Perfect cafe for youngsters if you want to chill with your friends or family this is the perfect spot for you all. The seats are so comfortable it feels like you are taking hookah in some Rajasthani bungalow. Ambiance, Foodings and staffs behavior everything was really good must say had a nice experience here go with your friends you will surely enjoy and will have a great time! Good ambience. Cozy place. Good for you if you like loud music. Food is amazing. From the beverages section only go for the shakes and smoothies. Coffee is not at all what you'd expect from a cafe. I would have given a three star just because of the awful coffee but then I should not be that harsh and the rest of the food dishes were delicious.

Very good environment. I ordered Crispy Chilly Baby Corn and a Veg Margheritta Pizza. Got a surprise 50% discount. Suitable for groupsand couples with excellent atmosphere. The service was also excellent.

Very satisfactory food, even if the evening ambience left something to be desired. Polite and honest service, including lowering the music volume which we appreciated. Drinks were good and not overpriced.

Situated at a very convenient place... They have the entire building and divided into different sections. We prefer to try out their fine dining section ordered fish and chips and chicken. Overall taste was not so great but descent. Coming to staff behavior was good and price is also ok. Overall a descent experience recommend to visit once but not often.

Located next to DN mitra ground. This cafe is easy to located. This 4 floored cafe is one to watch for. The interiors in each floor is very different and amazing decorated.My personal fav is the roof top one which gives an amazing warmth ambience in the evening. This places serves variours types of cuisines from chinese to thai. The place has almost 80+ seating facility. Suitable for private events and screening is also available. Now lets talk about the food Beverage----------Water Melon Aqua Fresca: the taste of watermelon blends amazingly and it was really tasty. Tender Coconut Mojito: the presention was really good. The mojito was amazing. Peach Ice Team: this iced tea was really lipsmacking and refreshing. Mixed Berry Shake: i highly recommed this. This is really tasty Mango Mule: The flavour of this mocktail was nice. The freshness of mango flavours. SoupFrench Onion Soup: this soup was one of my favourite. Loved the taste. Highly recommended Continental Appetize Peri Peri Chicken Wings: the chicken wings tossed with bbq sauce and peri peri. This tasted amazing Popcorn Chicken: crunchy and very tasty. Easy to go and have. Its avery quick bite appetizer. Asian Appetizer Crispy Potato in Teriyaki Sauce: probably the best veg appetizer you can have,the teriyaki sauce blends well. Smoked Thai Chili Chicken: this chilli chicken flavour was very different and tasty the thai flavours was good. Continental Main Catalan Cottage Cheese Tower: this was one of my favourite dish. The cottage cheese was well cooked and delicious. Chicken Stroganoff: this russian dish was perfect the chicken was perfect. Asian Main Pad Thai Noodles Chicken: loved the dish so much, the noodles was great and perfectly cooked. Chinese SpecialOrange and Basil Chicken: this dish was very tasty and perfect favours, will be visiting soon again

If you want ambience, this is the place you should visit. The foods are worth every penny. Staff are helpful enough. There is no provision for smoking, but it's allowed in the bar above. Whenever you go, stay for as much long as you can, that's where the hookah comes in!!

Totally loved this place. A great place to hangout with friends and people mostly go there for hookahs. However, you can book a candle light dinner called "Tantalizing Dinning" through TogetherV app or website and it was an amazing experience. The decoration, the dinner, the dishes. Truly amazing. And you can spend some time with your loved ones in private.

Nice and cozy ambience with great sitting areas having privacy. Food is also good, and the prices are also justified against the quantity. Staff behaviour is also fine. P.S. : below dish is grilled stuffed chicken with sauteed vegetables and mashed potato and is was delicious

This place is quite good specially I liked that no shoes are allowed inside the sitting areas..it kind of gives you a feeling of home 👍 The ambience is romantic perfect for a romantic date 🤔 Now come to the bad points...the service is very late...I mean literally we waited for our starters to arrive for more than 35 mins and so we decided to give our order for main course early but again we had to wait for so long...🙄😠 Staffs are friendly but only when you arrive after that they are really into themselves you need to approach them again and again 😒 Music is good... food was ok ok nothing amazing..you can give it a try... price is good Basically you can come to this place if you wanna have hooka and nothing else Not an amazing experience but it was ok☺️

To begin with, this place is a stone throw distance away from my place as I have seen it many a times from out. Took a time out today and was completely mesmerized by the ambience, food and quality service. I would like to compliment Mr. Stephen for giving us valuable suggestions and inputs in chosing the best food and also music. Tender coconut mojito was a starter drink which was quite appealing in presentation and luscious in taste. Jalapeno chesse balls were very nicely prepared and served with Tata Sauce (tomato base, mayonaise with veggies). Ths signature dish was Vegetable Stroganoff and i simply loved the aroma and its delicious taste. Pastas served too were fingerlicking and we enjoyed the food completely. Service was fast and they maintain a high standard of hygiene. Must visit. Will go again for trying different cuisine for sure.

