Very good pizza nice service team was well educated awesome ambiance

Very cooperative staff :) Ensured that the pizza and garlic bread is perfect. Special mention to Sandeep for taking extra care and customising the food as per my requirements.

A bit over crowded, their cheese fill breadsticks and crunch potatoes are amazing. This place has dining service also. Ambience is perfect staff is amazing. Enjoyed my visit here.

This time tried their triple treat box (meal for 4). It had 2 medium pan pizzas, garlic bread, potato poppers and a cheesey dip. It was enough for 3-4 people. Pizzas were crispy amd toppings were fresh. Didn't liked the potato poppers much but garlic bread was good !

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is pretty good, some italian classics and some twists, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it.

I was delighted when i took the first bite, the base was extremely soft, it was like you don't even need to chew it. So fresh, tasty, little bit cheesy because i ordered the EV Box of 2 contains Only Cheesy & Classic Paneer, Capsicum & Onion Pizza, but still it was extremely good. Enjoyed 😁

Name says it all!! One stop for pizza lovers 😍 I ordered chicken supreme which was superb!! Balanced cheese and spice. Had enough chunks of chicken. It was really delicious and having pan crust it was crispy too. But the tomato tangy pasta was bland and insipid. Disappointed by that but yeah it is a perfect choice for pizza

The food was great and so was the ambience. We went a little late for dinner so the staff were visibly tired and that's okay. But still one of the good places to visit for dinner.

There is a unprofessional staff who are not aware of the range.They cannot take simple orders and don’t know the deals written on the board of their own outlet.

Horrible customer service. Trying to bluff customers. The delivery was 2 hours late with all the stuff cold and chewy and still they were more interested in showing that it is our mistake. Had to send the delivery boy 2 times back to get all the items . Horrible. Not recommended at all.

I waited about 15 mins for the Pizza and got the flat base meat feast, it was rather dry and wasn't really all that compared to pizzas I've ordered previously from Pizza hut at home.

The person who looks after this place is Hemant I guess and he is very customer friendly I always get a very good pizza when I place my order at this specific outlet.

Pizza hut use to be a decent spot for pizzas and masala lemonade use to be my favorite amongst all however today I ordered 4 pizzas namely onion, corn, paneer and capsicum and onion and soya pizza along with garlic breadsticks and I must say that I am highly disappointed , the pizzas were lacking cheese , they have used cheese spread in place of proper cheese in the pizza and garlic bread too was bland and had no taste of garlic in it.

If you provide substandard pizzas in some of your outlets please do care to lower the prices as well.<br/>Did not like the pizza at all. Had less toppings than usual pizza hut outlets and it did not taste good

This is my order id pizza hut rest I dnt understand what you are going to fix regarding my issue. As I can't get you. Once you deliver your food at my location and now you are saying this location is out of your delivery location if possible fix it thnks.

Ordered delivery 2-3 times in the past . Every time the quality served has degraded from the previous time. The pizzas they serve are pretty average at best, nothing compared to what Pizza hut used to serve in its early days. <br/>And, they don't know what a garlic bread is! They sent two 'kulcha' like breads with cheese sauce in between them, which tasted nothing like a garlic bread. Its a serious situation when you get such an experience after paying a premium, from a brand like Pizza hut. Lots of improvement needed according to me. 🙄

It was good ! Actually I loved it. Reasonable prices and great taste. Just need to improve a bit on the pasta though ! the rest is absolutely fine and full of exotic flavors.

The staff is rude they don't accept their mistakes. I took two pizzas on takeaway with 50% off, the quality of the pizzas was so poor. The oil used to make pizzas made the pizzas so smelly that I threw the pizzas and on complaining, manager Rohit started to argue with me and give me only one pizza as complimentary. The whole experience was so horrible that I can't express it in words, won't try Pizzahut again

I ordered a pizza with kabab crust but i got cheese filled crust, this is cheating with customer. Either you send me right pizza or refund me

Went pizza hut after a long. This place offers a great variety of pizza. I ordered non veg pizza with barbeque chicken in it and one cheese and corn pizza. The taste was delicious. The price was on my pockets. I love pizza hut. The service was very good. As a food blogger i would rate 4. 5/5 to this place. #happiness #pizzahut.

Looking for pizza!! Yeah this is the place and considerably best among other pizza hut outlets (its my views). Ate 2 pizza's wd my frd and bill was just 200rs and pizza was yummy and baked above perfection.

The quality of pizza has been maintained with dignity. Having said that, the delivery time has mostly exceeded the 30 minute barrier from the time of placing order. Kindly take that into consideration.

the only reason I'm giving this 3 stars is because of the look and feel of the place. they don't really clean it properly. unfortunately I had to go the bathroom which was stinking . my pee literally went back up my bladder. food wise it was good.

