It is a great place to taste some delicious non veg dishes. However I am not very pleased by the veg menu here.. Their non veg platters are really good. And they have a great range of breads which I liked the most. The staff is good and the ambience is really cool.

It's a lucknawi mughlai speciality restaurant. If you like the taske of mughlai then this is one good place to be at. Buffet options get served on table. Has options for decent mocks and cocktails or one can have hard drinks from menu. Looks little overpriced, can add options for kids and some more other than mughlai dishes for variety.

Best outlet for delicious kabas and outstanding food in lucknow. Was waiting so much to get such kind of place to dineout in city. Most recommend place, one should must visit it once for its mouth watering food. In love with mutton galouti and murg biryani. Service was excellent, very calm and helpful staff. You will fell in love with the ambience in one go. Overall great experience ❤

The food items were delicious and excellent in taste. It’s a heaven for the food lover people. I have visited the restaurant when they were organising the Poorav-Paschim Food festival. I have tried the kabab, fish, chicken and mutton items of different parts of the country.

One of the best place for fine dining. Although there rate is quite high. If you have money then go for it. All the items were different and good in taste

Our lucknow is known for mouthwatering food, special non veg food, here the kabab factory express has opened their outlet in lucknow and i visited this place along with my family, this place has huge space or enough sitting area. this place is beautifully decorated with trendy interior, i had multiple food items. i really loved the combo for both veg and non veg food, it was superb tasty and plating is on point. each items i tried was tasty, dessert party offered us jalebi with rabri, gajar ka halwa which was served in cute cookers, i loved the taste and presentation. so lucknowite do visit this place for wonderful experience. It was absolutely fantastic food experience in kabab factory... Loved mutton chaap and mouth watering mutton galouti.. although good service too... Would recommend few namea as chef Vikram & chef Ahmad for lovely food . Would come back here again and reccomed everyone to visit this beautiful place..

Supremely delicious and extremely authentic mughlai food served in a very warm and welcoming ambience! The galawat kebab are true to their 'melt in the mouth' feel. The service is also worth a special mention. All in all, a must must try for everyone visiting Lucknow in search of good awadhi food..
