Not so big place to sit and eat but they good two floors within that small place. One very good initiative I liked is, they provide a switch in each table to that whenever needed, you can call the staff. I actually went to this place to get the Freakshake which is worth noticable of this place but got the bad news that their menu is changing and Freakshake is not a part of their new menu anymore. But I got two other awesome things to eat and I am in love with this place for that 😍. ❤️ Cheese pull garlic bread - Chicken : While ordering I asked if it would actually have that cheese pull or no and they assured me. I have to say I wasn't disappointed at all. The cheese pull was lovable and so was the taste. It's a small bread but really heavy to eat. ❤️ Choco lava cake : They served it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and it doesn't look so fancy from outside. But this is one of the best Choco Lava cake I have had so far 😍😍😍. The outer layer is so soft and when you break it, the chocolate lava just melts out from that. It was so good to eat ❤️❤️❤️. Do try out these two if you visit this place ❤️

Yummy and crispy thin crust pizzas . The pizzas are made in front of you , the manager was very sweet and she gave suggestions too. Mushroom pizza with extra cheese was my order and the taste was superb , heavily filled with mushroom and cheese .

We walked down to brickwood on the new year's eve from park Street. The ambience was good. We ordered their special pizza polo fungi cilantro. The texture and flavour of the pizza was mesmerizing. We further ordered their special brownie lava burst. It looked super delicious and tasted amazing. The evening was well spent.

I've been here more than a few times and each time I've been pleasantly surprised. Try the wood oven pizza range for sure, and don't forget to order the hot chocolate. The cucumber cooler is just right for a sunny day, so is the pulled cheese garlic bread. It's one of the cosiest places for continental in the city. What's more it's open till midnight.

Very small place with poor air conditioning and full of oven smoke. No option of soft drinks with Italian food. Average taste. Will not recommend to anyone. Rates on higher side vs services and food. One can opt for much better places in Kolkata for delicious Italian food. .

"Brickwood" The very first place in Kolkata to have wood fire pizza and one of the best place. Its 10 - 15 mins away for Maidan Metro Station. It's not very big place but it's the best place for pizza lovers. The staff was really nice and polite and our order was bought to us in a short span of time. As it is famous for it's pizza so we ordered pizza itself. We ordered "Cheesy Chicken Pizza" and believe me it was one of the best we had. It had rosted chicken with mozzarella, feta and cream cheese. It was really cheesy and meaty which is something we all love. For shakes we had "Choco Lava Brust Freakshake" it is something everyone should try and specially chocolate lovers. It was a brownie thick shake which was topped with loads of whipped cream and choco chips, dark chocolate fudge bites and a chocolate lava cake. It felt like heaven. It's enough for 2 people. Thought it's a bit costly but it's worth it. 😍😍❤❤In short add this on your wishlist❤❤😍😍

As it is located in camac street area the seating was in open area with chair and table an atop umbrella the pizza was average as there pasta was good. The hot chocolate was above average as was the lava cake

Must try - Loaded Pulled cheesy garlic bread Brickwood did a great job with their freshly baked brick oven pizzas. Their interiors are also done nicely along the lines of a brick owen. We went there for lunch and had a great experience. My Pizza & garlic bread cravings were definitely satisfied! Misto di pollo pizza - indeed bought delight to a chicken lover such as me, by keeping things straight. Just loading the pizza with just chicken (Overloading for some maybe :P) and that too with different varieties of chicken. It was delicious! But what stole the limelight was the loaded pulled cheesy garlic bread - a loaf of garlic bread, loaded with cheese, veggies and chicken (if you desire). I shall definitely be back to have it again!!! :D

This is review for zomato delivery rather than the restaurant. They cancelled my order after 1 hour. The delivery boy said the packaging was not appropriate so he could not deliver it whereas the chat executive said that the deliver boys bike was punctured. He said we have refunded your money, what more do you want? I was left with no food at 10pm with 4 people to feed.

We suddenly made a plan to visit this place since this is the first place in Kolkata which started making these wood fire pizzas and I personally loved it !! The dishes we ordered were garlic bread , margaritas pizzas ,Aglio Olio and white sauce pasta The garlic was cheesy and really yum !!I was capable of completeing all on my own Aglio also tasted quiet rich and the portion was enough for 3 to 4 people to complete one All the pizzas in the menu is a signature dish and a must try Lastly the pasta ,the pasta was served almost raw ,we had to tell the person again and again and almost 5 times we told the man to change ,At last when we told him to replace it ,he was like he denied that really annoyed us Altogether a place for all pizza lovers (Was not very happy with the service )

I had bookmarked this place from a very very long time. It is located just behind my college - St. Xavier's College. Whenever I went to college I always planned on visiting Brickwood but due to some issues I couldn't. But on 18th we made sure that we don't go anywhere else except Brickwood. The staffs are really friendly and helpful. They are well behaved and they really care about the fact that the customers enjoy their meal. The ambience is good. Small joint will seating capacity of around 15 indoors and 10 outdoors. We ordered: 1. Cheesy Chicken Pizza 2. Garden Fresh Pizza. ( we requested them not to add olives and bell peppers.) The quantity was amazing and the quality was too good. It wasn't at all spicy so it can be preferred by children and people who don't like spicy food. Would love to visit again.

