Our group of 12 visited Uppercase Diner to celebrate an anniversary, and we had a good experience overall. The starters were quite delicious and set the tone for the meal to come. There were plenty of options to choose from for the main course, and the desserts were particularly impressive.
However, the service was a bit slow, which was a bit disappointing. It took a while for our orders to be taken and for the food to arrive. That said, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and they made sure we had everything we needed.
The ambiance of the restaurant was pleasant, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere that was perfect for a celebration. The seating was comfortable, and there was plenty of space for our group of 12.
While I wouldn't give Uppercase Diner a full 5 stars due to the slow service, I would still recommend it to anyone looking for a good meal in a comfortable setting. It's a great spot for a casual dinner with friends or a special occasion with loved ones.

A very good place to have dinner or breakfast in the form of buffet. Really competitive with ‘The Terrace’, but here per person buffet is 500rs plus taxes and at terrace it's only 400rs. I did not find anything worth that extra 100rs but overall food was good, taste was apt, ambiance was little dim but it was asthetic, main course was better than many other places, dessert options were less. Only reason I gave 5 star is because this place appears to be a very good alternative to have buffets. Must visit atleast once.

I tried all American Chicken Cheese Burger, Chicken Slaw Panini, Devil's freak shake & Galaxy freak shake. The burgers were perfectly dressed & the shakes were luscious.

Food is gud with sm gud options of Italian, Lebanese, American, Mexican, African but they didn"t forget to keep Indian also.
This time I had Paneer Lababdar with Puffed Paratha & Phirni. that was super delicious, taste me no compromise.
Previously I"ve tried their Pastas, Nachos, sm gud Shakes and coffee.
I will suggest you to visit the cafe once n u cannot resist urself for another visit.

Tramp tree cafe at sitapur ... name should have been CRAP TREE ... ordered veggie feast pizza, well that wasn't a feast at all .. topping was minimal and to add nightmare, CORN was rotten
Then came the age old cappuccino.. well even the road side cafe will not go wrong on this ... but yeah at CRAP TREE u get cappuccino without the milk foam and yeah again crappy taste.

I don't understand the negative reviews. Went to this place twice, and both times I had their buffet (400+5% tax). The food was delicious, the staff was polite and attentive and I wish I had a bigger appetite so I could eat everything. My biggest complaint was maintenance - the seat covers were dirty, we spotted at least 3 roaches and the sink as well as its tap had clearly not been cleaned in weeks.

They have arbitrary GOLD application policy. So please ask on what all dishes GOLD is applied.<br/>On a Sunday evening nobody was there. The restaurant was empty. Which is shocking.<br/>Ordered two different burgers which tasted and looked exactly the same.<br/>The quality of the bun of the burger was also sub standard.<br/>All American cheese burger according to the description in the menu was supposed to have Cheese burst patty but unfortunately was exactly the same in taste and ingredients as their Chicken Sesame Burger.<br/>Chicken Sesame Burger was supposed to be made chicken steak but apparently had chicken fired patty like the American Cheese Burger.<br/>The staff had no knowledge of food they are serving.<br/>Overall they are serving an average burger which only has fancy name and description but in the end they are fooling the customers. After having the food we realised we should have left the place the moment we saw it was empty on busy Sunday evening.

Buffet at its best available in the most reasonable price. Believe me you i found this place to be uniquely place. This place is in the Heart of City " Hazratganj" and still away from its hassle and bustle. Lot of choice to eat when is comes to Lunch or Dinner with wide variety of cuisines and recipes. To start with the place, it poked good in terms of ambience and decor but the moment we started having our food, our experience kept going down. This is a place which serves Poor quality and tasteless food. The chicken that was served in main course was almost uncooked. The cold drinks had no fizz at all. Assorted breads mean tawa roti and tawa paratha only. The desserts were stale. On asking questions to the restaurant people, they did not have an answer. Tried having their biryani to change that bad taste but biryani was stale too. All in all a very pathetic experience.

