Review Luk Jin - Lucknow

We came here on a recommendation & below are my comments. Food is Excellent especially the egg plant curry,sausages,custom made egg noodles with brocoli ,onion and cashews. Egg fried rice is top notch. Over all the items we had are the best tender Chinese food. Am conveying my best wishes to the manager swamy and the chef's who made these delicacies and my heartful thanks to the serving staff she did her best Hope it helps for evryone

Thanks a ton to Siddharth for making our birthday dinner special. Chef ujjwal greeted us with delectable preparations. It was a warm and delightful experience.

Loved the place a perfect place to have thai and chinese cuisines here. And especially go through with the sweet dish sections.

We went to China House after listening to so many good reviews from friends and family! Firstly, they did not disappoint us at all. The ambience and the food was amazing! One of the finest places to have Chinese food in Lucknow I must say! Special thanks to Siddharth and Smriti for making our dinner so special and going out of there way to make this night extra special for us ❤️ I would definitely recommend this place to everyone who is looking for good food and good times!

One of the most authentic restaurants serving cantonese/south east asian cuisine here in Lucknow. Couple that with some nice servers and bam you get a perfect evening setup for a cozy dinner. Special mention to Ms. Smriti and Mr. Siddharth both wonderful people. They added a lot to our evening. We were with a child and they managed us very well. Thanks Will see you soon.

Great ambience and quick service, the service by Amit was really wonderful and the food by chef pradeep was phenomenal. The Asst manager rajneesh is courteous and welcoming and made the overall experience better.

It’s a great place for Chinese spread. I loved the entire Chinese spread. Not the regular chinese you eat. I would say it’s lip smacking and not at all bland. The staff is courteous and the service is great.

Disappointed to have received the poorest of services in Lucknow in the recent past. Extremely disorganised staff, and unbelievably bad food. The starters were half prepared, the main course specially the gravy dishes tasted bad too. There seems to be something pitifully wrong with the staff in the kitchen. In addition, no waiter seems interested in serving well. Not worth the time, money or patience.

Not a fan of tbe restricted timings and availability.<br/>It's good to finally have a full fledged authentic Japanese eatery, but, I feel like a lot is missing.<br/><br/>And incase I misordered, I'd love to go again and experience the real Lukjin because the present state seems really dull and lacking a lot of things.<br/><br/>The duck was really nice. Want more options, more flavours. Sushi should be available at more than a days notice!!!

Tonight's dinner spread at @hyattregencylko . This is at their Chinese and Thai restaurant, Lukjin.<br/>Perhaps the only place in Lucknow to serve such glorious authentic Chinese food.<br/>Now let me be clear, this is not your usual desi Chinese place. It's tending towards a pan Asian side but maintaining the spice for the Lucknow palate. At no point would you feel that the food it bland.<br/><br/>The experience usually starts with a tea ceremony to clear your palate and improve digestion.<br/>The spread consists of the following<br/>- Herbal Hibiscus Tea<br/>- Spicy Pumpkin Cracker ( complimentary and delicious)<br/>- Assorted Dumplings:Vegetable, Mushroom and Spinach, Edamame ( best was the vegetable and edamame)<br/>- Mongolia Starter ( off the menu item, available on request)<br/>- Thai Raw Papaya Salad (one word- AMAZING)<br/>- A glass ( or a bottle 😛) of Chardonnay 🥂<br/>- Stir Fry noodles ( insanely good. My parents don't like pan Asian but they loved the noodles)<br/>- Fried Rice ( kinda bland but works well with the spicy gravy)<br/>- Tofu starter ( By far the SOFTEST tofu I have had in my life. It was amazing. Absolutely must order )<br/>- Sticky rice and Mango ( it was okay, could be given a miss)<br/>- Lavender Tea ( great way to end the meal)<br/><br/>Absolute must visit in Lucknow for an Asian experiences.

