Had their Nolen Gur Ice Cream. Taste was wonderful. Price is obviously on the higher side. Would go back again and recommend very much.

Must try Nolen Gur ice cream. Had sitaphal shake which was also good. Option of glass bottle or normal paper glass should be given in shake. Wasting of glass bottle and increasing waste.

There are some natural icecream outlets in Kolkata. Among them, I like Pabrai's the most. This is in terms of its quality, taste and price.....all combined. Nalen Gur, Sitafal, Tender Coconut are among the best. Paan and Chiku are also very popular. For people who like to experiment with food also try exotic flavors like Tamarind (the provide spice mix with it, probably chilli and salt).

There are over 20 different ice cream flavours which are all very tasty . We can buy a scoop in a cone or cup . We can even buy a big box . The shop is not too big but enough for an ice cream parlour . The rates are even a little high like 100 rupees a scoop but totally worth it . You must go there . They even have special ice creams made of fruits which are only available at that specific time.

One of the best ice cream parlour in Kolkata with reasonable prices. They provide around 20 different flavors. Either you can take a cup or cone. I had Coconut, Milan gur (bestseller, suggested by the owner) taste was so good. Must visit place for an ice cream lover.

I tried Gondhoraj and South Indian coffee ice cream. I loved both of them. The texture of the ice cream was perfect, very smooth and rich. The flavours were not too overpowering. They delivered it with a piece of dry ice which kept them frozen in the heat. It is a great alternative to Natural's if you are looking for a change.

So, the number of options available here are commendable, ranging from tradition to international flavors. The taste was good but the texture of the ice cream was ‘muddy’. But, overall it was fine. If you’re fine with the texture, the taste is good.

I am not a big fan of any classic flavour except vanilla. Sad that I didn't try it there, next time, sure as hell I would.<br/><br/>Out of the 6/7 flavours I tried, the two that blew my mind away and restored it at the same time are gandharaj lemon and lemongrass.<br/><br/>These two should be every subtle flavoured icecream lover's wet dream. The sweet to sour ratio, creaminess, texture, balance of flavours, aroma- Jesus Christ! I live quite far away from all of their outlets, otherwise I'd have brought a tub of these two icecream with me.<br/><br/>Apart from these two, the nolen gur icecream too was a sensation to the tastebuds. People who like strong minty flavour would love their paan icecream too.<br/><br/>Again, for the mild flavour fanatics, they have a mascarpone cheese something something icecream which, albeit great, didn't tap dance on my tastebuds.<br/><br/>Carry on the great work! :)

Ordered pan icecream for the first time. It was mouthwatering and tasted really good. But i am disappointed with the quantity. It was so less. Not worth the money. Delivery was also late. The delivery man was so confused with the location.

I never have heard this name so planned with my babe to visit the small joint just opposite to Bangur swimming pool. We tasted their bengalis signature nalen gur er icecream nd choco fantasea with choco chips. Nalen gur er icecream was beyond awsome. Nothing to say much abt it. Prior to this,i had tasted from top notch hotel but Pabrai' s was too good.<br/>The choco fantasea was awsome.<br/>They realy had vast colections of flavours like gondhoraj lemon,chiku,jamun,muskmelon,watermelon.. nd we hardly know abt al these flavours.<br/>The staffs are courteous nd ready to help.<br/>I would recommend evryone atlest once to taste this brand.

I ordered Nolen Gurer ice cream for home delivery. 500ml Ice cream was enough for 6 of us. Separate pack was given for patali gur liquid to pour above the ice cream servings. The ice cream was very good in taste and really felt we are eating Nolen gur. Thanks.

This comes surely as a recommendation by a person who hates having Gur ,despite being a Bengali. Surely if not Gur but I will try this Nolen Gur Flavour whenever I get the opportunity . A must have and strongly recommended..Cheers to the Team. Will come next time with my girlfriend to try other exotic flavours.<br/><br/>The only downside I find is the GST RATES which is a deepthroat cut on your wallet of 18%. I mean you pay 69 for a scoop icecream and ends paying up 12.42 as Taxes. Govt should definitely lower down the taxes.<br/><br/>

I was blown away when I read about the Ice-cream flavours of Pabrai. Nolen gur, Gondhoraj, Paach-phoron (Five Spice), Mouri... That sort of variety, makes your taste-buds really curious. So, we decided to visit Pabrai just to kill the curiosity. We came back with so much more.<br/><br/>Their Bangur store was almost empty. So the three of us could take all the time & taste as many ice creams before deciding to take a pick. We wanted to taste the Paach-phoron ice cream first, but were disappointed to know that the Bangur store does not keep any ice-cream of the "Spice" variety.<br/><br/>So, we moved on to Nolen gur & Gondhoraj ice-creams. We ordered them in both, cup & cone. Gondhoraj was mildly sweet, the essence of Gondhoraj was mesmerising. And the Nolen gur ice-cream was heavenly. Pure perfection in every cup.<br/><br/>Kudos to the Pabrai team for making such innovative ice-creams, so delicious. We loved it so much, that each of us took a post-it from the cashier & pasted our appreciation on the wall. I wish Pabrai was available across the country, all of India deserve to experience the magic of Pabrai. I will visit other stores of Pabrai to taste the Five-spice and the Mouri ice-cream.

