Review Lets Grill - Lucknow

I recently visited The big grill with my team for a pre-Diwali lunch, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. We had opted for the buffet, but the offerings failed to live up to our expectations. The starters were underwhelming, to say the least. They lacked the spark that usually accompanies such dishes. There was a distinct absence of that 'wow' factor, leaving us hoping for more from the subsequent courses. Moving on to the main course, it was disappointingly average. None of the dishes stood out, and there was a certain lack of finesse in their preparation. It was a missed opportunity to showcase the culinary expertise that one would expect from a restaurant of this caliber. The service, unfortunately, was also lacking. The staff seemed to be in no particular hurry to attend to our needs, which led to a considerable wait for the second round of dim sums. This sluggishness in service was a noticeable dampener on what was supposed to be an enjoyable team outing. Surprisingly, the desserts managed to salvage some of the experience. They were comparatively better than the earlier courses, offering a sweet note to end the meal on. However, it was a bittersweet ending to an otherwise lackluster culinary journey. I sincerely hope that the restaurant takes note of these shortcomings and works towards elevating the dining experience for its patrons.

One of the best buffets in the town. It is even better than some of the Barbecue Nation branches. Recently visited and had an amazing experience over the place. The starters are very good veg and non-veg. I loved fish fingers and chicken tangri. The main courses and the sweet fish are high in quality and taste. Service is very good and even the chef was checking with people and taking feedback. Overall a mesmerising experience over the dinner.

A good place for a Buffet. Friends / families can attend. We went for food, it was great. Loved the food, service was good. Should have given a complementary drink or something. I won't say it's better than this place or that place, but they made a separate place for themselves. They could work on ambience a little more.

The One and only outlet of The Big Grill in Lucknow. In the list of buffet restaurants in Lucknow, The Big grill deserves a special mention. This rather recent addition to the list is a well maintained spacious buffet restaurant at the Phoneix Pallasio Mall Shaheed path. The menu for both the starters and the main course is a very extensive one. Like in most buffet restaurants post The barbeque nation, the grilled starters are done on the table itself and some additional starters are served fresh from the kitchen. Both the veg and non-veg starters were great and the Chat counter, pizza counter and dim sum live counter were good additions. The main course also has a huge range covering Indian, continental and Chinese items in both veg and non-veg options. The hearty meal is completed by a big range of desserts!! the staff is very courteous and prompt service makes it a good value for money experience

From the moment I sat down at the table, the waiter (abhinash)greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome. He patiently took the time to explain the menu, offering his recommendations and answering any questions I had. Throughout the meal, he made sure to check on me regularly, without being intrusive, to ensure that everything was to my satisfaction. He was attentive to my needs, refilling my glass of water before I even had to ask and promptly bringing extra napkins when I spilled a bit of sauce. He also showed a genuine interest in my dining experience, asking me about my meal and making small talk without being overbearing. His friendly demeanor and personalized attention made me feel like a valued guest. To top it off, he surprised me with a complimentary dessert to celebrate a special occasion I mentioned earlier. It was a thoughtful gesture that made my day even more memorable. Overall, the waiter's exceptional service and attention to detail made my dining experience truly amazing. One of the greatest buffet restaurants of the city, they have great variety of options to choose from. They even give pizza and dumplings which is not what you generally get in barbeque nation or other buffet restaurants. Great taste and decent ambiance makes it delightful experience for anyone who dines here.

Big Grill is hands down one of the best buffets in Lucknow. The food is delicious and there's a wide variety of options to choose from. The atmosphere is also very welcoming and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Big Grill to anyone looking for a great dining experience

We were at this place for friends reunion and also to celebrate a birthday. This was a first time we were there and we enjoyed each and every dish at this place. Out of all people we have two non vegetarians and 8 vegetarians. Both veg and non veg items are good in taste. We almost filled are tummy with starters as they are mouth watering. The show stopper was grilled pineapple 🍍. I can’t tell you the taste of that but that was too yummy. Recommend this place to must visit.

First of all this place is inside Phoenix mall which make it unique itself about their dining area the ambience is superb food is also good lights are dim somewhere the biggest issue is that this place not provide toilet facility inside their restaurant for that you have to go into mall's public toilet which is quite far then the place on the other hand they charge extra for drinks on the other hand BBQ Nation provide it in their course and rate is also high

Till now the best that I liked in Lucknow. After moving here finding a good restaurant was difficult.. Big grill has much good starters than any other barbecue i have tried till now.. I am little bit not ok with the buffet. It's most of the time cold and desserts are that basic cakes and ice creams... Nothing new there that's y I stopped with 4 stars

Had a very pleasant experience. Service is good. Variety of starters and food. There is no inhouse washroom. Had to you mall washroom which is opposite of the restaurant next to max.

Nice experience, the only thing I didn't like was the main course was not served hot.

Very good ambience with tasty food and nice staff. A good place to have lunch or dinner with friends, family or gf/bf. It is on the 2nd floor and you will get a discount on food, drinks and kitty parties on different days. Must try if you are in Lucknow 🙂

Extremely pleasant service by Mr.Anil kumar ji. He took care of all our needs and demands and engaged in small conversations to make us feel pleasant.

Mr anil kumar very nice service provided by him ... extremely wonderful food and ambience but they didnt pack the cake saying they dont have packing material is it good to hear this from a reputed restaurant.. another thing the staff anil kumar ekdm sar pr khade hokar review dalwaya hai like forcefully to post his good review by me and my frnd.. rest all was perfect!!

yumm is the only word...great food..tried lucknawi shami kebeb and deluxe thali...both were great <br/>will try their tandoori stuff..chicken tikka seemed great..a must try
