A great place for parties. Nice food. Nice DJ set up. Lighting is also awesome. Area is large enough.

It needs some renovations, good quality sofas and lighting needs to be changed. The best thing was DJ. He really rocked the house!!

Overall Rating - 2.5<br/><br/>Food - Menu options are limited and there is not much choice around. There are only 3 chicken and 3 mutton main course dishes. Nevertheless the taste is great and quite fresh which stands out in each dish we ordered.<br/>However the quantity was very very less, and I say this after having tried similar dishes in similar format restaurants. I also found lack of detailing and thought process in the accompaniments. Example the complimentary salad had only onion rings- they could have easily managed a decent salad with cucumber, carrot etc. Also the sauf served after food was very basic. They could have atleast served flavoured sauf or some innovations like paan shots etc.<br/><br/>Service - Was very slow and lackadaisical. They served chicken malai kebabs with malai flowing and dropping on my table from the Flat wooden service plate. In the effort to look fancy they forgot the basics that something with sauce or cream flowing should not be served from Flat plates. <br/><br/>Ambience - It is spacious with soothing decor - Probably the only facet where they employed detailing and effort. However the music was either too loud sometimes or too low in volume with typical desi numbers. Would have preferred something instrumental and more classy to suit the surroundings.<br/><br/>Verdict - decent place to have dinner but definitely a no-go for me in future.

The place is a must visit for all the foodies! Delicious dishes combination with the perfect zest of flavors. A little lag on the ambience but the food makes up for it.

This place is located on the 4th floor, SRS City Mall. We went here today for buffet lunch. Great place with peaceful environment and good music. Staff is very well trained and providing good hospitality. They greeted us with complimentary welcome drinks. We had tried quite a number of dishes here like in starters we had sunehre dahi k kebab, paneer tikka, pyaz bhutte k kebab, murg malai tikka, galawati kebabs, gilafi seekh kebabs. All tasted good but special mention paneer tikka and galawati seek kebabs were too delicious. Galawati were so mouth melting amazing taste, a must try ! 👍. Coming to main course, we had methi malai paneer, kadhai paneer, dal factory, butter chicken, galawati chicken handi, all were superb, no complains ! Chicken biriyani was properly cooked and smelled deliciously amazing ! Last part was desserts, they served us chocolate brownie and vanilla icecream, gulab jamun and kulfi falooda. Brownie and rasgulla were not that good but kufli falooda revived my tastebuds ! Overall a must go place for family and friends !! 🖒

Visited tonight for dinner, nice & simple ambience with good smell. We ordered Sunheri Dahi Kebabs which was crunchy & soft inside 👌🏻 then Raan-e-Mirza mutton dish peaces were soft & juicy lived it 👌🏻 & in main course Dum Ki Nalli (mutton gravy dish) which was good with Lachcha Paratha. I like the quantity of food 👍🏻 and excellent service 😊 definitely visiting again very soon. Thank you!

'The spice factory', Indeed! <br/>If you want to have some real good food, hit this place! <br/>They have followed the rule 'keep it simple' in their ambience.<br/>The taste is amazing and will tickle your taste buds to satisfaction.

Nice and a decent place to visit. Food is good and the service is also fast. The environment is very comfortable. Its a new setup so not so much of variety.

Been dere a few days.. Unfortunately had to take Veg options...#Saawan u see. But nevertheless we had Dal Factory (read it Makhni) , Amritasari Paneer Methi Chaman (tried for the first time), Lachha Paratha, Butter Naan & Sab Ratan Biryani... a hell lot of items, rite!!?? <br/>Dal Makhni is something which is quite a tried n tested food for every Indian...But the Dal here was quite unusual... Light, Less Creamy, Lighter tone in terms of color....But buuooyyy it was Lip-smacking! Rest of the items were also gud enough to call them drool-worthy!!! <br/>But d Dal is a must try for every one eating dere!!! ☺️☺️☺️

Not knowing where to go we ended up here and Rajiv helped us through and got us great biryani. Good meal, clean and great service. Shall visit again.

