Review Mr Brown - Lucknow

This Mr Brown bakery is on the upper ground floor of Eldeco Magnum Plaza on Lohia Path. The bakery is quite big and has good variety of bakery products including the cake, pastries, all kind of breads, cookies and biscuits. The staff is big and is responsive and friendly. They prepare products on order and one can customise their cakes and other bakery items.

One of the oldest bakery in town serving quality products since years. With ample Seating space & products that will make you go gaga, this bakery is a must visit. The cleanliness and hygiene is upto the mark & the staff is quite generous. They have still maintained the quality of their products be it the Baklavas, cookies or anything else. Really love the the varieties of Baklavas that they have. Also their Power Seed Cookies is definitely a try. Loaded with dry fruits these cookies will surely drool you. Also I tried their Pizza which I found to be an okayish in taste. So that needs an Improvement. They also have baked Samosa, which is something new and I'm sure you will love it's taste. The sub from this place is definitely a try. Really loved it. This place with a lively Ambience, and also being the nearest to one of the biggest malls in Lucknow this place is definitely a try.

Mr. Brown is amongst my favourites and this particular store is quite big and has several snack/sweet options along with decent seating arrangements.

Better than Husadiya branch. Sitting arrangements are good, super clean, self service and they keep variety of snacks, bakery products, biscuits, and stuff. Don't forget to try the cheese corn sandwich and eclairs pastry and fruit pudding. These are my favorite. Prices are a bit high compared to other bakeries but quality and quantity , both are extremely good. Just love it.

Nice bakery with plenty of options to choose from. We ended up having a few pastries as well as sandwiches. Quality was excellent and the sandwiches in particular were filling. Too often I’ve found bakeries to be cramped and claustrophobic with barely any room for seating. Not the case here at all, the seating area is bright and has a very open airy feel to it. Staff is friendly and helpful too, what more could anyone ask for?

Excellent cake and presentation was really appreciated. Staff is well behaved and supportive.

I ordered a birthday cake for my best friend i.e makeup cake and she simply loved it and it tastes even much better so if you want to surprise your love ones and need customisation too in cakes must go for it value of money

Mr. Brown is my all time favorite place in Lucknow. I like the place for it's calm and sober Ambience, variety of handmade chocolates and cakes, delicious pastas and burgers (Brown special) , beverages (especially coffee) and many more. And also try Brownies.

It's a great bakery. All it's branches are good as the products made my them are of A1 quality. This particular branch is more spacious than the Husariya Chauraha branch in gomti nagar. This one is opposite to Fun mall. All products are mostly fresh. Best cakes are available on demand.

Good service. Nice coffee and snacks. Value for money. Can sit and eat but it's self service. Good part is you get free drinking water which is becoming rare today.

Well, the food is good, a bit overpriced in some items, overall great ambience and quality of food, also staff is very helpful.

We ordered cake for birthday celebration If you talk about tast of cake it's just awesome But if you talk about presenting of cake it's not up to 4 star And if you talk about special name writting on cake it's not even 2 star

The ambience is very beautiful . They were taking the precautions for covid 19. The cleaner was cleaning the table at regular interval and after people leaving the table. We tried a coffee and sandwhich there which was also good. If u are a couple and looking for a place for dining thn u should go there

To get a cake packed for myself and grab a few snacks. Perfect place for evening snack cravings .. the pastries and cakes are delicious ... The place has self service for dining in. The items are quite fresh .. although the portion seems small as compared to price in some cases.

They were the first ones to get many new bakery products in town like Baklavas, varieties of cookies, Innovative cakes , festive special hampers and they have really progressed since it's inception and come up with many new outlets in town. The magnum plaza one being my favorite. It's the most spacious outlet, with food location and footfall. Perfect for birthday parties and gatherings as there is ample of seating space in the bakery.<br/><br/>Mr. Brown serves products of highest quality, maintains proper hygiene in their bakeries and kitchens and focuses on healthy food along with maintaining the taste of it since so many years.<br/><br/>Some of their highly recommended and my personal favorite bakery products are Baklavas, power seed cookies, freshly baked breads, customizable cakes, fresh fruit , chocolate pastries, dry fruit cookies, etc.<br/><br/>Every outlet has a cafeteria as well in the bakery where they serve lip smacking snacks and beverages at pocket friendly pieces. Best part of this place is ample seating area which you rarely find in a bakery. This has always been my constant for a simple yet decent coffee and cheese veg burger. Also exploring deep in their menu you find some amazing dishes like Brownie ice-creams, white sauce pasta, cheese garlic bread, sizzling chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream,iced tea, subs and much more.<br/>Also they have introduced some healthy options for Diwali like Power seed cookies made from 8 types of seeds, sweetened with honey and also their honey sweetened Baklavas of which the roll baklavas are the best in my opinion.

Got a cake for my parents anniversary. What was different about this cake was that even though t was eggless, it was much more tastier than the usual chocolate cakes. It melted like butter in the mouth. And just the right amount of sweetness. Cream was fresh and the cake was soft and spongy. Also,how beautifully it was decorated. So subtle and elegant. Loved it. If you like submarines & bored of SUBWAY<br/>then Mr Brown is the right place for you. They serve various assortment of submarine but my favorite is Panner Tikka Submarine In oregano bread, loads of veggies and different sauces.

