Review Brindavan - Lucknow

Girish Mathur
It's a pure style south Indian restaurant. Even interior and smells like south. The food is good and prepared nicely even kids can enjoy. Staff is very polite. I would highly recommend this place for family outing. Parking outside is sometimes problem as you won't get space. Rest all is great.
Devendra K Jha
A pure vegetarian restaurant located at prime location. Serves majorly south Indian dishes. The preparation and taste is good. Variety of dishes on menu with average rates. Overall a good place for South Indian food.

Great south indian food is offered here at reasonable prices. The service is fast and the staff ia also polite. This is a good place to goto with friends as well as family if you are into south Indian food. Utthapam and dosa are delicious. You can also have rawa kesari halwa as dessert.

Went there with my friends and food was awesome must to have guys

Though my personal preference is not for South Indian cuisine, I liked their authentic style of the dishes. Overall feedback is very good. They served us Idly , Uttapam, papad, lemon rice . I loved it.
Rajiv Joshi
Desired a light and nutritious meal and ordered Tamarind Rice and Idlis. The food met my expectations. It was hygienically packed; hot, tasty, and soft on the palate. A touch of sourness in the idlis and a greater flavour and aroma of Southern masalas would have made it more enjoyable.

Best in Lucknow for South Indian food.Opposite SSP Lucknow Office.
Pranshu Upadhyay
One of the best dosa restaurants and certainly the best in Lucknow. Must try their Mysore masala dosa and orange chutney šŸ‘

Perhaps the only restaurant in Lucknow where the tables aren't cramped into the room, thus, giving one enough elbow room and the much needed quiet! Good selection of south indian spread to choose from complemented wonderfully by prompt service and soft music. This place is especially popular with families and the elderly. Pure vegetarian. No alcohol served.
sachin dubey
The best restaurant for vegetarian south indian food . Their filter coffee is far better than that of Starbucks . It's a heaven for vegetarian lovers .

Best family place to have south Indian dishes. Also filtered coffee is good. Service is little bit late. Staff is less. Space is big enough and atmosohere is peaceful. Gentle ambience. I love it.

Its the masala dosa that I loved eating from here and the coffee was good, all over a good restaurant to satisfy your hunger, service is good and fast, recommended.
Indian Flavours
Not so happening place. But you will be delighted by south Indian food. For me mini south indian thali and lemon rice is must try thing if you're visiting the restaurant. I am not pleased with the staff and ambiance. Staffs are very lethargic and are not aware about the dish in the menu. Chinese dosa is not so tasty to spend money on. For all the south indian lover its a one time visit restaurant according to my experience.

This place is a proof that the city does not only love non veg but veg is prevalent here as well ā€”- an age old eatery needs no further explanations the place is good for avadhi dosas not the authentic Tamil or Andhra dosas.

I was wondering why and how they started this place and the answers didnā€™t surprise me.

The verdict.
Side orders when u r not relishing non Ved or else if u eat veg only. Else stay away.

My 2nd visit to the place .. though place was vacant today too like the last time but food was good .. on 1st floor at hazratgunj sapru Marg this place is simple elegant and has only food to be spoken about . .

They serve 3chatnis and all are amazing .. one of the places I enjoyed eating all 3 chatni. The uttapam , dosa and rest all are really good and tasty ..
Food wise all 5 stars .. service is Okey with staff being average ..
Hygienic washrooms speak a lot about place hygeine and full marks on same
Overall a good hygenic place to try for South Indian food ..

We placed an online order through Zomato. We ordered masala dosa and onion masala dosa, which I must say were delicious. The chutney along with the dosa was superb. Though the food taste and quantity were very good but the packaging was disappointing. The dosa had gone soggy. But again the taste of everything was good, they just need to work on the packaging area.
I would also like to appreciate the quick delivery by the Zomato delivery boy.
Devang
So today I ordered dosa from this restaurant. The packaging was nice. Also the dosa was crisp as it should be though it was a home delivery. The taste of the dosa was amazing. It was served with sambhar and 3 chutneys. If you want to try dosa then this place is a must visit. This one is for all the vegetarian food lovers.

Whenever i have craving for South Indian food , i end up being at brindavan , itā€™s in the centre of the city , so the location is perfect , it is usually less occupied , so it makes it peaceful , they havenā€™t changed their ambiance for quite long , but i still like it anyways .
Moving onto the food so they provide good variety of dosaā€™s but it wonā€™t be sufficient enough for you if you are on heavy diet , so you should go for THALI , on the contrary spring roll dosa is the best , if you are having northern taste buds .
All in all everything taste good , and the vibe of this place is kinda positive .
I didnā€™t gave it 5 stars because it didnā€™t had water supply available at that moment in the washroom .

