Hindusthan sweets is one of the famous sweetmeat selling and confectionery shops within kolkata । It's near jadavpur 8b bus stand more. Items are very tasty and mouthwatering. You can get delicious kachori or Puri here . I tried baked rasgolla, Kalo Jaamun and chana sandesh. Every sweet item is good in taste but comparatively high in price as per my opinion. ONLINE payment is also available here. Their service is undoubtedly professional.

Very nice atmosphere...though the place is small. Service is good ...system of handling customers is nice ... don't delay in providing food. Overall it's a good option for snacking.

Behaviour of the people here are also good....its spatious shop.....but i had faced an issue they had made calculation mistake in countimg the sweets i have brought...but later realised their mistakes when i told them and returned the money.....

This place is awsome. It's huge. Pure Veg. Many north indian and south indian dishes, milk shakes and fruit juices are also available besides a variety of Sweets. Nice place to hang out with friends/family. It may seem a little overpriced for the middle class. Overall quality is good.

M M Fast Food Center is one of my favourite food joints. <br/>Recommended items: Noodles combo, steamed momos, pork chilli, chili baby corn, gravy noodles.<br/>I don't like very spicy food so everytime I order, I ask them to not add extra chilies in my food under cooking instructions and they Always respect this.<br/>So don't hesitate to order from here. This place is located just 5 min walking distance from jaduvpur 8B Bus stand. Its a fast food center where they server various Chinese Cuisines,Momos,Wraps etc etc.. at a pocket friendly price. We ordered their Mayo Chicken Wrap (80rs) . Just mouthsnaking taste. Perfectly grilled chicken wrapped with loads of mayo totally satisfied my taste buds. But i felt that the size of the wrap was a bit smaller than usual wraps. Then tried their chicken gravy noodles(125/-) and Dry chilli pork (half-105/-) Both the quantity was enough for a person. The chicken gravy noodles was full of veggies,chicken quantity was less ..Tastes good and perfectly complemented the pork..! In Jadavpur, near 8b bus stand, there's an array of street foods stalls. Among them, one of the very famous is M&M fast food centre where you will find that it is fully packed all the time. It's a perfect place to soothe your tummy. They have a wide variety of snacks in their menu and it's really hard what to choose among them.<br/>Coming to the food, the dish had 6 medium sized momos with sufficient amount of minced chicken. The momos were perfectly tossed and had an amazing taste.<br/><br/>Price- 85.<br/>Rate-5/5.

MM's chicken combo is far better than what they serve at Food Bowl a few metres away. They do not have any tables, just a few chairs out front but they make up for the lack of seating space by providing far better food at slightly cheaper prices. They use good quality rice which is prepared well. The chili chicken pieces are not fatty. The momos are decent but could be better.<br/><br/>Another item I love at their place is the chicken wrap. I dislike onions so I ask them to make one without it, and they readily comply. It uses very less oil, is filling, and costs ₹70. I recommend.<br/><br/>UPDATE: Tried their egg roll. Not too oily, no smell of stale oil. Tasted great. Value for money.

The prices are very cheap considering the quality, quantity and taste of the food.<br/>Ordered a non veg combo, it consisted of Fried Rice, 2 pieces Chicken Fried Momo and 4 pieces Chilli Chicken. The rice was good, the momos were good and juicy and the filling was good too and the Chili chicken was flavourful.

Went to this place to try out their Non veg Combo meal. It consists of egg noodles/rice, 4 pieces chilli chicken/ Hot Garlic Chicken and 2 pieces of chicken fried Momo for rupees 130. The quantity was quite good and 1 plate can easily suffice for 2 people. The taste was pretty decent. Overall we had a nice experience.

Located beside Raju Dosa stall, which is located beneath Cantonese restaurant at 8B, M M Fast Food Centre is the best fast food place in that area in my opinion.<br/><br/>It is a takeaway place, but they've placed a few chairs in front of the shop for people to sit. I've had chicken/prawn mayo wrap, double chicken egg roll, egg roll, non-veg combo, the drumsticks and noodles. We had ordered chicken roll, veg thupka, crispy chilli baby corn, chicken mayo wrap, all of which tasted good. The prices are also quite low. It's great for quick bites. They serve fast as well. So should try it out.

This place is located just beside the Cantonese restaurant. I had ordered a Veg Roll and absolutely loved it. Service was fast and since it was raining that day, enjoyed it a little more than normal :P Would surely visit again soon for more delicacies

Crispy chilly baby corn is a great dish here. Definitely recommend it. Located on the main road near Jadavpur 8b bus stand, it's very easy to locate.

