This Place is Very Classic and perfect for dates, outdoor siting area is so beautifully with nature and greenery, they have the perfect area and ambiance for night parties like staying with friends and chilling in winters with bonfires and many more indoor games.. Finally the biryani surpassed most I've tasted so far at commercial restaurants in Lucknow, save a select few. This is tha wondering place that served both veg and nonveg. Talking about the ambiance this place has Greenery all around. The price per food items is all responsible here and the qualities is too good. This place is not very crowdy so yess Indeed it is good place if you are looking for some peace. Service is good and staff is too polite. A must visit ♥️✌️

Positives - Courteous staff, ample parking space next to the restaurant, close to main road, enough seating capacity, delicious food and well maintained restrooms. Went after having a bad day. Wanted to spend some good time with my wife. First the ambiance made the evening look great, then the service. Outdoor seating was great. They even tried to take care of mosquitoes by putting repellent sticks around our table. Then came the food. It was great. Especially the coriander chutney. It was a blast of flavor in my mouth. Kebabs n roomali roti were great, also the noodles were awesome. Biryani was served with all condiments and was perfect. The food portion size was also good. You can enjoy petting rabbits and birds here as well which can elevate your mood. The staff is also very helpful and have a great sense of service. A must visit for a romantic evening.

I have visited this place with family. I would say it's a hidden gem and pure bliss for food lover. Good place to hang out with groups as well as for family. I had Chinese over here. Fabulous taste with pretty good quantity. Food Hygiene and cleanliness is good. I would like to mention specially nature friendly ambience, i find it relaxing and friendly staffs. Two things can be improve, music could be better and restaurant front should be highlighted.

Ordered dishes like Chicken Butter Masala, Biryani, mix veg, Dal Double Tadka and mocktails with butter naan. The non veg at this place is not just tasty, but made with some of the best spices. try any chicken or mutton dish and you will know it. Overall dining at Pack & chew is a fabulous experience.

A beautiful place with comfortable and cozy ambience. Really enjoyed the kadhai paneer and palak corn sabzi. Service was also quick compared to the rush. I recommend the palak corn sabzi to everyone.

I really looked forward to this place as heard a lot from friends. It was a huge disappointment to eat there. Overly priced and salty, we got two of our dishes, chilli chicken and dehati chicken made again. Still I found the chilli chicken raw and no taste as such. Hakka noodles were okay and by the time our mains came, it was a cold. I really liked drums of heaven though.

Paneer 65 was the best! It was a fusion of Chinese and Indian taste! I liked the Andhra flavours in it.<br/>And also, I loved sweetness of golden corn amid the spice of noodles!<br/>The staff and ambience was pretty good and something that I liked the most was that they served everyone with fryums and green chutney while the food was being prepared.<br/>All over, a good visit . I ordered chicken Tikka nd pizza.. Love d ambience. Taste of chicken Tikka ws really gud. Bt pizza ws completely bland pizza sauce and veggies tasted raw.. It was a lovely rainy evening so thought of having some desi Chicken dish, have heard of Pack n Chew's dehati preparation from few of my friends n thought of given it a try n got their Dehati Chicken packed.<br/>Never expected this kind of bad tasting spicy prepration there was no flavour to it n it wasn't even properly seasoned all u can taste was brown spicy paste. Highly disappointed guys, have given rating of 2 just for the garlic pod u give in this. Team Pack n Chew need to improve ur food quality immensely..

If you desire to taste only fiery chillies in your food than only visit the place, not recommended at all, food is like burning coal in your mouth.. Disappointed

Coming directly to food. We ordered the following:<br/><br/>1. Veg Spring Rolls- Absolutely bland in taste and the sauce with it was just garlic and nothing else.<br/><br/>2. Fresh Lime Soda- We had mentioned to get us mix but it was full of sugar.<br/><br/>Main course took hours to come. We thought some amazing food awaits us. But...<br/><br/>3. Soondhi Handi- This was a paneer dish. Absolutely bad in taste. It was bitter and it seemed like it was already 10.30pm so they must have mixed a couple of gravies together. Dirty green in colour. Never had such a bad paneer dish.<br/><br/>4. Roti Normal Basket- Missi Roti was okay and the savior was Laccha Paratha. The tandoori roti were Papad. So hard and so bad.<br/><br/>5. Butter Chicken- Better than other items but still not upto the mark. Not worth the price.<br/><br/>6. Shahi Tukra- Very very sweet but the only decent thing of the day.<br/><br/>7. Chocolate Mount- 2 scoops of melted Vanilla ice cream.<br/><br/>Pack n Chew I truly feel it's time to wrap up. Such pathetic quality of food. Our birthday dinner was completely distasteful. We have always had the best time at Pack N Chew. it was almost like a second home, we visited so much. from all the visits, i've tried their north indian cuisine, their mock-tails, fast food and what not and everything is to die for. we recommend this place and are definitely going back there soon.

