Review Dhe Puttu - Kozhikode

A nice atmosphere and an interesting menu with lots of modern creations along with or based on traditional Kerala cuisine. The food tasted amazing and was quick and freshly prepared. The service that we met was very friendly, I would have wished for more hospitality and customer care and it's a little bit expansive. But still a great place to try.

Great ambiance and good service and good food... treat for Puttu Lovers !!! Located just few kms away from center of town... this place looks awesome... the theme of the hotel is well maintained and the ambiance was excellent... Service was excellent and deserves 5* for itself... ordered Feied prawns which tasted fantastic!! Chick Biriyani puttu and Seafood putty tasted good... didn't get any chicken biriyani flavour but it tasted good !!! I asked for some Hot desert the waiter suggested aval banana mixture(dont know the exact name) which was off the menu... which tasted worse !!! Other than that everything was find and worth the money !!!

Great great fooding experince from there. I came to know that there is so many types of puttu available in kerala only.after visiting dhe puttu. Never ever forget the taste of puttu that I had from there. Great initiative by dileep and wishing all the success. Im out of words when reviewing dhe puttu. Great initiative.vwhenever I see dhe puttu I remeber of the puttu i had from there. Everyone should visit the place once

Oh my god, they have plenty of variety type puttu.. first of all, I just confused that which one is good and not. And the ambience level too good. And the people in their too friendly with us. The rate wise it is in an affordable one. If you are a lover of puttu, you can choose this place.

A nice place to visit with family, they are having a wide range of variety food items especially different types of kerala traditional dish puttu. We have tried 3 types of puttu. That are amazing. Good in taste and the service of staff as well.

Probably more varieties of Puttu than you could ever come up with. It's quite tasty and different. Ambience is out of the world compared to most restaurants

One of the best place to enjoy the delicious Puttu in Kozhikode. I had no idea we are going to have such a big menu of Puttu... just Puttu... wow... just not that, "they taste amazing too" Parking space available. Very clean toilet. Friendly and multi language spoken staff. Neat and very fine interiors. It's all about Puttu over there. The mix of Ragi n rice flour with fresh grated coconut with Kadla curry takes you to the heaven. The stuff puttu is something unique and must try dish here.. The food was fine, but it would have been better if they had priced it in a more friendly way. When you order, you actually pay for a small piece of puttu and a curry. So one person would spend about near rs 250/- and would have eaten the basic dish in the menu. But overall, the experience and their hospitality was wonderful. The puttu and the Curry also tasted well.

I had been here on Nov 28 During my recent Visit to Kozhikode. As welcome draink they will give Black Lemon Tea. I liked it and You get very Puttu here with Verity of both Veg and Non Veg curry. Ambience is nice and we'll Maintained. Food taste is awesome but price is Higher side compared other near by Restaurant like "Sagar" Restaurant. But worth Visiting here interms of Food Quality and Ambience...

This is my first time going to a dhe puttu outlet. First impressions was decent enough. No rush even though on a busy Sunday. The food was very filling and with moderate pricing and beautiful ambience it is surely mind blowing. We tried 3 different styles of food they offered , a puttu thali , a non veg puttu (7 sundara rathrikal) and a malabari chicken biryani. It may seem the biryani is not worth for 190rs due to its less quantity but it's quality and taste is superb. The thali was also not bad but the 7sr nonveg puttu was superb . The best we had there. Will get unlimited pappad and black tea. Overall a superb experience. Would recommend it. Note - GST charged extra.

It's very good place, ample parking space, and food is really good. Only confusion is that all the menu item is name is Dileep movie and we find it difficult to know what's the content of the food. We had janapriyan , ring master ( sea food) and beef curry, fish curry and neymeen curry.

An ambient spot filled with culture, as can be seen by how the place is decorated from the inside. I tried the Punjabi House Puttu, and strawberry shake. The puttu was delicious(filled with paneer and mushrooms) and so was the shake (although a little too sweet). The staff was always smiling and polite. The black tea and papads there are on the house and are refilled indefinitely. The service was timely and I never once had to call for a waiter, they somehow always knew the perfect moment.

100% satisfied with food and hospitality . I planned a surprise dinner for my parents and the restaurant team made it a grand success. Our stomach was full of tasty food and heart was full of joy and happiness. Thanks for the support.

The variety offered for "Puttu- the steam rice cake" is mind-blowing. We tried 3 variety of puttu. All looked and tasted good.

- 2nd branch of Dhe Puttu in Kerala and smaller one compared to their Sibling in Kochi. - Everthing in this restaurant reminds you of actor Dileep,His dialogues,Movies,Music. Ultimate place for Puttu lovers... You can expect the same quality and taste as that of the one in Kochi.. The food is tasty and the staff is courteous... It has good ambience and is neat and well maintained.. The best part of this place is that menu keeps changing now and then and they experiment with different varieties of puttu.. So you'll never run out of options
