Good place for to meet your friends and chaoumine noodle is awesome and very good service and clean place..

Great food ambience and service! Had taken a group of Thai people for an early dinner! The arrangements were exemplary! Amit had arranged for snacks, welcome drink and dinner! The Thai guests (all 11 of them) thoroughly enjoyed the food! Thanx Team Kylin! The Guests will sure carry a great impression of Lucknow and our quintessentially famous hospitality as a memory back home!!

I sincerely hope they can maintain the high quality and taste of the food which we enjoyed thoroughly. The bartender was good and knowledgeable and his service was excellent. I will certainly try and make it to Kylin again the next time I visit Lucknow.

Kylin experience has the best dimsum in the town<br/>I tried their dimsum platter and Thai green curry. The taste is WOW.<br/>Though now their outlet where I visited in lucknow is closed.

Bad food, not pan-asian in anyway, poor service and plastic in the food. Had the worst momos- they served it cold and broken. I would not suggest this place to anyone. The waiter informed that they will replace the cold food but they did not do it till we had to remind them again. The only good part was we asked them to remove the cost of momos from the bill and they agreed to it eventually. Another downside was the vegetarian menu did not have many options.

The place has been taken over Wanchai now. So people who have visited before thinking they will get the Kylin taste should avoid now. Ambience is good but food seems really bad and way too oily. If you like street food Chinese then you can visit this place as you will get the same taste in a better environment and well crafted plates.<br/>Ordered Chilly Panner Dry, Chilli Chicken Dry which was very average and oily. Momos did not have any taste. Filling was not Good.<br/>Overall a 2.8 from my side. Visited the place thinking it was Kylin and food will be okay, but it isn't.<br/>Hope they can improve in quality of food.

Had a joyful experience at this place. The ambience and service is good.<br/>The soup and starters were great. We had manchow and hot n sour soup. Not a good experience..the reviews made it seem like a good diner..let down by ratings/reviews on Zomato. A place highly recommended to try mouthwatering Chinese food 😍. This place is located on the 4th floor of the city mall Gomtinagar. I went their last week and starting with the Ambience I completely loved it. Also they have a private seating area for personal parties. The rates are very nominal enough. The staff is very generous and enough. The services were amazing.<br/>And now coming to the food we tried the Veg Sweet Corn Soup whose portion as well as the taste was really amazing and it's a must try.<br/>In the starters we tried the Honey Chilli Potato & veg Dimsums and both of them were equally delectable in taste.<br/>In the main course I tried their Green Thai Curry which is another must try dish, you will fall in love with it's taste. The Hakka Noodles were simply amazing.<br/>The best part about their menu is that they are serving Bowl Meals and we tried Hong Kong Vegetables with veg hakka noodles and I bet you will surely love it. Don't go. Worst food and more importantly it is no more kylin experience. Food is worse and the chefs are useless. This is a worst experience since a decade.

Buffet is good, food is tasty and fits budget and that is great. Try introducing more dishes in the buffet menu and introduce some soft drinks too. Rest all is good.

A place to visit for Chinese lovers if u r in Lucknow: at least once. They have a fine ambience and the staff is very polite. Chilly chicken, pan fried noodles n veg five spice momos are a must try. N they also serve u a variety of mocktails. A definite place to visit .

Food was Good but it's not only food which makes your restaurant awesome, Restaurant service also matters a lot and this where Kyin is lacking. Restaurant Manager didn't even ask about feedback when we were leaving so all this things matters in service industry. My ratings are for only food and I am disappointed by the service and behaviour.

