We celebrated my sons naming ceremony in their Banquet Hall, it was such a great day we all had so much fun the key person there was Siddharth ji he was very generous and managed the function really well. The highlight of the day was Food, the only thing that Bothered me was the way to entrance which was a little dirty however it was done as soon as I pointed it out.

Used to visit quite frequent before renovation. A lot has changed like food options and interiors. The quantity is great and the ambiance is refreshing. It’s a great place for family and small get together.

Ambiance is beautiful, service by all the waiters are quick. All the staff members are cooperative, they provide space for cake cutting as well even if you have not pre booked the venue. Chineese and Indian snacks are amazing, price is also reasonable.

I recently visited this restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by the overall dining experience. The food was absolutely delicious, with a range of authentic dishes that were bursting with flavor. The staff were very welcoming and attentive, providing prompt service and making sure we were happy with our meals. It has recently been renovated (as of 2023). Food quality and friendly waiters are the best thing here. Ambiance just adds to it. All in all, you'll like it there.

Same old taste with new interiors and look... relived old nostalgic memories of school time...

Our one of favourite restaurants for dinner.. pure vegetarian restaurant near Shakti nagar... tasty food with good stafff .... they have choice of ice cream also just when you enter in the restaurant... we always order ... handi paneer , paneer lababdaar with fried rice and chilly paneer with butter naam and butter roti.. good place for vegetarian people.. must visit once

The qualit of food is too poor.<br/>I ordered various items which were totally poor quality. The special veg handi was uncooked and the oil was uncooked and smeling too bad.<br/>The handi paneer masalas were rotten and it was totally tasteless.<br/>The lachcha paratha was totally burnt and changed black in colour .<br/>And no.pickle neither salad was given.<br/><br/>Sorry to say.. but my money got totally wasted.

This restaurant was my first experience out of home when came to lucknow. Came here first on my bday. Was totally impressed with its interior. For a long time nvr visited any other. As of now it’s downgrading day y day Whether it’s service or taste, or quality of food. Kindly improve it, otherwise ppl have lots of choice now.

Earlier they used to serve better food in comparison to present service and taste. Please maintain your quality as was earlier. The food I ordered was too oily and spicy. Please take this into consideration.

Not upto mark food. I ordered kadhai paneer and dal makhani and both were so tasteless, dal used was not of good quality because of which dal wasn't cooked properly it was simple daal instead of dal makhni. And kadhai paneer was way too sweet to instead of spicy. I even mentioned to make paneer spicy but still it was not at all spicy and onion and capsicum used were raw and way too big in size.

I ordered Paneer 65.The quantity was very less compared to what I have eaten sitting in the restaurant itself.Its almost half what I have served the quantity earlier.

The ambience of the restaurant is really ordinary, nothing different. Food doesn't taste really good either. After visiting the place twice during different hours and with two different experiences, I can only say that one can decide efficiency of staff on the basis of the waiter serving them.

A few days back on a lunch I had this special thali from the ice and spice restaurant which is situated on Faizabad road, opposite V-mart.<br/>The food which they have in offer is of good quality, quantity and value for money too!<br/>Coming back to the thali,<br/>You can order any if the breads which you want, as I ordered butter naan.<br/>It had some good in quantity salad.<br/>Sweet pineapple raita which tasted really very good and fresh.<br/>Mixed vegetable- a very good combination of all the veggies with some good spices in it. Also, it had a few pieces of paneer in it which resulted in making the dish taste really good.<br/>Butter paneer masala- in my opinion,it was good but not so good and tempting, was a bit on the sweeter side which resulted in an average taste.<br/>Dal makhani- so this was the dish they really need to work on! Dear Ice & Spice Owner,<br/>Firstly i want to say teach your Manager how to talk with your customers he don't even know how to treat with customers. Secondly, don't serve waste products of your kitchen on the table of your customers. I ordered 2 Paneer handi+ 2Mix Veg (Sabji) etc.. Mix veg was like smelling too much and the taste of sabji was like hell ( Image Attached) . And when I called the manager he told me everything is fine and start disputing with me and my family members. After lots of disputing he agreed and changed into paneer handi. This is not enough last but not the least the serving guy giving us finger bowl to wash our hands but there is no tissue paper on the table I called many times to the serving guy but he was busy in other things...<br/>I told everything to Manager so what he said.. Apko jo karna hai kardo I don't care and when i said aise service doge to kaun aayga bole wo apki marzi mat aayiya and who appointment this type of manager bloody idiot.<br/>Shut down your restaurant when you can't maintain it or give proper service to the customers.