Well visited the place this weekend!<br/>Ambinace is grand. <br/>Service is bad. <br/>Prices are Moderate-high.<br/>Quantity is sufficient for 2. <br/>Quality is good. <br/><br/>I ordered Classic Butter Chicken n Andaaz-e-Mutton Rogan Josh both were good to taste more on spicy side.. <br/>Murg Dhania Shorba was Superb- a must try. <br/>Also tried green apple n strawberry virgin mojito both were good. <br/>Breads are regular like any other place. <br/><br/>Now coming to service it was bad! Rather VERY BAD.<br/>Observations:<br/> 1.We were 6 people, glasses for water on table only 4.<br/>2. Water was served almost 30 minutes later, that too after asking for it. <br/>3. Guy serving us said drinks are not available (what we ordered), but an another fellow came and said that it's available.<br/>4. 2 different types of glasses served. ( as in a whisky glass was given for beer) <br/>5. No mouth freshers served on billing ( have to ask for it) <br/>6.Order delivered too late, have to give constant reminders. <br/><br/>Well, though the food n ambinace made up for bad service, but sure it's a negative impact. Today I went to Spice Factory and ate butter chicken and kadhai panner. The food was finger licking good.The butter chicken was tender, well spiced and was very fresh. Kadhai panner was soft, well spiced and with very decent panner cubes. Food was in very good quantity.Roti/Naan was rogini naan,garlic naan,podina naan and plain roti. The roti's were soft and well cooked . The waiters were very friendly.The price is ok and is not understood by anyone who does not see Zomato. Overall it was amazing.

I'll just keep it simple..awesome food specially their chicken with decent ambience and nice and friendly staff providing good hospitality..! Happy fooding..!

Tasty food, Quite atmosphere make it our favourite. The service is prompt and courteous. The choice in menu is very limited. Hope they include more items in it.

Finally it reopened, it's one of my favorite place to have lunch in a peaceful environment.I love to have butter chicken at this place, it's really yummy & delicious. Its spacious and lightening is good.. i like place with good light while eating. Food is also good they have variety in non veg and taste is also good . A decent place with peaceful ambience. Staff is welcoming as well as well trained have the knowledge of each and every dish. It is basically an Indian cuisine. We had a great experience as the surrounding was so good with light music. We ordered ambica Paneer tikka, bhuthe pyar ke khas kebab and dhania kadhai Paneer. All of the dishes were delicious no complains. A must go place with family and friends.

Once again TSF gets back to the city mall <br/><br/>The place has an inviting ambiance , the staff is well trained and gives you a warm welcome , they also keep a tab if you are left handed or right handed while placing the knife and forks . The food is nice , i liked the atta chicken and absolutely loved the smoked boti kebab and soya taco (roti mein soya) . thr mutton however did not appeal to me much but thats a matter of individual taste . The place was a great experience and can be toasted to both friends and family

The Spice Factory has relaunched and man! Must we say its relaunched with a bang.... this is indeed a must visit place for those who live for good food and enjoy a good meal with friends or family. The location is the top floor of a mall, so parking isn't much of an issue. TSF has a good location where you can enjoy your meal sans much hullabaloo around. Went with some friends to check out their new relaunched menu. And must say I was really happy with the meal. The ambiance is good with lovely decor and paintings on the walls adding to the classiness. The service is also quick and friendly. Tried the following dishes from their menu (photos of some of the items attached) - Bhutte pyaaz ke khaas kebab, dahi ke sunhare kebab, raan-ae-mirza, aata chicken, dhuan boti kebab, lachchha parantha, hyderabadi dum biryani, bharwaan murg palak ke kofte and ended it all with beetroot halwa. The non vegetarian dishes are well cooked and the boti kebab and raan-e-mirza are top on list of must try. But the best is aata chicken, where the chicken is hidden inside a dough ball and cooked as a dum. The Hyderabadi dum biryani, a delight for awadhi biryani lovers, felt a little low on spices but was good on taste. Don't forget to end your meals with their desserts, especially the beetroot halwa. Made from beetroot (of course), its not too high on sugar and yet is filled with taste. Good for weight watchers as well. A meal for two would cost a bit over INR 1000.

The place is really nice , personally i loved the interiors and few dishes like mutton and roti ke ander chicken were fabulous and rare to find dishes specially in lucknow, it is a must visit for all the non vege lovers .

