Great food ambience and service! Had taken a group of Thai people for an early dinner! The arrangements were exemplary! Amit had arranged for snacks, welcome drink and dinner! The Thai guests (all 11 of them) thoroughly enjoyed the food! Thanx Team Kylin! The Guests will sure carry a great impression of Lucknow and our quintessentially famous hospitality as a memory back home!!
I sincerely hope they can maintain the high quality and taste of the food which we enjoyed thoroughly. The bartender was good and knowledgeable and his service was excellent. I will certainly try and make it to Kylin again the next time I visit Lucknow.

Best East Asian food experience I had till date, such I had to post this ASAP. So, Kylin Experience has made it's comeback with "Wanchai by Kylin" and already impressed us last night.

A place highly recommended to try mouthwatering Chinese food 😍. This place is located on the 4th floor of the city mall Gomtinagar. I went their last week and starting with the Ambience I completely loved it. Also they have a private seating area for personal parties. The rates are very nominal enough. The staff is very generous and enough. The services were amazing.
And now coming to the food we tried the Veg Sweet Corn Soup whose portion as well as the taste was really amazing and it's a must try.
In the starters we tried the Honey Chilli Potato & veg Dimsums and both of them were equally delectable in taste.
In the main course I tried their Green Thai Curry which is another must try dish, you will fall in love with it's taste. The Hakka Noodles were simply amazing.
The best part about their menu is that they are serving Bowl Meals and we tried Hong Kong Vegetables with veg hakka noodles and I bet you will surely love it. Infact their bowl meals combination was completely different and a must try.
Overall this place is a must visit with your friends and family to enjoy and have some gala time.

Food was Good but it's not only food which makes your restaurant awesome, Restaurant service also matters a lot and this where Kyin is lacking. Restaurant Manager didn't even ask about feedback when we were leaving so all this things matters in service industry. My ratings are for only food and I am disappointed by the service and behaviour.

earlier had visited the place. Orders were all confused- paneer for tofu/ normal rice for sticky/ shushi platter absent/ khao suey had no accompaniment. Now it’s a tad better. Vegetarian should avoid their normal buffet. Their desserts are good - date rolls/ basil icecream/ chocolate. Lovely sticky garlic rice. Had again tried to pass normal fried rice for sticky garlic rice but gave the real deal on request. Staff is courteous. ambience is nice. Try normal water (Detox water)
The 4 stars I give in my review are only for the food, everything else was disappointing and substandard. This is not my first time here and like always the food was delicious!! The management, service and the experience have taken a severe hit since my last visit here. Specific directions to execute the order of drinks were not followed at all, the dimsum platter was missing its lid and had to be covered with a quarter plate. I would like to see this fine restaurant spring back to its glory days. All the best.
I love the place. For us who came from SouthEast Asian country, the Chinese and Japanese food here is one of the best in Lucknow. My favourite food is crystal dimsum. The batter is exactly the same as when we eat ‘Ha Kao’(one kind of dimsum in Thailand). They use the real japanese rice to cook fried rice and sushi for us. Their ‘mala tofu’ is a must too. Even though it’s not authentic like ‘mala tofu’ that I have tried in Beijing, it’s tasty enough. ( rather than calling the dish mala tofu, i think it tastes more like mapo tofu). These kind of japanese rice and silken tofu are expensive ingredients that normally we have to go to buy them at INA market in Delhi. ‘Tom Yum’ soup is also very nice. The taste is as good as I have tasted in Thailand.

This was our second visit to Kylin Experience..We had Khao Suey and Chicken Basil rice bowls. Khao Suey was again excellent..had asked chef to keep it a little less sweet..Chicken Basil was also good..tried their trio homemade gourmet ice creams..Anise, Coconut and Basil all were tasty but were a little melted when we were served..else would have tasted better...this place is recommended if you like Japanese and Asian food.

Top notch ambience and great service. Goes an extra mile to replicate the South East cuisines to perfection. Don't expect much of the usual spicy Indian palate. Go for the unique experience.
Amazing food.. We started with Tom Yum soup which was light & full of flavour.. Chicken dumplings and Chicken Satay were a delight.. For the main course we ordered Veg Hakka Noodles and Five Spice Chicken. Chicken was extremely soft and very tasty.. Highly recommended..

This is the best place to hang out if you are a Chinese,Thai and Japanese foodie ,the rice used in Sushi is near original and gives the ausome flavours of original Japanese Sushi,if u go for the Thai curry or even Japanese dishes live prawns in ponzu sauce,the sticky rice they use can be felt sticky as compared to sticky rices served in other famous hotels.The prices of food items match as per the quality they provide and lastly the buffet is ausome and affordable,it's worth trying.

So ... Japanese cuisine in lucknow is good move for all sushi food lovers. I was here last week along with my friends the menu was confusing so we decided to go for buffet one veg nd other non veg , I was expecting alot but the things ended up like anyother chinese restaurant. Chilly paneer,soup,dim sum,noodles ,fried rice ,chicken chilly dry etc... So what makes kylin a different is sushi ....and amazingly they were not serving it in buffet... I guess buffet is something that represents your speciality , your food what all it makes different from others ...it was quite disappointing.. Apart from that desert was mouthwatering 10 out of 10.