Food was good.. but the problem is they dont keep napkins nor spoons nor disposable plates..

Ok guys so as my mother is a South Indian food fan so I went to this very old and well known place to have dosa.
Believe me they ruined my day completely.
I ordered masala dosa and rawa onion dosa both were below average and cherry on cake was there was a hair in my dosa. On complaining they told me they will replace it which took them a lifetime to make another one.
Frustrated finally I left the place and the person didn't even care about it much. I don't know how are they going to serve like this to people as a lady beside me ordered something and got a different order.

A BIG šŸ‘Ž NO FROM MY SIDE
DON'T EVER VISIT THIS PLACE IF YOU CRAVE FOR SOUTH INDIAN FOOD
They will totally ruin your mood

Quite family restaurant..... Awesome south indian cuisine....... Would recommend masala dosa, rava coconut dosa, onion uttapam and filter coffee.....
An ideal place if you want to enjoy a nice and peaceful meal with friends or family....
Harshita Gupta
taste wise, the place is good for lunch and dinner. But ambience wise it is a basic one. The south indian food was great infact. So a good food experience with a basic resturant feel.
Dee (Gastronauts' Den)
Considering the taste of food, it is indeed good, however, it is slightly overpriced. Portions of food does not justify the cost of food. Service is slow. So, you may visit this place only if you have considerable time.
Do try their Masala Dosa.

Food (Taste) - 3/5
Value for money - 1/5
Service - 2/5
On my 'Visit Again' list - No
BHUKKADGEEKY
The restaurant is located above Blue lounge on the Sapru Marg . This place serves South Indian cuisine mainly and few North Indian dishes . Ambiance is very calm and simple. Service is good and staff is well trained . I ordered Masala dosa and Pav Bhaji. Dosa was crispy, chutney and sambhar was balanced in taste . Pav bhaji was average basically the punch of pav bhaji was missing . Prices are reasonable according to quality and taste .
Food : 3.5/5
Service : 4.5/5
Quality : 4.5/5
Quantity : 4/5
Prices : 4.5/5
Overall a nice and calm place to relish South Indian cuisine.

Upasana Ranjib
Their Masala dosa is very good. Even their filter coffee. They do have a variety of North Indian food items as well. But, their Uttapams are to die for. Lovely service.
Gaurav Pathak
We ordered masala dosa, mysore masala dosa, onion uttapam . The food is really good. They also served without onion masala dosa for my mom, that was really nice gesture.the ambience is quiet .Paisa vasool south indian.

Best south Indian food in Lucknow, I am its regular customer since I was a little child. I love this place and will always have this place on top of my lists.
Thoufiq Ahmed
Was good but cant match South Indian taste here but in north its good as an south Indian i can recommend this place to fellow south Indian Idlli will taste like Udupi idlli but not that good sambar is not that bad.
Tanvi
It's a simple South Indian restaurant. Spacious with decent interiors. The staff is quick n frankly speaking a little rude. But the food compensates it. Be it the idlis or vadas. Try with the coconut n green chutneys. Or the dosas ,especially the paper masala n onion masala dosa, they remind me of my college days in Bangalore. Authentic and yummy.
There buttermilk and rasam is also amazing.
N well the filter coffee! For someone like me a coffee person it is few places where u get good filter coffee.
The cost if reasonable. A must visit place if u r craving for South Indian.
Jagrit Prakash
My friend had a meal at your place and he had serious issues with his health. Please ask your kitchen staff to maintain hygiene so that people that people don't fall ill.

If you want to go out and have nice south indian food, this is the place to go. The place has been serving for decades and just love the quality they have maintained. The ambience is great and the service is also prompt.
The masala dosa, onion uthappam, idli are a must have. The dosas are crispy and thin as a paper. Love the coconut chutney they serve along with the food.
In short, the place is great to have a good south indian meal.

Located on Sapru marg, above the Blue Lounge, Brindavan is a gem of a quiet south indian restaurant. Spacious and old school with their soothing instrumental music, the waiters are pleasant and service is prompt.

