beer battered prawn and pan fried chilli fish.. excellent taste and would visit soon again.. space is a constraint though but the food makes up for that by miles..

The food was very tasty and I loved the number of options they had on their menu. The colors around and the lights made for a very warm and comfortable dining. Really worth every penny!

My conclusions from our visit to WOWS (!) if you're not in a mood to read the big review that follows:-
Food (3/5)- Good starters, ordinary mains and red sauce !
Service (1/5)- As ghastly as a Sajid Khan film.
Food (4/5)- Small. Bright. Colourful

Here's the review:-

I am probably one of the many gullible people whose curiosity was piqued by the somewhat 'pseudo-creatively' named Wolf Of Wok Street. Some research revealed that it is well liked and near my place. We visited on a rainy evening a couple of weeks back hoping to have some delicious food without burning too big a hole in my newly acquired wallet.

FOOD- We had ordered Wok Street special seafood soup, crispy chilli baby corn for starters. The 'seafood' soup only had shrimps and was somewhat spicy. I found it to be delicious even though the others were not entirely impressed. The crispy chilli babycorn was excellent as well. It was crispy and fiery and fired-up our expectations for the mains.
We ordered for ginger beer battered prawns with chilli minted mushy peas, vegetable mushroom noodles and the controversial chicken thai noodles. The beer battered prawns had large prawns which were fresh, the batter though crispy, was not exactly flavourful and mushy peas tasted good. The vegetable mushrooms noodles were only ordered because the steak was not available. It was very bland and we would have been better served ordering a side. The description for the thai noodles in their menu had "noodles tossed in red thai curry sauce............" which is basically what Red Thai Noodles is. They served us what we figured was Green Basil Noodles instead of the Thai. They did not bother to inform us beforehand assuming it was not available . On pointing it out, they argued that they only toss the noodles in the thai sauce on instructions by the patron and it was indeed "Red" Thai Noodles. Why would we need to separately instruct them when it is very clearly stated in the menu?.The food was acceptable even though the dishonesty was jarring. I also have reservations about the water they serve, so ask for mineral water when you visit.
The portion sizes were great and the prices include taxes.

SERVICE- They had just one server along with the manager(presumably) and a young guy (might have been the owner) who was mostly involved the kitchen but was interacting with the patrons too. The server was absolutely clueless about the items on the menu which could be forgiven as he might have been new. But what cannot be forgiven is his couldn't-care-less attitude, his general sloppiness while serving and his herculean struggle in understanding instructions. He seemed like a zombie and we were thankful that he didn't lunge for our brains while we were busy eating. Another thing which we initially found funny was when one of us asked for water, he would just take that persons glass inside the kitchen and refill it even when the others had empty glasses. Where was he getting the water from, a well?. The manager seemed bored and negligent. He ignored our protest regarding the wrong item we had been served and let the others deal with it. A simple appology would have been appreciated. Only the other person, who was on the receiving end of our wrath seemed to genuinely care, even though we were aghast when he tried to pass off some bland noodles as thai when it was clearly not.Overall, I have never waited so long for glasses to be refilled, plates to be cleared and had never had to argue- without being promptly satisfied- that the dish we had ordered for is not the dish being served.

AMBIENCE- Its a very small eatery and is quiet cramped. The interiors are bright and cheerful with yellow walls and red chairs and sofas. There is good-looking graffiti adorning the walls and the odd yellow lights give off a pleasant glow. You could only hope that the staff would be inspired by such vibrancy around them. The small tables, the much too-low sofas and the fact that everyone could hear everyone does not bother you as much as the cheap plastic paintings on the walls.
With Sanchari Chatterjee and Meghna Roy.
Eeeennnndddddd