This place is another of those hidden gems in the city. Located just beside Cantonese (and in all possibility, owned by the same guy :3), this place provides cheap but very decent quality chinese food,just what college students needs. The gravy chow is just unbelievably good(probably better than many high class Chinese restaurants) and the half plate chicken gravy chow at 65 is pocket friendly too. The full plate costs 95 but that's only if you have a big appetite (half plate quantity is more or less enough).Other than gravy chow,tried their Non veg combo at 130 which had Fried rice,3-4pieces chilly/Manchurian chicken and 2 fried momo in schewan sauce. Taste and quantity wise,very decent compared to the price, specially the momos. The chicken could have been a little better so could the fried rice. Their hakka chow and schewan rice tastes okay but quantity wise, it's totally worth the bucks.The chicken lollipops tastes pretty good too(3 pieces at 70 and 6 at 120),so pretty reasonable again. They have outdoor seating and takeaway service,so nothing much of an Ambience. Service is pretty prompt (less than 15 minutes usually).<br/><br/>I visit this place pretty often to have their delicious gravy chow and would surely try out their other dishes.

The 4 stars are for their rolls n wraps...the crispy lachha parathas,the succulent meat chunks make the perfect lunch on the go..the noodles may require sone work but hey u have have plenty to choose n be thrifty.

This is a roadside shop located just beside Jadavpur 8B bus stand. The thing that I like most about this place is that they take good care of hygiene instead of being a road side shop. They have outside seating are, only a few chairs on the side of the road. I have had a lot of things from this shop over time:<br/>1) Thupka(3/5) The Thupka is pretty good. Good in quantity and very cheap.<br/>2) Egg wrap roll(4/5) This is one of my favourite things from here. Priced at just Rs 50 I absolutely love this.<br/>3) Gravy noodles (3/5) Again , okayish. Quantity is pretty good.<br/>4) Momos(3/5) The momos are also very good as per their prices. They are very juicy.<br/>All in all, the food here is of good quality, hygienic and very affordable.

This is a roadside eatery but they maintain good hygene. I have tried their momos and rolls. They have got good spread of dishes in their menus, considering it is a roadside fast food joint. The momos were good in taste in reasonable price. The rolls were a bit undercooked but the fillings tasted good.

This place is near Jadavpur 8B bus stand . We have taken a Non veg combo and drums of heaven . The combo comprises of egg fried rice /noodles ,chilli chicken /garlic chicken and pan fried momos which cost 130 only. TheA really pocket friendly for what they provide .Moreover , the quality of the food was really good and hygienic . The staffs are very well behaved and polite . There is no as such sitting arrangements . They put some chairs at the front . We were satisfied with the food taste and it's quality .

Located near 8B bus stand, I just had Pork momo...I seriously had no idea that such a small joint will have pork in their menu. There were two pork items, pork momo and chilli pork.<br/>However, There were 6 momos one plate taste was quite good with good amount of pork filling in just Rs. 80.<br/>They took care of hygiene in spite of being a roadside eatery.<br/>Please enhance pork menu.

The fast food joint is located like, 5 minutes away from 8B bus stand. Price wise, its really pocket friendly for what they provide, Quantity wise, two people can have one serving of their noodles.<br/><br/>If you are short on cash, then definitely go for their combo meal. From my side, the Chicken Thukpa, and the noodles are a must have. Also the Mayo wraps.<br/><br/>Only downside is the sitting accomodation, as there ain't any proper ones, apart from the chairs they provide you, which again, makes it a bit difficult to have your food during the rush hours(god bless if you find a seating for yourself during the rush hours), but I kind of understand their reasoning as there isn't much space and they have more of a takeaway counter.<br/><br/>Overall, definitely have their food if you are tight on budget but want some good, quality food.