We had ordered starters of aplam and rasam which were light and appetizing. We followed it up with a masala dosa and lemon rice which was accompanied by raita and a choice of sambhar and mix veg sabji. The sabji perhaps takes a more acquired taste to like, as I didn't find it to be good, but its always fun to try.
The lemon rice was the highlight of the meal, with fried peanuts, coconut shavings and flavoured with curry leaves. Its way better than any lemon rice I have had, including Sagar Ratna's.

Food, ambience and price are all fair and leaves you with value for money spent. The tables next to the huge glass wall overlooking sapru marg are good seats to grab, especially at night, for a quiet evening out.

Only place where I can say good authentic south Indian food you can have. They are serving since nineties and going strong. Idli are excellent and there butter milk is also very tasty with different sort of tinge. Dosas specially Rawa I like. So do try generally all items are good in this quiet place.

Brindavan Restaurant is located on the bustling street of Sapru Marg, Lucknow. This restaurant has very simple interiors, pretty much like a neatly setup sitting room. The menu is a combination of South Indian street food as well as a few vegetarian fast moving main course like vegetarian Thali, also to add to the menu they have Mumbai delights like pau bhaji, sev puri etc. Though I usually miss the typical South Indian food like Pongal, Payassum, Puttu etc but I guess in a city like Lucknow restaurants prefer to stick to the usual fast moving South Indian dishes.

We ordered a few Dosaā€™s, Thali and my favourite Sambar Rice. To judge whether a restaurant knows how to recreate the magic of south one must taste the sambar first, if they get their sambar right, everything there on is right. The sambar was good, I wouldnā€™t say that it was exactly like how it is prepared down south but yes it tasted good. The Dosa, Chutneys etc were pretty much the same as you would get in a good South Indian restaurant here in Lucknow. One thing that I loved and it was as good as the typical dish I have had in the past was the Rasam. As a matter of fact the combination of Rasam and Rice can take you to any memories you have of having this in South India itself.

The serving staff was quick and prompt. I do wish the management focus on the cleanliness of the place a bit more. I would rate my overall experience was 3/5 which is slightly above average. I would recommend the Rasam Rice for sure!

Cheers!
The Tangled Traveller
Even though this place is not very fancy looking, but their yummy South Indian food compensates for everything. If you are fond of dosas, vadas, uttapam, idli and other southern delicacies you must visit them only for their yummy food and welcoming services.
Shashwat Misra
Brindavan is one amazing South-Indian restaurant which offers the most authentic South-Indian food, for me at least. The restaurant has decent ambience which isn't very fancy. The pricing of dishes is average. I went along with my family and we had Rava Masala Dosa, Butter Masala Dosa and Lemon Rice. Everything tasted delicious and the service was fast. The staff was friendly. The only con i found was the Food Quantity. Neither the dosas nor the Lemon Rice had a satisfactory quantity. Apart from that, everything was up to the mark. Do visit if you're looking for some restaurant serving authentic South-Indian food.
Yaswanth Jayakumar
As a south Indian, I must say the food here is miles away from being authentic and tastes dismal. I can hardly understand what the hype was all about.
Mukul Misra
this place is nice.. there south indian special thali is must eat.. they also have good halwa ..Location of restaurant is very popular and is surrounded by many food options and they are doing quite good work to stand out from others . Will visit again here soon

Well I am not a fan of South Indian food, but one fine day my friend insisted me to visit this place. We ordered for Rasam, Idli Sambhar, Vadad . The food was really good in taste and the service was quick. Though Rasam tasted more like sambhar. Halwa in dessert was amazing.
Overall good experience.
Pankaj Borah
Just above Blue lounge it's a nice and quiet south indian restraunt. The ambience is lovely with those spices on the walls as a part of the interior. I love and almost always order the Snacks thaali. Everything tastes good. It's a nice place to visit with your family
GladToBeGlutton
Visited this place and ordered South Indian Thali and uttapum taste good šŸ‘šŸ» served well. Service is quick and good. Also try filtered coffee and tea šŸ‘šŸ». South Indian food lovers must visit.

