We did our 3 day dreamy affair at Renaissance Lucknow. Kudos to Mr. Bibhor from the events team who managed everything from end to end. It was him who made our wedding stress-free, from check in to checkout of our 80+ guests was very well managed. He was just a call away for all our needs even at 2a
The stay was great. The staff was very attentive and professional. The work on the overall looks was good too. The only thing I disliked was the poor wifi connection. Rest, everything was pretty chill.
Randomly picked up this hotel and landed up making our most memorable holidays. The most important thing is first impression and always the best, professional staff with most friendly service. L14 Breakfast room can be compared with a well organized breakfast buffet and freshly prepared Indian break
Excellent location with great food spread. Rooms are quite spacious with good amenities. May get a bit noisy if you have rooms near the adjacent mall due to late night music from the pubs.
The overall experience was nice only the speed of the service they provided was not as fast as I expected.
Also the view was fantastic especially the pool area I just loved it .
The price was a bit overrated. I found there are plenty of options in this regard in Lucknow .
But it was still nice 👍
