If you are lucky and get into restaurant a bit early in evening you make get a surprise complimentary dish, which is chef special for the day. My experience was not very good. I ordered mutton got chicken, after a heated argument the staff replaced it with mutton which was not at all up to the mark taste wise. Vegetarian food is nice, a must one time visit for foodies.

If possible i wud have given minus to this awful place.....if u have 2hrs jst for lunch and dont mind dirty glasses and also u dont mind being served wrong order then this is the place for u

Extremely poor services. I placed an order @10.00 PM and received at 12.30 PM for dinner!! apart from this, the delivery guy was very unprofessional.

The Lunchbox is a relatively new restaurant which has opened up in the Gomti Nagar area.<br/>It's very strategically located and the hoarding of Lunch box on top of the building can be seen from a kilometer's distance, Nice!<br/>Today we went to catch the movie Badrinath Ki Dulhania (amazing movie, do watch) and later planned to have our lunch here.<br/>At around 1.30, we arrived. It's a very small restaurant with a limited 30 seats. Our order of Kadhahi Paneer and Butter chicken combo arrived in about 15 minutes, so no point for quick service, but not a slow one either.<br/>My chicken tasted really good. I liked the gravy flavours. Best part was that it was not too sweet but not too spicy as well, just the way I prefer. The staff was kind enough to honour our request and serve naan instead of the laccha paratha that was included in the combo. So definately a good thumbs up to them. Naan was really soft and well buttered. Although the Kadhahi Paneer was my friend's dish, I tasted it. And it also, was very good. Not the best, but well above average.<br/>Definately a good place to grab lunch with a few friends after movie, or casually.<br/>One thing I didn't mention earlier, the menu prices on Zomato are wrong. The prices are higher in the actual menu and I find them high. Lunch box is not a fancy restaurant, so high prices are pointless.<br/>Our bill for both the combos was ₹434. It seemed a bit expensive than some other similar restaurants.<br/>

You will see this kiosk whenever you will be going to One Awadh Centre (Cinepolis). So finally visited this Restro after thinking about it for a long time.<br/>It's a nice place for lunch as well as a quick bite. <br/>They have food combos which will not cost you much. <br/>Ambience is ordinary. <br/>Ordered Kadhai Paneer with Naan Combo and Butter Chicken and Naan Combo.<br/>All the items were good in taste. <br/>Ambience - 2.5/5<br/>Food - 3.5/5<br/>Service - 4/5<br/>Nearby - Sheikh Chilli Restaurant, PyTw<br/><br/>

Got club sandwich and a paneer combo delivered to my house.The food was good and nicely packed. I recommend its sandwich because it was fresh and tasty.<br/>Also had lunch box special chicken rajwada, it had a thick and rich gravy with dry fruits.I recommend it for people who want non spicy dish.

Ambience was okay...interior was also okay...service was the worst part as there was only one person to serve everyone.<br/>Food was pretty nice and tasted nice.<br/>Rates are also reasonable.<br/>The chilli chk manchurian and rice combo was very good taste-wise.<br/>The traditional ginger tea was totally spoiled.<br/>Gulab Jamuns were one of the best but Rasgullas were very disgusting taste-wise as the item used in making them was either rotten or any other reason.<br/>Overall an "okay" type of place to go! I have never been to this place but ordered number of times in my office, on time delivery, good packing, food is awesome. I love their honey chilly potato.A good outlet for food.

Superb and fresh cooked food.. have ordered the chicken club sandwich and it was made to perfection.. the chicken was succulent and ingredients fresh.. also have ordered parathas and chicken rajwada. Chicken is nice and spicy and stuffed parathas were equally good.. have visited the restaurant once and it has a nice ambience and a good location.. staff is eager to help and always with a smile.. overall satisfaction and value for money..

Once ordered and once visited, always served fresh and good food, A must place to visit with friends and family, the taste of food is delicious with full of flavours , I found my food hot when delivered to me and specially delivered to me before committed time.

Best restaurant in Lucknow for late night food needs. 24×7menu allows you order food at any hour of the night. Never been there but have ordered a couple of times. This restaurant never diaappoints!

awesome food experience try chicken rajwada,shahi chicken,chicken chilly are just delicious u will never find food like this in gomti nagar anywhewre so go for it.. must go for snacks as well
