敷地内に畑があって野菜を栽培しています。
オープンキッチンになっていて調理してるところを観察できました。
サマーシーズンのみの営業みたいです。
ウインターシーズンはデリー隣のグルガオンで別のレストランを営業してるとの事。
そこはやはり予約客限定で、
８人掛けのテーブル１つのみのお店らしい。
そちらも機会があれば行ってみたい。
毎日限定2組。予約をしないと入れないお店だけどリーズナブル。お酒も事前にリクエストしておけばジャンムーカシミールのローカルビールが飲める。野菜は敷地内の畑で採れた新鮮なものばかりで、お肉はオーナーがデリーからわざわざ空輸するほど。レーで食べたレストランの中で一番洗練されていた、滞在中2回も行ってしまった！
이번 여름 마지막 손님으로 예약해서 다녀왔습니다. 거의 10코스가 되는 고기와 생선 창작 요리들. 직접 기르신 야채들. 직접 만드신 베이컨 다 너무너무 맛있어서