I’m a real fan of Japanese food but this place has been a total disappointment and wasteful for me!! They serve shit in name of Japanese of or even the thai food!! The sushi they serve are nothing but rice and few raw veggies/fish!! They don’t even use the sushi rice and a sushi platter will cost you Rs.800 and above!! I mean seriously!?? That much for rice?? No thanks!! They don’t even know what is Tom yum or any other authentic Japanese, Thai or Vietnamese food they “Claim” to serve! I was really happy and excited about one single restaurant in Lucknow that was famous for the Asian cuisines, but it turned out to be a total disaster!! <br/>

earlier had visited the place. Orders were all confused- paneer for tofu/ normal rice for sticky/ shushi platter absent/ khao suey had no accompaniment. Now it’s a tad better. Vegetarian should avoid their normal buffet. Their desserts are good - date rolls/ basil icecream/ chocolate. Lovely sticky garlic rice. Had again tried to pass normal fried rice for sticky garlic rice but gave the real deal on request. Staff is courteous. ambience is nice. Try normal water (Detox water)

I had ordered food for my parents on the 15th Dec. The food was not bad but what was pathetic was the way it was delivered. The food had spilled all over and it was a total mess . for the prices charged by you this kind of sloppy delivery is totally unacceptable. It spoiled the entire meal for my parents and it was upsetting to get such a sloppy delivery

Just ordered sticky garlic fried rice and five spice chicken dish. It was abominable. The five spice chicken wasnt chinese by any stretch of imagination....it had low quality chicken pieces floating in an oily gravy that tasted like some leftover indian chicken curry. Horrible experience. Am never ordering food from here again.

The 4 stars I give in my review are only for the food, everything else was disappointing and substandard. This is not my first time here and like always the food was delicious!! The management, service and the experience have taken a severe hit since my last visit here. Specific directions to execute the order of drinks were not followed at all, the dimsum platter was missing its lid and had to be covered with a quarter plate. I would like to see this fine restaurant spring back to its glory days. All the best.

An average experience. Place was totally empty on a Tuesday night and we were the only ones dining in. From all the ordered food, loved their Khao Suey.

I love the place. For us who came from SouthEast Asian country, the Chinese and Japanese food here is one of the best in Lucknow. My favourite food is crystal dimsum. The batter is exactly the same as when we eat ‘Ha Kao’(one kind of dimsum in Thailand). They use the real japanese rice to cook fried rice and sushi for us. Their ‘mala tofu’ is a must too. Even though it’s not authentic like ‘mala tofu’ that I have tried in Beijing, it’s tasty enough. ( rather than calling the dish mala tofu, i think it tastes more like mapo tofu). These kind of japanese rice and silken tofu are expensive ingredients that normally we have to go to buy them at INA market in Delhi. ‘Tom Yum’ soup is also very nice. The taste is as good as I have tasted in Thailand.

They were serving buffet on the table. And we told them to pack the leftovers(which was actually filled with food as we did’nt eat) but they refused to box it and instead of throwing it in a dustbin they just took them carefully to the kitchen. They did’nt even have the cash to pay us the remaining, they asked for the card. Guys please don’t eat here. They are serving stale food item, i can already feel the ache in my stomach. 😢

Had the non veg lunch buffet at Kylin experience on a weekday, and the rating pertains only to the buffet experience.<br/><br/>It was easy to get a table as the restaurant was unoccupied for the most part. The ambience was pretty nice with quite a few options of different seating areas/chairs/tables for different moods and group sizes. There was a semi secluded bar on one side. The dining area had a television set.<br/><br/>It's worthy of note that the buffet menu is different from the one uploaded on Zomato. Maybe the menu is dynamic or possibly it's just not updated yet.<br/><br/>The Tom Yum soup came first. It was pretty meh for our liking, so we proceeded to the starters. The chilli chicken was basic but tasty, with nicely sized chunks. The fish starter was a little too squishy. There were two kinds of momos. One was a basic chicken steamed momo, the other was a curried version but it didn't taste too curried. They were the usual momos. Nice, but nothing special.<br/><br/>The main course had chicken hakka noodles, veg fried rice, chicken in chilli basil sauce and prawns in Schezwan(?) sauce. The prawns didn't taste too fresh, I'm afraid. The gravy and the preparation was good otherwise. The fried rice was good. The noodles were ok. We didn't have too much of the mains and proceeded to the desserts.<br/><br/>The new ice cream flavours (basil and star anise) were intriguing in their novelty and I loved having them. The coconut ice cream, I have had better. The date rolls were nice too, paired well with ice cream.<br/><br/>Overall bill : 1250/- for two non veg buffets.<br/><br/>There were the newly fashionable service/billing request buttons on our table but I tried them only once, and they didn't seem to work. I didn't try again.<br/><br/>It was a pretty basic spread, but we expected something more Japanese or at least un-Chinese and more SE Asian. For a Chinese buffet, we already have a cheaper and yet better buffet option in Mainland China.<br/><br/>Atiqa Athar and I went in excited, but our excitement was snuffed out by the drab experience. If peace, good ambience and courteous (albeit a little slow) service is what you desire, do visit. Otherwise, give it a pass.<br/>