Its been a long standing favorite. Missed it when it closed for renovation. Dined with family on Lohri. Warm decor, heightened ceiling, cozy spaces that cuts the clutter for a nice private dining experience. Their menu has got a makeover with lots of new innovative dishes while they retained the signature dishes. What I like best about their menu is authentic food items from all across the country with a modern twist in flavors and taste. My vegetarian picks were - Roti pe Soya Boti, Sunehri Dahi Kabab (very filling), Subz Biryani & Dal Factory. The non veg recommendation from family was - Atta Chicken  & Bombay Murgh Biryani. I tried their Beetroot Halwa and loved it! Moderately priced. Since its a fine dine, service was top notch. Wonderful place to host private, corporate or kitty parties. Will keep coming back, TSF!

Apparently, the time Spice Factory has re-opened with its newly designed interiors, it has won many hearts, because of the bright green and yellow combo chairs hitched with dark wood and white walls. The lighting in the main restaurant hall is dim but the seating arrangement makes it look graceful AF! Though I liked the private dining area more (where I exactly sat) because 1. There's a bit more lighting than the outer dining area, and 2. It feels cozy and bit more classified when you come with smaller families for exclusive gatherings or maybe a date!<br/><br/>While I visited TSF recently, the head chef at the restaurant, Mr. Gopal Bohra along with the manager, Mr. Sunit Kumar very sweetly attended me and my friend Azman, and suggested us some of their must try dishes. So, I ditched the buffet and ordered an A-La Carte including starters that sounded extremely delicious, and when arrived looked even more!<br/><br/>My two picks were Sunehri Dahi Kebabs and Ambica Paneer Tikkas. The kebabs were golden crisp on the outside and very soft on the inside because of the filling of hung curd that just melted in my mouth. A bit pale in taste though but quite delectable! Whereas the paneer tikkas were super tangy with the blend of pickles and other spices, marinated and roasted well with tender veggie cubes. Out of the two, I enjoyed the tikkas more!<br/><br/>PS : They even served us a jar filled their signature mocktail called the Santra Ka Mantra, a chilled orange drink topped with lemon and mint!<br/><br/>Even after filling my tummy with second and third helpings of the starters, I digged into the main course like a hogger. I had ordered one gravy and one dry dish and two types of breads to keep variety! The course included Methi Malai Paneer and Sabzi Haandi with Gilaafi Naan and Chilly Cheese Naan.<br/><br/>The paneer dish tasted slightly sweet and seasoned creamy Mughlai dish, and the sabzi haandi was a mix of assorted vegetables including peas, corn, mushrooms, potatoes, etc. Amongst the two breads I tasted, I liked the Chilly Cheese Naan more as it was soft to break, easy to chew and filled with spiced cottage cheese.<br/><br/>In the desserts, we opted for Beet Root Halwa being the healthy pick of the season, and to be honest I liked it so much even though I avoid eating the same at home because of over sweetened beetroot. But trust me, this was one beautiful dish I'd tasted and the crunchiness of the beetroot with the right amount of sweetness felt like a bliss in my mouth. Its a must try this winter!<br/><br/>To end, it was a great lunch experience at The Spice Factory at City Mall, Lucknow. Highly recommended lunch and dinner scenes for family gatherings and corporate officials!

The Spice Factory has been relaunched at the SRS mall gomti nagar and i couldnt have been happier!<br/>Undoubtedly the Radisson quality shows here as well.<br/>This place is a perfect place for people looking for a fine dine place at very affordable prices. <br/>Coming to the food:- the winner of the evening was the Bhagre Baigan which was onion based gravy with a very prominent coconut flavour. <br/>Apart from the baigan; we ordered dahi kebab, murg multani, murg kofte, paneer and kadhi.<br/>Starters- dahi kebabs had this super crispy semolina coating. So it was crispy outside and melt in mouth inside.<br/>Murg multani was chicken tikka marinated overnight and cooked in tandoor. The chicken pieces were soft and very well marinated. Very flavourful!<br/>Murg kofte were basically chicken meatballs cooked in tomato gravy. The gravy tasted very much like the butter chicken gravy.<br/>A very affordable fine dine place, its a must try if u r looking for a very authentic north indian food.
