Food quality and varieties are very good . Service is good.

One of the best restaurants in Chowk area. Polite staff, good food and on a good location. Dosa, Paav Bhaji, Garlic bread, Soups, Chop suey, Pizzas and many more combos and ala carte options with special mention of their thali of choice and mini meal combos

An amazing place to eat. Their snacks and starters are delicious and mouthwatering especially pizza and chicken daphe. They also serve cool drinks. The vegetarian and non-vegetarian food is equally good. The portions are also good. They have only indoor seating areas.

It's a fine place. The food quality was okay. The rates are too much looking at the food quality. The quantity is not a lot. It's good if you have a good budget.

The best part is the service and the cheerful attitude of the attendants. Coming to food, all of their pizzas are good and the masala dosa is a must try. The overall experience just won't disappoint.

I have not heard well about this restaurant from my friends, so my expectations were quite low when I went there. I had a Chilly Paneer Pizza which was heavily loaded with several toppings. And it tasted quite good as well. So I found it better than what was expected.

Ordered 'Chicken Chowmein' and safe to say it was the worst chicken I ever tasted in my life. Don't go there. I can't say it any simpler than that.

This place is awesome. I am visiting here since 2011. Staff is very calm and helpfull, Food is Tasty and Economical, what else you want. <br/>I recommend this place for everyone to check out once , I am a proud regular customer. <br/>And yeah, don't forget SHAHI TUKDA to Order, it was tasty and crunchy , I love it the most.

A decent restraurant which serves average food at above average prices. The food ambience is nothing special and being the oldest retaurant in the locality has simply lost out on the monopoly with the opening up of new better restaurants.

quantity of cold coffee was very less... only half cup

we ordered cheese garlic bread, noodles soup, spinach paneer, breads, spring rolls, every dish was soo yum & tasty & also good for kids only paneer curry was spicy rest oll was delicious.. we had a gud meal there.

Chef corner suited nearby koneshwar chauraha chowk. A place where you can get delicious starter and Chinese food personally I like it very much and recommend everyone to visit atleast once is your aur nearby this region.

Hey guys....It's my request you to please add tawa roti in your menu as well as in your veg thal..Most of us don't prefer naan, lachaa paratha sk plz add.. Other wise you guys are gud...Services are quite fine not so hy!

Bery bad service. .. Stale food.. .Ordered mutton and the meat was black from inside.. Still Paid them for the ridiculous food and those idiots happily took the money....<br/>Another bad experience with chicken .. The leg piece was approx 10 12 days old.. And the wiglets were reddish from inside... Fresh chicken is always White and Fresh Mutton is always red. .. They buy and store dead chicken meat and discarded mutton or beef pieces.. And cook and serve crap quality.... i will never go to Chef corner on any branch... Pathetic

They used to be good but nowadays they have literally brought down the quality of their dosa means its stuffing is entirely uncooked hoping for them to be back to their original taste

firstly let me tell all of you..... service is very slow over here......(btw we have ordered pizza) it's quite unique order so they have a lot of time to make it & after that the pizza is like all ingredients & cheeze is beyond the base ..... unfortunately we have to use soon to eat cheese & everything and literally eating base as roti been there with Sweta Tripathi

Every collegemate's delight, but their delivery is really slow, they shuffle orders frequently, but I would still give it a 3 as they are able to provide the taste that would help to satiate your hunger and will again make you order their food. <br/>Various food items that I personally liked when I ordered their food last time were, chicken lollipop, it was quite juicy and the quantity was also just about sufficient, whereas their chicken noodles are really good in quantity providing a complete satisfaction.<br/>

Chef Corner at Chowk is a small neat place.<br/>The Chole Bature is amazing! <br/>The chicken and veg momos tasted really good but get cold really fast due to the weather.<br/>The Chilli Garlic rice was Average.<br/><br/>The service is fast and the staff is courteous.

Expensive af. Waiters rude af. Service is late af. Used to come here since 3-4 years but there service is going worse. Will never come here again.

Although food taste was fine but service was seriously very slow all the staff was always busy in watching TV woh crime petrol unko duniya se koi Matlab nhi owner ho ya waiter sab ko crime petrol chahiye baki Chowk pe koi restaurant hai nhi dhang ka toh yahi sahi 👍

Ambience is not so good and we have never tried that. We have always ordered for home delivery . The food is authentic and good. The prices for the amount they serve are quite reasonable.

Have been ordering since the last 7 odd years. Good budget option for the area - around ₹ 500 for a meal for two. The Chicken lollipop and North Indian food is what I usually order. Dine in is not the best as they don't have much space. It's at best average. It is however a decent option to order from. Takes them a little longer than the norm to deliver though. <br/><br/>To sum it up, decent food at budget prices delivered to your home.

Pathetic customer service. Poor dealing. Very slow and late delivery. Illiterate manager, doesn't have manner to talk. I called this restaurant..they don't receive calls quickly and doesn't respond properly and promptly on call even.

Ordered a GRILLED cheese sandwich, they gave me a mayonnaise sandwich, then i explained it to them that i wanted a grilled cheese sandwich, they grilled the fcn mayanoise sandwich, it tasted sweet n weird, u know why? Because people don't grill mayonnaise they grill fcn cheese, level of Incompetency is way high here, I guess anyone is allowed to open a restaurant.

Lousy home delivery.....do chaurahe door hokar bhi 1 ghanta le Liya deliver krne me 👿. baaki food is good and price is reasonable. Quantity is a little less than required.

