Hotel is very good, I should say one of the nice hotel in kunnamkulam town and near by area, live music, good view, good food and well maintained wash room and other areas. The ambience in this hotel is good and they have good desert option also, provided parking space not a big one three to four cars can park at a time here. North India side people can see here for serving purpose. Food is little over priced.

Veg and Non Veg options available at reasonable price, located at ground floor. A/C Convention Hall located at second floor. Hotel located at state highway from kunnamkulam to Guruvayoor Road at right-side. Restrooms are available.

Hygienic and tasty food. Quantity is less (both curry items and rice items) compared to other hotels.

Great food with amazing menu options.. Atmosphere is calm and ambience is very pleasant.. Courteous staff and nice views..

Ac was not properly working and only after the function you should transfer the waste or other kitchen plates through lift when we need to go down the lift should be used by the workers and the guest are waiting for them long time

It was my anniversary celebration. Ordered a cake from their mango bakers. Cake was excellent. Ordered three veg meals as parcel too. Got kadala curry pooris baji along with meal parcel.. Payasam was watery n looked as old stuff. Feel bad to say - no hospitality at all. The lady at the desk was very rough n irresponsible, who doesnt keep the basic customer service mentality n behaved very badly. After paying the bill i was called again from outside to ask if i cleared the bill. ATTITUDE MATTERS ALOT!
