Buffet system restaurant not very expensive. Food and snax quality is good. You have to book your slot before one day if available you can book on same day also. Parking lot is not sufficient park your vehicle in Hazratganj parking then come. It's good for family gathering on affordable charges.

I go here with my friend for the lunch there are numerous variety of the starter and drinks and also for lunch....... various kinds of salads are available the best part of the restaurant is that it provides buffet of 419 +taxes to a single person and have unlimited food ....... Also there are the several dishes and also vegetarian and non-vegetarian foods are available ........ If you want to give treat to your friends and family you can opt for this place because they have a lot variety of foods ..... You can also celebrate birthday party or any other kind of party here ...... Coming to staff they are helpful in nature and told you each and every thing with the patience and also they have the kind behaviour and also ask and tell to eat properly and variety available...... there are different timings for the buffet to start ....... I have opt for 2-4:45 pm and the charges of water bottle are extra ..

The Terrace is a restaurant buffet situated in Halwasiya Market, Hazratganj. They serve a lot of starters, main course and desserts with amazing taste. For starters there were cheese balls, kababs, pizza both veg and non veg, honey chilli potato, pasta etc they were all good in taste served on your table. In the main course there were lots of varieties in both veg and non veg sections. Like Shahi paneer, chilli paneer, daal fry, veg and non veg biryani, chicken tikka and many more. In the desserts there was ice cream, brownie, Shahi tukda etc. Secondly the ambience was so so good and eye pleasing along with slow music. It was all a good experience.

The food was just amazing specially we loved your mutton biryani all the sweets were also mouth watering 😋 The mocktails and the chart corner service was also very nice we loved the way u treat us loving and delicious starter 💫 Umm it's a suggestion from my side that the utensils in which u served food was a little bit of old type the utensils polish is going so you should change it when we will come next time we should feel more good. Food is good and the price is very genuine , comparatively veg is better, things which i feel can be improved is the food area should be increased nonveg and veg both kept nearby plus the crowd management is little congested to control . and the terrace view is bad its just the name and the place.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the new restaurant in town. I was absolutely amazed at how nice the restaurant was! The decor was spot on and the atmosphere was very inviting. The food was also exceptional. Everything was cooked to perfection and the presentation was beautiful. The service was friendly and attentive, and the waitstaff was very knowledgeable and helpful in making sure I had everything I needed. First of all you must visit here . I mean in just 400 rs they are serving you a wide range of food items from different types of salad to different types of sweet dishes along with mocktails . Ambience is good .they have both indoor and outdoor seating area . they have live counters as well for chaat ,dahi bhale,pasta,pizza etc . But you need to on time here if you have booked a slot of 3-5 then you need to come at 3 becoz if you are late then you will not get sufficient time to eat as you will have to vacant the place at 5.

This was my first time visiting the terrace but I was not satisfied by the food though the ambience was good but in a buffet what is first is the food and others are secondary stuff so on my opinion if you want to eat nice must try better options

Veg food is pathetic

Visited place for lunch, starters were OK, desert were good, ambience and staff is co-operative, now moving to worst portion which was main course why to serve a food like that if you are not interested in serving many options but all were below average. And that ruins the mood visit but do check the main course quality.

A lovely basic buffet with good quality food and variants. Anyone visiting Lucknow 1st time, the terrace should be 1st place to search if you want to throw a birthday treat or small treats to family or comates. I really liked it. And would definitely recommend this place. ❤️❤️

This place serves buffet at the most reasonable price in town and despite rate being so low, they haven't compromised on the taste and quality of food. I absolutely loved the place. Cheapest buffet available in Lucknow. I loved the non veg starters and main course though I was little bit disappointed with the mutton biryani. There can be more varieties of veg starters also. But nevertheless whatever was served was very delicious

A small get together with family and friends at this place becomes memorable because the yummy food dat keeps pouring in makes your conversations go on n on!<br/>Last night we had an amazin time at this lovely place in the cool breeze! The ambience is bright and green with endless food counter.. choice of starters is good with special kudos to the pizzas honey chilli potato and white sauce pasta. Choice of mocktails included in the buffet can be relooked at. Service was little slow in the beginning considering the jam packed venue in the middle of the week!<br/>Good support from Rahul n YadavJi (staff members) who ensured total comfort the entire time! Buffet main course was full of options and it was difficult to choose from. However The sponge cake and chocolate pudding stole the show :) all in all a great food experience and definitely on the visit list for all

Everything was just okay. They could work on the ambience and food more for the money they're charging. Threw a birthday party and had buffet meal. Their chinese was pretty good but should work on the continental menu. Lots and lots noise also ruins the experience. Service is slow. The thing I hated the most was the service guy handed over the spoon by holding the bowl part instead of handle. These are pretty basic etiquettes that needs to be taught.

Let me start with a hindi quote "Naam bade aur darshan chote " This so called "FANCY RESTAURANT" is based on this quote only . I reserved my table one day prior , but still the management wasn't able to provide us with a proper seating on time and when they did gave us with our table , some one was already sitting there finishing there meal and they asked half of my family to sit and half of my family to stand in the restaurant and fool around , this kind of service is just pathetic and the quality of food which they provided wasn't upto the mark at all, I am not going to suggest this restaurant to anyone in my known.

