I had a great time there, i reached there in morning and it seems to started that time. As I always love a coffee,but with the ambiance and company of family its always better. Enjoyed my time there, good place for morning breakfast with family. Although i had limited options in food due to the shortage at that time in food items but I had the perfect morning with the meal and great Cafe Americano ... And I enjoyed my time with my mom, bit snacks coffee and long talk...

Ohhhhhh I love it. Five stars only for the name Cafe Coffee Day. It's located at a prime place. Sufficient parking place is not available. Have to park vehicle on the main road. Courteous staff. Not very crowded. Therefore service is as usual great. Good place to hangout with friends.

CCD kapoorthala is smaller comparatively to other outlets in the town but has a lot of peace. The staff & the service is appreciable.

Nice place for hanging out with your best buddies. Not much spacious though, it's good when it isn't crowded. A little overpriced as any other CCD. But all in all a good place to hangout once in a while. Don't go for dates over here, it isn't the most cosy place for it. Optimal for buddies.

The ambience and beverages are yummilicious. It is a cosy place wherein anyone or group can have chit chats even without placing any order the staff is super friendly who'll never interrupt. Although the prices might occur slightly high to the few but definitely worthy. I didn't found the place expensive. As compared to those outlets in ganj and posh localities this particular outlet is not much spacious.

Located in a gully, has relocated from its earlier place which is where the Puma store now stands. This place is nice. Good meeting place for "couples", who seem to throng to this new, isolated but upmarket spot. I dig their King Cappuccino, which is a double shot coffee at a decent price.

Its a very cozy place with a polite staff and prompt service.

I don't know why people are rating their food and keep on iterating it being overpriced.<br/>It's not just the coffee which they cost you, it's that quality time which you spend there. Those comfortable seats with slow soothing music entertaining your mood. Their staff is so well mannered, they will never ask you to leave seat or will start staring at you once you finished your coffee AND obviously that totally professional gentry which come to this place adds more to it's ambience.<br/>So, from next time whenever you feel like CCD is expensive, just think it like it's the precious time which you spent over there is more expensive.<br/><br/>P. I am An avid CCD person its an Always thing for me, so I have been to this CCD outlet a lot of times because its close to my residence and This place has never ever made me happy !! Unskilled waiters and servers, I mean, I Once Ordered a very basic Cappuccino and they ruined it too !! I have Never Had Anything in this CCD which is close to what they offer at Hazratganj Outlet !! High-Time Now, This Place Needs to be Changed !!

Coffee tastes good with good company and like many coffee lovers coffee is my life line2 .Have been to cc'd many times & I keeps experimenting with their recent launch ones so this type I tried coffee chocolate shots, it was a delight to drink , the only problem with cc'd coffees are they stuff the coffee with loads of ice and coffee is actually not an half a cup.On the top paying for 2 different types of coffee one has to approximately pay in between rs 400-500 which is quite a big amount.

This is probably the worst outlet of CCD .<br/>Pathetic service and even worse food.<br/>The only saving grace would be the setup of the place. It's high time that they improve.

We had a small meeting here in this cafe. I thought we can sit for long time during the meeting and sipping coffee. But I must tell this is a small place with many chairs and small round tables occupying most of the space. Certainly not a comfortable seating and dining. There might be more space inside the partition, but could not explore. The waiters were not much bothered to remove the used plates and cups or to organize the chairs and table. Ambience was very casual.<br/>We had garlic breads, cold coffee, capaccino and coffee with ice cream. No doubt coffee was of excellent quality and taste. So as the garlic bread. <br/>We sat there for more than one hour and our meeting was successful. But it is not place recommended for meetings of gathering of more than 5 people.

Its a CCD normal standards are maintained ed and they have increased their options in food recently which is good. Seating is also good and pricing is also nominated al not much changed in years.

The rating is for the satisfaction I received after tasting their dark passion sundae. It was heaven-like feeling. The taste when brownie mix with chocolate ice cream and gets melt in your mouth,really amazing especially when you're seeking chocolates. I also ordered garlic bread which was fresh and got a real taste of garlic. Moreover, the seating arrangements made at ccd aliganj is also a creative form to observe. Almost the same as other outlets and nothing different in menu of course. <br/>CCD has always been on my top list for quick dates,meetings and for lip smacking coffees. Being a regular visitor of gomti nagar outlet which is far more spacious than this I found it very cozy & small as compared to others.

This coffee joint is a perfect hangout for people who like to watch men pee on walls, while they're waiting on their orders for their selected coffees. For the women, there's an added incentive of every male staring at her when she enters the joint, because come on! Which woman DOESN'T enjoy unwarranted stares from lecherous men who have nothing better to do?<br/><br/>And the best part is that you can view what's happening outside, while the people outside can get a great view of what's happening inside, because most of this CCD's walls are made of glass! Come rain, hail or sunshine - the glass always remains uncovered so that people inside, as well as outside, the joint can enjoy the view! This comes in handy during the intense Indian summers, when the sun shines down mercilessly on you. CCDs have almost the same stuff everywhere. So, I am just going to review the ambiance and service. This CCD is small as compared to other outlets but has a decent seating arrangement. The service is polite. A cozy place to hangout.

they cloud have been much better, I have seen other CCD very well maintained and with better service. this does not fulfills that and from first look , I was not even sure that CCD or somebody stealing there name.. coffee with combo I ordered was fine .

Dear zomato kindly provide negative rating coz this place well deserves this . This cafe is probably the one of its kind with only 3 glasses to serve cold coffee. Should either shut the place the down or work out something serious . To top it all the staff claim to be new and don't know of anything. Disappointing experience.

The location of this cafe coffee day is not suitable for a reputed coffee shop like CCD. Also, the seating arrangements can be worked upon. The service is also very slow.

CCD Needs no introduction! Great coffee. At this outlet, you can sit and relax and work on your upcoming presentation. Everyone minds their own business. Must tryS are Devil's Own, Tropical Iceberg, Café Frappe, Paneer Tikka Sandwich. From the coffee addict inside me, 4.5/5..!!!

I m in love with this place... Everything about it..from the items they serve to the staff members and the location ( although not very good but it is good if you just want to sit and enjoy your coffee) ... Amazing place..i love the Frappé and the cold coffees... Lemonade.. The snack.... And the staff they are so well behaved and friendly... Pretty gud ambience according to the space available. I have had mostly coffee containg Vanila in it. It tastes great. The food products like cookies, hot dogs, etc are healthy and affordable. The staff there is also very friendly. Thumps up !

The Neareat Outlet from our place. The place is situated in Kapoorthala.<br/>The Ambience of this Outlet is quiet good.<br/>The Cold Coffee's are also Amazing. When u enter a CCD outlet u always expect Awesome Cold and Hot Coffee's. And this Outlet Provides that. The only Problem with this place is that their staff is not so Great.<br/>They are Dull and always keeps the customers waiting. They also many times do not return the change.

This new franchise is bad with its location. And the staff they just feel themselves like boss. The ambience is totally cool as it use to be. And yeah suggest u all to take some changes with u guys... Else they'll force u to buy something else too... ????

Well what should I say about this particular franchise of CCD. <br/><br/>Starting from the location, location is good but has a very bad access to the cafe. You ll always find people standing out n staring. <br/><br/>The interiors are good as always. Its a trademark of CCD. Nice photo frames and ambience which makes your time memorable.<br/><br/><br/><br/>Coming to the staff, my first bad experience at CCD . The staff here is not cooperative at all. They serve you as if they are doing a favor while serving and you are there for a charity.<br/><br/>Well nothing much to say about it. But the recent visit to this place forced me to rate it low.