Had heard some good things about the place.. but came back disappointed. The thai green curry we ordered was bland. Also we found a hair while eating the same. The non-veg dimsum platter was so so. The restaurant did offer to exchange our curry but it was already done.. they offer us complimentary dessert but didnt have the our preferred choice. Overall not a pleasant experience.

This was our second visit to Kylin Experience..We had Khao Suey and Chicken Basil rice bowls. Khao Suey was again excellent..had asked chef to keep it a little less sweet..Chicken Basil was also good..tried their trio homemade gourmet ice creams..Anise, Coconut and Basil all were tasty but were a little melted when we were served..else would have tasted better...this place is recommended if you like Japanese and Asian food.<br/>Food 4/5<br/>Ambience 4/5<br/>Service 4/5

This is my second review. The experience with this restaurant was really bad. Me and my friend wanted a Pan Asian Cuisine experience in Lucknow and this seemed to fit the bill. We both had Gold Membership with Zomato. We spoke to the Manager and ordered 2 dishes with 1+1 offer on each, making it a total of 4. Then the Manager came to our table and asked us to order one compulsary dish to avail 1+1 on two Gold Member id's. We followed suit. The food was less than exciting. We ordered Khao Suey, Teppenyaki Shredded Chicken on Black Bean Sauce, Kung Pao Chicken and Nasi Goreng and a Shanghai Chicken Dimsum. The ambience was the best of all things. Food not really Pan Asian as such. Khao Suey lacked the bite and flavor of Galangal and was way too sweet for my taste. Teppenyaki Chicken didn't had any flavor of the black bean sauce. They key disappointing fact was the billing. Ideally we should have been billed for two dishes and that extra compulsary dish we were forced to order. But the biller made a mistake. We talked about it and he left saying that he will adjust on the second visit. Like this doesn't matter. I'm not even asking for customer delight but let's not pinch your customer unnecessarily. An awful experience at best. One more thing don't delete this review. Had been there with a friend fancy place for Lucknow & way to high prices for the kind of food they are serving . Quantity was decent we both had used zomato gold so had 1+1 4 dishes but we came to know you have to purchase an additional dish to avail the privilege of 2 zomato golds individually . Decent place for a fancy date. But confusing & overpriced for someone using zomato gold .FYI we have been charged extra for a dish here .

Top notch ambience and great service. Goes an extra mile to replicate the South East cuisines to perfection. Don't expect much of the usual spicy Indian palate. Go for the unique experience.

Amazing food.. We started with Tom Yum soup which was light & full of flavour.. Chicken dumplings and Chicken Satay were a delight.. For the main course we ordered Veg Hakka Noodles and Five Spice Chicken. Chicken was extremely soft and very tasty.. Highly recommended..

Undoubtedly it's a good Chinese restaurant..food is good..but my experience didn't match up to that good food experience..if questioned about food n quality then i would say it was satisfactory as i ordered nasi goreng.. firstly my order was delivered after 50mins(after placing the order)..secondly when the order was delivered the dish has an egg which was missing when asked why..they said they don't have it..then just to cover it up they offered me a glass of cold drink.. and last time they were out of fish..but still i would say that if they improve their service it would be a great help and it can save it's reputation..!!!

