I always avoid writing negative reviews but the staff of this outlet made me to write.<br/>I was really hungry & driving to outstation. I saw this outlet so decided to have some snacks. I ordered paneer patties which was really cold from inside & stinky too.<br/>After complaining the same to the staff sitting on the cash counter offered me the refund instead of apologies.

I ordered chocolate truffle cake which was fresh and so yummy. It was my first order of Pat-A-cake and I am totally satisfied with the quality and service.

the cake rusk is listed as rs 140 on site ... the packaging says 120 which the restaurant tried to strike out with a pen. very unprofessional<br/>same with bread .. listed 30 on site .. and they striked out 25 on the package

The name doesn't need any introduction, so does their products! From taste to representation, it's very difficult for someone to point out mistake ✌️<br/>Only thing they need to look at, according to me, is their service!

They have deteriorated food quality. There was a time when I absolutely loved pastries from this place. Please focus on quality and make sure items are fresh. Would Love to see this place just like before.

Stinky chicken sandwich. It's the worst sandwich I've ever had 👎<br/>Choc ball pastry had eggshell pieces in it and the hazelnut pastry was a bit dry. All I was happy about, was that the delivery was on time.

Received spoilt pastries...spoilt rum ball....<br/>Complained on phone, they exchanged them with another spoilt pastry.....sad experience...money wasted.

I order from here online and also visited the place and almost tried all the varieties, food taste is really delicious and packaging is also appreciated, but restaurant people are very rude and not cooperative..

Ordered four different pastries; Red Velvet, Bull's Eye, Black Forest & Pyramid. Delivery & Pick up time was right. Taste was ok. Not value for money. Chocolates were too thick. Felt heavy after eating it. Didn't understood why extra Rs 45 taxes were levied in final billing.

Ordered, a pineapple cake for mother's day.  It was not that good in taste, and presentation, but somewhat ok as per the price. There was huge delay in dispatch of the order. Ordered at 5.40pm, and was dispatched at around 7pm...and then comes the main part. Delivery guy kept on calling me every 5mins for address. Excuse been provided was that the rider is very new and is not aware about the area. It took him to deliver the cake at about 9pm.

Being a resident of Indira nagar i have been visiting pat a cake for the past 6 years and dare i say that it used to serve probably one of the best alu patty n paneer patty in the area.But recently after the price hike their quality has gone down drastically and so is the quantity.The staff too is rude.Rolls,sandwich cream rolls everything has changed in taste. Its high time the owner takes notice of this empty cafe and does something so that the beloved snacks of Pat a Cake could be enjoyed again.

Good bakery shop near munshi pulia area......shop is small but they have variety of pastries,cakes & snacks....brownie is good.....price of pastry is bit expensive.......

A satisfactory place<br/>Pastries are okayish. Bakery items are good. They can improve alot!!!! Plus this is the only god bakery shop in sector D and sector 13 and 14 and manas vihar area. I come here only to buy cakes, patties etc. Just improve your food quality and the variety.

The place has good patties and snacks but the cakes are expensive as well as pastries.<br/>The chicken cheese burger is tasty , the pyramid pastry is perfect

Good naan and pasteries are also fresh. The space needs to be more with music and furniture. Fast service and value for money. The doughnut 🍩 are no to be tried. Good for some quick snack cramps.

I agree with the other reviews. Yes, they do not live upto there name which includes "cake". All there cakes are not good.<br/><br/>But yes, other food items are much better than any other competitor in the locality.<br/><br/>Some items that they sell are hard to find.<br/><br/>I personally dont like there lemon tart. I tried it many times and every time i ended up throwing ut away after my first bite.<br/><br/>Over all a nice place with friendly staff and there prices are also economical.

Bad experience... The cakes I have bought have always been dry (even if pre ordered). Though there snacks are quite good but cakes are not upto the level of what other bakeries serve at same price

Nearest and quite good bakery😊 I always get pack fruit cake & chocolate cake. Soft cake and reasonable price! Other stuff are pretty good. Breads, Namkeens & etc are good quality 👍🏻

Small bakery outlet with limited options in snacks and cakes. U will definitely love the bulls eye if u r a chocolate fan. Will try snacks next time.

Pat a cake is plain and simple...a Superbad chain of bakeries...<br/>Indiranagar outlet leaves no exception to be counted out of the list..<br/>It's a small but good looking place..<br/>Looks decieve...specially when it comes to decorated cakes and parties...<br/>I tried out a donut...and it ws nothing but chocolate sauce poured over pav...<br/>Not a place worth trying..

Les items in the menu and the Pastries and cakes are also limited. Its a small joint with Vadilal ice cream, some snacks and normal pastries and donuts. <br/>This place was a one time try place.

very average kind of place..nothing special..they have everything kept packed as if they are just outsourcing everything and reselling it for higher price . <br/><br/>patties are below average. I will not recommend this place to any body. they are bunch arrogant ppl. who just want to make money by operating chain, without quality

It's a small, simple place with nothing much to offer than absolutely great desserts. Their bull's eye has a very distinctive taste and I really love their pastries and breads. They offer a decent variety of snacks too. Bull's eye's gotta be their USP though.

A little cosy place located near c block square. Bulls eye pastry is what you can go for. Also their baked items as well as cakes are worth a shot. Ice cream is also available here.

Cakes are delicious. Best product would be Bull's Eye. No seating facility. Small in size. Nothing appealing to the eye but the products are good enough for their price tags.

This is a small bakery shop which maintains good quality of products. It has a good variety of cakes and also accept custom orders. I frequently visit it for the excellent patties it makes! though they are comparatively expensive but the quality beats it. The only place in Indra Nagar with the best non-veg patties.<br/>They only keep fresh items and dispose them the very next day.

Inconsistency is the major issue with Pat-A-Cake when it comes to taste. The cakes and pastries are hard in consistency, along with the issue of non-availability of the entire range. The hygiene is not properly maintained, which makes you freak out sometimes. The snacks are average and so are the breads they offer !!! Average experience overall !!!
