The Cherry Tree Cafe offers a beautiful atmosphere with lush outdoor greenery and indoor aesthetics. The hazelnut coffee is a delight, and the sandwiches are a must-try. Service is decent, but the real charm lies in the good vibes it exudes under the night sky. A perfect spot for a relaxing evening.

I really liked the vibes of this place. Perfect for spending quality time. Both indoor and outdoor seating arrangements are available. The service was also good. The food was simple and tasty. Will definitely visit again.

If you are looking for a peaceful slow evening in lucknow with your loved once this is a perfect place for you. The ambience is amazing with a outdoor sitting which a beautifully kept around green plants trees, a real good place to just sit and read a book and have some coffee. The indoor sitting area is pretty and minimalistic. They serve good desserts and my favourite was blueberry cheesecake. The quality of food is nice. One would give 7stars and up except few stuff. Talking about the pricing it is not very cheap nor too expensive approximately may cost around 500-700 for two. Overall great place to visit, you'll feel like home. :)

We all have our favourite orders at The Cherry Tree Café - whether its their signature pizza and pasta or the comforting Mac n Cheese. We love the Sandwiches and Jamaican Jerk chicken. Can't miss to mention - their coffees! But two things that need a special mention with regard to food and menu at TCT: 1. it is always fresh and 2. the menu keeps evolving with seasons and its changing moods.

Finally, a place to indulge in a good pastry! Their cakes and pastries are far better than most famous bakers in town! The only drawback is having limited options in the Eggless section! It's a cafe so they do have some seating space! Good crowd! Location adjacent to Lakme Saloon / Tony&Guy or next to the Geetanjali saloon! Parking: cafe is on the road so space to park a car but 2 wheeler can be accommodated for a shorter period!

A beautiful cafe located in the heart of the city with a beautiful ambiance. Food is the best part but service is not upto the standards. They need to work on the service part . But if you are looking for a good food then it's definitely a recommended place. I will definitely come again for food and looking forward for good service in future. I love the ambience.. I first ordered burger and sandwiches.. Sandwiches were yummy,it was I think paneer grilled sandwich.. In the desert I ordered cheese cake that was not good at all. It ruined my taste buds.. So 3 stars.. I don't like the desert flavor at all. The prices are fine

I have been to this place couple of times because of its ambience. Their service is not good you will have to keep looking at people for assistance. Twice I visited they forgot my two orders, the taste of non-vegetarian sandwiches is not at all good. The only good thing is the ambience that's it.

Must have Pesto Pasta and Chicken patties. Visited on 15th Feb evening. Have odered Pesto Pasta, Mutton Patties, 3 cheese Garlic Bread, Watermelon Mojito n special Hot Chocolate. Food was really awesome but the beverages were sweet in extremes couldn't drink it more than 2 sips. Beverages were served when food was almost finished n we were expecting it with the food. Serving beverages took 45 mins approx. Watermelon Mojito's taste was more likely of bubblegum n was very sweet And I requested to change Hot Chocolate as it was very sweet n it was changed in 10 mins but in take away cup, took it but didn't had it. For better customer service suggest to ask customer whether they want their beverage with their food!! Simple things to be taken care of. The restaurant back area was full of bad body odour it was just stinking badly, air freshner is must!! I am a regular visitor at the cafe and love your Pesto Pasta, Chicken Patties, oats chocolate chip cookies n truffle pastry. Basically, food is really good but beverages need a lot of improvements.

I visited yeaterday, ambience was excellent, enjoyed the live music. Ordered mexican pasta, butter masala paneer wrap and cheese spinach sandwich. Sandwich was too yummy and the other two disappoints. Now the service, itna wait kaun krata hai bhai !!! P.S. Introduce Boost/Bournvita Shake to improve the service guys !!��

TCT has always been my go-to place be it with my friends or family. The food is delicious, Mac and cheese being a 10/10 recommend. The ambience is cute and comfortable to dine in for a full meal or just a sweet pastry with coffee. Love this place!

Friendly and cozy ambience with great food.

I ordered three desserts and all three were not fresh. You could tell the cheesecake was atleast a day old. Overall did not like the taste of any of the three items.<br/>

The Cherry Tree \\ 🍒🌳 <br/>It is one of the best cafes in lucknow. I simply love the ambience there. I had visited cherry tree last in February,2020. I had a hazelnut latte and my aunt had a hot chocolate. We also took two brownies- one was a walnut brownie and the other was a chocolate brownie. It was a nice winter evening, truly well spent. The staff is very courtesy there and the service is wonderful. It’s a fancy cafe and had an eye for detail. The decor of the cafe is very young ish and cute and it also has a positive vibe.