Food's price and quality do not match. Its overpriced with average quality. Hospitality is fine but private spaces are not that private, it is so called "private" cause they have no curtains. Otherwise nice ambience!

This place is located right next to Ganja park but be wary because the entrance may look deceptive. I wanted to have lunch on Sunday and the entrance was deserted to the extent that I was about to leave. However, I did manage to go up to the second floor and turned out I was the first customer at 1 PM. However, the interiors is very cozy with large cubicles to seat groups of 7-8. <br/><br/>Their kitchen barely functions before 2 PM. The food ordered were:<br/>Thai basil chicken: Highly recommended. If you are looking for a spicy yet differently tasting chicken starter this will be welcoming change. <br/>Tuscan potatoes: Simple boiled potatoes sauteed in olive oil and very sublime spices. Comes with a dip. Good option for days you don't want to avoid spices. <br/>Crispy chili baby corn: The baby corn was fried too hard and had a hard coating. Tasted decent. <br/>Strawberry slushie: Not overtly sweet. Feels refreshing.

We went to visit BACCARA on the day of Dashami,2020.<br/>one of my friend came from Bengaluru and we meet there. Enjoyed a lot in their cozy, privacyfull , arabic decorated cafe area which was so attractive. Extra cheesy pizza was so tasty and crispy babycorn and pasta in white sauce with garlic bread was the best one for the evening!<br/>though the price seemed to be lil more on the side and staffs were not so co-operative, Washroom was so dirty and wet-floored that it left a bad impression though. Overall 3 star!

We had really bad experience. None of the staff were wearing mask. Seats were not cleaned. Music was way too loud. In that small closed space more than 10 people were smoking hookah together. We had to wait for more then 1 hr for our drinks. When we wanted to order for our starter waiter could not be found. We were disappointed so we left in between. In addition they were denying to accept zomato pro though it was showing that payment via Zomato Pro is available. <br/>Overall the experience was too disappointing. <br/>

This is the worst experience I have ever had in any restaurant. Waiters are utterly unprofessional.We have been waiting here for more than 1 hr just for Drinks.None had any professionalism to make arrangements to serve the orders.Music is not soft at all.That will be just pain in your ears.<br/>I will recommend none to come here to de-stress yourself.You'll be more disappointed with their service and behavior.

Baccara is an amazing place to hangout with your friends or family. You can do 4G here or you may hangouts after a hectic day at college for office. It serves variety types of food. We tried there pizza and that was amazing. There was life music and that gives another level to the ambience of baccara lounge.

The place was so good. Royal kinda touch. Cozy feeling. I love to visit there . Love that gigantic black hookah. It's beautiful.😊instead of serving Hookah the crowd is decent.

I've dropped in at this place for dinner date ... They were really efficient to make all the necessary arrangements and decoration as per my choice and I would highly recommend it and would absolutely love to drop in again. The ambience is beautiful with a reddish effect. Hookah, food, service, everything is really very good here. One of my fav places in town. ☺

Okay! So after searching for a good cozy ambience in the entire bhawanipur I and my friend finally dropped at Baccara, and we made the best decision. The food is to go yummm for and the photogenic ambience is to die for. One of it's staff member Stephen helped us a lot in getting the perfect picture of the eve. I loved it here looking forward to have that shahi Arabian style hookah next time when I visit. Highly recommended!! 😍❤️

Yes their food tastes good & portion of food is also big. But according to the price baked pasta portion is small comparing with the others. Chicken peri peri pizza & chicken fingers r worth mentioning, Chicken finger being the hero of the night.<br/>Well they definitely do not have great staff services. They don't know how to serve food. We had ordered two starters out of which one was given in the beginning while the other at last & all the food came at once. We didn't know what to eat first & so the crispy chilli mushroom tasted bland & soggy.<br/>Coming to the billing part, we didn't open their sealed mineral water yet the charged for it & gues what it was a 500ml ₹10 bottle which they charged ₹30. We told the waiter to change it, but he was so rude, he continuosly stuck into one point that once generated bill can't be changed. What kind of excuse is that. I have been to 70+ restaurants but never had I experienced so much of harrasment.<br/>Overall a total disappointment.

Loved the ambience and the food. Staffs were very courteous, but lacked professionalism and seemed very inexperienced. Also, a few of the seats of the lounge are torn and not well maintained.

Very down market place .<br/>Decor is good but my god ! Pathetic songs were blarring loud on the speakers . Waiting staff are not cooperative at all and takes ages to deliver . Also they did not let us use zomato gold for saraswati puja how stupid was that . cheap crowds throng this place .