I ordered 7 buffet dinner 7 complementary drinks were served, i asked for 3 glasses of extra soft drink I was willing to pay fo it.....they charged me 330 for 3 glass of extra soft drinks ,whose price was not mentioned in the menu . A reasonable guess would have been50-60 rupees ,but no they charged me 110 for a single glass of thumbs up on asking for some leevay in the amount of soft drinks they did not comply with my request . After ordering this much food I think I deserved some compensation in that regard......food is ok but do not order cold drinks there way too much pricy.

I went at this place to have our dinner. Located in the heart of the city Hazratganj, so easy to reach. It's small in size but the ambience is perfect. Now getting on the taste of food, it's perfect and mouthwatering. I personally liked Chaach in welcome drink, Schezwan Chicken in starter, Chicken masala and Biryani in main course. The best thing I liked is, they prepare fresh food and serve. The service is somewhat slow but after having freshly prepared food, one can overlook it. Now, coming on price it is one of the best budget Buffet in the heart of City.<br/>My overall rating would be 4/5.<br/>If you are looking for a budget Buffet without compromising the taste, this place is perfect for you. But try to book a table before going.

Worst Place For Buffet .<br/>Less choices available in starters .<br/>They serves just normal starter like fried corn , tandoori aloo , less number to choose in deserts , no more option available in main course specially Veg . They have only paneer makhani , methi makai 😨😨<br/>Better to Visit a The Terrace a nearby place in same location with better service and better option to eat in food ... Overall worst experience i ever had 👎👎👎 Go for some other place and enjoy your day 🤗🤗

Visit this restaurant once and you will be tempted to visit it again and again. Super delicious buffet with variety of yummy veg and non-veg starters at just Rs 399/- , butter chicken, fried fish,dal makhani, chilli chicken,paneer preparations andOreo pudding were simply awesome.With wonderful ambiance,welcoming staff,ample parking space and Great food with reasonable prices I think this place is also perfect for small get-togethers. The Ambiance is very calm and soothing. Talking about the buffet- Crispy Corns and Paneer Tikka in starters were amazing.they tasted really good. I loved the Chinese food, It was amazing. They served very delicious desserts. Staff was quick and made all the efforts to give us a great service. All over it is worth the money.

It wasn't a great experience.we(5 of us) went on Sunday to have lunch.In starter they serve chilli corn(good) kabab(awful) honey chilli potato(okish)<br/>and paneer tikka(very bad;paneer was not fresh) and golgappa(only sweet water no spicy water).<br/>Maincourse and desserts are nothing to right about.<br/>Even at 400rs with such a nominal price I have to repent on my decision.never visit agani and can't recommend to anyone

They serve everythng wich is in the buffet menu.. honey chilli potato , chilly chicken , golgappe, paneer tikka were tasty.. crispy corn nd amritsari fish was very oily nd not dat gud .. main course was fine biryani was ok types nthng spcl... in Desserts dey had phirni , kheer, icecream, pastry, custard.. service was quick nd good..staff is really gud nd make all d possible effort to serve u btr .. overall a nice place..bt shud improve d quality bit more...

Ohh myyy goddd...extremely slow service...at one point...we were like...lagta hai baki ka khana kal aake khana padega...uffff.... specifically for veg menu...very less items...few were fine...honey potato was a disaster...in buffet...there is no differentiation between veg and non veg....waiters were confused...none of them knew the menu...we came empty stomach but we really enjoyed laughing at the service and even other costumers were laughing and enjoying the scenario over there...had very different nd funny experience...rofl 😂 ....nd yes how can i forget they had limited plates and spoons...you may have to manage yourself 🤣🤣

Amazing place for buffet . Very affordable, quiet ambiance , huge variety of food in the buffet . This place is most suitable for parties as the fixed price of buffet helps in a low bill . The food is beyond expectations with the best butter chicken I ever had ♥️. The desserts are amazing and very balanced with options of all kind . Overall this place is a must go as it delivers you a lavish experience without hurting your wallet .