Ordered Egg Chicken roll, chilli chicken and chilli fish here. The service is quick and the rates are reasonable. However, none of the preparations were particularly good. The roll was a bit dry, the chilli chicken and fish lacked spices. Taste can be improved a lot.Udita Chatterjee

Located just a few steps ahead of the 8b bus stand, this fast food joint was previously known as Chaos,now rechristened as MM Fast Food Center.<br/>I have had their momos,combos,pork items and rolls several times and each time I have just loved them more!<br/>So today was no exception, when my hunger pangs hit me and I was low on cash (as always) I knew where to go.Ordered their non veg combo at Rs130 and sat down with some steaming hot happiness on my lap.<br/><br/>Alert-The tree under which they have their seats arranged sheds a hell lot of their tiny leaves,so just be careful while you indulge!<br/>The combo had-<br/><br/>Egg Fried Rice-You can opt for egg chowmein too.The rice was perfectly cooked just the way I like it.Filled with diced veggies and egg.Simply yum!<br/><br/>Hot Garlic Chicken -The gravy was lipsmacking!!!They know the flavours so well!!Serving up proper restaurant style food at dirt cheap rates!Just that the chicken pieces were too tiny,but again one can consider it looking at the price.<br/><br/>Fried chicken momo-Their Momos are awesome!So clearly this combo is a steal!<br/>I would highly recommend this combo to all!

It is a small eatery with a wide variety of fast food. Serves noodles, rolls, and the famous Mayo Rolls which is made from not the normal paratha but rumali roti. The different types of rolls that are served here is great. They serve your order hot and fresh.<br/><br/>I would recommend the Mayo Roll.

A small joint located near 8B bus stand. Although a bit inconvenient due to absence of any seating space and more because it's a perpetually busy area, this place offers you really delicious chicken mayo wrap. And their service is quite fast. Good for students looking for pocket friendly food joints.

This place is located close to Jadavpur 8B bus stand , and is a five minute walk away from the bus stop , towards JU. The place looks like an average fast food stall , with chairs outside , and no tables for seating . The wraps here are good ! They call it Mayo Roll. Do try their Paneer Mayo Roll and Chicken Mayo Roll , that taste good and are pocket friendly too! They also have the usual Kathi rolls in egg and chicken variants. The service is fairly quick and the food is value for money .

Worst fast food ever. No words cheap and disgusting. No quality, no quantity n no taste. I request visitors not to visit this joint ever.............

This small place is near 8b and the food there is at par with the pay. The food there is above average and portions are good. For a quick tasty bite this place is nice.

I have visited this place few times. Tried their Chicken Mayo Roll, Chicken Lollypop and Chilli garlic noodles(chicken). The Mayo Roll was simply delectable! I am not a fan of mayonnaise personally, but I loved this mayo roll..contained just the right quantity of mayo and the mayo was also not very dense. The Chicken lollypop was crunchy and tasty on the exterior, but once I had a look inside, I realised that it wasn't fried properly. They should have taken more time to fry it properly. Furthermore, quantity was also too less at just 3pieces. They should have provided 4 pieces at least for half a plate.<br/>Tried their Chilli garlic noodles recently and it was quite good. Quantity was simply huge! Half plate was like a full plate! And if you order chicken noodles they provide egg along with it :D<br/>Service is decent. Sitting and eating there is not a very good idea as there are a lot of flies flying around. So a takeaway is the best option. Also, this place is overpriced compared to other eateries in the vicinity. 70bucks just for a mayo roll seems too much for a student.

Been to this place quite a number of times. I'm a regular at this place in fact. It's located near 8b bus stand between JU gate 2 and gate 3 on the opposite side of the road. Previously it was named 'chaos'.<br/><br/>There are 4-5 chairs outside so nothing much to say about ambience. The first time, I had tried Egg Roll which I did not like at all because the parantha was too large compared to the egg and it seemed like I was just having the parantha plus it had too much salt. I had also tried Chicken Hakka noodles which was good and quantity was okay for one person. Their chicken gravy noodles tastes awesome. It has chicken and a few other veggies (beans,tomato,corn,etc). If only the quantity was more! I had also tried their chicken mayo roll. It's made of roomali roti with generous amounts of chicken and dressed with mayo and sauces. It's heavenly. You must try this one. Their chilly garlic noodles is however the best! It has adequate chicken and egg. The quantity is huge, half plate is more than enough for 1 person. It can even be shared, for people with less appetite. Full plate serves two people.<br/><br/>Service is quick. GST isn't charged. It's pocket friendly and at the same time maintains quality.

Earlier known as chaos, this takeaway(takeaway literally if we don't consider the 3-4 plastic chairs) serves delicious food without burning a hole in your pockets. <br/>My favourite being the egg chicken mayo roll. Tastes brilliant. #recommended.<br/>I have had the normal kathi rolls, momo and noodles as well. Food and adda here is a perfect combo while you wait for you photocopies to get done or after a little trip inside JU.<br/>This is a must try.