Visited this place post Covid-19 Lockdown and I feel so sad to pen down what a disappointment Cherry Tree is becoming gradually. The staff that served us did not know how to behave on professional terms. They seemed pretty irritated and in a hurry all the time. The guy on the main desk told us blantly that they were shutting down with no apology while we were already sitting there for 15 minutes and no one cared to take any orders. Even after we mentioned it to him he seemed pretty careless with no intentions of a good customer service experience. I've been visiting this place as long as I can remember and it was one of my favourite hangout spot but feels like Cherry Tree lost it's value over the time. I wish they maintained it.

With my husband,siblings,friends....hundred years if I count!! <br/>The best part of this place is the ambiance...the soothing aura gives you peace inside out!! The food is OK... Some dishes are best served here... Like cold coffee, pasta and junglee sandwich..(This is mostly what I have) <br/>The only dislike to this place is their waiters whom I find a little impolite...otherwise a perfect place to hangout if you have pocket full😜

Farmaer lasgana was preety nice but chicken lasgana was not upto the mark choco truffle was good but mud pastry was too hard. There was alot of mosquitoes and you really need lot of patience for your food to come

Ordered Veg Wraps and Spicy Mexican Pasta today and it was all so tangy and tasteless. Based on the hype of the place, I had high hopes from them but didn't expect everything overly sour in the name of wraps and pasta. Really hope that they pay attention to their customer's feedback seriously and rectify the way they prepare their food.

I was at The Cherry Tree Cafe in Hazratganj on the afternoon of March 17 2020. I had ordered Chilly Paneer and Masala Lime Soda. The Masala Lime Soda was served after around 15 minutes. However, Chilly Paneer wasn't served for around 35 minutes after I had placed the order, that too, when I had to remind them twice. And all this while a few other people who had cone after me were served their orders before me. The Chilly Paneer was very average. It seemed that Cornflour had been overused to coat the pieces of paneer which made it difficult to taste the paneer itself, making the piece difficult to chew. During all this, it was only Ms Preeti Das, the Assistant Manager of the Cherry Tree Cafe who was receptive and attentive. I even saw her instruct the staff to clean each table with disinfectant and personally supervise the entire process. When my order was delayed and I made it known to people from The Cherry Tree Cafe, it was Ms Preeti Das who personally expedited the preparation of the order and even offered me a pastry. Her conduct during my time at the Cafe was of a very high standard.

I have previously given very nice reviews to your place and hence keep coming back but yesterday,i was disappointed with the service. I am even fine with having to wait but not fine with constantly having to ask for cutlery to eat(This is not about the extra cutlery but the bare minimum that is required). The server even came and took away the water glasses while the rest of the order was to still arrive. Again had to ask him to get glasses. It could have still been fine if the place was too crowded which it wasn't at that point of time. On asking for the bill,it was straight away placed in front of the male friend i was dining with inspite of me calling for the billI . I think the staff needs to be briefed about all these etiquettes. The food was as usual good.

if we talk about bakery and cafe the cherry tree was one of the best and decent bakery and cafe in Lucknow . but my last experience was super bad.. the new floor manager couldn't able to understand what customers are trying to say... the coffee was froath free and cold and when i complained about it , he made my coffee worst and pastry was too bad in serving and big serving spoon was given to eat it...i again have to request for small tea spoons ..Old floor manager wad superb and good with customers.

I have been to cherry tree half a dozen times. There pastries are decent enough. But that's only when you have it on the spot. But half of those times when I have had to pack stuff...the staff has almost ALWAYS gotten the order wrong. And before I can check what they have packed - they always tape it up. This is like the 3rd time the staff has got my order wrong.<br/><br/>I ordered for crazy crunch square and a black velvet cupcake - to go ....instead...I got some random chocolate pastry.<br/><br/>Again the food ain't bad....but you have to be very observant when you are placing a to-go order. Quite disappointed that it has happened so frequently.

Sad-wiches were disappointing. Sandwiches were literally too sad to eat. The service wasn’t up to the mark. Cherry tree doesn’t seem to uphold the sort of goodwill it did before.

Their caesar salad was normal though I was expecting some olives in it. But what's wrong with the cheesecake. The base was soggy and the cheese wasn't fresh. Don't order cheesecake, you will regret. Also, this place is mediocre but hyped because of the ambience .

