Review Theos Restaurant - Kottayam

Nice place for food and relaxation. Lot of space for parking facility.. Buffet breakfast is good... Number of seating capacity is high... Washroom is very clean and neat.. Not so crowd on the day when I was there..price is also moderate... I recommend this for morning buffet...

Loved the food and service here. The chicken sizzler we ordered was really yummy. The sauce was really good. But they were out of French fries which usually comes with the chicken sizzler and they did not substitute it with anything else. To accompany this we got 2 pieces of regular bread and a small cube of butter. We had also ordered dragon chicken and the chicken was completely dry. Apart from this the service was really good. I would definitely go back for the delicious sizzler.

Great location and ambience for sure but food isn’t that impressive compared to other factors! Tried Chinese only but that was just okay

Great food and service. The menu is impressive with lots of Indian and Chinese items. The restaurant is also kept clean with good washrooms, located at the heart of Kottayam. There is parking space and valet service as well.

Theos was an extremely refreshing experience on a hot and sunny day. The restaurant is well kept and very clean. The hall is spacious and the washrooms are tidy. I like the fact that they had a projector with the news turned on and also a baby seater. The servers were hospitable even though we had one of our servers forget part of our order. Food ordered - Kerala meals, mutton biryani, rumali roti, mushroom pepper fry and the dal. The mushroom was a delight to taste although it was a little oily as seen in the picture. The dal tasted a little burnt but was alright. Mutton biryani had the perfect amount of every ingredient and the mutton itself burst with rich flavors. The meals was filling and they perfected the meal with a wide variety of koottans. Overall: satisfactory experience

I came to know about this restaurant, as part of my stay in Aida. The restaurant is neat and spacious with excellent service.Their breakfast buffet is quite generous. Since our stay is usually short and most of the time we are out, couldn't try alot of their food. They have plenty of parking space as well.

The ambiance is good. Perfect for a family and friends to get together. They have good parking space. There is a ground nearby they will direct you to in case the parking gets full inside. Service is good. We went there for a birthday celebration. They took the cake inside and set it up on a cake stand with candles and brought it at the time of cutting. They even went to the extend of going ahead and serving the cake for us later as dessert. They have a baby proofed play area inside where kids can play without us being worried. Their appam and mango fish curry is something worth trying!

Porotta is not big, quality and taste was average. Meals is very costly compared to the side dishes given( few curry dishes given). Beef was not cooked properly. Beef gravy was good.