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Two boxes of Thai curry leaked completely and the restaurant refused to take it back. The noodles were soaked in that curry. My only request was to take the empty boxes of curry back for which I did not want to pay. The guy refused to put me through the manager and screamed at me. This place is famous for sushi.. so we went to have the sushi but unfortunately it was not available so we had to compromise. Instead of that I ordered green Thai curry in main course, and after glow drink as a moctail. <br/>It was after a long time I had an awesome Thai curry but moctail was okay not that good and in the dessert I ordered fried ice cream that is a complete no option. This is the best place to hang out if you are a Chinese,Thai and Japanese foodie ,the rice used in Sushi is near original and gives the ausome flavours of original Japanese Sushi,if u go for the Thai curry or even Japanese dishes live prawns in ponzu sauce,the sticky rice they use can be felt sticky as compared to sticky rices served in other famous hotels.The prices of food items match as per the quality they provide and lastly the buffet is ausome and affordable,it's worth trying.

So ... Japanese cuisine in lucknow is good move for all sushi food lovers. I was here last week along with my friends the menu was confusing so we decided to go for buffet one veg nd other non veg , I was expecting alot but the things ended up like anyother chinese restaurant. Chilly paneer,soup,dim sum,noodles ,fried rice ,chicken chilly dry etc... So what makes kylin a different is sushi ....and amazingly they were not serving it in buffet... I guess buffet is something that represents your speciality , your food what all it makes different from others ...it was quite disappointing.. Apart from that desert was mouthwatering 10 out of 10.

I like to visit this place often for their food. Ambience is quite nice too. Dimsums, Chicken Red Thai Curry are a must try. It will cost you approximately 1500-2000 for two without alcohol.

this place was recommended by a friend of mine. Been there with him for a Buffet. The taste from soup to main-course was nice. Recommend to try teppanyaki and sushi. It was nice experience considering eating Asian food in a place famous for mughal and awadhi food it was a rather pleasing experience. Will recommend it.

I visited this place for its best buffet lunch. And it’s menu I find quite interesting I liked the starter baby chilly potato with crushed black pepper and and vegetable red curry too. I like the ambience and staff is also very nice .

The restaurant speciality is South east asian and Japanese food in Lucknow.<br/>The ambiance is very good and I particularly liked the little buttons on table to call ur server.<br/>Coming to food, The veg clear soup was one of the best I had.<br/>Though I never had Nasi Goreng before, The taste was very good and the quantity for 2 people was enough.<br/>Also ordered was Japanese greens teppanyaki. It was a bit sweet tasting...so kind of different taste for my palate.<br/>Overall, very good experiance tastewise as well as ambience wise.

Kylin Experience, the latest paradise in city for Pan-Asian food lovers provides you an exceptionally good buffet. The snacks included dimsums in curry , Chilli paneer , corn and spinach salad and many more appetizing dishes. The hot and sour chicken soup was full of flavor and the Thai herb fish was yummy. The Thai green curry was an absolute relief to the palate. The date rolls, the chocolate mahjong were mouth watering deserts. The basil and star anise icecreams were a delightful surprise. The atmosphere was calm and serene and the Japanese music was very soothing. The staff was very courteous and left us to eat at our own pace. Mr Rajesh Dubey was very polite and helpful. Overall had a great time at Kylin Experience and looking forward to visiting it again.

Kylin is a lovely alternative for Chinese cuisine in town. There's already Mainland China, which serves tasty food.<br/><br/>With family here, Chinese food being there wife's favorite and mine, Kylin features often when we visit Lucknow. Our earlier visits have been nicer, this one, on Holi day didn't really live upto the mark.<br/><br/>Have tasted Sushi, Dimsums here, even the curry dimsums and the Thai curry etc. Quite enjoyed food here earlier.<br/><br/>This visit was, however, one in which we were underwhelmed. Maybe as they were short on staff, the raw papaya salad and sushi were just not fresh. Fried rice was okay while the Pan fried noodles, while tasty were a tad too salty for my taste buds. Overall, I do know this place is better than what we are last night, so let's revisit ratings and the review when we come back here.