Place is just near to wow momo, opposite of pizza hut. Positives:- 1) Food. I have visited this place quite a few times. And every time I left here with satisfaction. Tasted pulled cheesy garlic bread, hot chocolate, veggie blast pizza, white sauce pasta, choco lava cake etc. All things tasted great but best of all was hot chocolate and pulled cheesy garlic bread. 2) Staff. In each there are 2 tables. So quite small if u are thinking of arranging a party at this place.

A wildfired pizza will have a smokey taste and a crusty thin crust. Brookwood has got this signature style to Kolkata and its much required. Located in wood street opposite pantaloons, it's a small joint which dishes out these signature delicasies, they have an outdoor section too. Pizza was really good,crust thin,ample cheese and chicken toppings.Even the garlic bread was crisp but I didn't like the sour dip that it was served with.Lemon ice tea was refreshing but a little on the sweeter side. We sat indoors,decor was simple ,but was too hot may be due to the brick pizza oven.Ventilation could have been better. Apart from this,they serve a good variety of veggie pizza and pasta . I would like to visit the place 2nd time to try them with some shakes.

For someone who likes thin crust pizza, this is the right place, but do remember that a wood fired pizza tastes different from the normal pizzas served elsewhere. The burnt taste in the crust is very good. A cozy cafe in the camac street area. The decor is simple and quaint, nothing remarkable. Zomato gold is applicable but not on their signature menu which was disappointing. We had been there in the afternoon and shakes weren't available because there was no ice cream. Staff were courteous. Coming to the food-- •Virgin mojito-- I did not like the sugar granules in the drink. They could have used sugar syrup. •Mixed sauce spaghetti with chicken-- the pasta was al dente and topped with a bit of parmesan cheese. The sauce was good. Brickwood is a lovely small place for some.yummy wood fired pizzas. We had Margherita and Funghi pizza which were perfectly cooked in the wood fire. The signature Brickwood Pizza was also delicious. Besides the pizzas, Spaghetti Aglio Olio was also well made. Chef Kaushik did a wonderful job and was quite courteous. We will definitely be back for some more yum food!

Went there for a casual dinner and it was one of the best meals in a while. Ordered for the famous Mushroom Truffle pizza , a Spaghetti Alla Brickwood and a Choco Lava cake. I went to this place today. It was in my checklist from quite a while. But, somehow did not met my expectations. Firstly, they said Zomato gold is not applicable on the whole menu, (provided they don't have a huge menu). We ordered the following: 1. Lemongrass cooler- Not good to our taste, and we were 3 people there, with different kind of tastes. 2. Chilled cocoa- which they said was not available, so we settled for coke. 3. Choco lava burst freakshake- This was the thing for which I had high expectations. Well, to be honest it was good only, but I have had better shakes than this. The presentation was really good. But, I did not like the taste of the whipped cream, which in general I love. Overall, it could have been much better for the cost. 4. Spaghetti pasta in white sauce with chicken- Taste was good, but quantity was really less for the price. 5. Mushroom and chicken pizza- Ok in taste. The sides were very hard. Overall, I won't go there again. One time is ok. Did not like much.

To be honest I love their pizzas and had been visiting the place quite regularly until I started experiencing some lack in their service quality. I would have rated 4 stars but lately the service experience has dissapointed me. You need to wait wait and wait for your food to be delivered and when the food arrives you have to gulp it down as you are already late for that post lunch meeting.

The staff doesn't allow a simple swap of items on the pizza or pasta. It will be chargeable. Any customizations you want will be chargeable. Even if you want a mixed sauce pasta from the existing menu, then you have to pay for the veggies separately which was already there in the red sauce pasta. The management needs to learn hospitality before starting a restaurant.

The restaurant denied zomato gold initially, but upon escalating the issue to Zomato support, they pressurised them to give gold benefits. Immediately the staff behavior turned very rude. Hospitality at its worst.