A authentic South Indian
Food with great taste
You get gun powder with idli
That enhance the taste of food
The dosa and various chutney is so delicious
U can try keshri.. too

A fine dining restaurant who serve south Indian cuisine. Situated in hazratganj, this restaurant is on second floor with a good ambience, ample seating space and one end viewing on the road. The staff is very attentive and service is quick. Coming to food, I had dosas were really good. Masala and paper road and was crispy and chutneys were also authentic south Indian style: coconut, tomato and green chutney. Sambar was also good in taste, but a little more dilute. Overall good place to have south Indian food.
Akansha Verma
I've been to this place a lot many times! I've had the best south Indian here. Their rasam is super yumm! šŸ˜€ And the price is also fine! šŸ˜Š
Gaurish Bhargava
One of very old restaurant of lucknow.
Best south Indian food is served here in lucknow.
Good service
Food quality šŸ’Æ as from beginning.
One can enjoy the food if he/she loves south Indian cuisine

I was hoping for a nice, warm experience when I went to this place for the first time. Going in, the interiors were a precursor to something akin to a foreboding vibe. A random assortment of tables & chairs, couple or more air-conditioners & miniature wall hangings was all encapsulating the 'interiors'.
Moving over to food, I ordered Rava Masala Dosa & Pao bhaji. The waiting period was agonisingly long, and then it did arrive not preceded by a due apology.
While the crust of Dosa was crispy & yummy, the mashed potato stuffing, being extremely frugal, was deviod of any salt. On enquiring, we were met with a stolid response which was- "It is only made like this, if you crave more then you can add over the top, suiting your taste". I was dumbstruck. The Pao bhaji was, at best, average.
I called for some more mashed potato, & it only came when the Dosa was chewed to the last strip.
I have seen waiters who don't give a damn about their job, but the disdain shown here was unparallel. I feel pity for the maitre d' who was trying to put up a brave face.
A hefty disappointment; not recommended at all.
In the land of Awadh, where kebabas and biryanis are the uncrowned kings of local cuisine, Brindavan offers an interesting diversification. Granted that thereā€™s no dearth of places serving dosas and idlis in Lucknow, but sometimes, you want to go to a decent place and enjoy your rasam. Brindavan is one of those places and is located bang opposite the SSP office and near Saharaganj mall.

Apart from the usual dosas, vadas, idlis and uttapams, they have a few interesting options for thalis which are worth a try. Donā€™t expect too much from the filter coffee and youā€™ll be fine. The place is reasonably priced and wonā€™t burn a hole in your pocket for an afternoon/evening of peaceful dining.
Purvesh Shah
Today had been to Brindavan for lunch. Had a snacks-thali (photo attached) which is sumptuous for an individual. Authentic south indian and service is also good though in the noon there were fewer walkin customers but in evening while passing by saw that there was rush.

Must have is the upma as well as their masala butter milk. It was outstanding.
Rini Rastogi
Amazing food . Love to come here again and again . Never tasted this much yummy south indian food . Soon be visiting here . And family also love the food . Whenever want yo have south indian food the option is your restaurant.

A fairly easy to find location, a nice spacious layout and good lighting. Frankly they ticked all of my boxes for a good ambience. 4.5/5 (a little background music would make me give it 5).

The waiter was slow with the water (despite requests), slow with the menu, and seemed generally disinterested. Wasn't as though the place was unnecessarily crowded; not impressed. 3/5.

We ordered a masala dosa each (two people). Service was quick; that was good. The dosa was also good. They don't offer to make my dosa in butter, but I asked them if they could do so. They billed me for some butter on the side and prepared it as I asked. Nice of them. Eating was pleasant; though I've had better in Lucknow. Still, definitely a good option when you want a good dosa. The chutney deserves special mention.Ā

The service more than made up for their earlier laxity. Prompt for all subsequent requests; maybe they grow on you. 3.5/5 on an average.

Overall it was a good experience; my second choice for South Indian food.
Ishita Kumar
Being one of the oldest South Indian restaurants in Lucknow this place has maintained it's authenticity.
The restaurant is spacious and very well maintained.
Their food is quite authentic with it's South Indian flavours and the different variety of chatnis are really good.
I like going here for their different chatni's and powders. the rava dosa is really good too.

Food 4.5
Service 4
Ambience 4
Value for money 2.5
TL;DR Version - South Indian dishes are great. Freshly ground coconut chutney is exquisite. Take a pass on the Rasam.

Food
Mysore masala, rava masala, spring roll dosa, masala dosa, vada sambhar all were just lip smacking. While the sambhar was also delicious the chutneys just won my heart. This is one of the few places which gives the three chutneys with a dosa. The coconut chutney was amazingly fresh and am gueasing it had been prepared after we placed the order.