They had some different kinds of dimsums in different curry which were the only thing of there buffet menu that kept our interest in having lunch over there... Would recommend to add more options in there buffet menu as per the prices... Worst part was the dessert section which had only 3 items to be served and outof which one dessert was not available..so we were left with ice cream and dates rolls only... Which were too quite okay type only... If we compare this restro with mainland China... I think mainland China is far better than this place

It was 22th of jan'18. An exotic eatery located in city mall,gomtinagar. The ambience was nice, classy and peacefull with soothing japanese music. The staffs were cooperative and experienced. The cuisine is basically pan asian. They have separate bar section also. The electronic switch placed on the table for bill, service is something innovative❤.<br/>We were 3 and ordered 1 non-veg buffet and one salmon maki sushi. Believe me, 1 buffet is enough for 3 people😀. The no. of items is countless and quantity also enough for 3. They allowed us to share the single buffet.😀<br/>Personally I didn't like the sushi item.😒<br/>They have couple of soup,starters, rice, noodles, side dishes(fish,chicken), salad, ice creams. More or less 10-11 items with dessert.<br/>Icecreams were daruchini,tulshi flavoured which I didnot like so much.<br/>Actually I like all of the decor and all but some flavour of the japanese dishes were not good. Otherwise well😯

Good - Good food, good variety, good ambience. Was happy to see this in Lucknow. <br/>OFI - service could be improved. There is a call button on the table, pressed twice, no response. <br/><br/>Good overall experience though.

Exciting to eat at a Japanese restaurant in Lucknow. The food was pretty good. Tried the raw papaya salad, teppanyaki and steamed fish. All the dishes tasted fresh and flavourful. Just thought that the service was a tad bit slow.

So finally visited this place today. Ambiance is quite impressive. Food was also very tasty and presentable.<br/>We ordered Clear Chicken Soup, Prawn Tempura, Chicken Dumplings.<br/>Only disappointment was the Soup. Vegetable pieces were too big.@

One of my favourite restaurant becoz of their pan Asian cuisine. I loved their Indonesian section. We ordered tom yum soup, paneer in basil 🌿 and chilli 🌶 sauce and got real amazing taste of herbs and taste. Value for money and really worth for it.... Best of luck and keep maintaining your quality

Beautiful decor and a quiet ambiance. Very very good Sushi. Service is amazing as well. Had nasi goreng and Vietnamese lettuce rolls. The food is as close to original taste as it can get. Love this place.

Not worth it. Came here because Kylin delhi was good. To start with, the Tom yum soup was good and the chicken lettuce wrap was not bad.But the pad thai was really bad. We said as much and they replaced it for us with the basil chicken rice. This was basically a dish with steamed rice and the same chicken which came with the lettuce wrap !! Not coming back..<br/>

The food is good. It's actually a breath of fresh air for a city like Lucknow. Being a traditionally rich city in terms of food, the Japanese cuisine makes it more holistic.<br/>However, the restaurant staff needs to improve on their conduct. They come across unsure and less confident. <br/>The service is slow and we did not get what we ordered.<br/><br/>However, I will still give it some benefit of the doubt as the food was up to the mark. The Sushi was good and we got a complimentary dessert.

Chinese with indian taste, made well with exotic veg n resto bar..., Little higher in cost n approach.. can be exploited... on non week end days.

Kylin Experience is a Pan Cuisine fine dine restaurant located at the fourth floor of City Mall, Gomti Nagar which serves both a la carte & buffet menu. <br/>The restaurant has beautiful interiors with some pleasant seating arrangement. I couldn't stop myself from clicking some pictures around as soon as I got there. <br/>It's a calm place to enjoy our lunch or dinner with family & friends. <br/>Coming to food- we opted for Non-Veg Buffet option which gave us many options to choose from. <br/>We were served Chicken Steamed curry Dim Sum and Dry Dumplings. I just loved the curry dimsums. Then we had our soup followed by Chicken & Rice salad which was something innovative. I also had Peach Ice Tea apart from the buffet which was equally refreshing & aptly sweet. <br/><br/>Then we were served with Prawns & chicken in starter followed by the mains which included Fried Rice, Noodles, Five Spice Chicken & Wok Fried Shrimps in Schezwan Sauce. I was totally blown away by the variety of food we had and I could only taste the mains in order to keep some room for the dessert which is something I can never afford to miss! <br/>Dessert had four type of ice cream~ Plain vanilla scoop, Coconut Vanilla, Basil in vanilla & star anise vanilla. It was quite interesting to guess those flavours and finally the people there confirmed our guesswork.<br/><br/>Service~ The staff was actually courteous & spontaneous. Always available at our service and amicable. <br/> Overall it's one of the best fine dine restaurants in Lucknow and you definitely got to have an ample amount of room in your tummy to enjoy the buffet.