Good ambience , courtious staff , friendly owner but Over Priced as per my personal valuations . It had been my family's most preferred though , this place Looses 3 Points on Menu Pricing .<br/><br/>

I am sorry but I didn't like the food..<br/>The service was very good and servicemen were very nice.<br/><br/>Appetizers like Kung pao chicken and crunchy corn were too late for being called appetizers..<br/>None of the dishes we asked like handi chicken, keema Mattar, dal makhni, there was veg kuch bhi mushroom and none of them tasted good.<br/>I didn't taste veg but heard it wasn't good either except the chatpata aloo dish..<br/>The strawberry ice cream I had was good and I came to know that there it was self made with real chunks of strawberry.<br/>I have heard their food was good. In other city, it would have been but if you serve this food in a city like Lucknow, you won't win the war.

Nestled in the residential layout of Gomti Nagar Pack N Chew is like the Oasis for the hungry. The team has nurtured the surrounding with lots of plants and trees to give a very cosy feeling inside. The staff is very courteous and will make the right recommendations to your taste. I will highly recommend you try the Galavat Kabab & Shami Kabbab ( Mutton ). Do ask the staff to share the history of why these two Kabab's are cooked the way they are and your will never forget the experience. <br/>Chef Nittin is always willing to share more stories of food & lucknow :) if you are interested. <br/>Pack N Chew is a must visit for Dining if you are in Lucknow.

I've been to this place several times . But my last experience was not very good . I ordered butter chicken which did not taste good so I asked them to change it which they did . Attitude of the staff was great and service was also satisfactory. So over all it's 3/5 .

One of the most weird places to visit... The food is over priced and even tasteless.... The lamb burger has more of mustard flavour than the lamb patty<br/>

This was my 3rd visit nd dis time i soo wanted to write dis review.. excellent food it was .. so tempting nd soo satisfying. Had chicken manchow soup,Dehati chicken nd roomali roti. Soup was gud..d highlight was dehati chicken, which was lip smacking nd was made exactly d way my father used to make wid a whole garlic pod , it was jst grt. Complimentery chutney, salad nd papads graced it well. <br/>The place is also huge.. wid open sitting options also.Jst d lighting of d place needs a bit work. It seemed dull for me.<br/>For food 5/5; staff service 5/5; ambience 3.5/5.<br/>If u want proper home made chicken food dis is d place.<br/>

FANTASTIC FOOD! If you re looking for a place that ensures you enjoy every bit of the experience, look no further! The Galavat kababs here are to die for and the Shammi kababs and the seekh kababs and the... basically everything that I tried was outstanding!!! A highly recommended restaurant and definitely on top of my list to visit again!

Sheer brilliance in food...Love the creativity that they bring to table. I love their biryani, Mutton and Chinese the place has new additions to it every time i visit them. Easily the finest restaurant in Lucknow, and arguably the best in class in the Country, Pack n Chew is located in the heart of Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. With one important exception (discussed below), this restaurant has been consistently good for last 15 years of my visits, and recently has gotten even better. Prices are relatively modest, especially given the quality. The food is absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing. The food is always fresh, properly prepared and a great value for the price. Before warned, though, that there is an important exception to this restaurant's quality, the restaurant's atmosphere is sophisticated but, at the same time, almost homely. Excellent ambiance and food is what we go to PNC for. Everytime we visit PNC, we find ourselves in a very relaxing atmos, surrounded by plants, fishes in aquarium, and other small pets; giving us a feel of being closer to nature where we have a lavishly cooked and deliciously spread food made to our order and liking. The menu is vast and every little detail has been taken care by Nitin to perfection. My folks are vegetarian and I am a hardcore non-vegetarian, and at this place we get the perfect blend of all cuisines of food to cater to my parents, us youngsters and our kids. Actually the kids in my extended family too enjoy a lot going to PNC, especially because of the special attention that all kids get here. The staff is amazing and you will find them to be the most courteous ones in all of lucknow.I have attended and hosted numerous business and personal parties and get-togethers at this place and you will be amazed as to how the folks at PNC will make your event successful. (as if it was their own event)The most important is to mention Nitin, the chef, the owner, the proprietor, the wholetime manager, and the perfectionist, who is the most reachable person at PNC.My vote - is to go to PNC every weekend .. This is one place which serves food at its best n no matter after how long you visit them the quality remains the best..there is absolutely no downfall in he quality of food....n to top it the entire staff is as old as ages...they recognise you n the feeling is so homely....one my best reviews for a good joint...do visit without a second thought n their chicken n fish are the best of all...

I had ordered butter chicken b/l ,kadhai Paneer, onion kulcha and lacha paratha on 19th Nov 2017.order was delivered well in time but the taste of butter chicken was yuck.. Sweet like tomato ketchup and chicken pieces were so hard and frozen... We didn't expect such food from Pack and Chew... Please improve.

Super duper Prawns with the most flavorful cheesy basil pesto I had here the other day. I'm still drooling. The kebabs were melt in the mouth. In my opinion most restaurants which are multi cuisine can't do justice to any. Pack n chew opened my eyes. Kudos Nitin. It's a tightrope you walk but your food is pure joy!! Every cuisine you do is exceptionally good!! Perfectly balanced.
