Nice ambience and atmosphere. A relatively smaller branch if bbq nation compared to other cities. Overall experience was great, the waiters were polite and the food was really amazing. The desserts were so delicious Will definitely visit again.

Desert must too be improved , overall taste and varieties are good and staff behaviour is too much polite and friendly. Overall taste is unique and fish must be improved. Taste of every dish is unique and everything cooked well and as per your instructions. Try whenever you visit kota :)

Good place to celebrate parties. I celebrated my friend's birthday here and the staff was very supportive and humble and they were always looking to help us and serve us better and asking for the dish they were making and how we would like it more.The food they cooked was delicious and the chicken items in the startes where so good. They offered my friend a birthday cake and they made her wear a birthday cap too and they all wished her lovingly . Overall a nice place and definitely worth a visit.

Yesterday was my birthday and I got there along with my 5 friends and only one thing i wanna say is " we just loved BBQ" cause everyone knows the hospitality barbecue is Nation providing. The past part is we customized dishes according to our preferences and they are so so humble that they just made my day. But One thing that they did was like mind blowing, they give us 100 rupees off per person because of students id's. So if you are a student of any institution you can ask them to redeem or they will do by themselves, and at the end they provide me a complimentary birthday cake and sung birthday songs which was nice , so I just loved Barbecue Nation.

I felt really good... For the amount we pay it's a awesome package... Unlimited staters... Crispy corn favorite, main course and desserts are just mind blowing.... And yeah the chaaats are super.

Food is great, but service need to be improved. One more suggestion.. Menu should be completely printed of the day in hand of the customer so that they can order from the desk itself without checking out nearby.

Yeah great experience but not good as kurla's outlet dishes were limited just don't go for main course I suggest u only go for starters and dessert

Visited this place with family (Total four members) for dinner. Thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food with very warm and cordial hospitality. All the staff members were very helpful, humble & professional. A must visit place if you’re in Kota.

This place has created it's own legacy, having a live grill at your table is just another level of thing. The food taste is really delicious and staffs are also very friendly. They provide unlimited starters, desserts, indian street snacks,different salads and main course food .... But I would suggest to just focus more on starters as their taste is way better than other food items. They provide free complimentary cake on birthday occasion. So this place is waiting for you to serve you the best barbeque . So hurry and try this .

This is a complaint regarding Barbeque Nation (Ahluwalia the great Mall of Kota) . I went there yesterday with my family and was surprised to face the pathetic behaviour my the staff . I was served the starters in the gap of 15 minutes and when I complained to them , they said that their is a shortage of staff. I was again made to wait for my second round of starter and was given paneer tikka with no paneer and only veggies I asked to have a word with the manager. Now , your manager is even worse . He came after 10 minutes and when I complained about the issues , he told me that this is a different started and not paneer tikka when you can clearly see that it is. When my sister tried to make him understand he started smiling , bent down and started speaking at ear level of her . I mind you , she was sitting and he literally bent down and started speaking tonger coming gery closely to her face. This made us uncomfortable and we left the place there and then . There was no apology from the manager ,not even a hint of remorse can be seen on his page. I am never going to that pathetic restaurant again . #barbequenation this is high time that you start respecting your customer and provide the service as high as your prices.<br/><br/>

Compared to other barbeque nation outlets in other cities this outlet stands way too far. When I came to know about barbeque nation in kota I was very excited to give a try but when we reached the restaurant, we got our table instantly but the moment grill setup was done. I was disappointed as it was cold, it was not even hot inuff to keep starters hot. Then the starters was served which I found very dry and the marination was not balanced all the spices tasted raw. The service was slow. I informed the staff about grill and dry starters, he immediately changed the grill but the tender starters came after I was full. Still after tasting the starters I felt the spices were raw. I was fan of grilled prawns started at BBQ nation Banjara hills, Hyderabad. But here I was totally dissatisfied. Chicken starters were also dry but edible. I would rather recommend this outlet for vegetarian options as the aloo chap and crispy fried corn were the best I found among starters. Talking about main course it was ok, I was waiting for chicken biryani but I couldn't get as it was getting finished.<br/>One thing which is good here is the service personnels behavior and their zeel to customize food according to preference but here the production team is not competent inuff to match the BBQ NATION standards all over India. I request them to seriously check the food taste before they serve. I'm investing my time to write such long review so that the management of the BBQ NATION get a chance to improve. The service here is pretty good. The managers and the men working under are well trained. Also, Madan and Tejpal do a pretty descent job in serving the specials and listening to the customer politely. The main course for vegetarians can be better it needs some improvement.

Very nice experience. I was served by Tejpal Sain. His conduct was really good and gave me a good company and made sure all my needs were met. Madan mohan was also there.<br/>

What started as a disaster was rectified by them but once you have eaten something wrong( corn was rotten) no matter what they do could not improve your overall experience. Servers rakesh and tejpal did whatever they could to resolve our problems and kudos to them for that whereas the chef was rude.

The food was awesome. I actually took the unlimited food (students) offer. As off like every time barbeque nation helds its rank for good food. I gave it 4 stars because service was a little bit slow like cleaning up the table after starters,etc

A great BBQN outlet! This is the choicest one for hearty-eaters; also bcoz there r nominal buffet restaurants in Kota. Hosted by a hospitable crew, U get to taste so many dishes in a single meal! I visited here twice within a month n got entirely different menus, unlike other outlets of d same chain. Both veg n non-veg items r delectable, freshly prepared & cooked to perfection. bbq pineapple, veg kebab, grilled chicken wings, prawn starters were good, paneer tikka, mutton seekh kebab & ajwaini fish r delicious. Special preparations: sweet golgappas, paneer chilly & Barbeque chicken wings r amazingly tasty! Special mention of the awesome tomato soup & chicken shorba, as I’ve nvr found good soup in any buffet. Main course is a mix of Indian & Continental. Finally, a good range of desserts + kulfi counter to finish with.