It's a great place to have natural fruit flavoured ice cream.I bought chickoo and gandharaj lemon flavoured ice-cream,both the ice cream tasted excellent specially chickoo ice cream as it contained small bites of chickoo.Gandharaj lemon ice cream was also very refreshing too.

The parlour is located beside cafe coffee day outlet. It serves a variety of flavours among which the nolen gur is the most famous. It tastes totally alike and is also topped with it. Apart from that, I also have had Chocolate mocha almond which is quite delicious.

Tried out the Bangur outlet of the famous Pabrai's Fresh and Naturelle Ice Cream with my boyfriend for the very first time and I shall tell you I wasn't a bit disappointed.<br/><br/>It is a small yet spacious ice cream parlor which is very well decorated. Seating is also available here.<br/><br/>The ice creams are made with natural fruits and not with added colours or flavours and that's what distinguishes Pabrai's from other Ice Cream parlors.<br/>We had "Tender Coconut" and of course "Nolen Gur'er Ice Cream". One could actually feel small pieces of coconut mixed inside it. Coming to Nolen Gur'er Ice Cream then it's something you could only enjoy if you try out Pabrai's because it's worth it.<br/><br/>Many other flavors are also available as suitable to one's taste.<br/><br/>It's Strongly Recommend !

This is my favourite brand and i love almost all their flavours. They are smooth and have the right balance of sweetness and flavours. They use natural fruits which is one big plus point in my opinion. I am a great fan of their paan and nalen gur ice creams. Have tasted many copies from other brands but no one can even come near them. Today bought gandharaj lemon and rose flavours.. Was really overwhelmed to find sugar free versions of many flavours.. Guilt free indulgence is knocking at the door. Rose and gandhoraj both were awesome as usual. The gandharaj lemon had a refreshing taste but rose stole the show hands down.

Pabrai is the best budget friendly ice cream parlour of Kolkata in my opinion. At very cheap rate they serve so many delicious types of flavour. I have tried many of their flavors. I would recommend to try their 'Indian' and 'Fruit' flavours, they taste best to me. Do try their "Paan", "Nolen Gur", "Alfanso Mango", "Anjeer" flavours.

I ended up at Pabrai to fulfill my late night craving for ice cream. I had caramel crunch which was quite good. The Kolkata special gur ice cream was bad for me at least. Answer was good too. I did taste a few others as well but Caramel crunch was definitely the best.

The quality of the ice cream was so bad. The wafer was of very low quality. The amount of scoop for the price was too little. The taste was pretty bland. And I'm never going tho this place again.

I ordered one the most popular nalen Gur icecream and one rich chocolate brownie .. nalen Gur icecream was just wondering as well as ..Toppings with nalen Gur increased​ the taste and that was mouth watering .. and second one was kept its name . Pabrai's stands to be my favourite ice cream parlours in kolkata. I can vouch for their version of NOLEN GUR icecream to be the best of its kind ever. Also a scoop of Paan that i had here was lovely. This particular outlet at bangur is air-conditioned and has some colourful stools , hence an advantage for this season of summer.

Today was my first visit here. A well decorated ice cream joint serving various mouth-watering flavours of icecreams. I ordered for a paan-flavoured icecream at 79 INR (Tax included) which was very delicious and a 500ml home pack of Nolen Gur flavoured ice cream at 290 INR which came with a separate container of Nolen Gur (liquid form) to be used as a topping.<br/>I had a great experience visiting here and would recommend this place for all ice cream lovers who are bored of having the same flavours of icecream again and again.

Right in front of my residence it has almost become a daily affair to visit the place and hogg the different flavors of ice cream scoops.. i am sure no one can stop having just one scoop of such delicious handouts.. there best i feel is the "nolen gur ice cream".. although its gur but its sold throughout the year..there are small sitting arrangement in this outlet and a very innovative feedback corner..

Pabrai's the name is enough. The quality and taste of all the flavours are mouth watering. There signature flavour Nolen Gur and Paan are amazing. Well decorated, soft spoken staffs, parking space, all this attracts me often. My kids loves the place and are fond of Bubble Gum flavour.

Definitely one of the best ice cream parlours I have ever been to, and probably the best in town. Ditch the usual chocolate flavor and try new natural flavours and you won't be disappointed. (Haven't tried the chocolate so can't comment about it) Loved all the flavours but personal favorites were Nolen Gur and Paan. Do try the paan!! It is absolute heaven!
