first of all the name of this lounge is really cool and the ambience is beautiful. i ordered mixed sauce spaghetti pasta and chicken quesdillas and cold coffee. the pasta was perfect creamy, tangy and a little spicy at the same time. the quesedillas were good. they served cold coffe in these tall glasses and which made it quite filling. all together the place is great to hangout. food is really good but its a bit expensive.

*PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE DETAILS OF THE BILL* 1. Been here 3 times. Loved the first 2 visits. 2. The experience last time was harrowing. 3. Tbh it's mildly expensive here, but bringing two bills separately for food and drinks ordered at the same time, each with individual services tax including GST?? Seriously? This is called fooling your guests! Very disappointing! 4. For the given price, quantity is really small. 5. Though I liked the food. The quality. The ambience and the service. I wouldn't recommend hosting a large get-together/party or anything like that for the above reasons.

Let me start off... Food get 4.5* out of 5. I visited this place when it opened up, we were the only people seated there..the food was great ... ordered from their signature menu, I can say the dished were perfectly executed by Lucknow standards, the plating surpassed my expectations, at our request they changed the soundtrack to a nice vibe apart from slightly slow service we had a great time. Quality of China and silverware was at par with most 4/5* hotels. Pleasantly surprised my my first visit we decided to visit the place again, greeted by uncomfortably loud and pathetic choice of music blaring out of poor quality speakers like "some roadside DJ" which they refused to change. We walked out and havent been back since. If you don't stick to their theme The place won't last long.

How would you feel if you read an exotic menu and are told that half the stuff you want is not available? You won’t believe this but 7 out of 8 desserts on the menu were not available. That’s how professional restaurants in Lucknow are! The only thing I appreciated here were the roasted nuts that kept you occupied while it took half an hour for whatever was available to arrive. The audio system had a sub-standard blaring sound!!! I don’t think I would come back here again.

The quantity of the food was good but the taste wasn't great. We ordered messy fries, which were covered with very watery cheese which made them soggy. The puttanesca was unavailable but the arabbiata was nice. The hazelnut shake was not strong even when we asked them to make it strong.

I visited this place today with my friends. So to begin with the ambience of this place is too dark even in the day light, their menu has nothing much to offer so we ended up ordering pizza and cold coffee (which was good I give them that) and to our surprise the pizza was smaller than the size of an average palm and with the thinnest crust ever( read barely there) which was too hard to eat and mind you it was fate cheese pizza which you can see if you use a microscope. After this disastrous meal we got the bill which had 10% service tax apart from gst, when we inquired about the same they had it removed. Overall all highly disappointing experience never visiting this place again.

This place was on my list since a long time. And finally I went to have an amazing amazing food and experience. 😊😊😊 We were in a mood to have desi and typical north indian food and we didn't regret ordering it. We ordered 1- Daal tadka 2- Paneer lababdaar 3- Salty caramel chocolate Oreo shake And in addition to it, the guy who was serving us made me try Blueberry cooler, a mocktail which was super yummilicious. The food was delicious and quality and quantity was good. Loved the presentation of the food as well. Nice place to dine with friends as well as family. 😋😋😋😋😋

So after much hype in my social group, I went to Urban Qettle for a quick dinner with my girl friends. And man! It was worth the hype!! Menu is perfect, something for everyone. The place is so well done, the interiors, the seating - nothing like this in Lucknow. Service was awesome and the bar was super stylish. We had such fun with the live band going on. Been here a couple of times and never have I been disappointed with the food. The food is really good and specially the Cold coffee. I would really recommend trying cold coffee if u r a cold coffee fan like me . The music is good , the ambience is pretty , though the lighting (particularly over some areas) is too dim. This gorgeous and endearing place in cyber heights, lucknow is just so worthwhile. We were skeptical about going here and trying it for the first time honestly. But once we went, it was so opposite to our expectations. It has the most amazing interior. The wooden menu theme is unique. The interior is lovely just the like those new york restraunts! The food is delicious, and most amazingly the service was fast and really good. The retro kind of touch to interiors makes it such an eye candy. I am the kind of person who is actually very uptight about the sanitary arrangements in a place, and impressively this place has it the best. The washrooms are well sanitized clean and decorated for some sneaky photo shots ;)

Highly disappointed with the place. Ordered a soup, nalli nihari with lacchha paratha and chicken biryani. They took ages to deliver the last one. We had to leave out the dessert because apparently it takes over 15 minutes to make apple crumble. The nihari meat was hard and taste was nothing close to a nalli nihari. Biryani when it finally came was boiled rice and boiled chicken, hastily cooked. The place was pretty empty and it seemed that people came here mostly to drink and maybe they have some appetizers and that's what might lead to the high rating of this place.

And if you dont keep it why mention it in the menu???? And Why do they assume that 450 for a damn beer is a normal price... With mediocricy service, its completely overpriced.

Having had an impeccable first visit, I decided to pop in for a second time. As always, the drinks were top notch and the food superlative. Called for an Elderflower sangria which is a white wine based sangria which was refreshing as well as the most authentic sangria's I've had in Lucknow. Also, called for pesto grilled veggy pizza, Ratatouille rissoto and spinach enchiladas. The pizza stood out amongst all these items followed by the other two. Akshat, our server, deserves a special mention for his outstanding, courteous and prompt service. Overall, it was an evening well spent with good food and perfect drinks.