I asked the waiter what else is there in indian main course then he replied sir "spice factory saamne hai" .its my first time here . I dnt want to mess wid the guy who handles my food...fingers crossed ... i hope for d best

This is a place for everyone to visit. You can just about order anything from the menu and it will be absolutely delicious. I have become a fan of their food. The staff is very courteous. The ambience is also very comforting. One request - please extend your buffet to weekends and dinner too. All the best and keep going. <br/>P.S. The customized Thai peanuts are yummy :)

I loved the ambience staff and food too..it had something different to offer from the regular restaurant dishes.. sushi,prawn, deserts were brilliant..

Interior and ambience is nice, but the service was too slow and also the menu is restricted to a few items. Not satisfied with the food quantity. It seems a bit overpriced, too. Food is basically thai and japanese cuisine, so if you're not fond of it, I would not recommend you this place.

Spinach and Crisp Corn - Pretty good starter (the corn and spinach were both delightfully crisp. 2. Fried Rice (Veg) : Better than most oriental places in Lucknow. 3. Veg in Garlic sauce (bokchoy, pumpkin, broccoli, baby corn, some other leafy thing and tofu)- This was the best of the lot , with a typically chinese taste one only gets in a good restaurant.<br/><br/>All in all, a good place to have a nice and quiet dinner with the wife.<br/><br/>4 stars.

After a very long i finally had different and great food in lucknow. As i went with 3 people so we opted for veg buffet lunch. Trust me it was worth it. I loved both quality and quantity of food! Kylin experience is definitely a premium and the first supreme quality Asian and Thai food restaurant in Lucknow.One good thing about Asian and Thai food is that,it is healthy and free from much oil.Here is the summary of my experience here last night-<br/>.<br/>Ambience- superlative rich interiors with highly sophisticated gestures by the people attending.It gives you a good feel .<br/>.<br/>Food- Food quality and taste is definitely something to praise about here.However most of the snacks had a bit of sweet taste,the guy attending us customised it according to our taste later on,that was the gesture worth remembering.The variety of rice and paneer,were really top quality with excess softness.Beverage was appetising and had all the blends in right proportion.<br/>.<br/>Service- The attenders were supercharged and served us whenever we wanted. One thing mentioning here is that ,the person attending us was there near our table from the very beginning till the end,which made the service more appreciable.<br/>.<br/>Though i was dissapointed because i coundn't get the sushi here,But the manager Rajesh Dubey is a nice man who told us the unavailability of raw material due to 144 in delhi, and so not to deteriorate the quality, they arent serving sushi right now.He invited us to visit us again and try sushi.<br/>.<br/>I would surely recommend this place for healthy food with good ambiance.

An authentic Asian restaurant. People automatically think about the Mainland Chinas all around. But lucknow has another restaurant satisfying the craving of Asian food in an extravagant manner. <br/><br/>Kylin experience was an experience for sure. Ranging from Chinese to Japanese and Thai food, this place had all to offer. We ordered the Vegetarian sushi, Chicken Green Thai Curry and the Khao Suey. All of them were perfect and up to the mark. Their was no flaw and the Thai curry was as good as I have eaten in my life. Sushis were also tasty and the wasabi was an interesting experience to say the least. <br/><br/>Overall, a wonderful meal at a wonderful place. The staff is very helpful and gentle. The decor of the place is very welcoming and the ambience makes the dining experience worthwhile. A little steep to the pocket I may say, but it's worth every penny.
