Review The Coffee Lounge - Leh

Rhys Scarrott
This is a nice place that serves great coffee. There only ever seems to be 1 guy at front of house tho he managers quite well. I have seen a women which appears to be the manager tho seems stressed out. The Shakshuka was great and rice paper fresh spring rolls were ok. I think earlier mornings or late evening when the sun isn’t beaming would be the best bet.

Best Café in Leh! Excellent quality of the food and drinks (the tea e.g. is dried by themselves), nice atmosphere and a very friendly and obliging owner. We can definitely recommend this place (we have been there almost every day during our stay in Leh).

Lovely cafe/restaurant just out of the main town centre. Lovely view across the valley from the terrace and tasty food! A little more expensive than a few other places but the food is worth it! Some great cakes as well.

The atmosphere, coffee, tea and cakes were all top-notch, but what really made this place special was the amazing owner and staff who clearly puts their heart and soul to make it an amazing experience. Just at the walking distance from leh market. Experience calmness, some amazing delicacies.

What a delight to find this cosy and quiet cafe to enjoy a leisurely breakfast and touch base with work while in leh. Location is conveniently on the fort road right next to the gorgeous lehwalle pashmina store. Everything is prepared to perfection, the desserts are just perfect for a sunny day in leh! Do not under-rate the amazing array of local herbal teas that are served at this cafe. Surely my hang out for the entire season!

It is a little of the main market, which makes this a little more quiet. The place is nicely furnished and the staff is nice. We had the grilled cheese, which came with caramelized onions and was delicious. We also had the almond cake which was very good as well. The tea was also good.

One of the best cafes in Ladakh. Bakery and coffee were delicious & the way of serving was thoughtful.
