We are a family of 2 with 1 kids and chose to go to Lonavla with Della Resort.This is our first time to this resort and Lonavla and we were awestruck by the service provided in this resort. Right from the welcome during heavy rains with staff well prepared with necessary things.
The staff at the restaurant were very polite and kid friendly and service was very quick. We had delicious food in Creme Della. Special Thanks to Ms. Rina she had provided us unexpected service and she has very good suggestion skills, If you confused what to eat then you can take her suggestion.
If you are a family with kids and want to enjoy the food, and service, then Della Resort should stand as your NO 1 CHOICE

We were a group of 8 people. There is a cover charge of 750/- per person, which can be utilized for eating, but thats the minimum amount taken. We went there looking at zomato reviews. On entering, we were told AC restaurant was only for serving thali, for al carte one needs to sit in non-AC, open area, something like food court in malls. Since, there were really small kids with our group, we wanted sofa, but they were not available. Enough no. of fans were not there, it was hot. We had to ask thrice then were served water. There was delay in service of food. Food was not properly hot. Quality and taste was below normal. Dals were bland. We had ordered crisp nan, but the nan we were served were soft. Not value for money. Its better to go to cream centre. Creme della is costlier than cream center, with bad service and food.