Place is nice, service was poor, staff was not attentive. we were 9 people went on lunch. Main course was really tasty but the only thing I disliked is they served cold starters.. and they doesn't seemed fresh. Soup was tasteless and cold. They have great desserts. Dahi wada my personal favourite. Pine apple raita tasted really good. This was the first time I tried buffet .. so my overall experience was good.

I always love to go here... It is one of my favourite buffets. As a student we search for restaurants which provide us wid pocket friendly and good food. This place gives u buffet wid around 8-9 salads (my favourite), starters, good main course and a large variety of desert... Only at rs 399. I am eagerly waiting for the next opportunity of visiting this place ✨

The food was average. Really neither vegetarian nor non-vegetarian dishes we ordered were upto the mark. The ambiance is pleasing but i wish the food was better; it would have made it a great lunch.

I had buffet over here on Dec 14 with 8 people and let me tell you the staff is rude who dont have a good behavior at all & dont know how to talk to the customers. The attitude was just not right, when we asked to change the crispy corns because they were hard to chew and the lamest reason was "Crispy corns aise hote hai" as if we never had corns in my life and hukkah which was not working since I got it, that manager "Vijay Singh" had the audacity to tell me that "ab to khana kharab lagega hi" I mean what the hell do you want me to react to that?? I am paying for what I am eating and I am definitely not interested in eating bricks.<br/>People who don't know how to talk to customers should not be in the hospitality business.<br/>Let me tell you more : Heater was not working, all the pizza bases were burnt and top of that the serving was slow and they expected us to leave as soon as slot gets over!<br/>Like really! This is how you treat your customers!<br/>I definitely need an answer not an apology.<br/>Lastly let me just add cherry on the top, just look at the washroom ki haalat.

Specially the starters are mind blowing. It is one of my favourite place for buffet. Rooftop ambience is very classy and homely.<br/>What i loved the most is the Service here.<br/>The quantity, quality, variety and service they provide in this amount is outstanding.You can't afford to miss on this place.

Evn though we had a table booked for 7 PM and confirmed by the restaurant a day before, we reach there at 7.05 and the guy at the restaurant reception tells us “please wait outside, someone will attend to you”. Why should I wait outside when I’m at the restaurant with a confirmed booking? The least he could have said is let me find your reservation and take you to your table. Secondly, their waiters haven’t been trained on how to let clients eat patiently and not just try to push everything down their throat. They’d want to just get all starters on your table as soon as they can as if to say you have just 10 minutes to have everything! <br/>This experience apart, the food is above average, well prepared and lots to choose from.<br/>If the experience can be looked into, they might get a star or two more.

Visited for lunch yesterday.<br/>Place was almost packed.<br/>Service- was alright.<br/>Ambience- was also fine, seats were comfortable. Just the hygiene was so not on point I found flies flying around the tables.<br/>Food- starters were pretty average except pizza which was fairly delicious, they offered iced tea and fresh lime soda in beverage both of them were fine.<br/>Now coming onto main course which I personally didn't like. Some dishes were super salty.<br/>Dessert- brownie points for desserts, everything was delicious. I specifically loved moong daal halwa, it was sooooo good.

At d time of booking only they try to speak as if it's all engaged n will try to still adjust with yr reservation .Mr Anand took our booking later they refused in a v harsh manner spoiled our occasion..<br/>Worst staff with no manners.. uncivilized staff..the booking team is not cooperative ..we booked table for 12 adults but later they refused to join the tables n even dint manged to do the needful.Management is pathetic ...worst staff I have ever seen ...Not ready to help you out even if it's yr bday ...they won't try to co- operate in joining the tables if you got few guest with you..we left after they made us wait fr 20mins and said no for tables inspite of our reservation .We we're amazed to see that not even one table was booked and the full restaurant was vacant... seriously don't even spoil your occasion by going in such cheap restaurant.

Well , most of the dishes weren't tasty. I liked white sauce pasta , and shahi tukda only. Chicken Tikka was ok ok . Their food was bland . We went six people nobody like the food though all food items look amazing. Don't let these photos fool you. Didn't like main course . I would suggest plz don't go there . Desserts were ok. Ambience was great. They need to work on the taste. Although price is 400 ,I cant it's value for money cause the experience was terrible.

I visited this place today to utter disappointment. My booking for 9 people was from 12:30PM to 2:30 PM and they refused to serve starters after 2PM saying that some stupid protocol they follow ( I mean until and unless the customers asks to cean the table for main course how can they say such thing ...does dat mean unlimited dining or they have some special meaning for that) price being Rs.399/head means you allow person to have the meal atleast.. To the height of impoliteness and par tolerance they gave us the bill in middle of our main course imposing us to leave.....I must add grave example of hospitality.<br/>Coming on to Food it is nothing special just ordinary... infact today I received half cooked dahi kebabs and tandoori chicken as well.<br/>Plates were very dirty we had to clean with tissue<br/>I thing customer would prefer increased rates over such rude behaviour infact rates are just ohk for not so very good ambience when compared to other buffets

Been to the Terrace for an Office party and to be honest the place is quite special in terms of food and ambiance. The staff is hospitable and the overall quality of this restaurant is up to the mark. The food especially is worth mentioning that is served as part of their buffet.
