Simple cafe -- what I loved the most was the banana muffins they make in the cafe. I cannot have enough. Amazing! The decor is nice but I sat outside. Try their muffins and have a cup of coffee. I love the simplicity -- most cafe's in Leh are over the top, french, german and organic... It is hard to deal with the hype.

Open hand serves the best coffee in town and the staff is extremely professional and friendly. If you're feeling lucky, try their all day breakfast, it is amazing.

Open Hand is hands down the best breakfast we had in Leh! My husband and I came here several times during our short stay in Leh - we just couldn't find anywhere that compared. The food is absolutely delicious - we loved the set breakfast that comes with the freshly baked goods and bread, eggs, veggies, and great coffee. The atmosphere is wonderful whether you are sitting outside on the sunny terrace or inside in the cozy space. The owner is extremely kind and we appreciate their mission-driven ethical business model. A true delight and gem!

No trip to Leh is complete without a morning coffee at Open Hand! The best, cutest cafe in town. The host is extremely nice and they have amazing stuff for purchase! PLEASEEE GO!!! Thanks Cor, we'll be back super soon!