Pizza Hut came up with a new outlet at Gol Market recently. I with my friend just went to satiate our taste buds as we had a boring day. <br/>So you can easily locate the outlet as it is near coffee culture at Gol Market Square.<br/>There is not much space but one can manage to park the two wheelers. <br/>Coming to the food- We ordered Bread Stix, Chocolate Mousse, Garlic Bread along with Lemonade & other variant of lemonade that was Kala Khatta. <br/>Garlic Bread was hot & tasty, bread Stix were plain with some herbs & spices. The Kala khatta lemonade was refreshing however the mousse was not fresh. We tried to get it exchanged but it turned out to be the same. <br/>Service- The staff had an okayish service but the only thing I disliked was the reaction we got when we asked the lady to get the mousse changed the last time as she told us to have it even though she was providing us the right other one. That was something unwelcoming. <br/>And the place has around 7-8 or maybe more tables like a usual average outlet. <br/>Overall it's an average place to go to or rather better to take away your pizzas as you can avail some offers on that.

The worst service that I have ever come across. Staff doesn't know how to talk to customer. Even if it's their fault they will never accept it. Not worth it.

We ordered two medium size pan pizzas under BOGO scheme.One was Veg Exotica and the other was Country Feast.I ordered Country feast to determine the quality of pizzas they serve at Mahanagar outlet since i had the same pizza two days prior at Delhi Airport and it was absolutely delicious.The cheese was dripping and the felt like a genuine pizza.But the country feast i got from Mahanagar was very poor.There was hardly any cheese and the bread was hard(not that hard ;it was chewable). Exotica was nice but i couldn't compare it with the other outlets.I have deduced that I won't order anymore from Mahanagar outlet.

Just had a really bad experience of mahanagar PHD. The staff is so irresponsible and untrained that they cant even take an order. At first they misunderstood the address and did not bother to confirm it. After 1hr 30 mins i asked them via call than they asked me for half hour wait and finished delivering my oder after an hour! Their messed up service and cold pizzas spoiled my mood completely.

I have been a lover of pizza since the first time I had it when I was 8. Since then I have had pizzas of a few places and on one hand some have been really great whereas some have been disappointing.<br/>PHD is fine when it comes to pizzas.<br/>The crust is generally very dry and gets ruined if not consumed within minutes of subjecting it to open environment. Hi People,<br/><br/>I had a worse of experience at Mahanagar outlet of PHD on 12th April 2016.<br/>I reached there at around 9.45 pm with my family and was welcomed with some annoying and not so welcoming faces of staff. It seemed like they were not even expecting any customers at that point of time. The tables were dirty and the restaurant had only one table occupied before us. The AC was switched off and upon requesting I was told to grab another table with no sense of politeness and courtesy. I placed order for 5 Pan Pizzas and soon added one more (for take away)  to my order. The order came timely (Bill was not given, only upon requesting for the bill I received it) and the pizzas were burnt on sides as they hardly have any sauce (much less than what I get other days). Without creating any fuss we had it and ordered for 2 more pizzas. After finishing our meal, we picked up the take away pizza and then again had to request for my bill wherein to my utter surprise the bill was not even punched and then the other 3 pizzas were punched altogether @ 10.31 pm and the bill was handed over to me. Hope my words are very much clearly stating what's wrong going in the outlet. Hope to never go back again to that outlet. Being a foody i almost like every cuisine bt italian tops the list. This oultet is nearby my place so whenever i m not in mood to cook at home i order my favourite pizzas and they provide good services along with delivery on time.

I m so fond of pizza dat I visit here almost once a month and I quite often order. The services here are good with nice ambience. The staffing is good.

This outlet of pizza hut...in my opinion is the least good one of all others..I hav been to the other outlets spread through out Lucknow..but since this one is nearest to my place..I go there often..but I m not always satisfied...smthing or the other seems to be missing in the pizza they serve here...<br/>It's pizza hut...so people are attracted to it naturally..but I wouldn't suggest this outlet to anyone...

Being a very big pizza fan, and no other option available in mahanager, I end up eating here quite number of time. There quality of pizza is average and delivery time is high. Dominoz is still better if you compare, But then not many option pizza chain options present so cant do much. <br/>Thanks

The worst place ever to order a pizza from, usually late, Takes around 45-50 minutes for order to be delivered, poor quality of pizza, often burnt or undercooked, sometimes the sizes vary and frequent unavailability of menu items.

Came sooner than I expected, fast and painless delivery...although it is hard to pay online using your bank. I ordered the cheesy garlic bread and cheese overload pizza...the garlic bread was delicious and the pizza was the most disgusting thing ever...do not recommend. You can get cheaper and tastier pizza almost anywhere else, ironic since it's Pizza Hut...

The place is compact,hygenic and the staff is very nice and polite,coming to food(pizza) it's delicious but they hold back their hands while spreading cheeze on the pizza and all rest things are ok ok

Pizza Hut India, I had a horrible experience today. Since when did you stop labeling food as veg and non-veg. I ordered pizzas in bulk for a party today and none of the boxes had veg or non-veg labels on it. This is ridiculous on your part. Being an international brand, we expect some kind of standards from you but nothing. <br/><br/>And what happened to your Seasoning packets? Since when have you started sending seasoning in a box. I didn't receive even a single seasoning packet from the delivery guys. He gave me open seasoning in one of your brizza boxes. PIZZA Hut has its presence around the world and no doubt pizza hut is awesome with so many of choices from ceaser salads to pastas but they have completely failed to impress us with their chain of delivery restaurants. With a limited menu and high prices and soggy food it fails to impress.... So if Ur looking for a good meal Leave being lazy and drive to the pizza hut restaurant whi in hazaratganj and enjoy a nice meal.