Worst service of all the Mr Brown I've been to.Workers here seems to be quite busy even for taking your order and took More than an hour for an order of Burger to be served.

They serve mean biscuits. Coconut cookies were very tasty. They had this small biscuits not quite sure the name, were really good. The sandwiches were not that good, I hope they improve here.

One of the most popular bakeries in Lucknow. I Have tried this place for things more than just their cakes and bakery items. And I must say, the food is nice, not superb. Had tried their Baklawas which is their expertise and no doubt those were good. Also tried the chocolate brownie which I think was nice but can be improved. The wrap was nice too but could be improved with a few interesting dips to give a nice taste.<br/>Overall, nice place at this price point.

The Bakery, when it started, used to serve delicious pastries (have been a customer for as long as this outlet existed). But for the last couple of times, they have been serving stale pastries. You can literally feel the pastries to be stale as soon as you put one bite in your mouth. This is highly unexpected of one of the known bakery brands of Lucknow. <br/>Even their staff members have an unfriendly attitude nowadays. They appear to don’t care or as if they are doing you a favour by serving you.

Don't ever place any online order from this bakery. Even after paying extra money for delivery they delayed the order and my cake came after half of the party got over. Extremely unprofessional behaviour by the bakery staff

Hygiene wise getting bad to worst <br/>Your coffee cups turning so stained cause probably not well wash. Today one of your employee was doing something else and after touch garbage bin and without wash hands he went prepare my coffee that’s disgusting and anti hygiene. Mr. Brown belongs to one of the finest bakeries currently present in Lucknow. The taste lf it's products likes Pizza's, Paties and shake is nice. The thing in which they lag is their service. You have to once go to the Self Servicecounter and make the order, then they will provide you a slip and then you have to walk to the billing counter with that slip and pay there and then again walk back to the Self service counter to show them that you have made the payment, then they will start preparing your meal. I ordered A Pizza, a mocktail and Panner Paties which took 35 minutes to prepare, I could have ordered Pizza from Domino's and would have got it within 30 minutes and that to at my home. I was about to give pathetic review on it but I liked it's food. The pizza was very nice and cheezy and the mocktail was also very good. If they improve their service, I surely Give them 4.5/5 but as for now, 3.5/5 is what I give it to them. Thank you! Vaibhav Chauhan

I live in pune now and visited the place for the second time. A huge variety of snacks, desserts and cookies. Tried their cappuccino and was not as good as mc cafe or ccd. Pizza in a bun and corn roll were just for my tastebuds, they were perfectly balanced and last thing was fruit pudding which was good too.<br/>Ambiance 4.5/5<br/>Taste 4/5<br/>Service 3/5

Worst Mr. Brown ever visited.. The staffs ignore and disregard the customer.. I ordered Mojito the guy at the counter was literally squeezing lemon with his hands and to my amaze there were lemon seeds too.. coleslaw sandwich cabbage was stale. Onion in burger were very badly chopped.. <br/>Mr. Brown please do check your staff there, their behaviour is beyond tolerance. When I complaint that guy was literally laughing. God knows what great work he did that made him so happy!

I have always faced seating problem here.for some tables they have 6 chairs so sometimes you have to share it with others.Food is good like pizzas,cold coffee,pasta, and their cakes and pastries are really tasty.but i didn't liked their mocktails that much.

A bakery cum restaurant, Mr. Brown has always been in list of top bakers in the city but with the time they have expanded their bakery menu. <br/>This outlet can be easily spotted as it in the complex next to Fun Republic Mall, Gomti nagar. <br/>As we are quite aware about the cakes, pastries and patty are good enough but <br/>the burgers, pasta & cold coffee of the bakery is no way lagging behind, it's as good as the bakery items.<br/>I love the burgers they serve. <br/>The place is generally crowded. And at times, one might face problem in getting a seat. But overall it's a good place to have nice food & delicious pastries at an average price.

undoubtedly the best bakery in the city!! this place attracts me a lot as i have got a sweet tooth. The best way to beat the heat in summer is to try the cold coffee they serve, its definately worthy and the pastries here are to die for. Mr.Brown undoubtedly is one of the best bakeries in town! I always loved visiting this place until I became familiar with one of their silly rules that is you cannot consume the cold drink that you buy from here. If asked why? This is one of my fav outlet of Mr. Brown in lucknow. This outlet has better seating and ambience than other outlets. They have a lot of variety of bakery products. Today, we tried their white sauce pasta, chocolate truffle pastry, Irish coffee, strawberry shake and caffe frappe. All tasted good. Only disappointment was a bit slow service. Rest all was good. ☺

Bakery items are always good. Biscuits and cookies are really special. Though nothing like the bakeries in Dehradun, still my go to bakery in town. Service was very slow in the morning.. my ownly grouse.. took a good 20 min to serve coffee..

One of my favourite Mr. Brown outlet in Lucknow... Its spacious with great dining place where you can enjoy your food. The Veg Burger is one of the best Veg burger I've had in Lucknow. The Pastas are also awesome. Really wish they'd serve coke/pepsi to go with the burgers and fries though.

A lot to the menu apart from the usual snacks and beverages. Coffee was served hot and the sub was wonderful. The seating is cramped and has just enough space for a small group.