We went to this place to enjoy some authentic Asian food. Nestled in Hyatt Regency, we knew we will not be disappointed.<br/>For starters, we ordered Steamed Mushroom & Spinach dimsums, Lamb Bao and Prawns.<br/>Among these, the dimsums were our absolute favourite. Truly one of the best you can relish in Lucknow. Lamb Bao was also really good.<br/><br/>For the main course, we had a Veg dish in Pickle Sauce and Fried Rice. Pickle Sauce is really delicious if you enjoy spicy and tangy food. I really love this sauce.<br/><br/>The ambience of the place was good. It is a quite place, good for a couple dinner or family outing. However, I felt the service for a tad bit slow. Dinner last night became a truly memorable one thanks to the #hyattregency team . It was a perfect blend of relaxed ambience , excellent food and warm hospitality .<br/>For starters we opted for Sichuan style Chilli Chicken , Crispy Fried Lotus Stems and Potato in Honey Chilli Sauce , Som Tam (Thai Raw Papaya Salad) along with Pear Sparkler , Talisker Single Malt and a special concoction by their mixologist which consisted of Pineapple juice , Pomegranate juice and Sweet Fennel . These actually filled us up and we paused for a while before the main course for which we went by the Chef's recommendation - Thai Green Curry Chicken and also the Veg version accompanied by Jasmine Rice . .<br/>5* stars to Lukjin for making it a It was thoroughly enjoyable evening for us .

Luk Jin at Hyatt serves authentic Chinese. Their service is quick, food served is fresh and flavourful. A good place for a family dinner. Also, this place only serves dinner so book your table before visiting.

Really liked the authentic oriental food . Nice and authentic ambience and super friendly service. Pricey but good once in a while. Edemame Dimsums are a must try<br/>

I have always liked Lukjin as the food is excellent. But last night was such a bad experience that i will not return to this place. Our first round of drinks and starters came within 15 mins which was great. But we sat there waiting 40 min for our main course. Then finally when the food came we asked about the delay, the server told us that our table’s KOT(order slip) got “misplaced”, so she had to place another order. My family and I were blatantly ignored by the servers for 40 mins while we sat with empty plates in front of us. Is it not a practice to inform the customer that there will be some delay in the food? I asked for a glass of water, which never even came. Was the order “misplaced” for this too? The worst part about all this - the restaurant was almost empty, hardly 4 - 5 tables were occupied. The food still tasted good but not a good enough reason to make us come back

Went to have a nice family dinner. Loved the ambience. Lovely food. Wide variety. Taste vise it's awesome. Had a lovely chinese dinner after a long time. Service is ok. But since everything else is so nice that it makes up for services. Would love to visit again sometime.

The choice of the dishes on the menu card were very good . The Chinese is of authentic taste. The chef was kind enough to make the appetizers according to my taste . The staff is very courteous. On the whole, I had a lovely experience

They have the best Chinese in town but the staff is too shrewd and though the waitress (Mehrunisa) took the order as well as the Zomato Gold Code in the beginning itself but refused to apply later.

It’s a nice not so conventional Chinese restaurant, the food is delicious but portions a little on the smaller side for me , interiors are decent nothing over the top or unique I would say more of a classic cafe sorts , service was on tap, that’s about it

Lukjin at Hyatt serves the best Chinese in town. Whenever I crave for good authentic Chinese I always end up at Lukjin. My personal favorites are Chicken fried rice, chicken in black bean sauce, dimsums, chicken noodles, sichuan chicken, thai chicken satay which is a must try, stir fried pok choy with mushrooms. Beautiful classy interiors gives alot of warmth to the place. Perfect place to dine in with family. Special mention for Chef Durgesh Yadav who always makes sure our experience is the best. Thanks to him for his hospitality.

I went to Hyatt Lukjin when i went to Lucknow for the 1st time. This place was awesome. The service, the hospitality, the vibe and the stewardess and her attitude was just superb.<br/><br/>We ordered things which were off the menu and they were just as per our expectations. I ordered Crispy Chilli Babycorn and a Chilli Garlic Noodles. Both were really nice.<br/><br/>Also it was my birthday and the stewardess arranged for a lovely cake and made it all the more special.<br/><br/>Also, i must have are its wide variety of Green Tea's that they provide. A must must have.<br/><br/>Special thanks to Mehronissa (i hope i spelt it right) for making the evening wonderful.