Service
As we visited this place in the afternoon on a weekday so it was empty so can't really comment on it. The person who was serving our table was very prompt and polite. He offered suggestions while we were placing the order. The sambhar and chutneys were also refilled before we had to ask for it.

Ambience
Plain and comfortable seating. Transparent window lets in a lot of natural light.

Value for money
A slightly expensive place for south indian food but not prohibitively so.
Sadhu Ji
Good place if you wish to have South Indian. Bit on the expensive side but that should not bar you from visiting this place with good food, great ambience and courteous staff. Service is fast and place seems hygienic.
Apoorva Yadav
Nice ambience. Far less a variety in the menu, but much more than anywhere in Lucknow (my mind was making comparisons to South Indian restaurants in Varanasi). They serve quick and they serve well. Three types of chutneys are served and they're delightful!
Dr Dhruv Batra
Great place for South Indian food. Reasonable prices good service. 1st timers and people with a good appetite please try snacks thali and filter coffee.
Also tried the Buttermilk, but its not worth it,on the contrary its awful and a total disaster priced at 65 bucks.
Piyusha Sharma
One resturant which has kept the simplicity alive !! Best south Indian food served here for sure! Highly recommended if you want a peaceful place where u can sit, relax and simply enjoy good food! p.s. Don't miss typical south Indian coffee served in authentic steal glass after the meal!

My visit is the first one to this restaurant , not to be talked of two much , Don't try there sev puri, pani puri pav bhaji... waste of money and no great taste. You can try dosas ,they are averageĀ as usual.CostĀ for two person is Rs 450/- app.Ambiance is good, seats are well separated..

So i went to this restaurant with my family and i think i was expecting too much from them based on the reviews i read here, but they made me pick up my phone and post a review. Well lets start...
Pathetic service, rude behaviour from one of the waiter, the order took too much time.
And to top that when we ordered pav bhaji they took the order but later on when asked after 20 mins they said the order couldn't be completed.

Finally i found it. One of the best south Indian dishes I have had in Lucknow. Paper dosa was very crispy. Filter coffee tastes Awesome.... It's a must try..
Ruchi Pugalia
Certainly one of the better places for a taste of south. Dosas idlis and snack platter is good. Coconut rice was good as well. The thali meal is okay-ish..
Verdict- when you crave southern in Lucknow, head to Brindavan.
They have got thier chutneys and sambhar in place. Idlis are fluffy n fresh. Dosas are correct crisp.
Quite a delight foodwise..!
Went to Brindavan recently for some south Indian...in terms of ambience, thumbs up...d place looks great and has a really nice view of saharaganj...
Service was a bit slow..considering d fact dat south indian dishes hardly take time..we had ordered Paper masala dosa...Masala Dosa and pav bhaji..dosas were great but I found d pav bhaji to be a little dull as I like spicy bhaji...
Sambhar was average...chutney was above average..
Overall...brindavan impressed me in a so-so way...
Aman Saxena
The Food Here is Good . But the Ambience and The Staff is kind of Dull. Ordered Masala Dosa and Paper Masala Dosa which Tasted Good . Will try the Other Branch soon.

The best south indian food available is here in Brindavan. The food is really awesome and delicious. The ambience is very good. The staffs are polite and friendly. You will love the south indian food items available. They all are just awesome and delicious. I would give it rating of 4.5 because of its awesome food and great service. Want to satisfy your craving for south indian food. Brindavan is the place you must head to. The whole menu from dosas to uttampams to apams. Everything is a delight here. In short the best south indian food you can have in Lucknow, better than Dasprakash and Sagar ratna(Lucknow outlet). Don't forget to taste authentic south indian filter coffee.

Super food...awesome place..fabulous service...i am totally satisfied..even the rates are also cheap.....best dosa i ever had...even the chatnis :)
Wanna try out tasty South-Indian cuisine in the vicinity of Hazratganj? Brindavan is the place for you. Located on Sapru Marg (above Blue Lounge), it's a proper and big restaurant which will surely satisfy your craving for yummy dosas, idlis and every thing that reigns in the southern part of our great sub-continent.

The prices are slightly on the higher side. If available, take the window-side table to relish the goodness of food with a great view of the road outside.
Shashwat Vikram Singh
Has authentic South Indian, and when I say authentic, I doubt there's any other place in the city that has it up to the level they serve here. Been going there since I was a kid, and its still there. Perfect family place, and not too pricey.
Give it a go.
Ashik Gosaliya
Probably the only restaurant in Lucknow with authentic South Indian taste. With nice location and cozy ambiance, Brindavan offers awesome taste, a wide range of south Indian dishes and prompt, amiable service. Actually, inspired me to go up to desk to praise their taste and service.
Harsh Yadav
Located near saharaganj mall ,the place offers wide range of south indian food only.the ambience is nice, the place is quite spacious and the quality of the food served is very good..and added to that its pocket friendly...overall a nice place to visit if u want to try out south indian dishes!!

