Tasty food. A decent hotel. Located near the beach. We had our breakfast here. Porotta and fish curry was really tasty. You will get many short eats & snacks too. Just walkable distance from the beach. Mostly crowded always. All must try this place once at least as it’s a known restaurant with good quality food.

I have tasted food in take away type as always this restaurant has been found busy . Today had lunch here and taste and quality of biryani was good. Family and AC section is in first floor. Separate snacks counter is there for take aways.

We came here for tea and snacks in the evening. And it was good. Particularly "pazham nirachath." "Unnakaaya" was equally enjoyable. Kallumakaaya Nirachath wasn't all that great. Everything was reasonable in pricing.

During my recent visit to the Bombay Hotel, I decided to explore their culinary offerings. I indulged in a couple of snacks and savored a refreshing juice. The one item that truly stood out among all was their Mutton Cutlet. It wasn't just good; it was extraordinary, leaving an indelible mark on my taste buds. The bustling crowd within the establishment was a testament to the deliciousness of their offerings. It was evident that the place had garnered a loyal following due to the consistently tasty food they served. I had also heard about their reputation for exceptional Mutton Biryani and Prawns Biryani. These dishes are now firmly on my radar for my next visit. The anticipation of trying them out is already making me look forward to my return. Despite the tantalizing food, finding the place proved to be a bit of a challenge due to heavy traffic in the area. Nevertheless, the taste experience at Bombay Hotel more than compensated for the minor inconvenience. In conclusion, my visit to the Bombay Hotel was a gastronomic adventure that left me craving for more. I can't wait to explore their diverse menu further and discover new culinary delights.

Ambience: This hotel is known for its biryani and evening tea and snacks. I visited in the evening for tea and snacks, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that they are the one only place in Calicut that serves mutton cutlets. This is a rare treat, as mutton cutlets are not commonly found in Kerala cuisine. Food: They have a wide variety of snacks to choose from, and I tried a few of them. The mutton cutlets were delicious, They also have a variety of other snacks, Service: The service was friendly and efficient. My order came out quickly, and the staff was happy to answer any questions I had. Overall: Overall, I had a great experience at this hotel. The food was delicious, the service was friendly, and the hotel is little busy and noisy, I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to enjoy a cup of tea and some snacks.

"I recently had the pleasure of trying the beef biryani and kallummakazha at Bombay Hotel I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. The beef biryani was rich and flavorful, with tender chunks of beef and perfectly cooked rice, infused with a medley of aromatic spices that left me craving for more. As for the kallummakazha, it was a revelation. The flavors were bold and authentic, offering a true taste of Kerala cuisine. The combination of spices and the tender jackfruit made for a mouthwatering dish that I won't soon forget. The service was impeccable, and the ambiance added to the overall dining experience. I can't recommend the beef biryani and kallummakazha at Bombay Hotel highly enough. If you're a fan of Indian and Kerala cuisine, this is a must-visit spot that will leave your taste buds satisfied and your craving for great food fulfilled."

One of my favourite restaurants in Kozhikode city. Nice ambience, decent service, spacious dinning area, well maintained hygienic conditions. Good non veg options as well as snacks. Some of their special dishes are costly but they really worth what you pay for.

Bombay Hotel in Kozhikode is an old and great place, especially for biryani lovers. They have different types of biryanis to try. The restaurant has two floors and a good parking lot. You might have to pay 100 Rs for parking, but if you eat at Bombay Hotel, you can get that money back. It's a nice place with tasty food and convenient parking.

If you're a fan of Biriyani, this place is an absolute must-try! The standout dish for me was definitely the chicken & beef biriyani. It was easily one of the best biriyani I've ever had. In addition to the biriyani, I also highly recommend the Unnakka snack. It was incredibly tasty and had a real depth of flavor that kept me coming back for more. However, I must address a disappointing aspect of my dining experience. We ordered a serving of chicken fry and unfortunately, upon receiving the chicken fry, we noticed an unpleasant odor that indicated it was not fresh. Disappointed, we promptly returned it to the kitchen.

A nice, clean and hygienic place with no frills but Excellent food at very reasonable rates. The hotel has its parking nearby, where you have to pay Rs 100/-, which gets reimbursed while paying the bill. The portions are also very generous and the order gets served very fast. A must visit place.

Have been to this place on multiple occasions. Food tastes good with good service even during rush hours. Mutton biryani, chicken biryani, prawns, spring chicken are a must try. Plenty of parking is available as they have dedicated parking space besides the restaurant building.

We had breakfast and dinner here. The service and the taste of food is great. We had wheat parotta & carimeen masala for dinner. And we also tried two sweet dishes which are local delicacies. This place opens at 5.30 am and they are ready with breakfast. We had putta, upma and egg roast for breakfast. A good place to dine in and a must visit when you are in Calicut.
