Wanted to try cakes dipped in liquid nitrogen for a long time. Finally my wish was fulfilled by Mumble's Lab. Their unique delicacy - Dragon Breath literally took my breath away. 10 little cakes topped with chocolate sauce and dipped in liquid nitrogen for 5seconds. Consume it immediately and voila
Mumbles lab is a nice and new place to try out in new Alipore. It is basically the ice cream mixture frozen using liquid nitrogen. All the basic ice cream in small size will cost you ₹100. I would recommend trying the dragon's breath..it's not that tasty but it's a fun experience as you breathe out