Ice N Spice is a restaurant located in Indira Nagar in the lower ground floor of a complex near Kukrail Flyover. It might be tough to spot if you don't pay careful attention.<br/><br/>It is spread over a large area with ample seats preferably for family get togethers and kitty parties. There is no such thing as ambience.<br/>I don't know why they've made the place so dark that it seems like they wanted to create a lounge or something but it's nothing like that.<br/><br/>The only reason you want to visit the place is for their inexpensive food.<br/><br/>I went to Ice N Spice with my family for dinner. We were around 15 people and we went in quite late around 10.30 pm.<br/><br/>We ordered:<br/><br/>Paneer 65 - which was way too good.<br/><br/>Spring Rolls - this is one thing I always order on family gatherings and it didn't disappoint me at all.<br/><br/>Chilli Paneer - the paneer was soft and exactly the way I like it with perfect blend of sauces.<br/><br/>Paneer Hyderabadi - another paneer delicacy which was lipsmacking.<br/><br/>Dal Makhani - they presented it in cute little metal buckets and this one also tasted nice.<br/>and Butter Naans!<br/><br/>Since we were so many people, we had to order multiple rounds of the above things but not once, did their taste falter. We were there till around 12:30 am (the only ones, as everyone had left by then) but still the staff was patient and courteous.<br/><br/>The bill for everything was only Rs2200/- which was pretty amazing seeing that it catered to around 15 people.<br/><br/>As soon as we left, they pulled their shutter down ;)

first of all there was no electricity when we visited there..the service was so poor that they even don't greet their customers greeting is d second thing they don't even attend there customer's ..I asked for water and they brought it in around 10 Min pathetic service..coming to the food .. the quality of the food is very bad..I won't ever visit such place

As you enter this place, you'll find it good at once but you'll thinking will change soon after. The price of the food is very high as compared to the quality and quantity of food. The service is slow as hell. It takes about 35-40 minutes for you food to be served on your table and even the starters like Soup also takes around 30 minutes to be made. Overall I don't like this place but if one wants to go for a change and have about 1 hour in hand, then you can go for it, but ya, on your own risk. 😂

Ambiance is good. For me quality of the food with the money I pay matters, so I m feably stisfied in that aspect. They have Ice and spice specials in their menu which turns out to be bizzare sweet. I mean I like my paratha to be salty. Making it sweet in the name of Ice and spice special is not really a special thing to eat.

It's a decent vegetarian restraunt with its proximity to Indira nagar area..it was one of the few outlets catering to that belt..perhaps that's the reason for its popularity amongst ppl ..it's quite an old established restraunt now ..serves good food with ample qty.<br/>Recently I ordered food but unfortunately there was no salt in it. I called and complained about it...and they replaced the whole order without any fuss .these gestures speak volumes about the customer centricity of a place and I must say it was indeed a humble gesture. Well this is a good place to have dinner with your family. The ambience is okay, the service is not that good but the food is really great and that too at reasonable rates😸. It was my dad's retirement party and we ordered honey chilly potato, springrolls, dry chilly paneer for the starters and then fried rice, paneer Manchurian, chilly paneer gravy, paneer butter masala, veg biryani, mix veg, yellow daal, butter naan and roti in the main course. Everything was exceptionally good 👌except the Malai kofta(way too sweet). 🙀<br/>But sadly they don't have options for welcome drinks or mocktails. You only get to have cold drinks. 😅

Negative : they didn't have a first aid kit in restaurant Went here for a family function , food was good but service was not very good.Biggest upset was , they don't have a first aid kit for any casualty.  An Old uncle who was also coming into the restaurant fell down and got some bruises , but restaurant  staff blatantly turned cold eyes towards the bleeding old man and denied any medical assistance/first aid kit.

As the name suggests , the food is delicious and spicy. The service is good as well but the cleanliness and the cutlery need some attention . The restaurant has a piculiar odour at places and the cutlery they use seems to be a 100 years old, all rugged n cracked. Moreover if u hav a big gathering bt nt big enough to book a banquet , they do nt make table reservations . But still people pour in because of low prices and undoubtedly great food. So if u want to go for a dinner and hav some rraditional north indian , which doesnt cramp your pocket much , dis is a good option. Do try their spring rolls , its really good

Nice ambience...centrally located and near by my place. The restaurant serves good food. I like their veg thali very much. Main problem of the area is parking.

Reporting right from the place, Saturday night, for dinner. <br/>Average waiting time for table, 1/2 hour, waiting for delivery of first order of chowmein, as a starter for children took 20 minutes. <br/>Definitely slow service, as mentioned by other reviews. <br/>Surprised by live singing today, though my be a likening by few but I personally think it adds to the noise and chaos. <br/>Chowmein was good. Rest for was also delicious. <br/>There was a glitch in the bill, they added two items which we did not order. They regretted and corrected the bill. So you need to check the bill thoroughly to avoid being billed for food which you did not consume.

Ambiance is decent<br/>With tasty veg. food<br/>paneer pizza, chola bhatura, chowmein and crispys are my persnal fav.<br/>Over all it is a good family restaurant

Just a OK place! I tried thali, Chinese is pretty ok in taste. Service wasn't very quick so that's a turn off! Don't try pizza n burger not good at all 👎🏻

I just loved the tast of ice n spice special thali very tasty and affordable and the atmosphere of the restaurant is just beautiful must visit place (y)

Have been going here as long as I have lived in Lucknow... Food is good when u order proper lunch or dinner... Individual sabzi etc. But a total waste if u order a side dish or thali... It tasted like shit literally... N I would not suggest youngsters to go here as the staff is always over your head to take orders...i mean there 15 kitty party aunties are sitting doing nothing just gossiping n ordering nothing n making loud noises but they LL poke only couples n youngsters...even if v are just taking our time to order... Food was ridiculous apart from a few paneer n mushroom gravies... For family dinner its an ok kinda place at night.