I like to visit this place often for their food. Ambience is quite nice too. Dimsums, Chicken Red Thai Curry are a must try. It will cost you approximately 1500-2000 for two without alcohol.
this place was recommended by a friend of mine. Been there with him for a Buffet. The taste from soup to main-course was nice. Recommend to try teppanyaki and sushi. It was nice experience considering eating Asian food in a place famous for mughal and awadhi food it was a rather pleasing experience. Will recommend it.

The restaurant speciality is South east asian and Japanese food in Lucknow.
The ambiance is very good and I particularly liked the little buttons on table to call ur server.
Coming to food, The veg clear soup was one of the best I had.
Though I never had Nasi Goreng before, The taste was very good and the quantity for 2 people was enough.
Also ordered was Japanese greens teppanyaki. It was a bit sweet tasting...so kind of different taste for my palate.
Overall, very good experiance tastewise as well as ambience wise.
Kylin Experience, the latest paradise in city for Pan-Asian food lovers provides you an exceptionally good buffet. The snacks included dimsums in curry , Chilli paneer , corn and spinach salad and many more appetizing dishes. The hot and sour chicken soup was full of flavor and the Thai herb fish was yummy. The Thai green curry was an absolute relief to the palate. The date rolls, the chocolate mahjong were mouth watering deserts. The basil and star anise icecreams were a delightful surprise. The atmosphere was calm and serene and the Japanese music was very soothing. The staff was very courteous and left us to eat at our own pace. Mr Rajesh Dubey was very polite and helpful. Overall had a great time at Kylin Experience and looking forward to visiting it again.
Kylin is a lovely alternative for Chinese cuisine in town. There's already Mainland China, which serves tasty food.
With family here, Chinese food being there wife's favorite and mine, Kylin features often when we visit Lucknow. Our earlier visits have been nicer, this one, on Holi day didn't really live upto the mark.
Have tasted Sushi, Dimsums here, even the curry dimsums and the Thai curry etc. Quite enjoyed food here earlier.
This visit was, however, one in which we were underwhelmed. Maybe as they were short on staff, the raw papaya salad and sushi were just not fresh. Fried rice was okay while the Pan fried noodles, while tasty were a tad too salty for my taste buds. Overall, I do know this place is better than what we are last night, so let's revisit ratings and the review when we come back here.

Be prepared to empty your pockets cause the place is expensive but at the end of the day it'll be worth it.

One of my favourite restaurant becoz of their pan Asian cuisine. I loved their Indonesian section. We ordered tom yum soup, paneer in basil 🌿 and chilli 🌶 sauce and got real amazing taste of herbs and taste. Value for money and really worth for it.... Best of luck and keep maintaining your quality

Kylin Experience is a Pan Cuisine fine dine restaurant located at the fourth floor of City Mall, Gomti Nagar which serves both a la carte & buffet menu.
The restaurant has beautiful interiors with some pleasant seating arrangement. I couldn't stop myself from clicking some pictures around as soon as I got there.
It's a calm place to enjoy our lunch or dinner with family & friends.
Coming to food- we opted for Non-Veg Buffet option which gave us many options to choose from.
We were served Chicken Steamed curry Dim Sum and Dry Dumplings. I just loved the curry dimsums. Then we had our soup followed by Chicken & Rice salad which was something innovative. I also had Peach Ice Tea apart from the buffet which was equally refreshing & aptly sweet.
Then we were served with Prawns & chicken in starter followed by the mains which included Fried Rice, Noodles, Five Spice Chicken & Wok Fried Shrimps in Schezwan Sauce. I was totally blown away by the variety of food we had and I could only taste the mains in order to keep some room for the dessert which is something I can never afford to miss!
Dessert had four type of ice cream~ Plain vanilla scoop, Coconut Vanilla, Basil in vanilla & star anise vanilla. It was quite interesting to guess those flavours and finally the people there confirmed our guesswork.
Service~ The staff was actually courteous & spontaneous. Always available at our service and amicable.
Overall it's one of the best fine dine restaurants in Lucknow and you definitely got to have an ample amount of room in your tummy to enjoy the buffet.
This is a place for everyone to visit. You can just about order anything from the menu and it will be absolutely delicious. I have become a fan of their food. The staff is very courteous. The ambience is also very comforting. One request - please extend your buffet to weekends and dinner too. All the best and keep going.

FOOD: It was a vegetarian weekend (sigh....) we ordered three items. 1. Spinach and Crisp Corn - Pretty good starter (the corn and spinach were both delightfully crisp. 2. Fried Rice (Veg) : Better than most oriental places in Lucknow. 3. Veg in Garlic sauce (bokchoy, pumpkin, broccoli, baby corn, some other leafy thing and tofu)- This was the best of the lot , with a typically chinese taste one only gets in a good restaurant.
All in all, a good place to have a nice and quiet dinner with the wife.

An authentic Asian restaurant. People automatically think about the Mainland Chinas all around. But lucknow has another restaurant satisfying the craving of Asian food in an extravagant manner.
Kylin experience was an experience for sure. Ranging from Chinese to Japanese and Thai food, this place had all to offer. We ordered the Vegetarian sushi, Chicken Green Thai Curry and the Khao Suey. All of them were perfect and up to the mark. Their was no flaw and the Thai curry was as good as I have eaten in my life. Sushis were also tasty and the wasabi was an interesting experience to say the least.
Overall, a wonderful meal at a wonderful place. The staff is very helpful and gentle. The decor of the place is very welcoming and the ambience makes the dining experience worthwhile. A little steep to the pocket I may say, but it's worth every penny. Will definitely come and eat here again. Cheers :)
