Excellent ambience as is expected from a leading 5 star hotel. The swivelling high chairs were a nice touch. The drinks were nice too, but with a commensurate price tag - again as expected in such a place. We were there to listen to Fiddler's Green and the acoustics left much to be desired. But bar rooms are not meant for music shows. So if the Brass Room has aspirations to become a music venue, as we heard they do, I would suggest they pay some attention to acoustics

An epitome of grace and elegance, The Brass Room is exceptionally welcoming and full of warmth. The candle lit ambience, the drinks, the food, the music, the place speaks of perfection from all the corners. We had an amazing time there.

We had the place to ourselves on a late Monday night ! There were limited menu available but the items we ordered tasted superb ! Puja was helping us with our orders and she did take good care of us. Definitely recommend this place for a late night drink and munchies with your special one :)

To start with the ambience of ITC Royal Bengal & The Brass Room, the place is undoubtedly very beautiful with great lighting & ambeince. It was my first visit to this place & i was overwhelmed with joy. The Quality of food is really awesome and almost freshly cooked.. A great place to spend the evening with friends..
