This market is located on EM Bypass. In this market you can buy all goods wholesale or retail as you like. All the daily necessities of people are available in this market. An entry card is required to enter this market. You cannot enter or purchase any goods without this card. This market is located in a very large area. There are some food stalls in the parking area of this market. The price of any goods in this market is much lower than outside. There are good offers here for buying more items.

I simply love going to this place. You basically get EVERYTHING that you could possibly need here. And the prices are always slashed compared to MRP and market prices. Products are all fresh, and the staff is super helpful. It's a huge supermarket so staff help is needed to find things - no worries though, they're always happy to help. Amazing spot to do monthly grocery shopping and also buy clothes, bags, cosmetic items, etc. Please do go once if you haven't already! You'll need to register with them for a special ID card, but the process is very seamless.

very good for wholesale buys. but it requires business licence. I recently visited this place and had a wonderful experience! The location was easily accessible, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere was inviting, with a pleasant ambiance that added to the overall charm. The food/drink options were diverse and delicious, catering to various tastes. The service was prompt and efficient, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable visit. The establishment was clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment. Whether you're looking for a quick bite or a leisurely outing, this place offers something for everyone. I highly recommend giving it a try!

One stop for mostly all your day to day essentials requirements. Sometimes you can be lucky enough to find items which can even think of or a rare find in city marts. For example, we found campa cola which seems extinct in city shops.

First time I'm experienced Metro mall and i was shocked to saw the availability of things. You can get anything need in your life from there. But but you're gonna need a metro card ofcourse for shopping there you can't just go and buy anything you want like other mall. First you need a proper licence of your business or employee your official details, GST etc etc. Then you'll get a card after the registration process. Mall is huge and you can get anything need for sure. The offer is also remarkable. They sold as wholesale price.

All price ranges catered for, from cheapest brands to higher ends (don't expect uber-luxury designer stuff here). My review is mainly of the fishmongers section. Very clean, hygienic, extremely reasonably priced fish. Special mention goes to Lithon 'fish' Das, who is a kind, polite gentleman explaining the sources and also what happens to unsold fish after the sell-by date (actually gets thrown in the garbage dump and not passed to smaller sellers!). Very impressed overall and will definitely recommend the fresh fish section. Good experience!

It's really unparalleled..... Everything is under ONE ROOF except Medicines. Ambience is very good not like other open Wholesale market places over and above low-cost different items in all respects. Very useful for Shop owners, Families, Canteens and others those who purchase reasonably bulk in quantity.

It is a place for bulk shopping so if you want to go there go with a big list. Also the fact that one needs to make a Membership kind of a card before, and for that a trade licence for some business is required. So once you have a card made get in and you would find numerous items of different needs and kinds, basically all of one's household and commercial needs ( says small shops selling daily use products). Shop in bulk to get good price.

Metro AG is a German multinational company based in Düsseldorf which operates business membership only cash and carry stores primarily under the Metro brand.[8] Until 2020 it was also active in general retail business through Real division, which was sold to an investor consortium. Unlike American warehouse clubs such as Costco or Sam's Club, it is not possible for private customers to acquire a membership for most Metro locations. As of September 2022 it operates around 661 stores in 31 countries in Europe and Asia. The company was established in 1964 by Ernst Schmidt and Wilhelm Schmidt-Ruthenbeck. In 2010, it was the fourth-largest retailer in the world measured by revenues, after Wal-Mart, Carrefour and Tesco.[9] Its current incarnation was launched in 2017 as a spun-off of old Metro AG, which continued to be a consumer electronics retailer and renamed itself Ceconomy The history of the Metro began on 8 November 1963 in Essen with the opening of the first wholesale center under the name Metro by the brothers Ernst Schmidt and Wilhelm Schmidt-Ruthenbeck. Planning and opening of the first hypermarket under the name Metro in Essen was the responsibility of Walter Vieth, who was managing director there from 1963 to 1970. In 1964, a year after the opening of the first Metro store, the Stöcker & Reinshagen company (the Schell family) planned a cash and carry store in Mülheim an der Ruhr. During the construction phase, the businessmens Schmidt-Ruthenbeck, Schmidt and Schell met and decided to merge their cash and carry activities. So they founded Metro-SB-Großmarkt GmbH & Co. KG with headquarters in Mülheim, later in Düsseldorf. Otto Beisheim, until 1964 authorized signatory of the company Stöcker & Reinshagen, became the sole managing director."Metro revolutionierte vor 50 Jahren den Einzelhandel". Der Westen (in German). 26 October 2014. Retrieved 15 April 2021. In 1966, the third Metro was opened in West Berlin. In 1966, Otto Beisheim met Friedrich Wilhelm Lenz, Chairman of the Management Board of Franz Haniel & Cie. and was able to convince him into investing in Metro. In the course of the following reorganization Beisheim became a shareholder himself. From this point on, the founding family Schmidt-Ruthenbeck and the shareholders Beisheim and Haniel each held about one third of the shares. Under the sole leadership of Otto Beisheim, a rapid and very successful expansion of the Metro stores into the greater German and European area began in 1967 with the opening of the Metro stores in Godorf near Cologne, Hamburg, Munich and, after a connection with the Dutch company SHV Holdings, the first C&C wholesale store (brand: Makro) in the Netherlands, and in 1968 in Düsseldorf. In 1980, Metro took over 24.9 percent of Kaufhof. In March 1996, Metro AG was formed by the merger of Metro Cash & Carry with Kaufhof Holding AG, Deutsche SB-Kauf AG (of the insolvent company co op AG), and Asko Deutsche Kaufhaus AG (emerged from Allgemeine Saar Konsum, in which a Metro investment company had previously held shares). The group also included the Huma shopping centers, the sports retail stores Primus Sportwelt, MHB Handel AG and the office supplies and stationery manufacturer Pelikan, as well as Media-Saturn, the consumer electronics business of Media Markt and Saturn. The share of Metro AG was founded retrospectively on January 1 and listed on 22 July 1996 on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and was part of the DAX until 2012. In 1998, the computer retailers Vobis and Maxdata, the Adler fashion stores and Reno's shoe retailers, the discounter TiP, Möbel Roller and unprofitable Kaufhof branches were brought into the subsidiary Divaco, which was founded together with Deutsche Bank and the Gerling Group, in order to attract new buyers. In December 2003, Metro separated from its stake in Divaco KG and sold its shares to the sole shareholder and CEO, Siegfried Kaske, for 1 euro. In 2004, Metro bought Adler fashion stores back from Divaco.

Great one stop solution for most of our needs. Mostly products are sold at wholesale prices but there are exceptions too as I saw few products was priced little bit higher than available in the market. Main issue is one need to have trade license to become a metro cash & carry customer which most of us don't have. Another big issue I faced while billing the products, shopping feels great but billing bores a lot. It may take more than couple of hours standing in the que on billing line. Most of the time billing line is too long.

Good place to buy lot of things at a cheaper rate... though some items maybe available online at a lesser price... still it's a good option to buy some of the branded stuff at discounted prices

Excellent place for shopping like grocery items, clothings etc. I can say, you will get all the things in cheapest price than any other shop or online shopping. But before shopping need to make a card . From Airport gate no. 1 you have to take bus towards Baruipur . It is near Rubi and the stopage is Metro cash and carry. Also you can go there by car. So go there and enjoy shopping.