This place has really amazing south Indian food! They even have filter coffee and kesari bath! We had dosa, rasam, rice, chatni, idli, vada, vegetables and much more. I loved all the items. A nice and reasonable place with yummy south Indian food. Minus points for the ambiance though!
Pravin K. Srivastava
Very good for South Indian food. Nice ambiance and service. Other cuisines are not up to the expectations however Thalies are worth trying once.
Manish K. Chourasia
I have visited this place quite a few times. The south Indian cuisine is good. Last Sunday I made a blunder. I am fond of eating different types of cuisine. I saw rajsthani and gujrati thali on the menu card. I asked and I was told that rajsthani food would be hot and spicy, you would love it. When I received it was all tasteless food. Actually it was rajsthani food with 100% south Indian touch. Few curries in the plate were actually south Indian. As far as I remember this was the worst food I have tasted ever. Please do not have food other than authentic south Indian from this place.
Saif Ali
With not many options available for having good South Indian food in Lucknow, Brindavan brings u quite close to the authentic South Indian preparations. With a decent range of Dosas, they manage to give u a good idea of how South Indian preparations taste. They also serve typical Filter Coffee, which you shouldn't miss once you give them a try !!!!
SIDDHANT DHANDA
If u want to have the south indian food, this is then the perfect place to be. Clean and tidy ambience, good taste and nice service.
Raheel Midhat.
I ordered a masala dosa and freshly lime soda sweet.I reached here at 2:50 exact. The view on the left is good, I see lotta cars. The tables are too close. So, you might know some things about other. So the dosa comes on 3:02.The Aloo in the dosa is okay. Then comes the Dosa which was too good and so the green lime soda.So the serve is good, the surroundings are okay. But the food is Awesome, like really Awesome.BTW,I just saw a mouse! :C

Best for those who love south indian food.

I have been at this restaurant on multiple occasions. The quality and taste of food was ok previously but it is fast deteriorating. On my last visit I found a 2-3 gm stone in Idli.
On reporting to waiter, rather than saying sorry or something like that he just responded with silly smile and returned back.
Akshit Arora
Brindavan known for its finest south indian delicacies since a couple of years.

Firstly, the place it quite airy you can have an open view of the road through the glass.

The waiters and the manager were very polite and responded to all our need properly on time.

The service was damn fast, 5 minutes and we had the 6 dosa's right in front of us with extra sambar.

The south indian thali was a PAISA VASOOL item .

The idlis were fresh and soft and the vadas were also good.Specially the sambar and dosa were at its best have perfect compostion of spices n herbs.Loved it.

The uttpam and halwa were also delicious.

Overall , if you like south indian food , this is your ultimate destination. :D

Brindavan Rocks!! I traveled to Lucknow to visit my friends and this lovely jewel in the middle of nowhere became a favorite of mine!

This restaurant is immaculate and sophisticated. Reasonably priced with variety of options to choose. The staff is fabulously friendly and made me feel at home and pampered me with amazing south Indian cuisine.

I fell straight down for mouth watering spicy chutney varieties, Idli-Vada Sambar, Mysore Masala Dosa, Onion Tomato Uttappam were a symphony in the sequence. I couldn't resist and went back 3 times during my visit. I also tried the Rajasthani Thali and every Sabsi was so yummy and spicy, No words suffice the flavors!!! Hats off to the Chef for his awesome creations.

First and foremost I'm totally not into South Indian cuisine!(personal reasons id say)... but since my family members drool over south Indian food.. we do make it point to visit Brindavan atleast once a month. For me(who doesn't like south Indian food), Brindavan serves the best South Indian food in town!

The service is super fast! the manager and head waiter are very frndly and do everything in their power to make you happy!
every dish is a hit!

Idlis are soft, Vadas are crunchy. Sambar has the right mixture and balance of spices and herbs.A special mention to the to Thallis (the snack thalli and the pure South Indian Thali). You've got to end your meal with the Halwa and special South Indian Coffee! and with the renovation work complete it looks much better now.