Located near Netaji Bhawan Metro Station. This one is a Four storeyed club & lounge with different theme and vibe in each of the seperate floors, making it a great place for every kind of people. The ground floor contains a Billiard table, the walls are decorated with various kinds of graffiti and is more of a gaming arena. The first floor has a Moroccan style Cabana Decor along with pretty curtains and low lighting. The second floor is more of a lounge area for relaxation and to chill, also not to forget the loud music and a great dance floor. Here you would also find a private dining area. The third and the topmost floor is the rooftop section, provides a beautiful view of the city through the glass windows.<br/><br/>To sum up this, the ambience of the place is beautiful. The food was truly delicious/delightful. The only con is the staff service, very slow.<br/><br/>Items we tried :<br/><br/>1. Honey Garlic Chicken Wings : Sweet and sticky - the perfect addition to any appetizer plate. These chicken wings are oven baked until crispy and then coated with a honey garlic sauce. Today I visited this place by seeing reviews of it on zomato as well as seeing posts on instagram by some bloggers. So I was quite excited to visit the place and try out some of their delicacies. No doubt that the ambience is very beautiful and comfortable..<br/>But the service is very disappointing. Same for the food. 1stly it takes a lot of time to be served.. 2ndly the quality of the food is highly disappointing. We ordered:<br/>1. Crispy chilli baby corn: it lacked proper amount of flavour and tasted very bad... the corns were not cooked properly.. it was hard..<br/>2. Peri peri pizza: the crust of the pizza was very hard... and there was no touch of peri peri at all... the taste was disheartening...<br/>3. Crancooler: we felt as if we are drinking chilled benadryl cough syrup. Please never order it.<br/>4. Hot chocolate: this is the first time in my life where I found hot chocolate came with elaichi powder and less of chocolate.<br/>It was a terrible experience.. never gonna visit it again. Very disappointed...

Loved this multi-cuisine restaurant which had beautiful decor with the the tuning of 'thungri'. The royalty of the place and the polite staffs made our day .

1.Worst service. The employees don't have any idea about the foods they have in their menu. In the menu there is no mention of plain rice with chicken red Thai curry and the 'professional' employees don't bother to tell that while taking order of fried rice.<br/>2.Instead of that curry they served veg curry. After complaining they gave the right one which tastes very bad and not felt like chicken at all. Felt uncomfortable about the chicken we were eating.<br/>3.The waiting time for food is too long.<br/>4.Music was very loud and annoying.

So we were here for a friend's birthday and we ordered around 5 dishes..at first we received babycorn which was cold..next hakka noodles which was totally bland, pasta we had to ask to change, and then the final topping on the cake was baked nachos which was basically they opened a packet of nachos and just topped with cheese and baked it, there was no bean or vegetable salsa and no dip.. they were basically charging us 300 for a packet of nachos which they baked with cheese..have been to several places but had nachos where they serve nachos just with cheese..I have been to these places to several time and had recommended my friend to be here on his birthday bcuz they had served good food previously but today's service as pathetic..it took them minimum half an hour to 45mins to serve 2 dishes and that after reminders..sorry to say but had been here several time but now I don't know if I would be coming back to this place or ever recommend anyone this place

The employees were confused among themselves.Moreover the waiting time was too long and they will bring all your food in one go. Even before talking with the employees about the offer, I still had to pay greater amount.the employees do not have much idea about the item/food they have in their menu.<br/>They really do not know how to provide the utmost customer satisfaction.

Overall nice and cozy.The food was not great but not bad as well. There was hookah available which was good and worth mentioning as it was cheap compared to other places. But one important point which I would like here to mention that is the washroom was not so clean and there was only one washroom common to men as well as women

We saw a lot of food items in zomato and planned to order. But surprisingly everything we asked for was not available. Staff was confused about the menu themselves.<br/><br/>They forced us to order costly items saying cheaper category will not be good.<br/>We ordered cola float from the menu and they served us masala cold drink. When we asked how is it a cola float, nothing seems to be floating, they gave a vague excuse, "we don't know ma'am, the menu has changed recently."<br/>I ordered a KitKat shake as well but it was very watery.<br/><br/>The music was very annoying and loud. We could not talk among ourselves. People on other table were complaining about rotten chicken which made me feel uncomfortable about the chicken we were eating.<br/>Also, very slow service.<br/><br/>The only thing I liked is pasta. It was really good. Blue lagoon was also good.

We have been to this place during Durga Puja , and to my utter disgust and disappointment this place is completely shabby, disorganised and most of the waiters didnot even know the name of the items, the cabanas are pathetic,dirty and not at all well maintained.You guys have given it a 4 in terms of hygiene,let me mention go and check the sofas which were dirty and had holes in them.<br/><br/>Now coming to the most disgusting thing about this place, the food served to us was stale,mind you this was a simple dish-Drums of Heaven where the Chicken was absolutely stale(absolutely) we had trouble eating non veg food for the entire night due to this experience,it was a Saptami night Durga Puja-5th October. What I found about this place is that , hookah or shisha is fine , but the place is not at all for food.<br/><br/>Absolutely Pathetic<br/><br/>FYI: No need to mention the review on their reviews section of the restaurant, I donot want to demean a certain restaurant, but just wanted to bring this to your and the management’s notice .

Chicken finger was nice to taste but quantity was less relating to price...but the ambience is quiet good

Nice ambience, if you are a hookah lover.. You will love their seating arrangements and different flavors of hookah.. Nice and cozy place to hang out with friends..

I live the first floor with the cabana style.. it is very cozy and comfortable. Makes it a good place for a date