Veg sandwiches are awsm . Otherwise it's an average food restaurant .Nothing new . Staff is really very lazy . They should change their staff .

Food is great here, the only problem being space. Try butter chicken, chicken lollypop, chicken corn soup here. Price is a bit high but still according to food it is good. Only decent place in chowk to dine.

Great taste with exceptable ambience. Their non-veg thali is good, if you like small quantities(enough for one) and variety. Their chicken tikka masala, chicken and veg drumsticks, Butter chicken , paneer 65, are a must try.<br/><br/>

Another Chowk outlet ,a decent restaurant for a simple weekend budget dinner . Nothing fancy,unique or exceptional.<br/>Tried the Mutton Biryani, was okay.<br/>The staff were courteous.<br/>Ambience is okay except for the fact that everyone is glued to the TV including the staff if the Kapil Sharma show is on!

The food is good but its a bit pricey considering the serving size. Other than that service is good and the place is also quite comfy. The pecking soup is awesome, its a must try.

This place is good. Ambience is good, very good if you compare this to other resturants in Chowk area. Waiters treat you nice but they serve food very late. Food is very good, worth the wait. Try it once if you live near Chowk.

It's been a long time I've been to such a student based restaurant.. It's in chowk near KGMC hospital and a doctor friend of mine took me there. It's a very nicely assorted and cozy place with limited seatings of 8 to 10 tables but even though place was quite beautiful and the food had real taste.. And the best part is their price list. It's really cheap as for such quality food. And the staff is also humble.. Plus they give you 10% student discount.. 👍

Chef Corner is a bliss for hostel students around Chowk. Their delivery is quick and hassle free and the food is superb. Definitely recommended if you wish to order good Chinese food. The chowmein, Mongolian rice, chilli paneer (dry recommended) and spring roles are amazing and the prices are reasonable.<br/>The ambience is good and the service quick.

Settled in the corner of the Chowk, Chef Corner justifies its name per se to the geography in old Lucknow. While, it can be located here on the main road of this bustling area, the restaurant is very less spacious offering a sitting arrangement if only 6 to 7 people in maximum.<br/><br/>Talking about the ambience, the restaurant doesn't has any great feel which gives you a chilled out vibe. There seems a lot of improvement area for it to develop. Maintaining the sluggishness, the restaurant's service is quite lazed in terms of its attending staff who come and take your order.<br/><br/>Apart from all the criticism above, the food was amazing as per the expense which we had. Dal Makhani, Tandoori Naan, Paneer Butter Masala and Ras Malai were odered by us. The taste with the perfection overcame all the flaws we have mentioned above.<br/><br/>All in all, a must visit as it surely can be your saviour if you are a vegetarian in the land of Nawab.<br/><br/>:)

I had quite a pleasing experience at CHEF CORNER  a few days ago when I went here with my friend. The Chinese served here is good and affordable too.Good place to go on a casual meeting with people.

It served decent food once, but the quality has somewhat deteriorated over time, and prices increased concurrently.<br/> The sweet chilli potato is good. I'll recommend you to go for CHINESE(fried rice, manchurian and stuff) here, but not the north-indian platter.

Dis is a good family restaurant which was desperately needed in chowk...most f d items r fairly reasonable BT d place is very small n congested... Ordering is a better option...if u r a resident f chowk u can certainly give it a try...

Worst service ever ! We had chicken tikka in starter and there was a cockroach in that. On complaining waiter instead of apologizing (the thing at least anyone does) he was saying "Samajhiye kabhie kabhie aisa ho jata hai". Serving was also pathetic.. Naan was brought 10 minutes earlier than gravy etc. and till then it was cold and crispy.

Quite a small place really... The menu has good number of options... The thing that we liked the most is their south Indian food. Nowhere in Lucknow could we get a better taste. The chutney and sambar both were good. The dosas were quite tasty and well prepared. We tried Chinese and found the palette to be a bit. North Indian is also not that great... But as far as south Indian goes, pretty much on the target... I mean its difficult to expect more in this part of the country... isn't really match for what we get in south. But for Lucknow, this is quite good.

The place is small but the location is good. A special mention for the food as it was extremely tasty, cooked properly and balanced mixture of spices. I was impressed with the quality and taste of food. service was quite decent and place was neat and clean.The menu had lot of options and it is reasonably priced. The food is good and well served. The place is not very huge but foodies gather to relish their taste buds every now and then. Muttin biryani that I ordered was good along with a delicious bowl of raita. Prices too are well below the luxury range. It is a complete family point.

This place is hardly at a distance of 1 kms from my home. There was this one time when I was alone in my home and was super hungry. I searched for the nearest place to order a home delivery. I found this and had heard before from a friend that they serve good butter chicken. <br/>So I ordered butter chicken for home delivery and few breads . It had a respectable taste, worth the money and ample amount of quantity. The delivery was fast. Overall worth a try.

This is another family restaurant..<br/>They don't have a great ambience but you go with family, they are reasonable and affordable, good place to just fling out with friends.<br/>They have a new outlet in sarfarazganj (Era Medical College).<br/>Best thing is these guys home deliver and so u can enjoy the food if you are a lazy bugger, like me....lol<br/>Most of their cuisines are really good n tasty but my favourite ones are.. Honey chilli potato, Garlic Chicken, Butter Chicken, Aloo dum and Pineapple raita.