Want to have a pretty little get together with your close friends, the cherry tree cafe is the place for you. With the perfect beautiful ambience and mouth watering food, this place has all my heart. I had Mac N Cheese, mushroom pepper salt sandwich and devil choco cup cake. I would strongly recommend the devil choco cup cake as it's something I've never had. It was densely rich chocolatey and yet not filling. The crumbs were soft and melted in my mouth. The icing was perfect. Best place with best food❤️

Looking at the reviews, expected this place to be decent. However, the service and the food were both quite a let down! The waiters are okayish, not really professional. Ordered a Caesar salad which apparently is a chefs special on the menu. It was by far the worst I have had. Caesar dressing was replaced with mayonnaise and croutons with some soft, sponge like garlic bread pieces. Quite a disgrace! Although, sadly, these issues are not new to cafes in Lucknow. This place could do a lil better.

Ordered a fresh fruit cake for a birthday with design specifications they messed up the entire cake and when i called them they said that maybe the person who took the order did not take me ‘seriously.’ This has happened before as well and I am extremely disappointed, wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone for cake orders. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE NOT ONCE BUT MANY TIMES NOW.

Best place to hangout with friends. Pocket friendly. I have visited twice this week. At first visit we ordered clubbed cheese sandwich... which tasted ok ok. The gulabjamum cheese cake was really delicious. On second visit, We ordered tandoori paneer pizza which was lit. Service is a bit slow. otherwise everything was fine.

Have consistently been ordering the Gulab Jamun cheesecake from TCT through Zomato but was outrageously disappointed today when they sent me a stale piece. I understand maintaining an optimum inventory is not possible but at least do not send obviously stale-looking stuff to your customers. One look and I knew it was bad. There are organisations which collect leftovers from restaurants, so please do not try to be capitalistic by selling leftovers. This is not the experience a customer pays for.

Had this FALAFEL PLATTER at THE CHERRY TREE CAFE, HAZRATGANJ. Falafel platter consists of falafel, hummus, pita bread, tzatziki sauce, salad and lavash. Falafel is an Egyptian dish which is a deep fried ball, made from ground chickpeas and some herbs, spices and onions are added to the dough to enhance its taste. Hummus is a Levantine dip or spread made from cooked, mashed chickpeas or other beans, blended with tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and garlic. Tzaziki is a dip made up of salted strained yogurt or diluted yogurt mixed with cucumbers, garlic, salt, olive oil, sometimes with vinegar or lemon juice, and herbs such as dill, mint, parsley and thyme.  Pita is a yeast-leavened round flatbread baked from wheat flour. Salad consisted of lettuce, green and red bell peppers, olives and jalapeno. Lavash is a soft, thin unleavened flat bread made in a tandoor. The whole platter was quite delectable. Everything in the platter was savory except for the fact that it was quite dry.<br/>The staff is also humble and the service is also quick. Would definitely recommend you people to try this falafel platter at least once.

Ordered Spicy Mexican Pasta and Veg Wraps today. Both were tangy disasters. The food was an overdose of sourness. It was for a birthday. Message instructions were not followed and the I have never seen a cake uglier than this one despite it was supposed to be elegant, considering I had ordered a Tiramisu cake. I had also ordered two pastries. The cake could have had a better flavour be it coffee or of chocolate. Overall, an expensive disappointed, this so-called cake was in the name of Tiramisu Cake.<br/><br/>-----------------<br/><br/>This is another place that I have heard of as a popular hangout spot nowadays. Located inside a lane in Hazratganj, this place ia cozy with lovely decor. It is great to walk in and enjoy some good food and peace on a afternoon, however, the place is small and gets crowded and loud during evenings. I have found their desserts to be good. Ordered a cappucino to go with a chocolate brownie-dessert yesterday. Their coffee was not strong and therefore, hadto request them to add some more coffee to the drink. One thing that I would recommend here is their Mud Slice for all the chocolate lovers which I immensely liked. Being a coffee lover, I need would still say that there is a vast scope of improvement when it comes to the coffee they serve.

This was my first time visit to this place and probably the last. The one star that i gave is just for the interior of the place.<br/>Now coming to the food experience. I ordered:<br/>1. Chicken Lasagne.<br/>3. Three cheese chilli toast.<br/>4. Watermelon mojito.<br/>5. Brownie fudge shake.<br/>The only thing worth the money was the watermelon mojito. Brownie fudge shake was so-so, neither that good nor that bad. Chicken lasagne was the worst of all. Infact the worst lasagne that I ever had. There was no chilli in the three cheese chilli toast. In short, the food tasted BLAND.<br/>I saw some reviews, and people are praising the chicken lasagne. I don't know if they had tasted lasagne before or not.<br/>Or maybe my case was an exception. But I payed a bill of Rs 800. Therefore I definitely not wanted my food to taste BLAND.<br/>
