Excellent food quality with a nice ambience.I will recommend Mixed Barbeque fried rice, Schezwan mixed fried rice with Chilli wine chicken.If you are a Chinese lover you will definitely get exactly the taste what u want.The behaviour of the staff is friendly and helpful.I will definitely recommend
We ordered some of their Chinese items and the taste was literally good,specially chilli garlic mixed noodles and chicken lollypop.. but they took a lot of time to serve otherwise it's a good place for hangout..

We tried the Utsav Restaurant for the first time last night and the food was great, freshly cooked very tasty and well presented. The waiters were attentive and service overall was good.
Our orders was Fish &Chips, Stir fried mixed noodles , Barbeque Mixed Rice, Pan fried Fish and choco mousse cake

A must try budget friendly restaurant located a bit interior of hazra road. Honestly the sizzlers and the stir fried chicken noodles i tasted are too good. Hope to try more in coming days