Best place for dinner in lucknow . Ambiance is great . And specially staff ( Mr. Shraf)and sheff are great for serving thai food. Love Hyatt Regency (Lukjin) Must visit for dinner. A class in 5 star hotels.

Fantastic food and great service!! The manager Pavan here is really attentive, really looks after his guests, and the steward Ashraf too ,had the best Chinese meal in Lucknow.

Loved the ambience, food and service. The Tom yum soup was great and so were the chicken dimsum. The chicken satay with peanut sauce was good. For the main course we had chicken shezuan and veg noodles, they were alright.

The Chinese served in Lukjin is the best I have ever had ! Their Chilly Paneer is as spicy as it gets . The staff is courteous and the ambience also goes well. One should definitely try their honey chilly potatoes , dimsums and pan fried noodles. However, they don't have any options in the desert (chocolate) section which is the only drawback .

Hi lucknowites, my very first visit to this Chinese restaurant (Lukjin) at Hyatt Regency Lucknow, turned out really good, went for dinner ordered - (Red Thai curry with rice ~ curry was good flavour coconut milk taste and fresh green vegetables very healthy dish) then (Vegetarian Dumplings - there were very soft and nice stull taste of fine vegetables in it) & last (Vegetarian Noodles there were really good a must try) so overall experience was good as I was looking for an authentic Chinese restaurant and Lukjine is best place to visit.

The food was extremely amazing. Ordered Vegetable Dimsums and Crispy fried vegetables. It was sumptuous!! Must go for all authentic chinese and thai lovers.

Food is extremely sumptuous, a very well flavoured spread that leaves the after taste lingering.. the ambience adds to the experience on the whole. Except the service , everything was tops!

A nice place for oriental cuisine. Small menu, but more than enough choices. Friendly staff. Will go again. Child friendly as well. We are vegetarians, and got a decent number of good options.

This is one authentic oriental restaurant in lucknow which serves more than just Chinese. Went there during the dim sum festival and I was really amazed at the variety being offered. Not only Chinese dim sum, but other asian varieties too.<br/>Kitchen team, lead by Restaurant Manager Vivek, truly does a good job not just with food, but even with the presentation. Portion sizes are good enough according to the price (do keep in mind that this is a starred property). Food does use authentic Asian spices, blended down to suit Indian tastebuds.<br/>Ambience of this dinner time facility is soothing too. Dim lights and Asian music to sooth your senses and let you enjoy a good meal.<br/>Do visit if you are looking for good Asian food.

I had the Thai chicken Satay and Chicken Tom Kha soup. Both were good. Will have to try the rest of their menu sometime. I had to stop at appetisers after smashing a whole bottle of white wine.<br/>I was served by Arshad who was well informed and courteous.

Undoubtedly the best place that offers the authentic Thai flavour in Lucknow. Must try their Green Thai Curry . Also they offer a wide range of tea found around the world.

The food was good but very limited . The variety of food was very less . This is the place where I ate best gajar ka halva ever . The waiters was very good . Very cooperative if you you are going with your child they will not let them irritate you while having food

At first glance , we thought that the decor was a little over done , but once we settled into the comfortable seats on offer , I guess that was forgotten . The staff was attentive . We started with a Chicken Tom Yum soup , we asked for a lightly spiced version and that is exactly what we got . I found the ingredients to be fresh . Next was an appetizer - the chicken Satay . Think the consensus among the four of us what that this could have been done better . For the main course we had chicken in soya sauce , chicken fried rice and vegetable noodles . All three were perfectly fine and tasty . For dessert we had date pancakes with ice cream , and an assortment of mini pastries . I thought the desserts were all very good . By the end of the evening , we were a satisfied and happy lot 😀

Hospitality in hyatt is amazing.. The food they served and the ambience 5/5 for both...with an interactive kitchen one can see the dishes being made.. Dimsum and thai curry is a must try...