If one is tired by having the pizza's from dominos and pizzahut and want a new flavour of pizza in their tastebuds. Brickwood is their perfect choise. I choose cheesy chicken pizza for myself. It had amazing number of chicken pieces and there were all kinds of cheese in the pizza slices ( a lot , u may be say) and the bread was soft and fresh. The size of the pizza was very enough. The stuffs were cordial and humble. The place is small but good. Hoping to have more branches in kolkata. All the best. I rate this5/5. (I am already wishing to visit it and eat pizza's from brickwood again while writing this)

If you are like me who wants normal pizza that is tasty n has thin crust ( not the bread like ones from the usual Dominoes or Pizza Hut) this is your place. Great variety of food offered. One pizza is sufficient for two people. We were two people and we ordered the following: One Miso di Pollo pizza One choco lava freak shake which was huge One lemon grass cooler Nice ambience with outdoor and indoor seating arrangements. Ordered the Misto di POLLO pizza for home delivery. It is one of the most expensive pizza's on the menu. Highly dissatisfied with the pizza mainly because it was delivered almost cold..leaving it absolutely without any flavour or taste at all. A cold pizza is a big NO NO.I suspect it to be unfresh too. Tasteless concasse, very less toppings. Have ordered from Brickwood on earlier occassions too. Liked their quality then,hence ordered it this time too. But was disappointed. It ruined our ( no cooking ) Sunday dinner and was a total waste of money.

On a cold winter day, I ordered Hot Chocolate Delight and Pulled Cheese Garlic Bread. The hot chocolate was thick and well done. The pulled cheese garlic bread was so cheesy and tempting. The combination of these two items is BOMB. I would like to try their wood fired pizzas soon.

decent interior and food taste, though not really great concerned to price but yet very better than dominos or pizza hut. surprisingly, its their pizza's crust that is so good in taste😋. tried their brickwood signature pizza - not worth, garden pizza - better and loaded cheesy potato- horrible🤢.

Starting from menu card, it had that authencity of a typical Italian outlet, short clean large font menu with original pics, roasted tomato garlic really smelt nice, rocket leaves fresh in Pollo piccante, pulled cheese really pulled to strings, Margherita was really what it should have been, overall immensely satisfied.

We took Country Chicken Pizza and French Sausage Pizza and both were good. I've never tried mustard on pizza and it tasted pretty weird according to me but not bad. The staff was polite and it's a small place with a cool ambience. Quantity of one pizza is enough for two. Plus we had Zomato gold, so ofcourse it was a steal deal. Had a nice experience and would love to visit again!

This Sunday I visited the place during the after lunch hours,the place was nicely organised with good lights around. The ambience was quite good. Now the food I tried their was juicy chicken steak, cheese cake and shake. Really appreciated. Chef dasarath was quite helpful in suggesting me the dishes. Location is in the heart of camac street and opposite to pizza hut. This place I heard also very famous for their mouth watering pizzas.

One of the best firewood pizza in town. It's easy to locate and has a decent interior. A must try Garden Fresh for the vegetarians and Pollo Funghi Cilantro for the non-vegetarians. Had a Good experience, You should give it a try!

A two-storied place opposite Camac Street Pantaloons, serving variety of pizzas. Tried mustard chicken pizza. This was their special brickwood pizza. The base was of mustard sauce. The pizza was quite okayish in taste. Nothing great!

Since the essence of best wood fire pizzas lack in town, Brickwood wins in maintaining the authenticity and traditional touch to it's pizzas. The loaded pulled cheesy bread is a total smash. Probably the second best pizza place in the city.

The pizzas are crispy and light. Not to forget, they are super fast to provide you. Try the cheesy cheese pizza for the feta topping and super light fragrance. Our server Dev has been a phenomenal person and got us the Garlic and chicken pizza as well. It is truly out of the world. Kudos. :)

I've been to this place twice and i have ordered in from here quite a few times. Never have i been disappointed. I love the food here. Pizzas are light and full of taste. Some might dislike the thin crust and its charcoal taste, but that is just how it is supposed to be. Their red velvet cake is amazing. Garlic cheese bread is without a doubt top class.

Visited here on sunday,this place has been on my wishlist for a while now.Staffs were polite,liked the idea of keeping a remote for each table to call them,it really was creative.Now coming the food,we ordered, Chicken & Mushroom Pizza.(4.5/5) Country Chicken.(4/5) I liked the cheese,it was really really stretchy,faced a hard time managing it. xD I also liked how they kept olive oil too,which the customers can add to their taste,overall a good experience,will visit again.

One of the best pizza I had in Kolkata and the closest to a classic Italian pizza, obviously because it is made the original way with brick oven. They have the olive oil kept away but will give you the bottle if you just simply ask for it. The cheese pull was good and with Zomato gold, you feel like coming to eat here everyday.
